Marcus opened the portal to the island, "You guys want to join us, it's almost dinner time anyway and I'm sure our chef can fix up anything you want to eat."
Samuel looked to his girls who shrugged, " Sure, like I said before we've only got the island but not a house, the tent helps though."
Marcus nodded and waved them through the portal and followed them, "Wow that's a nice house, " Samuel said when he saw it.
"Yeah I like it and Hermione likes the library and workshop, she will either be in one or the other tinkering with something or looking something up," Marcus said floating off of the ground followed by the others, and flew up to the house.
Landing at the door he opened it, "Computer we have three additional guests have the chef prepare for them."
' Acknowledged, Hermione and the child are in medical.'
"Alright I will need to get scanned to update my files after the changes," Marcus said while dropping his stuff on a chair or storing his weapons in their pocket space.
"Umm, you have a medical station?" Tina asked
"Yeah it's close to what Voyager had, " Marcus told the three making his way to the medical room.
"Do you mind if I get a check-up, we need to know what has changed in me?" She asked following him to the room.
"Nah it'll help if we have a T850 and it gets changed like you did, I've got the scans of you I can add them to the medical database in a minute, " Marcus said as the door opened.
He found Hermione sitting on a med-bed Harriet in her lap holding on for what seemed to be dear life.
"Doctor we have guests who want to be given a check-up one of which used to be a full cyborg I'm sending you scans I got before the change please go over them thoroughly," Marcus told the doctor as he walked to Hermione and Harriet.
"Yes Sir I am almost finished with the child, With the medical data from the wizarding world I can synthesize the medical potions she will need to overcome the malnutrition and damaged bones, while her bones can be repaired overnight the malnutrition will take anywhere from a week to a month," The doctor said as he handed Hermione a hypospray and told her to administer it before bed while also giving her a small bottle explaining that she need to drink one for each meal and come to him in a week.
"She is around five years of age so she may not be able to eat much, adding that she was not allowed proper meals I've sent orders to the chef to make light meals for the next few days," the doctor added.
"Thanks, as you can probably see we've been changed, we'll need full scans and you to run simulations to see what we'll need in the future," Marcus told the doctor as he took a seat on the bed across from Hermione.
"Yes I have already taken scans of Miss Granger, I'll run the simulations tonight as you sleep."
"Good to hear, they have bracers and tents, copy the records you make for them to their bracers."
"Yes Sir, you're remarkably fit considering the changes you and Miss Granger have undergone."
"Yeah we became Asgardian, a race from Marvel Comics, I'm not sure if we have anything on them but I do know that they can live up to around fifty thousand years," Marcus told the doctor, behind him the three gasped hearing the possible lifespan they could have.
"That's good to know, so far the only thing I can tell you that has changed is that your cores have become extremely dense as have your muscles and bones, anything else I'll have to find in the simulations."
"Okay, go ahead and scan the others and compare the scans of Tina, "he said indicating the former cyborg.
" Yes Sir, " the doctor said while turning to pick up a Tri-quarter.
Harriet listened to the adults talking about things she didn't understand, the only thing that stuck out to her was that she would get food.
"I'm sorry to be a bother, I can clean the house and cook for a piece of toast and a glass of water a day," Harriet whimpered thinking that she may not get even that after speaking to the adults.
"No, you'll be getting food and medicine, and all you have to do is keep the room you'll be staying in until we find you a permanent home," Hermione said while gently hugging the tiny girl in her lap.
Harriet stiffened up at first unaccustomed to the hugging, "I'll try to be less of a freak."
"You're not a freak sweetheart but you do have a power in you that comes out to help you when you are hurt or scared, we may know a group of good people to help you learn control," Marcus said while reaching out slowly and patting her head.
"Sir I've finished the scans and with the permission of Miss Tina saved a copy of both her before and after the changes for future reference, she mentioned that you said it could happen around you."
"Thanks, Doctor."
The group left the room and went to the dining room to find a meal ready and waiting with Harriet's being a vegetable soup and pure fruit juice, Hermione gave her the small bottle which she drank without question before she slowly emptied her bowl and was able to get another half bowl down.
"I'm sorry I didn't eat it all but my tummy started to feel full," Harriet said in tears fearing punishment for wasting the half bowl.
"It's fine, we sometimes leave more than that much food and our androids put it in a mulch pile for an herbal garden they tend," Marcus told the panicking girl.
"Garden?, I'm good with a garden."
"Yeah you may be but you don't have to do that anymore our garden is a very long walk from the house it would take three hours to get to it and some of the plants are dangerous, " Hermione told her.
" But I can put out a small flower garden for you on the back patio," Marcus said while tapping out an order for the androids working the garden for magical plants to bring some nonharmful seedlings back to the house.
Hermione looked at him confused, "She has been indoctrinated to work on the plants Petunia Dursley wanted to be grown without having to do the work if I can give her a small garden and tell her that it is for her enjoyment and not a chore she may calm down," he told her in Alteran.
Hermione nodded, "Let's go watch some TV to let dinner settle."
Everyone exited the dining room, Harriet had to be told that the dishes would be taken care of.
When the adults sat on the couches, Harriet was standing at the end of the couch Hermione and Marcus were on looking around.
"What's wrong sweetie?" Hermione asked noticing she hadn't joined them.
"Looking for my cupboard, I'm not allowed to watch the tele," she said while still looking around.
"Come here," Marcus said softly and waited for her to stand in front of him, when she was he picked her up and put her between himself and Hermione.
Picking a child-friendly movie they sat and watched it until Hermione noticed that Harriet had fallen asleep her head on her lap and Hermione herself gently running her fingers through the little girls hair.
Marcus seeing this smiled then scooped her up and carried her to the second floor and put her in the first room he came to, "Get her into some PJs."
Hermione rolled her eyes as he left, "You're going to have to change any children we may have in the future you know right?"
"True but think on this what are the chances that Vernon or Dudley forced her to display her body to them, I'm not goin to add to her possible trama," he said leaving the room.
Hermione silently nodded before gently stripping the young girl only to find she had no underpants on and her privates were red and had a rash as well as an unpleasant oder, fighting back tears she cast a silent cleaning spell that was meant for females, going to the room replicator she had it make a shirt just slightly bigger than Harriet should wear, returning she slowly pulled the shirt over her leaving her without underpants to not irate her.
Leaving the door open she turned on the lights in the bathroom across from the room she went back to medical, "Doctor I need a cream or lotion for feminine places and I need to see Harriet's scan focused on her genitals."
The Doctor looked up from the screen he was reading and noticed the anger on her face, "Of course, I have been working on her nourishment regime, here it is a severe rash, I can have a cream ready before you leave."
"Does the scan indicate sexual abuse?"
"No her vaginal wall does not indicate that she has been molested, Im guessing that she was not shown how to properly clean herself in that area," the Doctor said while replicating the cream.
"Thank you, Doctor I will bring her back for a more in-depth examination tomorrow."
Returning to the room Harriet was in and found the little girl awake and curled up in a corner of the room.
Slowly going over she squatted down and reached out for her surprised when she jumped into her arms.
"I woke up almost naked, Dudley pulled off my pants one time and locked me out of the house, it was cold and the ground was covered in the white cold stuff," Harriet whimpered until she realized what she had done and said then she tried to pull away.
"It's fine, I only wanted you comfortable I was going to put pants on you but I saw that you were red and had a rash so went to get medicine," Hermione said while pulling her back into the hug.
"Medicine, I already took the medicine."
" No sweetie that was to help you grow some this medicine is for between your legs, you have a bad rash, I know let's get you a bath before you go back to sleep."
"Bath?"
"Yes, I am going to show you how to clean yourself."
"Umm I don't need one for another week or two, " Harriet said while trying to remember what day it was and when it was time to get in the cold water.
Hermione had to stamp down on her anger, "Sweetie girls should take a bath at least every other day, " saying that she stood taking the girl with her, and began to fill the tub with warm water.
As the tub was filling she pulled the shirt off of the overly skinny girl again stamping on her anger.
"I'm going to have to ask something that you may not like but I have to ask it's for your medical care okay?"
Harriet nodded while looking at the slightly steaming water.
"Has anyone not a doctor touched you here?" Hermione asked pointing toward Harriet's private area and receiving a shake of her head, " Okay how about your bottom," again she shook her head.
"The Doctor only waved that funny-sounding thing around me, and Uncle Vernon once stripped me and pushed me at a friend of his but my freakishness made him fly away from me," Harriet said.
"Okay this is good to know, now here's a rule that you need to know, nobody except your doctor or another woman should see you naked like right now, nobody should try to touch you between your legs or bottom unless like now an adult woman is helping you wash off," Hermione said turning to turn off the water.
Then she lifted the girl and put her in the tub, "Sit slowly,"
"Wow this is the first time I've had warm water, ouch," she said as her bottom touched the water.
"Slowly, " Hermione said soaping a cloth and once fully sitting she began washing the girl's back and arms then her face, rinsing her face she then washed her hair then adding conditioner she had her stand up.
"I'm sorry but this is going to hurt, "Hermione said while starting from her feet and working her way up, Harriet whimpered when Hermione washed between her legs as gently as she could.
Finished she turned on the shower to rinse off the soap and conditioner, using a towel she dried her off while silently casting a drying charm on her hair.
"Are you alright?"
"It hurt at first but now it is ok."
"Okay, I'm going to put the medicine on you and get you dressed."
Saying that Hermione took her back to the bedroom and stood her on the bed, "Remember unless it's for medicine nobody should try to touch you here," Hermione said spreading the cream on before turning to the replicator and getting a pair of underwear and pajama pants.
When Harriet left the underwear on the bed and started to pull on the pants Hermione had to explain that a girl should wear the underwear, when asked why it took some quick thinking to answer.
"It's so if someone tries to take off your pants you can still be covered."
"Oh okay."
"Now if you need to use the bathroom you can anytime," Hermione said as Harriet lay down yawning.
Remembering the hypo she stuck it to her arm and triggered it, "Oh that feels funny."
"Yeah but it will fix your bones, now get to sleep and I'll see you in the morning, " so said she kissed Harriet on the forehead and wished her goodnight.
Going up to their room she found Marcus getting ready for bed, "We should go hunt down the Dursleys and curse them to feel every bit of pain she's felt over the time she was with them, that poor girl has a rash so bad that warm water hurt her."
"No need the people in that group may take care of them after they saw how they treated, her," Marcus said as he patted the bed.
"I still want to do it," Hermione said as she stripped to her panties and crawled in with him.
"Get to sleep she will most likely get up early and panic when she doesn't know what to do," Marcus said kissing her goodnight and drifting off to sleep.
When morning came they woke to the computer calling out to them, 'Harriet is in the kitchen trying to make breakfast but she can't work the equipment,'
Hermione was up and pulling on his larger shirt and running before he knew what was happening.
Hermione entered the kitchen to find a crying little girl being watched over by a android but it made no move toward her.
"Harriet, what's wrong?"
"I'm supposed to cook breakfast but I don't know how to make this work," Harriet wailed rushing to Hermione stopping short and turning her back to her and waiting for something.
Hermione squatted down and pulled the crying girl into a hug, " Shh shh it's fine we don't expect you to do anything other than work the little garden Marcus had set up for you on the patio."
Turning Harriet around Hermione hugged her aging and stood up, walking to the medical room she found the doctor reading something but closed it and stood from his desk.
"Yes?"
"Please do a complete and thorough examination," Hermione said while sitting on a med-bed.
The Doctor nodded pulled out a Tri-quarter and began scanning, "I've updated the Tri-quarter to also detect magically induced problems after seeing the files of the bracers, the computer finished the simulations for it a few hours ago."
"That's good please ensure that our guests bracer get the update along with ours, " Hermione said while rubbing Harriet's back.
"Yes ma'am, I'm finding several anomalies in her magical signature, some over her heart and one fading signature around her scar, I can excise the tissue and use a dermal regenerator on the area to remove it faster and safely," the doctor said as he finished the scans.
"After breakfast, we will see, can you tell me what the other anomalies are?"
"If my studies are correct I would say a binding, also I'm not sure but something like an intellectual retardation or even servitude enforcement," he said just as Marcus entered the room.
"Okay we can take care of that," Hermione said while getting off of the med bed, Harriet had fallen to sleep as the doctor was scanning her.
"Couch I need to get dressed," she said as she walked to the couch and waited for Marcus to sit down, when he did she gently lay Harriet in his lap with her head on his shoulder.
It only took her a few minutes to get dressed and return to the living room to find their guests had joined Marcus in sitting.
Hermione sat next to Marcus lifting Harriet's feet and legs into her lap, "Okay so we just found out that Harriet here is bound and possibly under a charm forcing her to be subservient to the Dursleys, I found her in the kitchen trying to make breakfast and when I asked her what was wrong she turned her back to me like she was waiting for a beating."
The three sat stunted as they looked at the little girl sleeping on them .
"I know an unbinding spell that I do after breakfast, While I am doing that Marcus is going to continue to where you all decided to go, I'm not sure it's safe to fly at speed with her," Hermione said just before the serving android indicated breakfast was ready.
Marcus stood slowly and began to lay Harriet on the couch when she grabbed him her eyes opening wide in fear thinking she was in trouble.
Seeing the fear Marcus shook his head, "Breakfast is ready."
"But I couldn't make the kitchen work," she nearly cried.
"It's fine, here you do not need to do everything, " Hermione said while they went to the dining room where they ate after Harriet took her potion and ate two full bowls of soup.
"We're going back to Sunnydale to see how it is going after two days, Buffy and her group should have the town mostly under control, " Marcus told Hermione as he and Samuel were getting ready to return to the Halloween world.
"Alright see if any Harry Potter characters are in the town and test for this magical signature, " Hermione said while giving him a piece of paper with some writing on it.
"Dumbledore?"
"I'm guessing so, the doctor is doing a small surgery to remove the scar and the last bit of residue of Riddle," Hermione told him before kissing him and pushing him toward the gate.
Marcus returned the kiss and stepped through the portal followed by Samuel, "Alright let's go see what Buffy and her team are doing."
"Yeah, last we saw they were doing well after calming down the thinking people and creatures so it should be fine," Samuel answered while the two took the air and flew toward Sunnydale.
"I'm going to take it slowly to give Harriet a little time to heal up, I'm just hoping that she and Hermione don't get too attached, this life is not for children," Marcus told the man who was flying not far away.
"Yeah we chose this life and we knew the dangers but a child doesn't have the right mindset to choose to go world-hopping," Samuel answered while enjoying the ability to fly.
About a half-hour walk from Sunnydale Marcus suggested that they land and continue on foot to which Samuel agreed.
"You know it was a great choice to use the Asgardian costumes, although we didn't have them in our fiction back home I think there was a race similar in the comics but it only showed up a few times, so Kryptonian was our best choice."
"I'll get you a copy of our fiction from the library it'll give you something to read and watch in your downtime," Marcus offered as a wall with people patrolling could be seen.
"Thanks, we are going to Merlin after we are done here, that place while interesting is lacking in books and entertainment."
Marcus stopped and stared at him, "Merlin? you guys are going to have to be careful, Merlin and Morgan will feel you not to mention the other fey."
"Yeah, I know but we don't plan on being in Camelot for long, I'm going to see if the dragon will fire forge our swords and give him a lot of food and see if he wants to be freed."
Marcus nodded, "We'll return to Destiny and finish fixing her up, Harry Potter is supposed to be put on her in the next year or so, we don't plan to join his journey as he does a good job, we are giving him a huge hand so he won't have to wait two years to return to Earth."
"I've seen a fanfic with something like that happening, so basically you two are pushing the timeline up a little?"
" Yeah that's it, we were going to ride along with Destiny and possibly join the Icarus team but we found out that it wouldn't happen and Harry was going to be sent there so I'm building a ship to use to explore in, we may go to Earth but it's all up in the air for now, " Marcus said while coming to a stop at the wall and looking up to the guards that were closely watching him and Samuel.
"Maybe we should go to a Stargate world first then Merlin, I'll talk to the girls about it."
"What do you want?" one of the guards called down at them.
"Trade and information," Marcus yelled back.
The guards looked them over, "Wait there, Wills go get Summers."
A ten-minute wait later, Buffy and the Scooby gang appeared on the top of the wall, "What do you have... wait I know you, I thought you and your group were going to Nevada," Buffy said while looking at Samuel.
"Yeah we got there but I didn't think I could help them out so I called in some help and the military people tried to rob my friend so we left them to fend for themselves," Samuel said while waving up to the gang.
"Yeah, we've had to fight off a raiding party this morning, come on in we could use some things mostly medical and food."
Samuel looked at Marcus and shrugged before floating off of the ground and flew to the top of the wall followed by Marcus who was scanning the wall and frowning.
"You guys need to add magical defenses,"
"Yeah but all we got in the way of magic is a little boy, most everyone is sci-fi-based in abilities," Xander said while putting away a golden six-shooter.
" Huh, I thought you guys had some magical people?"
"Hah closest we got is a few Jedi and they are good at negotiating but prefer not to get into combat and we think it is best, you know dark side and all," Buffy said while looking closely at Marcus, "Hey you're the guy that held Angelus while I dusted him."
"Yeah sorry about that, " Marcus said as they walked down a set of stairs to the ground.
Buffy looked pained for a second before it passed, "Not your fault, and Giles said we were blocked from trying to bring him back."
Marcus nodded then looked around to find that while most of the city was fine a good number of the houses and buildings were burned to the ground.
"Looks like you guys had a fight on your hands."
"Yeah a few didn't regain their mind after what happened, they went around attacking, took us the better part of a day to get the hostiles under control and out of the city."
"And the wall?"
"Earth bender, sweet girl, but don't pick on her she went as Toff and it left her blind."
"Yeah good power set she can be a great early warning for ground assault."
"Yeah she's already been helpful, she gave us the warning that a large group was coming, if we hadn't known we would have been taken by surprise."
" So what you got for trade?" Xander asked as they neared the school which looked to be the headquarters.
"Tents with expansion enough to hold a football stadium can be set up in a small space to be out of the way, they are equipped with a holographic setup like StarTrek and replicators for food and medical with avatars to act as an interface."
"Sweet, can they do all the stuff like in the show?"
"Yeah and more, we gave some to the SGC for a few scans of their stuff, my girlfriend Hermione had to fend off Carter who looked ready to tie her down to ask for anything she knew on the tech, Hammond threatened to ground her if she didn't behave."
"You guys found a Stargate?"
"Yeah whatever happened caused fictional people and places to appear not just changing people to become their costumes, " Marcus said as they entered the library to find Giles, Cordelia, and Joyce holding a little boy in her lap waiting for them.
"Harry Potter?" Marcus asked as he saw the little boy.
"Yeah we found him wandering outside the walls last night, he said that his uncle and aunt dropped him in a desert in Egypt three days ago," Buffy told him as she went over and playfully ruffled Harry's hair.
"Yeah we'll need to get him checked out, most of the time Harry is under bindings, " Marcus said while scanning the group with his bracer and nodding.
"Huh?" Xander asked while the rest looked confused.
Marcus gestured from himself and Samuel, "We are travelers of the multiverse and the Halloween event is a nexus thing that can't be stopped, sometimes it's a mage mess around and sometimes it is the Hellmouth acting up, we are sent by higher powers to ease the burden of the people."
He looked around the group and saw that they were getting it, "You knew this was going to happen?" Cordelia asked while looking ready to fight.
"Yeah, and I knew that if I didn't give you that Catwoman costume you would have died and Xander would have been changed into an insane soldier who could have blown up the town instead of being a Guardian."
His statement stopped any yelling or protesting, "Samuel and I along with several groups have been spreading out to help but we can only do so much, Hermione and I are helping with technology and some combat and I'm not sure what Samuel and his group are doing. "
"Uh we are new to this so we were mostly going around to warn people that not every monster-looking thing was dangerous and calling in a team better suited for any situation, " Samuel said while taking a seat.
Marcus shrugged and walked to a wall and tapped it to open a portal, " Hermione we are in Sunnydale, they've got a Harry Potter, How are things on your side?"
"I've got a hyper little girl whose magic was so bound it's a miracle she could function, right now I'm having to run behind her to change the trees and grounds back from candy or some odd things, the doctor said she'll be like this for a day or two until it settles," Hermione's voice said from his bracer.
"Doctor?"Marcus asked.
"Her magic is strong and the binding was restricting what it could do, I've been monitoring her through Miss Granger's bracer right now it's throwing off the excess, also it seems to have healed her body," the doctor answered, " I'm picking up similar readings from a small boy near your location."
"Yeah he is in a sense her brother," Marcus said looking at Harry who looked to be eight or nine.
Joyce tightened her hold on Harry, "Will it hurt him?"
"No madame if anything he'll be hyper for a time until his magic settles," The doctor said.
"He'll need it removed sooner or later best before puberty or his growth magically and physically will be stunted," Hermione added.
"Tina, Elexa come on through we can go around the town seeing if we can help out," Samuel said through his bracer.
" Uh give us an hour or so, Hermione gave us permission to stock up on clothes and food using the replicators here," Elexa said while sounding like she was packing stuff.
"The armor is nice and all but I feel naked in it without underwear, my nipples are being rubbed raw," Tina added
"Ahh sorry go ahead but don't overdo it you are a guest there," Samuel answered while blushing.
"Hey you guys can test a theory Hermione had, Computer use the single industrial replicator and build the sections of a small building, twelve feet by twelve feet, use the design for the communal tents, mark the sections on the outside so they can be set up and keep the runes aligned, " Marcus said into his bracer.
"Build commencing three hour build time," the computer informed them.
"Tina you and Elexa can stop raiding the replicator, the design comes with a replicator although not as good as our industrial replicator it'll make clothes and food," Hermione said while sounding like she was running around with laughter of a child not far from her.
"Joyce you Xander and Cordelia take Harry through this portal to get his binding removed and camp out until he calms down, Hermione or I can fix the place up later," Marcus said while gesturing to the portal.
"Hey, I wanna see the place too," Buffy and Willow said together.
"In a bit first we need to discuss what you need here for the town and its people."
"Sir I've finished the initial scans, Miss Harriet is reading as Asgardian now, I will have to wait for her to completely settle before I can get a full scan," the doctor added as the four walked through the portal.
Just as Harry was passing through the portal he screamed in pain as his scar burst open a black mist and goo burst from it.
"Joyce grab him and get him to the house," Marcus barked out as he watched the mist wail in pain and rage as the portal tore it apart.
" What was that?" Buffy demanded as she started to try and go through the portal.
"Part of a soul is not mentioned in the books till near the end but Voldemort left a piece in the scar when he attacked the Potters."
Marcus had to force Buffy back, "I'm not sure what the portal will do to you or the Slayer's spirit."
Giles and Willow had to pull Buffy to a seat, "Hermione will take them to our doctor he is familiar with this, Harriet is a female version of Harry, her scar didn't burst open like he did but there was lingering dark magic."
"What do you want in trade for the items you spoke about?" Giles asked trying to distract Buffy.
"Scans of any technology that came about because of the event, truthfully we can give these out freely but if people give something in return they treasure them more," Marcus told the three just before Elexa and Tina stepped through.
Samuel pulled them to the side and spoke with them for a few seconds before getting the group's attention, "We'll go see if there is anything we can do to help."
Willow got up and joined them, "I'll call you an escort, the people are still nervous about strangers."
Samuel nodded and followed her out of the library with the girls behind.
Marcus left the portal open as he sat at a table and pulled out a bracer and tent laying them on the table, "These are what we are offering," Marcus went on to explain the functions of the bracer and tent.
"These are amazing with several of these we can house most of the people who have no home, " Giles said while looking at the tent after setting it up.
"And these will help with several areas such as search and rescue and tools we may need as well as teaching the kids now that most of our teachers are no longer here," Buffy said while tapping away on the bracer she strapped to her arm.
"How are these powered?" Willow asked while looking at the tent, "I can feel them drawing in something but I am not sure what."
"Yeah that's one thing they are good for but they are meant to be an armory medical facility and research lad, and the armory can fabricate personal tents, and yes the bracers are multipurpose and personalizable, background magic," Marcus told them as he watched the three look over the items.
"And you just want scans of the technology from the people here for these things?"Buffy asked him as she sat back down.
"Yeah like we told you when Samuel and I got here we travel the multiverse and one of the most profitable things is technology or magical knowledge we already have a library that covers over a thousand years which we will need to make a specialized bracer for Harry to learn his lessons."
"I'll let you scan my lightsaber and blaster pistol for one of each," Willow said laying both mentioned items on the table.
Marcus nodded and lay a bracer and tent on the table while scanning the lightsaber and blaster.
"Interesting the parts of the lightsaber are repliceable while the crystal is somewhat alive so if I want one I'll need to feed one my magic until it awakens," Marcus said as he looked over the readout for the lightsaber.
Willow went through the setup for the bracer, "Thank you I can now start my library for force abilities for the few force-sensitive people who didn't get much of the training knowledge."

"I'm afraid I have nothing to offer, I was not affected by the waves of magic and all of my books here are unusable, this world seems to have been cleaned of the monsters we have known of and replaced with new threats," Giles said while looking around at his collection of arcane books.
"Yeah that's not a problem talk to Hermione she's a bibliophile so she'll be interested in the books plus it is possible for us to one day end up in a version of your world that didn't go through this and we'll have to live in that world for a time so the knowledge is just as valuable," Marcus said while looking around at the sizable library of demonology.

Stepping through the portal to found that the trees had all been changed in color and shape even species as one of the trees was now a giant rose bush.
Sighing he started changing the trees back to normal only for them to get changed to something else by a little girl who ran past him laughing.
Xander ran by following a young boy who was not changing things but was happily running around laughing.
"Whatever was done to him was messing with him badly," Cordelia said as she ran after Xander and Harry.
