This is the first episode of a fan made crossover and spin-off series which I made myself starring two female characters I like from two different shows.

(C) Scooby-Doo is owned by Hanna-Barbera and Warner Bros.
I do not own any of these, only the story which I wrote myself.
This is my first post on Fanfiction so please be kind.

The Adventures of Sonia Hedgehog and Velma Dinkley
Episode 1: The Day Sonia Hedgehog and Velma Dinkley First Met
NARRATOR: Once upon a time, there was a girl called Velma Dinkley, who was an old member of Mystery Inc.
Velma had a best friend called Sonia Hedgehog, a pink hedgehog with 80s hair and a red guccini who was the only female member of the Sonic Underground.
When did they first meet? I hear you ask. Well, this is our story.
It all began when Velma was working as an assistant research scientist for NASA.
She was walking home after another week at NASA when she bumped into the pink hedgehog. She was of course Sonia Hedgehog, but Velma didn't know this yet.
(We see Velma and the pink hedgehog fall over after bumping into each other)
VELMA and SONIA: Ow! That hurt!
VELMA: Jinkies! (She gets up) Are you alright?
(We see Velma help Sonia up)
SONIA: I'm fine, but please be careful next time. What's your name?
VELMA: My name's Velma Dinkley. What's yours?
SONIA: Sonia Hedgehog.
VELMA: You're Sonia from the Sonic Underground?
(Sonia nods her head)
VELMA: It's nice to meet you.
(We see Sonia Hedgehog and Velma Dinkley shake hands with each other)
SONIA: It's nice to meet you too. Now if you'll excuse me, I gotta go home.
VELMA: Me too. I had a long day at NASA.
NARRATOR: The Next Day...
(We see Velma working at NASA again)
MAN: Have you found anything yet, Velma?
VELMA: Not quite, Nick.
MAN: Okay.
(Velma hears Sonia screaming, "HELP!")
VELMA: That sounds like Sonia!
(Everyone else hears Sonia screaming for help too)
MAN: It is Sonia.
VELMA: Excuse me, everyone but I have to go.
(We see Velma zoom out of NASA and run round the corner)
VELMA: Jinkies! This is not good!
NARRATOR: It WAS Sonia. She was being kidnapped by Dr. Robotnik.
DR. ROBOTNIK: It would be a pleasure to enslave and robotisize you, Princess Sonia!
VELMA: (shouting) You leave Sonia alone! (She shoots through Robotnik's ship)
(We see Sonia fall from the claw of Robotnik's ship into Velma's arms. Sonic, Manic and Tails finish him off)
NARRATOR: Robotnik's ship exploded and Robotnik was sent flying back to his base.
DR. ROBOTNIK: I'LL GET YOU NEXT TIME, SONIA HEDGEHOG! YOU TOO, VELMA DINKLEY!
(We see Velma put Sonia down on her own two feet)
SONIA: Velma, You saved me. You're my hero! (she excitedly gives Velma a hug, which she returns)
SONIC: Hey, Velma.
(Sonia lets go of Velma)
SONIC: Thank you for rescuing our sister from Robuttnik.
MANIC: Yeah, we're stoked.
TAILS: Sonia would have been destroyed if it wasn't for you.
VELMA: You're all welcome, guys.
NASA MEMBERS: HOORAY! WELL DONE, VELMA!
VELMA'S BOSS: Great job, Velma. I'm proud of you.
VELMA: Thank you, sir. I was wondering if I could give up my job at NASA for fighting crime with Sonia Hedgehog.
VELMA'S BOSS: If that's what you'd like to do then go for it. Nick can have your job of assistant research scientist.
NICK: Very kind of you, sir.
VELMA'S BOSS: Well, Good luck with your new job, Velma. And remember, You're always welcome to come back and visit NASA whenever you wish.
VELMA: You're very kind, sir.
SONIA: Come on, Sonia. Let's go home.
VELMA: Goodbye.
NARRATOR: Later...
(We see Velma Dinkley, Sonia Hedgehog, Sonic, Manic and Tails at Sonic's house)
SONIA: Velma, I wish all humans were like you. Can we be friends?
VELMA: Sure thing, Sonia.
NARRATOR: Ever since that day, Sonia Hedgehog and Velma Dinkley had always been there for each other. And that is how our two heroes first met and became best friends.
