A/N: Sup Y'all, Doggie here with another chapter as we will have conclusion as to who Kaiser will be teaming up with. This Chapter will be one of action and hopefully some inspiration of a certain Ninja anime show up here. Aside from that I had a question asked as to why Kaiser was afraid of Rin and so to answer that Kaiser in his youth was a quiet boy but when he enter Gosha Academy he was a bit rowdy in his first year and so someone had to rein him in and that someone was Rin. It'll be explained later in this chapter as to how that came to be.

Aside form that I got a couple of more chapters before I begin the next event and after that I won't be posting as much as I need to finish a few more chapters until I feel comfortable posting them as I realize that I like to post Big chapters so I will continue that but it will take some time.

Once again I want to thank everyone for your support and time. THANK YOU!

And now onto the story.

CHAPTER 18

The Idiot Resolve and the Stray's Desires

***The next morning***

As the Sun rose across the mountains as it bathe Gosha Village in rather peaceful light a young man was in the Infirmary doing push-ups as the sweat dripped off his body like the morning dew. The sun peaked in through the windows as he had taken up shadow boxing filling the infirmary room with kiss of golden light indicating that the sun had risen.

Saki had awoken in her chair as she was busy last night charting on her troublesome but also handsome patient as she sat up and stretches her arms and back while looking at her clock. She realized what the time was and got up as she headed out of her office.

Walking into the medical wing's bathrooms, Saki noticed there was a sound of someone taking a shower coming from the bathroom. Saki walked towards the bathroom door when it suddenly opened. What Saki saw made her eyes go wide as he glasses fogged up, her nose bled a little, and her panty's wet as what stood before her was demigod-made flesh.

Kaiser was drying his light brownish gray hair with a towel as he stepped out of the shower shirtless and with only a towel wrapped around his waist as his muscles glisten from the water, accentuating his figure even more than usual.

As her head starts to reel from the sight, her brain tries to process what her eyes just witness.

"Hmm...Oh Morning, Saki." He says casually, not seeing the effect his appearance has on the female.

"Kai...kun...what the hell..." is all that escapes her lips.

Kaiser looked back at her, puzzled by her behavior.

"What's wrong? Did you eat some bad food or you didn't sleep well last night?" He asked her worriedly.

"N-no, that's not it." Saki was using all her willpower to stop herself from letting her female instincts take over and indulge on the male student before her.

'He must be the type to pull a woman's hair back while he breaks her in.' Saki quietly whispered as she stared at Kaiser.

"Huh, what was that, Saki?" Kaiser asked as he finished drying his hair and draped the hand towel over his shoulders.

"O-oh, sorry. Kai-kun, can I ask why your walking out in a towel? You're going to catch a cold." Saki was able to keep her wits enough to try and save herself from ravaging one of her students, but the image of a half-nude Kaiser was already burnt into her eyes.

"'Not like he could catch one with a body like that.' she thought to herself.

"Well, I thought I'd helped myself to your shower, and anyways, my back is all healed; see look." As Kaiser said this, he turned around and flexed his back and shoulders, showing off all of his muscles and perfect form.

Saki couldn't deny the fact she found him sexy; the man looked almost made from a marble statue craved from a master sculptor, so to have him flaunt his muscled body even more made her feel a little uncomfortable between her legs.

"Yeah, that looks so good. Anyway, if you need me, I'll be in the bedroom! I MEAN MY OFFICE!" Saki quickly ran out the door before any other words left his mouth.

She could hear the confused, yet happy, chuckles of the young man as the nurse would be preoccupied for the rest of the day reliving her frustration.

Kaiser got dressed and was discharge from the infirmary as Rin was waiting for him outside.

"Did you get a good night's rest, Kai-kun?" Rin asked as she remembered the kiss she gave him last night.

"Hey, Teach! And yeah...well, sort of. I mean, nothing beats sleeping in your own bed at home. Seriously, you would think this school would have better infirmary beds." Kaiser complained but was actually happy to be out and about.

"I see... well, are you ready to head out? The headmistress said that you are to appear at the training grounds soon." Rin chuckled a bit as her former pupil was still every bit of the rowdy but lively boy she remembers.

"Uh huh...so umm... Teach...about last night..." Kaiser looked to the side with his face blushing as he was trying to find the words.

She knew the kiss was a spur of the moment and would probably regret it after, but that did not seem to be the case with Kaiser, as she could see his face go a deeper shade of red as the blush was beginning to reach his ears. The young Taimanin was trying to say something while trying his hardest to speak his mind.

Seeing him like that made Rin feel something in her heart stir as an embarrassed Kaiser clearly enjoyed the kiss she gave him last night. She felt her own face heating up as well, having seen him be a bit vulnerable with her as her young charge stumbling with his words that she couldn't help but giggle.

'It's amazing he can still feel awkward around me...I guess he's at that age now, where young boys begin to find girls, or women in this case, interesting.' Rin thought to herself.

Kaiser, not liking the giggling, gave Rin a stern look as he puffed his chest up, trying to look cool. This caused Rin to giggle even more at the young Taimanin's antics of trying to salvage his pride.

"Don't worry, I won't tell anyone." Rin patted Kaiser on the shoulder, knowing full well the effect the kiss had on him. "...but it was a nice kiss though."

Kaiser was speechless with his face as red as a tomato, as his eyes were swirling in circles after hearing him say these words with a genuine smile across her face.

The two made their way down to the training grounds as they walked in silence. Rin took the opportunity to study her former student. She was surprised at how much he had grown in such a short period of time that she had known him from when she had first heard of a young upcoming boy from the Mizuki Clan who had Aced the Special Course in record time.

When Rin first met Kaiser, the young boy was ill-tempered and kept to himself most of the time, but for the most part he was a nice boy when not provoked. It was only later that she found out he was an outsider who did not have any blood connection with the Taimanin and soon understood why he was very ornery with others, as they all treated him like a pariah for not being able to use the Taima Particle or a Ninja Art. Rin also bore witness to his power when he spared with other students after he had brutalized them, which caused him to even be more shunned and ostracized.

After a while, Kaiser started to act out and would often get into fights with his fellow peers and even teachers. As the incidents kept escalating, the headmistress decided that something needed to be done less things get out of control later down the line, and so it was decided that Rin Uehara would be Kaiser Wrath's personal tutor, as she was one of the strongest members of the Uehara clan and a user of Lightning Arts, possessing even greater control than Yukikaze. She gained a level of fame among Taimanin that Rin was called the Lightning Bolt/Volt by her students, out of fear and respect.

Due to her competence and experience, Rin was in charge of handling Kaiser Wrath's combat training and his violent outburst should he act out of line. It took a couple years and many beatings (electrocutions and sexual teasing) for her to simply get him to listen to her on occasions and to stop him from getting into fights with the other students. This, however, has built a strong bond between them as teacher and student, as Kaiser sees her as his one and only teacher in the arts of war. It is also mentioned that after receiving so many of Rin's "Private Lessons," that Kaiser started to actively fear her whenever he did something to make her mad, as the punishments could range from doing a game where he must play and win ten rounds of poker in a row while being blindfolded to having to do the art of running on water while it was electrified. Eventually Kaiser began to calm down and started to behave...to a certain degree, but he was no longer starting fights or actively challenging teachers during his time in Gosha Academy.

Unfortunately, all this progress would be lost during the 'Dies Irae' Incident as Kaiser went rouge to save his missing adopted mother. This put Rin in a difficult position as she was his mentor but had a responsibility and loyalty to Gosha and the Taimanin. She was chosen to stop Kaiser and bring him back to Gosha Village for punishment for his actions. Rin was nearly able to capture Kaiser, but seeing his mental state was more fragile after days of constant battle and evasion made her hesitate as the wound young man was able to escape. This caused a massive guilt complex in her that would last for years afterwards as she saw him trying his best to save the woman who was a like a mother to him and here she was hunting him like dog. The time that Rin spent with Kaiser gave way to her weakness, as she wanted the calm, quiet, and rowdy boy that was once her pupil to come back, but that boy was gone, leaving behind only a ruthless killer who would destroy anything that got in his way—a weapon that The Elder sought to control. Ultimately, Rin was unable to capture him, and the incident passed into history. This, however, caused a huge blow to the Taimanin reputation, and as the events of the incident became public knowledge, Kaiser was shunned and feared by many of the other students as the 'Mad Dog of Ruin'.

After the incident, Rin fell into further despair when she heard that Kaiser had come back to Gosha with Shiranui and was arrested soon after. When news of his execution was announced, Rin, along with Asagi, tried to appeal to The Elders but was unable to convince the Old Codgers to reconsider his punishment. On the day of his execution, she saw her once promising pupil in chains and bruises as the Villagers and Taimanin gathered; they hurled insults and rocks at him as the young boy was led to the gallows, but there was not an ounce of regret or remorse on his face as the young man was not afraid of his fate. If anything, it had looked like Kaiser had accepted his fate and was still standing proud and unbroken as to how others saw him as. It was then that Rin understood that this boy, who was seen with disgust and suspicion for most of his life, was more noble and compassionate than those who claim to have the Taimanin best interest in mind, he would protect those who he loved and would sacrifice himself if it meant saving them. Thankfully the Execution was stopped due to Shiranui's intervention as she had woken up from her 3-day coma and was able to rally the younger and more influential clans who defied The Council of Elders as she demanded the release of her son. This caused a huge uproar that could've led to another civil with in the Taimanin ranks but was avoided as eventually a compromise was met with Kaiser being pardon for his actions but was stuck on a probation status indefinitely as he would never be able to go on missions without a handler or receive credit for his deeds. This angered Rin but knew that this outcome was most likely for the best for all parties involved... but a small part of her wanted him to be pardon completely. Rin made a vow to herself that she would look out for Kaiser behind the scenes as a way to make up for her part in his suffering.

"Hey Kai-kun, I know this is sudden but I want you to know that... I'm very proud of you." Rin couldn't stop the words from leaving her mouth, though they made her blush a little as well.

Kaiser blinked in surprise, but after a moment of silence, he grinned. "I see... I'm glad to hear that. Don't know what brought on that but thanks Teach...I just hope I don't screw this up."

Rin gave her once pupil and student a nod of confidence as she saw a bright future wanting for the young man with people who would accept him as a comrade and more importantly...as a friend. They both arrived to the training grounds as it was empty with not a soul in sight.

"Kaiser, the members who will be your new team are going to arrive soon." Rin informed her charge.

"I've never been called in for something like this before, so I guess I'll just chill here, okay?" Kaiser said as he was his laid-back with this situation.

"Alright then. I'll be leaving and Kai-kun...good luck."

As Rin left him alone with those parting words, it tipped off Kaiser that something was off. After all, Asagi said that he would be having an escort at all times, but there was nothing Kaiser could do at the moment but wait. He had no idea what he would face. All he knew was that he was told to show up for his formal inauguration into the Task Force.

He waited and waited while thinking over how much his life had changed since yesterday.

"Man so much bullshit...makes my head hurt thinking about it. Maybe I should stop overthinking things. (sigh)."

Hidden away three figures observed the lone Taimanin as they discuss among themselves.

"Why are we taking an idiot like him with us!? That moron doesn't even know how to follow basic orders or even know the first thing about tactics!"

The first thing the two Taimanin's noticed was the aura of intimidation that was radiating off the man while they stood next to a very large boulder that was on top of a hill that overlooked the training grounds.

They definitely were not scare of him...maybe just a little bit.

"Ugh, now Hebiko is angry," said the female as she huff and stomp her foot to the ground throwing a childish temper tantrum.

"Guys, you both must remember why we doing this. To prove everyone that the rumors are wrong and that we too can be strong." Said a confident male voice.

"So Kotaro, what is the plan? How do we take on Gosha's Academy's strongest and most violent student?" Shikanosuke asked nervously as he remembered the beating that Kaiser gave him last time, but this time he had Kotaro, so things should be different... right?

"First we have to lure him into the forest; after that, we will use guerrilla attacks to keep him off balance and use traps to wear him down." Kotaro said as he stayed up all night figuring out a plan as to how his team would take down Kaiser Wrath.

"Ok, seems easy enough," said Aishu Hebiko confident that her and her friends would triumph over the school's biggest and meanest bully.

"We can't underestimate him. We should expect the unexpected from him , Kaiser is unpredictable so be prepared. We'll take a defensive strategy against him and have an escape plan if things go south. Let's not forget to keep our guard up."

Aishu Hebiko and Uehara Shikanosuke nodded in agreement as their opponent's was waiting for the Kotaro team's arrival.

"Alright, you voyeur rabbits, if your done with your little pow-wow meeting... let's get this show on the road." A voice called towards the boulder where Kotaro and his team where hiding behind.

The Taimanin knew that their opponent was skilled in martial arts and was not afraid of anything. Even if their bodies were beaten or torn, they would not stop until they defeated their enemies.

"Oh well, nothing to do now but face the 'Mad Dog of Ruin'. I guess it is my turn to shine."

With a quick flip, Kotaro's agility was incredible, as a blur could be seen in the air as it landed front of the direction of where his target was waiting.

"Kaiser, I won't forgive your foolishness any longer." Kotaro yelled, getting Kaiser's attention.

"Huh? Oh, it's you. Was wondering when you'd showed up." Kaiser smiled as he was expecting an ambush. "I hope you aren't here to waste my time. I've got more important matters to attend to than playing around with you and your little groupies."

"If you are trying to provoke me, it's not working. You may be strong, but you're too cocky and arrogant, which means you have weaknesses I can exploit."

"Too cocky, huh? Sure, why not? I know I have an ego and pride, but do you know the big difference between me and you is?... Power. All that skill and cunning you have doesn't count for shit when you're facing a force of nature... and One-Eye, I am a Unstoppable Fucking Force of Nature!"

"This is exactly what I'm talking about; you think you can brute force your way through everything. I'll show you why my ambitions and determination will overcome your power, Kaiser Wrath!"

Kotaro charged at Kaiser with his katana that belong to the previous heads of the Fuma Clan, The Kage o Kiru Ken. Kotaro tried slashing at Kaiser who was unarmed but his speed and quick reflexes made him elusive and harder to hit. Kaiser was just enjoying the fight as he toyed with Kotaro, who became increasingly irritated at how Kaiser viewed their fight... then something happened.

Aishu Hebiko, who was hiding, used her ability to shoot out ink from her mouth, fired an ink shot into Kaiser's eyes, blinding him. With his concentration was broken, Kaiser's mind was forced to rethink his strategy as he did a back flip to put some distance between him and Kotaro. Using his Five Senses, Kaiser heard Kotaro quickly taking advantage and was already moving into range with his blade. Kaiser range of focus was limited as he was focused on blocking Aishu's attacks while Kotaro moved in to keep the pressure on him. As Kaiser was distracted, Shikanosuke sneaked behind them as he was setting up traps while Hebiko and Kotaro were pushing Kaiser towards the forest.

Kaiser realized it far too late as he was forced into the forest were he could no longer keep his concentration up. Hebiko's and Kotaro's attacks were hitting their mark, but none of it did any good. Kaiser's body even if having barely recovered from his previous battle was still impenetrable like a brick wall, as he was unaffected by any of the Taimanin weak attacks as he decided to focus on his defense.

The two of them were doing well until they broke off, leaving Kaiser alone. Using his shirt sleeves, Kaiser managed to wipe off the ink from his eyes as he tired to blink out black liquid from his eye.

"Damn Octo-bitch, spitting her ink in my eye. Fucking disgusting... huh, where did those losers go?" Kaiser said to himself as he looked around the forest, trying to find Kotaro or his two friends. "Come out, come out wherever; you little rabbits. If your going to make me go out and look for you, I'm going to be really pissed, you little shits." Kaiser said in an annoyed tone as he searched for the three Taimanin.

Kotaro was hiding in the tree branches watching Kaiser walk through the forest.

"Aishu, you ready?" Kotaro whispered as he saw Kaiser walking through the forest.

"Yeah, I'm ready." Aishu whispered as she was hanging from her tentacle legs that were wrapped around the tree's branches.

"You know what to do, Aishu." Kotaro said in a serious tone as he watched Kaiser walk through the forest. "Shikanosuke, do you have the trap set?"

"I'm done, boss. I'm ready when you are." Shikanosuke said as he was holding a detonator that was wired to small bombs as Shikanosuke watched Kaiser with a sadistic grin on his face. "Payback time, you asshole..."

"Good, let's get this over with. Remember the plan, everyone." Kotaro said as he saw Kaiser walked right where he wanted as the forest was the perfect environment to ambush the 'Mad Dog'.

"I'm right behind you, Kotaro; let's see if that monster can handle all three of us." Aishu said as her tentacles started to move around the trees.

"You got it, Aishu, Shikanosuke; on my signal." Kotaro said as he prepared himself to jump down from the tree branch.

"I'm always ready, boss." Shikanosuke said in a calm tone as he held the detonator in his hand.

"Alright, let's get this party started." Kotaro said as he jumped down from the tree branch. "Hey, Kaiser, what'cha you doing?"

"Well, I was hunting for some pesky little rabbits, but apparently one just showed up... so where is the rest of your motley crew?" Kaiser said as he walked towards Kotaro, hoping to punch him in the face.

"Don't worry about them; it's just you and me." Kotaro said in a serious tone as he took out a smoke pellet and threw it at Kaiser's feet.

"Smoke pellets, huh, well, that's original." Kaiser said in a sarcastic tone as he tried to move away from Kotaro, but as he moved to the left, he saw something strange.

"What the hell is that?" Kaiser asked himself as he saw something moving in the bushes, but before he could react, an explosion went off that knocked Kaiser back. "Son of Bitch, remote bombs, seriously!"

As the explosion went off, Hebiko took the chance to coat the ground with her ink from above as she was hanging from the trees, as it made it slippery for Kaiser to get a good stable footing. While Kaiser tried to regain his balance, another explosion went off and another knocked him to the ground. As this was happening, Kotaro and Hebiko took chances to strike at Kaiser as they attempted to whittle him down.

"Damn you two, are you fucking serious with this shit?" Kaiser shouted as he tried to regain his footing, but it was no use.

"We are dead serious." Kotaro said as he delivered a punch with all his strength Kasier's stomach as his fist went deep into Kaiser's body and knocked the air out of his lungs. "You are going down today, Kaiser, so just give up already."

"Screw you...I'm just starting to have to some fun, One-eye." Kaiser shouted as he slammed his foot deep down into the ground with such force that it caused the ground to erupt, using his pure strength to cause the ink to sink through the hole he made. As Kaiser did this, another explosion erupted as the traps set up by Shikanosuke beforehand as it once again knocked him to the ground. Kaiser knew he had to deal with this problem now or Kotaro and his goons would get lucky in taking him out. Kaiser concentrated all of his energy into his legs as he jumped out of the ground and on the trees as he began to charge at Hebiko and Kotaro from above.

"Eat this, you fucking pussies!" Kaiser shouted as he jumps down from the forest top as he slammed his fist down into the ground, creating a shock wave into the ground that cause an eruption that set off all the mines and traps that Shikanosuke had set up as huge explosion shook the forest.

"Damn, he saw through it." Shikanosuke said as he jumped down from the tree he(?) was hiding in to see the destruction that Kaiser caused. Kotaro thought to himself that Kaiser wasn't kidding when he said he was an unstoppable force of nature, but he still had plans to help slow Kaiser down while they re-strategized.

"Retreat back further into the forest!" Kotaro yelled out to Hebiko and Shikanosuke as the three Taimanin disappeared deeper into the woods. As this was happening, Kaiser was left alone in the giant crater he cause and started to laugh.

"HAHAHAHA, Do you little rabbits think you can escape from me? I will hunt you all down like the prey you all are! You can't escape the a hound whose on the hunt!" Kaiser yelled as he started to follow the trail of the Taimanin.

As the chase continued, the Kotaro's team tried to ambush Kaiser at every turn, but every attempt was met with failure.

"Damn it, we are doing everything that we can to stop him, and it's still not enough." Shikanosuke panicked as Kaiser was closing in on them. "What are we supposed to do?"

"Calm down; there is nothing to worry about." Kotaro said as he smiled at Shikanosuke. "I have a plan, but you won't like it."

"I'll do anything to stop that monster!" Shikanosuke said with fear while trying to keep it together.

"That's good because this plan involves you playing as bait." Kotaro said as he explained the plan to Hebiko and Shikanosuke.

"Are you fucking with me?!" Shikanosule yelled at Kotaro as he(?) swore that he would kill Kotaro after all this.

"Trust me, Shika-chan, this will work; you just got to keep him distracted while Hebiko and I finish setting up." Kotaro reassured his friend, hoping to give him courage to follow through.

"Alright, fine, I'll play as the bait, but just so you know, if I die, I'm going to come back and haunt your ass!" Shikanosule said as he ran off in the direction of Kaiser.

"Alright, let's hurry up and set everything up. I hope this works." Kotaro said as he and Hebiko started to run off into the forest.

"Hebiko hopes you're right, Kotaro-chan; Hebiko really hopes you are." Hebiko said as she and Kotaro started to set up the traps.

Shikanosuke took a deep breath as he stepped out into the open as he faced down Kaiser face-to-face.

"Kaiser!... I-I challenge you one-on-one...f-f-fight." Shikanosuke announced to Kaiser with a determined look on his face, even though his legs were shaking in fear.

"Hehehe... Like I said before, you got balls challenging me, but don't think I'll hold back on you just because of I like ya grit. There is more to courage than being fearless." Kaiser said as he slowly walked towards Shikanosuke while cracking his knuckles.

"W-well, here I come!" Shikanosuke yelled out as he used his speed to quickly throw his shuriken as he tried to close the gap between him and Kaiser.

"Good now, let's see what you can do." Kaiser said as he quickly dodged Shikanosuke's Shuriken with ease as he charge forward.

Shikanosuke didn't waste any time, as he quickly turned around and tried to hit Kaiser with a roundhouse kick but the 'Mad Dog' dodge it as he lean backwards as the sweeping kick missed his face.

"Damn it, he's so fast." Shikanosuke thought to himself as his attacks kept on missing.

"You're going to have to do better than that if you want to beat me." Kaiser said as he slowly walked around Shikanosuke like a predator circling it's prey. "You need to anticipate where I'll be rather than where I am, and you also need to study my moves or posture, as they usually will give away what my next move will be. For example, when I cock my arm back, that means I'm going to punch, simple right? If my hand is open, it means I'm going to grab you." Kaiser said as his arm shot out grabbing Shikanosuke by his arm and pulled him in close as he brought his face close to Shikanosuke's. "Also, I like to keep my other hand open as I can grab you by the neck and break it like a pocky stick." Kaiser said as his other hand grabs and began squeezing Shikanosuke's neck slowly.

"Ahh!" Shikanosuke yelled as he tried to get free from Kaiser's iron grip.

"Your not bad, but if I were an enemy... you be ten times dead over." Kaiser said as he let go of Shikanosuke's neck. With a swift dash he disappeared from line of sight with pure speed.

"Wha...where did he go?" Shikanosuke asked as he looked around the empty field in search of his opponent. "He was right in front of me a second ago, and now he's gone."

Shikanosuke thought to himself as he started to sweat bullets. "Damn it, I can't sense him anywhere."

Shikanosuke started to get even more nervous as he felt like he was being hunted as he kept his guard up.

"Oh, Shikanosuke." Kaiser said as he appeared behind him.

"Eeeeyypppp!" Shikanosuke let out a girlish shriek as he(?) turned around to see Kaiser give him a deadpan stare.

"... Are you sure you're a guy?" Kaiser asked Shikanosuke as femboy gave him a deadpan stare.

"Of course, I'm a guy." Shikanosuke said with a straight face.

"Are you sure... because I'm pretty sure that most guys don't scream like a girl?" Kaiser said as he gave a doubtful look at Shikanosuke.

"Hey, I'm not the only guy who screams like a girl when they get scared." Shikanosuke said as he folded his arms and started to pout.

"Well, I haven't met any that do... I mean as a chick you would look pretty cute." Kaiser said as he scratched the back of his head.

"I AM A MAN!" Shikanosuke yelled as his reaction did little to convince Kaiser.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah whatever. So, hey, look, I got a favor to ask of ya? Kaiser asks as it was Shikanosuke's turn to give Kaiser a questioning look as he was curious as to what Kaiser wanted from him. "Can you, um,... can you put in a good word to your cousin Rin for me? Can you tell her that there are no hard feelings between us and that any injuries you get from me are a complete and total accidents? Do me this solid, and I promise not to pound you into hamburger meat."

Kaiser asked Shikanosuke as he gave him a force-friendly smile as he put a Friendly hand on the femboy's shoulder.

"Hamburger meat?!" Shikanosuke asked as he started to shake in his boots.

"Yep, and you don't have the right to refuse this request..." Kaiser said as he cracked his knuckles to further push his point while giving Shikanosuke a feral smile.

"Umm...sure thing, Kaiser." Shikanosuke said as he was really regretting his decision in acting as bait.

"Thanks, buddy; I really appreciate it." Kaiser said with a smile. "Hey, buddy...just so you know...I feel bad that I have to do this to you."

Kaiser fist went into Shikanosuke's gut, knocking the air out of him as well as making him vomit.

"I feel really bad now... Sorry Shikanosuke." Kaiser said as he dropped Shikanosuke and started to walk away.

"Hey, buddy just so ya know I feel realyy bad about having to do that... but I think it's better for you to sit this one out instead of trying to fight me anymore," Kaiser said as he looked back at Shikanosuke. "But I did hold that punch back just because were are Real Good Buddies, plus I didn't want to kill you or else your cousin would kill me... so no hard feelings, right?

"Hey, Shika-chan... I said no hard feelings, right?" Kaiser asked but Shikanosuke didn't answer. "Hmmm, I guess he must be knocked out."

Shikanosuke lay there as his body was in pain, but he slowly lifted his hand to give Kaiser the finger.

Kaiser turned around and saw Shikanosuke giving him the bird.

"There he is, so you're still alive. Phew, That's good to know." Kaiser said as he turned around and continued on his way.

Shikanosuke rolled onto his back and stared at the sky.

"Why the fuck does this always happen to me...why me?"

As Kaiser walked away from Shikanosuke, he suddenly felt his dangerous sense go into overdrive as explosions set off as the cliff face he was standing on suddenly started to break off and avalanche towards him.

"FUCK! KOTARO, YOU FUCK HEAD!" was all that Kaiser could say before he was buried under the mountain rubble.

Kotaro looked down at the mountain of rubble and smiled. "Heh, serves you right, Kaiser."

"You're the worst, Kotaro-chan." Hebiko said with a shake of her head.

"Ah, come on, Hebiko. If we didn't go all out, we couldn't beat Kaiser. " Kotaro said as he walked up to her and ruffled her hair.

"Stop that you; you're messing up Hebiko's hair." Hebiko said as she swatted his hands away with a blush on her face.

"Hehehe, sorry about that. Well, we should probably go and pick up Shikanosuke-kun; poor guy had to face Kaiser alone. I hope he's okay and not too mad at me for using him as bait." Kotaro said as he and Hebiko walked away from the rubble... when all of a sudden, they felt a tremor from the rubble.

"Oh fuck..." Kotaro said as he took Hebiko into his arms and leaped away from the rubble.

A large dust cloud was raised as the mountain of rubble was blown to bits, as a black silhouette rose out from the rubble.

"OH SHIT! KAISER IS ALIVE!" Kotaro said as he placed Hebiko down who's head was in Lala-Land after being princess carried by her childhood crush.

'Hehehe, Kotaro-chan, I didn't know you were so forward~...'

Hebiko was broken from her fantasy daydream when a silhouette appeared and saw that it was indeed Kaiser Wrath as he slowly rose from the rubble with a extremely mad look.

"Kotaro, what do we do?!" Hebiko panicked as she saw the human juggernaut slowly walk towards them with an enraged expression oh his face as he was going to promise them pain for all the trouble they caused him.

"K.O.T.A.R.O ! I am going to fuck you up and make you my bitch, you One-Eye Scheming Fuck Boy." Kaiser said as Hebiko's changed her attitude almost instantly.

"I KNEW IT! THE RUMORS ABOUT YOU WANTING TO 'DOMINATE' EVERYONE WERE TRUE!" Hebiko shouted at Kaiser was stopped in his tracks.

"...What?" Kaiser brain was shut down for a moment from hearing the accusation.

"Wait...uhh.. what the actual fu...why would you say that?!...and who the hell started those rumors?!" Kaiser said as he looked at her with a bewildered expression.

"YOU JUST SAID THAT YOU WANTED TO 'DOMINATE' KOTARO-CHAN, KAISER-SAN!" Hebiko said as she pointed a accusing finger at Kaiser.

"..." Kotaro remained silent.

"..." Kaiser was silent as well as he tried to process what Hebiko was talking about.

"I never said that." Kaiser finally said after a moment of silence.

"Yes, you did! Hebiko heard you with Hebiko's own ears." Hebiko said as she got infront of Kotaro wanting to protect his chatsity from this... Mad Sexual Deviant of Perversion.

"(Sigh) Okay, let's get one thing straight here." Kaiser said as he began to point at Kotaro.

"This guy is the biggest conniving weasel and two-face snake in the entire world; I have never expressed, or ever will, have any desire to 'dominate' anyone, especially him!" Kaiser said as he looked at Hebiko with a serious expression.

"Then what did you say back there?" Hebiko asked as she looked at Kaiser with suspicion.

"I said that I was going to 'Fuck Him Up', not dominate him." Kaiser said as he corrected himself.

"But you said you were going to make him 'your bitch'?" Hebiko asked again as she raised an eyebrow.

"That is just a fucking expression of I am going to beat him up to a bloody pulp." Kaiser said as he tried to explain his choice of words.

"But I thought you wanted to 'dominate' him by making Kotaro your bitch and have your way with him." Hebiko said as she crossed her arms under her medium size breast as she was not convince that she had another 'Rival' competing against her for her childhood crush.

"I think all that ink has gunked your mind in the gutter, you Octo-Bitch." Kaiser said as he looked at her with a annoyed expression.

"What do you mean? I am just stating what the rumors say about you." Hebiko said as she turned away from him with a huff.

"...WHAT RUMORS!" Kaiser yelled as he felt his reputation and dignity hit an all-time low. Yes, he was truant student and a delinquent. Yes, he was a demon-murdering killing psycho and an asshole to anyone in authority. Finally, yes, he was an outsider and bit of a freak of nature when it came to fighting, but never in his wildest dream would he be considered a sexual deviant.

"Well, everyone was saying that you made Shika-chan your 'bottom' and that women no longer give you any pleasure since they are too easy to break." Hebiko said as each comment was like an arrow shot at Kaiser dignity.

"Wow. I didn't know you swung that way, Kaiser-san, but..uhh sorry, I don't like to you that way." Kotaro said as he gave him a look of pity.

"I hate you. I hate all of you." Kaiser said bluntly as he kept his deadpan look on his face as he wanted this conversation to end now.

"Oh yeah...there is also one about you and Asuka-san fooling around school." Hebiko said as she continued to list more 'Rumors' about the Mad Dog.

"What...NO. That's not what happened at all." Kaiser said as he try to defend himself from these baseless rumors.

"Then what about the time you made Saki-chan your c*m dumpster and got her pregnant with twins?" Hebiko said as she looked at him with disgust as though he was human trash.

"I DIDN'T KNOCK HER UP!" Kaiser yelled as he pinched his eyebrows as he felt the ongoing signs of a huge headache. "(Sigh) I am hitting the emergency exit out this conversation and I am going to kick both your asses right now. Then I am going to pretend that this conversation never happened." Kaiser said as he sighed as he wanted to mentally check out of this interaction.

"Wait, Kaiser. You're not going to do anything to me, right?" Kotaro said as he nervously sweat-dropped feeling nervous about his chastity and his health when he realized that he was also in this conversation.

"...That depends. You sent me on a wild goose chase and sent your weakest fighter against me instead of facing me yourself... Oh, and you dropped an entire mountain on top of me." Kaiser said with a blank face as he stared at Kotaro with the of a boiling pot ready to spill over. "I'm feeling stressed out right now and need to take it out on someone."

"Uhhh...I'm sorry? We are good buds right...besties even." Kotaro said as he began to sweat profusely as he tried to smile while giving a nervous laugh.

"Oh, we are besties. That's why I'm going to show you what a hospital bed looks like when I am through with you." Kaiser said as he smiled while cracking his knuckles that he was going to enjoy beating the shit out of the young man.

"Hey, stop it! That's enough!" Hebiko said as she tried to step between them.

"Huh?" Kaiser said as he looked at her.

"Hebiko didn't mean anything bad by was just joking around with you, so can you please stop bullying Kotaro-chan?"

"(sigh) for the last time I'm not bullying One-Eye...also Hebiko," Kaiser said as he had a stone in his hand. "THINK FAST!"

Kaiser threw the rock as fast as a bullet towards Hebiko as the stone made contact with her head, knocking her out, leaving only Kotaro alone with Kaiser.

"HEBIKO!" Kotaro yelled as he saw Hebiko get knocked out. "Kaiser, you son of a bitch!"

Kaiser interrupted Kotaro as. "Cool your jets, moron. She's just knocked out... What? You think I just killed any a comrade during this training exercise. Geez, I may be an asshole, but I am not a psychopathic fucking asshole. Now that all the distractions are taken care of, how about we get down to business, 'One Eye'?"

Kaiser prepares himself as he knew that while Kotaro wasn't the strongest nor had anything unique about him, but he was the most cunning and craftiest person he knew.

Kaiser remembered when Kotaro cheated on a test and managed to fool the teacher of his innocence's or the time he got two bullies to fight each as he swooped in and defeated them both once they were exhausted from fighting each other. Kotaro may lack in strength, but he makes for it with his analytical mind, and to Kaiser that made him dangerous as Kotaro only needed one chance to turn things around in his favor.

Kotaro took a deep breath and readied himself, as he knew he was in for a rough fight as he had to rely on his wits.

"Okay, let's do this!" Kotaro said as he ran towards Kaiser, who had a stoic look on his face.

Kaiser didn't move at all as Kotaro got closer and closer to him.

Kaiser thought to himself, "He's playing his games. No doubt he is planning something, but what?"

Kaiser saw Kotaro throw a punch, which he easily avoided with a small head tilt as the blow went by his head.

"Tch, this is too easy..." Kaiser said as he punched Kotaro in the gut, sending him flying into a tree.

"Ahhhh!" Kotaro yelled as he got up from the ground.

"Are you sure you are a Taimanin? Or are you just faking being one because of your big brain?"

"Heh, if you are going to insult me, why don't you try saying something a little bit more substantial, Kai-kun, like, say, for example, your mother or perhaps your little sister?" Kotaro fired back as he was trying to get into Kaiser's head and enrage him even more.

"... I know what your trying to do, Kotaro, and it won't work. You're not going to psyche me out and get me to make a mistake. You're too smart for that, which means you got a plan cooking inside that big head of yours." Kasier said as he kept his guard up.

Kaiser knew he had Kotaro beat when it came to raw strength and power, but when it came to strategy and cunning, Kotaro was second to none, which meant he had to anticipate every move and every sign to make sure Kotaro didn't get the drop on him.

Kotaro with his right eye closed, the left one open, was looking at Kaiser carefully.

Analyzing him.

Studying him.

"You've improved since last time, so have I."

"Your damn straight. I have, and I can see that you have to. Is it true that you have never been able to awaken your clan's abilities? Hmm... you have kept on training and improving yourself to make up for it. That's impressive, Kotaro; coming from someone who can't use the Taima Particles or have a Ninja Art, seeing someone who is physically weak trying to gain strength is commendable... but you don't want that. What you want is Power. Isn't that right? Kotaro." Kasier asked as he saw the surprised look on Kotaro's face. "Surprised that I figured it out? It wasn't that hard... your eyes... I had those same eyes after my adopted father, Kenichi, died... I wanted power—power to never lose anything important to me again. So Kotaro... What is it that you want once you get that power?" Kaiser asked.

Kotaro just stood there and gave no answer.

"Those eyes you have now don't have any of the arrogance or drive of your clan even without their ability, whatever they may be. But they have the spirit, the determination, the hunger to become stronger, the passion, the rage, the need, the fire... all that burns within you and your comrades. Those are the eyes of a Taimanin...something I'll never be."

Kotaro just stood there and looked at Kaiser and then down at the ground. Kaiser finally understood what his mother and Rin were hinting at now that he had fought against Kotaro when they both said that there someone who could possibly understand him and was like him in some similar ways.

"Maybe we are more alike than I care to admit. But none of that matters. What matters is the here and now." Kaiser had gotten into a fighters stance as his green eyes locked on to Kotaro's single golden yellow eye. "So face me, Kotaro Fuuma! Current Head of the Fuuma Clan and Taimanin of Gosha Village. Face Me With Everything You Have! HOLD NOTHING BACK!"

Kaiser yelled as he let the strange red energy from before with his fight with Edwin Black follow through him. Kaiser's body was glowing with a faint red light as the air around him was filled with power and tension.

Waiting for Kotaro's response.

"Heh... You are the last person who I thought would be able figure me out...but you are right. I have changed, I have become different...I am not my Father or like the rest those in my clan. I have the resolve to change the world...even if I must sacrifice it all. No matter what, I will not lose! I will become the strongest, no matter how much I have to go through. I will not fail!" Kotaro said as he felt that feeling again when he first met Kaiser when they were kids so long ago.

This feeling that he could not explain, but Kotaro felt that he met Kaiser before, maybe in a past life, but he knew how strong he was even as a child and how... Noble he was as a warrior. This was strange for Kotaro, who, for someone who he had never met before or knew all that well, felt that instant connection with Kaiser that he wanted him acknowledged that he was his only equal as someone who could understand him. This helped Kotaro push himself, as he never actually wanted to be a Taimanin like his clan wanted him to be but he knew he had responsibilities to his family and clan after his father's failed rebellion. Thanks to his father's mistakes and sins, Kotaro was put in a precarious position in Gosha village, with many calling for his clan's exile and even their total annihilation, but thanks to Asagi and the influence of the Igawa clan, the Fuuma Clan was able to recover and rebuild with the remaining survivors who had surrendered, but even then Kotaro knew that if he stepped out of line, he too, just like Kaiser would made an example of by The Elders of the Clans. Kotaro knew he and his clan were nothing more than glorified prisoners of war, trophies of the Elders, but he, unlike his father, wanted more—he wanted to change Taimanin to be stronger, to be the ones who were the next step in human evolution, and to ultimately lead Japan to a new era.

Kaiser Wrath was a key component to Kotaro's ambitions for vision he had of the future for the Taimanin and the World.

"Then I too will ask you, Kaiser Wrath, Son of the Mizuki, Mad Dog of Ruin, and Strongest Taimanin of this generation, to fight me with honor and dignity." Kotaro declared his challenge as his words triggered a feeling with in Kaiser. When someone mentions Kaiser's personal honor or dignity of his family, his personality would change; it would change into a young man of virtue and one of nobility as his vulgar, rude, and crass personality gives way to something more... Refine.

"Fine then, Kotaro. Let us fight as men and see who is Stronger." He said with a noble tone something that sounded foreign coming from his lips, but it was something Kotaro had longed to hear from him as this was the version of Kaiser he had longed to see. He knew that Kaiser would never say such words in his vulgar or disingenuous manner, but Kotaro could not deny that this voice and the words of someone who lived a life of valor and nobility that could inspire entire armies to fight to their last.

The two rivals faced off; they knew they were fighting someone who was a worthy adversary to one another.

The fight began.

Both Kotaro and Kaiser were using their best moves. As they fought with honor and dignity against each other with each strike so powerful that if they directly hit the other, the winner would surely be decided. They continued to fight, they were both evenly matched even with Kaiser being unarmed; each strike was blocked or dodged as the two became more and more in sync with each other.

As the fight continued, the two rivals started to move around into the forest as they fought. As the fight went on, the speed and strength of the two combatants increased as they moved faster and faster as if they were living a strange kind of dance. Their clothes started to tear apart as they continued their battle, and before they knew it, both their bodies were completely exposed to each other.

"Now we will see which of us is Stronger." Kaiser said as Kotaro just smiled.

"Of course."

Then both of the rivals charged at each other, and as they closed in, they put everything they had into a single strike. With a loud boom, their attacks connected as the shockwave knocked down some of the the trees and plants around them.

"Hahaha...I guess I lost." Kotaro said as he coughed up a bit of blood as Kaiser's fist was planted on his chest, his body was already covered in bruises.

"Yeah...so it seems... that was a good fight. Best one I've had in while." Kaiser replied as Kotaro's sowrd was mere inches away from his throat as he was also bleeding from various places on his body.

It was then that a memory was triggered inside of Kaiser.

*** A Forgotten Memory***

In the middle of a destroyed city, thousands of dead bodies littered the streets of men, women, children, and demons. From the young to the old, rich to poor, man and demon were all laid silent as the dead watched on two figures who were at the center of it all.

"(huff) (huff) (huff) All this death...this was all utterly pointless..for what reason was there to all this carnage..tell me..my most hated enemy, do you not feel sorrow to see all this ruin that surrounds you?" The man who asked was in advance armor that seems reminiscent of a knight. The only one who the man was talking to was older gentlemen who would not look out of place in a gathering of high-class company, as this man carried himself with dignity and an aura of nobility. Two men of the opposite side stood there with swords locked in mortal combat among the slain and ruins.

The armored man was the first to speak. "It is indeed regrettable to see so many lives had to be taken by our hands; however, it must be done to complete the task set before us."

"What a cold way to see the matter, Edwin. How could you speak of them as mere pawns to your plans, as if their did not have any value? Even if you are a demon, do you not have a soul to feel the sorrow of seeing so much death?"

The older gentleman who the young knight was speaking to was neither a knight nor a noble, for he was a king, a man with a goal—a purpose that he sought to fulfill by his self-proclamation of 'divine right'. His words were not those of a mortal but of a demon who sought to dominate all and rule all as he saw it as his birthright to do so.

"I believe I have told you before, I am not like you...Ryzer. I have no weakness of a soul that cares for others, and I will have no regrets when I become a True God. This is why I shall not hesitate to eliminate anyone that is in the way of my goal...including you and those who have sworn themselves to you, your so called Order of Validusverð Knights."

"I would not expect anything less from you, but know this...I will never let you succeed. Even if it means my death, I will make sure that you fail." The young knight swore to push his blade in defiance against the demon knight in black armor. "I, Ryzer Dal'Rathas, will stop you. Not even death will keep me from killing you. Black, you were born to dominate and control others, but I was born to liberate them and uplift them to stand by my side. We are but two sides of the same coin forever locked in this eternal struggle." The young knight and demon knight both knew that they would never see eye to eye. Both of their goals and their nature would always lead to conflict, and they would always battle each other.

The young knight would never give up and continue to fight against the demons, no matter the odds. As the Vampire Lord and young knight battled it out in a world of blood and slaughter. It seemed that the young knight had the upper hand against the demon knight but hope soon gave way to despair.

Edwin was not one to be underestimated, however. With his superior strength and power, he was able to force the knight into a stalemate. He would then proceed to beat the knight down, until the knight was left with no other option but to try one last ditch effort to secure victory. Edwin was a relentless opponent, even when facing someone as powerful as the Knight.

Despite his best efforts, the knight was unable to overcome the overwhelming might of Edwin's strength. The knight knew that he was no match for Edwin, so he decided to use his only option for survival.

He Took out a amulet that surged with crimson energy.

"This ends today, Black. This will be my final act against you and all of demon kind." The young knight said as the amulet he held began to glow even brighter with crimson energy. Before the demon knight could react, the young knight struck out. His blade made contact with the demon knight's body and the amulet he was holding exploded in a massive wave of pure crimson energy.

The blast was so strong that it not only killed the demon knight but also destroyed the entire surrounding area. When the dust cleared, the demon knight lay dead on the ground. The young knight, who was also covered in a thick layer of dust, slowly began to get back to his feet. As he stood in triumph, the young knight began to walk away from the battlefield.

With his thoughts occupied in his Pyrrhic Victory they were suddenly ended as he felt a sharp pain in his abdomen. The young knight looked down to see a spear made of red energy piercing his armor from behind.

"W-wha...?" The young knight was able to blurt out before coughing out his own blood. He turned around quickly to see the last person he would be expecting. "No, it can't be... Valkhen...my friend...my captain...my sworn brother... but why?"

The man standing behind the young knight was a man of such great size and height that he was a giant among men. "My...prince...forgive me...but they had promised me to bring back my son... Please forgive this betrayal."

The young knight was saddened by this but gave his friend a sorrow-filled smile.

"Valkhen...you fool...you've doomed our people...from this point on you...will forever be known as...The Betrayer...may your tarnished honor and name be forever a curse of forgotten names among our people."

Valkhen was saddened by this but knew the choices he made were of his own.

"Forgive me, my prince, but I must take my leave now."

The young knight was angry by his betrayal.

"So be it! Leave now, Valkhen. We shall never meet again. May the gods have mercy on your soul."

As his last act of respect,Valkhen bowed to his prince whom had had once sworn undying loyalty to, began to walk away... for a curse among those who broke their oaths.

"May you have the strength and courage to carry out your tasks, my prince. As your once loyal servant, Valkhen... I wish you well." As The Betrayer left his friend wounded on the battlefield, another figure appeared from the shadows.

"My, my, it may seem that you are in quite the predicament, my liege." A sickly and thin old man walked with his staff supporting him as he looked down on the wounded young knight. "Prince Ryzer, Son of King Novik and Chief Commander of the Validusverð Knights, lays before us in such a pitiful state."

"What did they offer you... Lucifen... Power?" The young knight responded as he put pressure on his wound. "Were as The Betrayer had a more nobler purpose for his acitons, you, on the other hand, Priest of Dagorath, are less than him. I always knew you and other sniveling priests of Dagorath would become seduced by the demons offers, but to think you would corrupt my captain and friend..." The young knight spits out his blood on the old man's feet in disgust, "to offer to bring back his dead son... it would seem that you always had a rotten soul and that the demons didn't need much to corrupt what was already there."

The old man scoffed as he looked down at the young knight in mockery, "Always the man of honor and nobility. You, a boy who was given everything but is too shortsighted to see the bigger picture, would have led our people to ruin due to your need to rebel against the demons. Instead of fighting them, we should be working with them to unlock more potential of the Kremesanima and Secrets of the Aimless Sea. Think of the possibilities! Immortality, the ability to shape reality as we see fit... WE COULD'VE BECOME GODS!" The old man threw out his arms in madness as he proclaims to the blood-soaked heavens of his intentions. "But you... you refuse to embrace our gifts and power. You who speak of honor and a noble heart held us back, and for what! To preserve and honor traditions that have long since fallen out of favor, you're just like your stubborn father, which is why we made an arrangement for the 72 Noble Demon Houses."

"WHAT! WHAT DID YOU DO? YOU COWARDLY FOOL!" A look of panic settles in on the young knight's face as he learns of this betrayal.

"Nothing you need to worry about...needless to say your knights have been taken care of and your father...well, you'll soon be joining him, but know this: The Cursed Crusades are over. You have lost Prince Ryzer Dal'Rathas. Your war is over." As the old man said this, the demon knight slowly began to rise as all his previous injuries were healed. The demon knight walked over to the young knight, who was still on his knees, as he gave him a knowing smile.

"It seems that all went according to plan... I must say you did surprise me with that amulet of yours, but ultimately victory goes to those who are willing to use any means to achieve it. I actually had fun fighting you, Ryzer. If anything,You are the only person I would ever consider to be my equal, but unfortunately, while your strength and strategies are nothing to scoff at, your lack of discretion is what led to your downfall."

Edwin Black looks down at his one obstacle and begrudgingly enough—his only rival. If perhaps things were different...

As Black stood over the young knight, who had his head lowered in defeat. He had lost... he had been defeated by treachery and betrayal of the worst kind, but even then he still had his honor and dignity.

"You may have bested me in the game of wits, Black, but never will you best me in heart. My honor and my heart still stand undefeated and untarnished. I will always remain strong and proud to have fought for my people and our world. Can you say the same?" As the young knight defiantly protested his loss, he saw the cruel smile etched on Lucifan and Black's faces.

"Well then...let's fix that shall."

It was then that the young knight was shown Hell. He watched helplessly as the Demons stormed his father's castle and fortress; he saw the decapitated head of his once proud father be displayed for all to see; he witnessed the desecration and violation of his people as the men were experimented on while the women were raped. The children were corrupted or slain as their world burned. The history, legacy, and culture of the Livorigem Humans were utterly destroyed and forgotten as the Knight was made witness to all the suffering his people had to go through before they were finally granted the peace of death. Sacrilege of the Scions and their holy powers were ruined as the Demons made off with the knowledge of the Livorigem Humans on Animusfex and Secrets of Kermesanima Energy. As all of this occurred, the once proud and noble knight lay before the ruins of his home world as his body deteriorated and his honor tarnished. The man he once was is no more, as all that remains is a husk who had been made witness to after math of his defeat. His people gone, his home in ruins, and his soul... his soul was rusted, filled with nothing but shame and despair.

He then heard the voice of the one he hated and had sworn his vengeance upon.

"It is over and done, Ryzer. Your people, your world, your pride. All of it is lost and gone. You can no longer save anyone and can only watch helplessly as the world burns." Black's laughter was all that he could hear as he felt the dark energies of his rival consume his very being. "You can't even save yourself from this fate, can you? You can't even escape it."

The once prince and future King of Luxaude was chained up on his wrist and on his knee as he was kept around like a stray hound as Edwin Black paraded him as a trophy to show others the fate of those who resisted. This continued for many years and perhaps centuries for the once-prince and knight commander Ryzer lost count of time as he was made to suffer hell.

It then... a feeling arose. A burning feeling that would forever scar him to the end of time.

***End of Memory***

The memories hit Kaiser very hard as he struggles to stay conscious in front of Kotaro.

"Grughk!" Kaiser leans forward as he vomits out and forces himself to breathe as he knows he is still in front of Kotaro.

"Are you alright, Kaiser?" Kotaro says as he walks up and helps the wounded Kaiser to stand up.

"I'm fine. My body is just a bit... out of shape." Kaiser said as he wiped the vomit from his mouth. "I' still recovering..."

"If you say so. Just don't push yourself too hard. It would be a shame if you hurt yourself before you join my squad." Kotaro says as he looks around the ruins of the training grounds. "So...are you ready to take me up on my previous offer?"

Kaiser chuckled as he remembered the offer that the young Fuma had made to him, but before anything else could happen, Asagi showed up walking to the two young men.

"Well then... Fuma-san, what do you think? Can you assure me that you can handle and keep Mr. Wrath under control?" Asagi asked Kotaro as he jumped in surprise as she nodded her head as Rin and Murasaki appeared to assist Kaiser back on his feet.

"Lady Asagi...well, umm... I don't know if I can, but I made my point clear to Kaiser... I think he understands where I stand with him and what is going on here." Kotaro says as he stands before his new teammate.

"Very well... I don't have to explain to you both as to how thin the ice that both of you are treading, but... hopefully with this new partnership, it will prove beneficial for the both of you, so without further ado. Kaiser Wrath, from this day forward, you be in the 'Independent Ranger Squad' led by Kotaro Fuuma. You will be working with him and his team and taking orders directly from me." Asagi said in her professional voice, trying to make this as official as possible. "Needless to say, but I expect great things from both of you, and remember, you are now apart of an elite force that is tasked with protecting Japan from all threats, foreign, domestic, and even other dimensions. Carry yourselves with honor and dignity."

Asagi says as she bows towards Kaiser and Kotaro, who both return the gesture.

"You heard her; you're apart of my team, and I'm responsible for you. We are supposed to be partners and comrades, so make sure you get your shit together." Kotaro said as he looked at Kaiser as his aura became stronger.

"Hmph! So you're saying that I have to follow your orders now, well fine whatever, but let me just say this: I will continue to do things my way and if you got a problem with a that then... you better make me follow you." Kaiser added, as he didn't back down from Kotaro or Asagi, as he was still stubborn as ever.

Kotaro steps up to Kaiser as he head butted him as he too was not going to have the Mad Dog run wild when ever he pleased.

"Fine then but I will bring you to heel if you step out of line, I'm in charge here and you will follow my orders, Wrath."

Asagi sighed as she watched the two young men buttheads with each other as they tested each other grit.

"I was expecting this; I know what kind of men you both are and what each one of you are capable of, but this is a new chance to start fresh so both of you... don't worry about the past. We will deal with any issues that either one of you may have, but trust in each other...We are a Team and Comrades." Asagi said as she looked at the new team. "That said, if you want to leave here and go back to home to recover then... I won't stop you."

Kaiser was quiet for a moment, and after a few seconds he answered back. "I really don't have a choice here... okay, One-Eye. I'll play along with your little club and follow your lead... so let's just agree to disagree."

"Alright, well, let's all meet up tomorrow for another briefing at Headquarters; as for now the both of you are dismiss." Asagi said as she was finally going to be done with this induction and was glad that it went better than expected.

"Great...we'll I guess this will be fun to see where it'll lead." Kaiser said as he left the training grounds with his new...Team?

Regardless of how this Wild Taimanin felt the Gears of Fate began turning as the destiny of others will be forever changed as events that will come to past will have a different outcome that the ones that they were fated to have.

A/N:Hopefully I portrayed the Relationship between Kaiser and Kotaro as a Satou and Geto style friendship with a little bit of Mugen & Jin, Katashi & Guy, or Ban & Meliodas as I want them to play off each other as Kotaro will the be the diplomate and strategist who does the talking while Kaiser is the wild card and force applicator that does the walking. I hope to flush this out in the later chapters as well as to how (in-canon) Kotaro and Black are connected to Kaiser's past.

And so it's official the Independent Rangers have their newest member. How will Kotaro reign in his Mad Dog from going wild and causing collateral damages and how will Hebiko react to someone who will take up most of her crush's attention away from her, and how will Shikanosuke prove to Kaiser that he (?) is a actual guy? Find out Next time on...

Chapter 19

If you can't beat'em then... tell to piss off.
