It's was so long since he last saw her, they were almost to the elevator. Then out of nowhere Comso jumped at him, the fluff craft was so scared. Then she came in and saved him. She always did, but this time it costed her life. Scraps had shoved him in the elevator at the last second, her muffled screams echoed through the elevator.

Goob hadn't been the same since. He stayed in his room so long that even Shrimpo started to be concerned. "I HATE PEOPLE WHO DON'T GO OUTSIDE!" the angry shrimp yelled. All that he got in response was a quiet "Go away." from the craft. "FINE BE THAT WAY!" Shrimp stomped off. Goob eventually rolled off his bed, he knew that Dandy was not going to be happy if he skipped another run. He also had to deal with Shrimpo again, because Dandy partnered Goob and him for some reason.

The craft toon sluggishly went to the elevators, the flower saw him. "Oh hey Goob it's so good to see you out and about pal!!" Goob just shot him a glare. "Oh don't be like that, you've been cooped in there for weeks." The craft just stared at the floor. "Still not talking to me huh?" Dandy said with mild frustration. "Well Shrimpo is waiting on you." "Why did you put me with him…" Goob groaned, while he didn't hate the angry shrimp he wasn't in the mood to deal with him. "Because nobody else was available." Dandy said, clearly annoyed by that fact. "Just go join him Goob." Goob sighed, knowing he didn't have much choice.

"FINALLY I HATE SLOW PEOPLE!!!" Shrimpo shouted as Goob arrived. Goob was barley keeping his frustration in. "You hate everything." Goob said with uncharistic malice, that even Shrimpo was stinned. There was silence for the entire run, helped by the fact that the shrimp somehow not getting hit every turn. However the short lived peace was broken. They entered the next floor when suddenly Shrimp got grabbed by a familiar cup. "WHAT-" Before the shrimp could finish the tail slammed him into the ground killing him in one blow. Goob was frozen in terror, he saw her. She looked so familiar but so different. "No…." Goob choked out. The twisted snapped her eyes at him, her eerie grin getting wider. She dropped the dead shrimp and started to run. Goob screamed and ran off until his stamina ran out.

He ran and hid behind some boxes, his mind was blank. He couldn't believe it, she was here. "No no no…" he sobbed, he didn't want to believe this, Scraps was a twisted and she looked so crazy. It scared him. He sobbed for a while until he couldn't anymore, he came back to see the stains where Shrimpo once laid. He couldn't even save the shrimp. The guilt consumed him, he was weak… and two people paid for it. He started to angrily punch the shelf that was near him. Then he heard it, those familiar footsteps. Scraps ran to the commotion, Goob was trapped in the corner with the book shelf. He was doomed, he closed his eyes as she growled at him while running. He couldn't think, tears came to his eyes, all he could muster was a pathetic apology "I'm sorry Scraps." The twisted halted in her steps, she cocked her head in confusion. Goob realizing he wasn't dead yet hesitantly looked up. Her eyes were foggy and so red, her smile was still there like a a predator enjoying making her prey suffer. "Scraps…?" He gently called out. The twisted's ear twitched, her smile only slightly flattering, she was just staring.

She was so confused, her last victim didn't confuse her this much, all it did was scream. But all this one did was make a sound that confused her. He hesitantly looked up, confused but…Hopeful. "Scraps…?" He repeated the confusing sound, she didn't know why, but it made her less aggressive. The toons looked up with such a familiar eyes, she felt something pull in her hazy mind, but it didn't come to the surface. Suddenly the toon got up with his teary eyes and started to approach. The twisted was caught off guard, she never expected her prey to approach her. The prey wrapped his arms around her, she growled in defense but for some reason couldn't bring herself to harm her prey. "Scraps, it's me Goob, remember..? "Goob." It echoed through her hazy mind like a bell, flashes of images flashed through her, they all contained him with her, he was smiling.

Goob looked up in hope as Scraps was less aggressive, she had a confused look on her face as she stared at him. Suddenly it morphed into a smile again, but not the malicious smile from before, it was like her old smile. "G…oo…b?"

She said slowly as if his name was hard to say. Goob's eyes widen. "Scraps, you remember me!?" He said joy in his voice. Scraps looked down at him. "You're…Goob…my brother. She said, her smile widening. "Yes!" Goob said happily, but Scraps face morphed into guilt."I…." She trailed off. "Scraps? What's wrong!?" Goob asked worriedly, this caused Scraps to slump to the floor. "I tried to hurt you…" She said, her eyes went to the ground. "H-hey, it's ok, you didn't mean to…" Goob tried to comfort her, Scraps looked at him with sad eyes. "But I'm supposed to protect you… not hurt you." She stated still guilt ridden, all Goob could do was huge her.

Her stomach was churning, guilt was racking her conscious, but yet Goob stayed. He was trying to help her, she hesitantly put her hands on his head and started rubbing his head fluff. She wasn't going to try to hurt him again, no she was going to protect him now. She smiled again, happy to have her brother by her. He fell asleep next to her, she protectively wrapped her tail around him. Finally the guilt washes away, she closes her eyes content and falls asleep.
