CHAPTER 1
"That's my Son. Your Power level is just a little higher than your older brother. Even though your younger brother is still weak. "
King Vegeta the Third looked proud at the Power Level scanner in his hands. It was 4000. Well it was a reason to be proud.
Beside King Vegeta was a tired Woman. This woman was Queen Vigna, the Wife of King Vegeta. She had just given birth to her son. She looked at her son lovingly. Their son had inherited his Grandfather's hair but had his Mother's facial structure.
"You should name him."
Vigna touched the glass of the pod and thought.
"Naruto. That shall be his name. After all that is the name my father wanted to give my brother. But my brother was killed with my mother. So I shall be fulfilling his desire."
King Vegeta gave a snort.
"You are naming him Fish Cake. It seems that your Ramen Addiction is getting to you too."
King Vegeta laughed loudly but was stopped by a punch to his head by Vigna. King Vegeta stopped laughing as he turned serious.
"I fear something. Go get Naruto in a pod and launch him to another planet with a weak Power Level. Frieza is going to destroy us like Bardock said. I am going to confront him."
King Vegeta flew off to Frieza's Ship. Vigna tried to stop her husband but she could not. He was not seen after that. Vigna went and got a pod ready. She also got a picture of their family and put it in the pod. She also wrote about the Oozaru Transformation and wrote how to use Gallick Gun, something that every Prince learnt and her own attack, Swift Fissile.
Naruto was launched to a Planet with Low Power level called Wisselfs. Vigna saw Frieza's Minion come out of the ship and a spiky haired Saiyan went to confront them. He flew off and arrived just to see the Saiyan fight some minions. Vigna smiled as she knew that her baby boy would grow up to be someone big. It was her mothers instinct after all.
Somewhere else…
Prince Vegeta sits on a rock. Beside him stood Nappa and Raditz. Just then a man came running.
"Prince, they say that Planet Vegeta has collided with a meteor and it's been completely wiped out."
Vegeta looks up at the sky and sighs.
"Guess I will never be King now."
"It's a good thing we decided to ignore Frieza's order to head home. Mother had told me they were sending Kakkarot to a planet away."
Raditz commented as Vegeta took a bite of a Purple fruit.
"Don't you have a brother though."
Nappa asked.
"Yeah but Tarble was a disgrace. I only hoped to see my New Brother. He would be a powerful warrior afterall."
1 Year Later,
Age 738,
Forest in Land of Fire,
Wisselfs…
The pod landed and the door opened. The Pod had taught Naruto basic things like talking and using his KI. Now all he had to do was survive. Naruto walked out as he looked around. A tiger appeared and jumped at Naruto. But Naruto punched Tiger away. He looked around as he decided to make that location his home.
While Naruto had gained a home and family, a baby was left without home and family in Konoha. But their path would cross. Not soon but one day.
12 Years Later,
Age 750,
Forest in Land of Fire,
Wisselfs…
Mito Uzumaki, the Kyuubi Jinchuriki, had failed her Genin Exam. But her Chunin Sensei, Mizuki, had told her about the other test. She had learnt one of the Jutsu in the Scroll, the Shadow Clone Jutsu.
"I found you."
"You found me. But I have only learned Jutsu from the Scroll. I still have to try the other one."
Iruka looked closely at Naruto.
"You look all beaten up. What were you doing here?"
"I learned Jutsu from the Scroll. Mizuki Sensei told me to get this scroll and come here. I learnt a Jutsu from it while I was waiting for either one of you to come. He said that if I showed you this Jutsu I would definitely graduate."
Iruka was surprised by this thing as Mizuki was the one that had informed him that Naruto had stolen the Scroll of Sealing and ran away. That was very suspicious. He heard the sound of Kunai being thrown and pushed Naruto away.
"Nice job finding the moron."
Mizuki landed on the Branch just in front of Iruka. Iruka understood what was happening here.
"I see. So that's what's going on."
Naruto was confused about what was going on. Naruto looked at both of his Sensei's.
"Naruto, give me the scroll."
"Naruto. Whatever happens don't give him the scroll. That is a dangerous scroll that has Forbidden Ninjutsu written inside it. Mizuki used you to get his hand on it."
Naruto was further confused on what was happening. Who did he listen to? But Naruto saw Mizuki smile.
"There is no point in you having it. I will tell you the truth. Twelve Years ago, Kyuubi was killed, right? But it was not killed but it was sealed into a Baby. Since that day a special rule was created for this. But this rule was not meant to be told to you."
Naruto was surprised. A rule that was not to be told to him. What was it?
"What is this rule? Tell me. What kind of rule?"
"The rule is that nobody is allowed to talk about the fact that you are the Kyuubi. You are the Demon that destroyed the village twelve years ago and the one that killed Iruka's Parents. That is the reason the Village hates you and nobody will ever love you. That scroll was used to seal you up. Iruka is also the same. Nobody will ever love you."
Mizuki threw the Demon Fuma Shuriken at Mito. Iruka jumped before Mito and waited for the pain. But it did not come.
"Mama say respect girls. You not do that. I beat you."
Iruka and Mito watched as Naruto broke the Demon Fuma Shuriken. Naruto then flew at Mizuki and punched him. Mizuki pulled out a Kunai and stabbed at Naruto but was surprised as the Kunai. Mizuki was shocked.
"You are not a human. What are you?"
"I Saiyan. You dead. Galick Gun."
Naruto appeared before Mizuki as he curled his fingers and placed both his hands together at chest level facing the same direction and thrust both hands forward and fired a powerful, huge, fuchsia-coloured ki beam that emanated from his hands and body. Mito and Iruka were surprised as Mizuki instantly disintegrated.
Soon multiple Masked Ninja appeared as they pointed their swords at Naruto. But Naruto used Kiai and the ninja's were blown back. Naruto was about to attack them but Mito stopped him.
"Don't fight them please. We can talk this out."
Naruto stopped.
"Naruto listen Beautiful girl. Hello. Me Naruto. Me Prince of all Saiyan. Me here planet destroyed. Everyone weak."
Mito put the words together as she realised that Naruto was wearing a Tiger Garb. By seeing how long and dirty his hair was, that meant he had grown up in the forest. But what did Naruto mean by his planet getting destroyed. But she was sure that it was something she could not let him tell anyone.
"I am Mito Uzumaki. Don't tell anyone about your planet, okay?"
Naruto thought about it for some time before nodding. Then Hiruzen nodded. He could feel no Chakra from Naruto but he could say that Naruto was strong. Naruto got into a fighting stance but Mito stopped him again.
"Don't worry, Naruto. Jiji won't cause any trouble. Jiji, this is Naruto. It seems he has been living in the and he is really strong. He even saved me. He also has a tail like that of a monkey."
Hiruzen looked at the Tail and was surprised as it did look like a Monkey. That probably meant he was from the Sarutobi Clan. His Clan. He sighed. Maybe this child was one of the Children that was abandoned in the forest after the Kyuubi attack. But he had grown up unlike others. Naruto looked about the same age as Mito. Then maybe he could make him a Shinobi too.
"Very well. Would you like to be a Shinobi, Naruto?"
Naruto thought about it for a second.
"If me Shinobi, me be with Mito?"
It took some time for Hiruzen to understand. But he nodded. He could put Naruto and Mito in the same Team after all.
"Very well. How about you come with me? It seems you are from the Sarutobi Clan, so it is only right for me to provide you a house."
Some Days later,
Konoha Shinobi Academy…
"Huh, who the hell are you and what are you doing?"
Naruto stopped reading the books on Grammar that was given to him by Hiruzen as he looked at Kiba.
"I Naruto.I be Shinobi."
Kiba was surprised as he had never seen Naruto before.
"Oh you are already here, Naruto."
Kiba turned around and saw Mito.
"What the hell are you doing here, Mito? Only those who passed the exams are supposed to be here."
Mito pointed to her forehead.
"Can't you see the forehead protector? Now move aside."
Kiba moved aside as Mito saw with Naruto.
"You are learning Grammar. That is good."
Just then Sakura came and shouted but Naruto growled as he released some Killer Intent and Sakura was scared away.
"Mama tell to respect girl. But that girl annoying."
Mito pointed at the person sitting besides Naruto.
"It is probably because of him. He is Sasuke Uchiha. He always acts like he is so Cool. I hate this guy more than anyone."
Iruka entered the room and set down the paper he had brought.
"Starting today, all of you are real shinobi. But you are still genin. The Hard journey that lies ahead has just started. Now you will soon get a mission to help the village. So today we will create the three man teams and each team will have a Jounin Sensei. You will follow your sensei's instructions in order to successfully complete your missions. We tried to balance each team's strength."
Iruka picked up the paper and began to read the name in it.
"Haruto Chino, Ayumi Hyuga and Daichi Nara will be in Team 1. Your sensei will be Shigezane."
"Emi Inuzuka, Renjiro Aburame and Aiko Kaya will be in Team 2. Your sensei will be Hayate Gekko."
"Kaito Su, Yumi Akimichi and Hana Yamanaka will be in Team 3. Your sensei will be Genma Shiranui."
"Hiroto Sarutobi, Mei Kazama and Ryoji will be in Team 4. Your sensei will be Raido Namiashi."
"Kohana, Takeshi Hyuga and Mina Aburame will be in Team 5. Your Sensei will be Aoba Yamashiro."
"Ryota Nara, Akira Asuraon and Sakura Haruno will be in Team 6. Your Sensei will be Iwashi Tatami."
"Mito Uzumaki, Naruto and Sasuke Uchiha will be in Team 7. Your Sensei will be Kakashi Hatake."
"Hinata Hyuuga, Kiba Inuzuka and Shino Aburame will be in Team 8. Your Sensei will be Kurenai Yuhi."
"Team 9 is still in Circulation. Ino Yamanaka, Shikamaru Nara and Choji Akimichi will be in Team 10. Your sensei will be Asuma Sarutobi."
The fangirls were sad that their Sasuke was with Mito. But they did not do anything as Naruto scared them.
Sametime,
Mito's Apartment,
Konoha…
"So this is where Mito lives?"
Kakashi picked up the Carton of Milk and looked at it. The Milk had gone bad a couple of Days Ago.
"Mito is not very smart. Neither is Naruto. But Naruto is strong. To the point he scares me."
Kakashi was surprised. Kakashi sighed. He had asked for Sakura but got Naruto in his team. He did not know anything about him either.
Three Hours Later…
"Mito do what?"
Mito had put a duster on the Door as she wanted to prank Kakashi for being late. Sasuke doubted it.
Then the door opened as Kakashi walked in. The duster fell down and hit his headHe looked at his Genins as he rubbed his chin.
"How can I say this? My First Impression of you is that I don't like you guys. But how about we take this meeting to the rooftop?"
Kakashi disappeared as soon as he said that. Sasuke rushed out after him to the Rooftop. Mito was about to run too but Naruto held her.
"What are you doing, Naruto? Sensei told us to get to the Rooftop."
"We fly."
Naruto carried Mito as he jumped off the Window. Mito was surprised as she gave a shout but stopped on realising that she was flying.
"How are you doing this?"
"Saiyan fly from baby. My mama teach me."
Naruto flew up and landed in front of a surprised Kakashi. Sasuke also walked in and was surprised to see Naruto and Mito there as they are obviously behind him. Kakashi came out of his shock and told them to sit down.
"Well, let's begin with introducing yourselves. Tell me about your likes, dislikes, your dream for the future and things like that. I will be starting. My name is Kakashi.I have no desire to tell you my likes and dislikes. I have a lot of hobbies and no dreams for my Future. Now it's your turn, let's start from the Left."
He then turned to Sasuke. Sasuke took it as his que to talk.
"My name is Sasuke Uchiha. There are lots of things I dislike and I don't really like anything and I can't really call it a dream. But I have an ambition. The Resurrection of my clan and to kill a Certain Man."
Mito was surprised as she did not know that. Naruto felt like Sasuke was somehow like him. While Kakashi knew who it was. It was like he thought. He then turned to Mito.
"My name is Mito Uzumaki. What I like is Cup Ramen and learning new techniques from books. But what I like even more is when Iruka Sensei pays for my ramen. What I dislike is waiting three minutes for the ramen to cook. And my dream is to be the next hokage and learn many cool and powerful Jutsu."
Kakashi could not help but smile at Mito. He could see his Sensei mixed with his Sensei's wife in Miyo. He was sure she was going to surpass them. He then turned to Naruto.
"Me Naruto. Me like Fighting and Friends like Mito. Me dislike someone who disrespects fight rule. Me dream kill Frieza because Frieza killed father, mother and everyone and find Brother Vegeta."
Kakashi was surprised as it seemed that Naruto was like Sasuke. But who was Frieza and Vegeta?
"So far for the introductions. Tomorrow we will start our duties as shinobi. First we are going to do something with just the four of us. We are going to be doing some survival exercises. This is not normal training as this time I'll be your opponent. And I am going to tell you something that is totally going to freak you out. "
The Genin waited for their sensei to continue. Kakashi bent down as a shadow appeared on his face.
"Of the 27 graduates, only 9 will be chosen to become a Genin. The Rest will be sent back to the Academy. This training is a very difficult exam with a failure rate of over 66%."
All three genin were surprised as Kakashi laughed at them.
"If you are thinking what the point of graduating is, then it is to select those who have the chance to become Genin. Anyway, tomorrow you have to show your Real Skills on the training ground. Bring all the shinobi tools you have. And skip breakfast, you might throw up. The details are on this paper and don't be late tomorrow."
Kakashi pulled out three slips of paper. Naruto read the Paper before tearing it as he did not need it anymore. Kakashi disappeared. Naruto decided to go and eat.
Next Day,
Training Ground…
"Hey guys, good morning."
The Genin were angry as they had been waiting for three hours. Kakashi laughed as he pulled out an alarm and set it for noon and kept it on top of a cut tree trunk. Kakashi pulled out two bells as he tied them to his belt.
"Ok. It is set for noon. Here are two bells. Your task is to take these from me before the time's up. Those who don't have a bell by noon get no lunch. I will not only tie you to one of those stumps, but I will also eat right in front of you."
Now the Genins understood why they were told not to eat.
"You only have to get one bell. There are only two, so one of you will definitely be tied to a stump. And the person who doesn't take a bell fails. So at least one of you will be sent back to the Academy. If you want, you can use shurikens and Kunais. You won't succeed unless you come at me intending to kill."
The last line caught the Genins off guard.
"But you will be in Danger."
Kakashi smiled.
"Don't worry. You won't be able to kill me. Ok, let's get going. Ready to begin."
To Kakashi's surprise, Naruto came before him and grabbed him. Kakashi's eyes widened as he realised that Naruto was faster and stronger than him. But he lacked Chakra and that was probably what Kakashi had to use to his advantage along with Kakashi's Sharingan. He removed his Headband as he created 3 Clones.
Naruto looked around as he decided whom to attack. Naruto flew at the one in the middle and destroyed the clone and went for the second clone.
"Wind Release: Great Breakthrough."
Kakashi blew wind from his mouth, blowing both Naruto and the Clone away. The Clone grabbed Naruto as both of them were blown away. The Clone dispelled and electrocuted Naruto as the Clone was infused with Lightning Chakra.
Naruto was paralyzed for a moment as he fell to the ground. Naruto pulled himself out of the ground.
"Dynamic Entry."
Kakashi coated his feet in Chakra as he slammed his feet into Naruto's Face. Kakashi was about to hit him again but Mito made a clone and made the clone take the hit as she helped Naruto up. Naruto was about to fly at Kakashi but Mito stopped him.
"You may be faster and stronger but Kakashi still has more experience and is smarter. We need to take Sasuke's help as he is the only one among us that can actually make a plan."
Naruto thought for some time.
"You go. I buy time. Get Sasuke Plan."
Naruto flew up and dropped at Kakashi. Kakashi's Eyes Widened as Naruto came at him falling. Kakashi used Kawarimi as he swapped with Log. The Log was completely destroyed. Naruto stopped as he looked around to see where Kakashi was.
"Earth Release: Rending Drill Fang."
Kakashi launched out from the ground as he punched Naruto in his face. But Naruto grabbed Kakashi's hand and slammed him into the ground as fast as he could so that he would not be electrocuting.
"Fire Release: Fire Dragon Flame Bullet."
Kakashi breathed fire from his mouth and manipulated into the shape of a dragon. The Dragon then Fires Multiple Fireballs at Naruto.
"Lucuora Gun."
Naruto rapid-fired a barrage of ki from his hands and destroyed the Fireballs. Naruto then was hit by Kakashi's kick.
"Wind Release: Whirlwind Fist."
Kakashi closed his fist with Wind Release to form somewhat of a typhoon around his fist with Wind Release to form somewhat of a typhoon around his fist as he hit Naruto with the fist. Upon impact against Naruto, the technique pierced his body and blew him away with a shock wave.
Naruto got up, the attack doing no major damage to him, and looked at Kakashi. Kakashi sighed. He wanted to take it easy as he wanted Sakura to be in the team. But it seemed he could not as he got Naruto instead of Sakura.
"It is too late to say it but Shinobi Fighting Lesson 1, Taijutsu."
Naruto jumped at him again but Kakashi used Kawarimi as he swapped with a thought he was safe but Mito jumped at him with some clones. Sasuke appeared beside Naruto.
"We will distract him. Use your speed and get the Bell while we distract him."
Naruto nodded as he flew up. Kakashi was dodging Mito's punch as Sasuke joined them. Kakashi was now focused as Sasuke and Mito were somehow in Sync. Kakashi grabbed both of their wrists and threw them away.
But to his surprise, Naruto dashed and grabbed the Bell before stopping behind Mito and Sasuke. Kakashi was surprised. It seemed they had worked together. That was the point of the exam. But it was time to ask a question to see if they would give up on each other.
"You got the Bells, Naruto. But who will you give one of it to?"
Naruto thought about it. He tossed one at Sasuke and the other at Mito.
"I not ready shinobi. I just join. Mito Sasuke train to be Ninja. Not me."
Mito refused to take it.
"No. It was Sasuke that planned it and you were the one to get the bell. I did not do a thing."
Sasuke made no nod.
"It was because of Naruto and Naruto would probably not listen to me if it was not for you telling me. So it should be Mito and Naruto."
Kakashi smiled.
"You guys passed as this was the test of your team work and you managed to get the bell by working together. I will be happy to be your Jounin-sensei. You guys are the first that managed to work together. Everyone else would just bicker among each other. They were all just morons."
Kakashi smiled.
"A Ninja must see underneath. I would also like to give you another piece of advice that was given to me by my friend. Those who break the rules are trash but those who don't take care of their comrades are lower than trash."
Naruto looked at Kakashi and felt that he was super cool. Kakashi then led them to a Stone with multiple names carved into it.
"Look at this. The numerous names carved on the stone. These are the ninjas who are recognized as the heroes of the Village. But they are not just normal heroes. They are all heroes who died while on Duty. This is a Memorial for them. I hope you won't get your name written here."
Kakashi had a sad look on his face. But it brightened as he turned to his Genins.
"That ends the training. All of you pass. Ok. Starting tomorrow, team #7 will begin its duties."
Some Days later…
"What's the distance to the Target?"
Naruto peeked from behind the tree that he hid behind. Naruto had learned to speak well. He still was strong and as such Kakashi and Team Seven had also gotten stronger.
"Five Metres. I am Ready anytime."
Naruto waited for Kakashi's Reply and as soon as he heard go, he jumped out. But it turns out it was not just him that jumped out as Sasuke and Mito followed soon they think they jumped at was a Cat, Tora. Naruto grabbed the cat and held it.
"Ribbon on the left ear. Are You sure this is the target, Tora?"
Naruto checked the Cat's Left ear and found a pink Ribbon tied on it.
"Yeah. It is Tora."
"Good. Lost Pet 'Tora' search mission complete."
Sometimes later,
Hokage's Office,
Konoha…
"Now. Team 7, your next duty is babysitting an elder's grandson, shopping in the Neighboring Village and helping with the Potato Digging. You can choose to complete any one of these missions."
Hiruzen read out all the missions that were in the reserve.
"No, thank you. I want to do a more incredible mission. Find us a better one."
Hiruzen looked at Naruto and then at his Teammates and saw that they thought the same thing as Naruto. He looked at Kakashi and saw that Kakashi was okay with taking them on a C Rank Mission. But someone responded before he could.
"You idiot. You are just a rookie. Everyone starts off with simple duties and works their way up."
Hiruzen raised his hand and silenced Iruka.
"Everyday the village receives numerous requests, from Babysitting to Assassination. Each Request is written down on these lists and Divided into an A, B, C and D ranking based on difficulty. The village is also divided based on skill. Starting with me to the Jonins, Chunins and Genins. The missions are then handed out by us at the top to Ninjas based on their Abilities."
Hiruzen then pointed at the Fire Lord's Wife paying the fee of the mission.
"And if the duty is completed successfully, we receive payment from the Client. You guys just recently became genin. D Rank Missions are perfect for you."
Hiruzen turned to Naruto and saw that he had completely ignored him and was now reading his book. Hiruzen sighed.
"Ok. If you want it that much, I will give you a C Rank Mission. It is a protection mission of a Certain Individual. Hey, will you come in here?"
Naruto smiled. It seemed he had succeeded in pursuing Hiruzen. The door opened as an Old Man came in with a bottle of sake in his hand.
"What's this? They are all a bunch of Super Brats. Especially the one with the Duck Butt on his head. Are you really a Ninja?"
Naruto turned to Sasuke and grabbed him before he lunged at the old man.
"What is the point of killing the person you are supposed to protect? Teme."
The old man smirked.
"I am the super expert Bridge Builder, Tazuna. I expect you to provide me with super protection until I get back to my Country and Complete the Bridge."
Naruto wondered what was so special about Tazuna. Maybe he was just egotistical.
Next Day,
Konohagakure Gate,
Konoha…
"Hey. Am I really going to be safe with these Brats?"
Kakashi laughed.
"Well, I am Jonin. So you don't have to worry. Let's go."
Sometimes later…
The team was walking down a road when two masked men jumped out of the puddle and wrapped chains around Kakashi, seemingly killing him.
"One Down."
Mito froze as she saw Kakashi die. The two men tried to attack her, but Naruto grabbed the Chains and tore it apart. He swung both of the Demon Brothers and slammed them into the ground multiple times, before slamming them against each other.
They heard clapping and turned to see Kakashi there. Mito, Narutpand Tazuna were surprised;
"Good job Naruto. You managed to subdue two Chunin Class Ninja from the Kirigakure. But I expect nothing less from you."
Tazuna started to sweat. Naruto and Sasuke realised that something was wrong by the shift in tone in Kakashi's Voice.
"As I have already said, these guys are chunin from Kiri. They are Ninjas known to keep fighting no matter what."
"How did you read our movement?"
Kakashi turned to the Tied up Masked man and smiled.
"On a Sunny Day like this when it has not rained in days, a water puddle should not exist. If I had to, I could have killed you two instantly, but there was something I needed to find out. I needed to find out who the Target these two were after. We have not heard that there are Shinobis after you. Our Mission was simply to protect you from Thieves or Gangs. This has now become at least a B-Rank Mission. This was supposed to be simple protection until you completed the Bridge."
Tazuna looked down, sad. Naruto saw the mask Tazuna wore of being a Drunkard slip. It looked like Tazuna really needed some help and he could not afford a B-Rank Mission. Tazuna walked up to Kakashi.
"There is something that I have to tell you, Sensei. It is about this mission."
Kakashi raised his eyebrows at Tazuna.
"You are tight, this job is most likely outside your Duties. It turns out that a Super Dangerous Man is after my life. You have probably at least heard his name before. The Wealthy Shipping Magnate, a man named Gatou."
Kakashi had indeed heard the name, but none of the Genins had.
"Gatou. From that Gatou Company? He is said to be one of the World's Few Extremely Wealthy People."
Tazuna nodded.
"Yes. Officially he runs a large shipping company. But, secretly he sells drugs and other illegal items using Ninjas and Gang Members to take over businesses and Countries. He is a Very Nasty Man. It was about a year ago when he set his eyes on the Wave Country. Through money and Violence, he quickly took control of the Country's shipping industry. Gato now has a Monopoly on all business Traffic in the country. The only thing he has to fear now is the Completion of the Bridge."
Mito turned to Kakashi and waited for his reply. She hoped Kakashi would make the right choice.
"But what I don't understand is that if you know Ninjas could be after you, why did you hide that fact when you hired us?"
"It is obvious, Kakashi-sensei. He just said that his country was taken over by Gato and that means they don't have enough money for it."
Tazuna laughed.
"Well, if you quit the mission now, I will definitely be killed but don't worry about it. If I die, my Cute 10 Year Old Grandson will just cry for a few days. And my daughter will live a sad life, hating Konoha Shinobis forever. But it won't be your fault. Not at all."
All the sympathy that Mito had felt for the man had started to disappear on hearing him emotionally blackmail them. Mito saw her sensei sigh.
"Well, I guess we have no choice. We will protect you. At least until you get back to your country."
