AN: Was Up Ya'll. Sorry I haven't been able to update for a while... I got some bummer news. I know last week when I said that things at work calmed down and I thought they did but...they didn't and now since most of the people at worked quit, guess who has to pick up the slack and work a shit ton of overtime... THIS ASSSHOLE RIGHT HERE! I must of been a dick or a Bad Doge in my past life because this is some bullshit but regardless, shit has happened and it is beyond by control so I will deal with until things calmed down again or until I kick the bucket because all I can do is move forward to see how this all ends...and also because, MAMA DIDN'T RAISE NO BITCH!

Anyways here is the next chapter that is a bit of a slice of life and the aftermath of the Nisha Rebellion and here we see Kaiser start to accept his role as a role model and Taimanin of Gosha. Also I read one of the Comments about a drunk Hebiko and may she appear from time to time alongside a drunk Kaiser as in the previous chapter, Kaiser is not much a Drinker and is very weak to alcohol so expect a battle of the drunks in the nearby future. Also Fun Fact, incase you haven't guessed it but Kaiser is a Coffee Addict and will drink any type of coffee that is known to man which means he might meet a Certain Housewife? in the far off future.

Part II

Chapter 2

Catching the Petals of a Lily

Back in Gosha Village, damages from the Rebellion were visible as the Taimanin and townsfolk were busy cleaning up and repairing roads, streets, and buildings. Though none of this could compare to the lose of life of family, friends, and civilians. Once again the Fuma Clan were looked at with contempt and with distrust as much as they also were discussing a rumors of the actions of a certain Outsider during the Rebellion.

Kaiser was walking down the streets as he notices people giving him odd looks and whispering behind his back as he walk by. Kaiser sighed as he knew that even now his perception with the Village hasn't changed as he was still looked at with distrust and suspicion as the Nisha Rebellion didn't help ease tensions, Kaiser knew that he will never be one of them, he knew that he will always be an Outsider no matter how much he bled for them. As everyone gives him a wide berth Kaiser decided to stop by the Café that Kirara works at since it seemed to have weathered the Rebellion with minimal damage which was good. Kaiser did enjoy the coffee there.

***Cafe Igaina Fuyu***

As soon as Kaiser walks through the front door everyone's eye were glue on to him as all talking stopped. Kaiser ignored the starring eyes as he grabs himself a table by the window.

"Welcome sir how may I...oh it's you again." Kirara stops her nice waitress act as she saw it was Kaiser.

"Hey don't sound too excited for your favorite customer, Onisaki. Can I just get some coffee and a Tiramisu cake please." Kaiser said sarcastically as he had a lot of things going through his mind.

" Fine, anything else or is that it?" Kirara ask as Kaiser shakes his head.

"No just that." Kaiser said as Kirara nodded. "So it seems that this place survived the Nisha Rebellion without a scratch."

"Well you can thank yours truly since I was working on shift during that stupid Rebellion. Seriously these idiot Clans and their petty Revolts do nothing but drag everyone uninvolved into their bullshit." Kirara grumble as Kaiser nodded his head in agreement.

"Tell me about it, you would think that with demons and the rest of the world trying to muscle in on Japan that it would unite the clans in solidarity but I guess people will be people." Kaiser commented as Kirara went back into the kitchen to get his order. Kaiser sigh as he was left alone, everyone was talking about him and his newest position in the T.T.F.

"Is that him?"

"Yeah I think it is..."

"Yo, I heard that the Independent Rangers unit will be lead by Fuma Kotaro with Kaiser acting as his second in command."

"No way!"

"Wow he looks taller in real life..."

"So that's the Outsider who has been making waves..."

As the customers gossip about Kaiser, Kirara came by his table to bring him his coffee and Tiramisu cake as she took a seat right next to him.

"So...I guess word spreads around fast huh?" Kirara asks.

"Yeah...I guess it does. (sigh) Seriously though I wonder if people get tired of spreading rumors about me...I know I am not popular but still after what happened with the Nisha Clan Revolt you think people would talk more about them and less about me."

"Huh?...Wait? You haven't heard?" Kirara asks as she had a confused look on her face.

"Heard about what?" Kaiser ask not understanding what she means as Kirara was flabbergasted.

"Are you serious? You Lame Muscle Headed Dog. Word is going around that you are... " Kirara said with annoyance as she pokes Kaiser head but before Kirara could finish her sentence two girls stood in front of Kaiser's table and both had a nervous look on their face as the one of the push the other to talk to Kaiser.

"Uhh... a-are y-you K-Kaiser W-Wrath...S-senpai?" The girl was nervous as she was shaking.

"Ehh? Who the fuck is asking?" Kaiser response rudely as he was tired of all the gossiping that was going around about him. Kirara was about to intervene on the girl's behalf but was suddenly stop when the girl bowed in front of Kaiser.

"Ehhh? What are you doing?" Kaiser asks with a confuse look on his face as he was embarrassed by the girls public display.

"I WANTED TO THANK YOU FOR SAVING ME AND MY FIRENDS!" the Girl yelled out as she gather all her courage to thank Kaiser.

"Whaa?" Kaiser was really confusion as his brain shut off trying to process to what was happening "Come again?"

The girl continue to bow in front of Kaiser as she wanted to keep on thanking him, "I said I wanted to thank you for saving me and my friends during the Nisha Rebellion." The girl began to blush heavily as she was shy in front of her savior. "I-I'm Hyouka Mizunaga...I'm... a First year Student of Gosha Academy."

"...Oh uhh...your umm... welcome I guess." Kaiser said embarrass at being thanked for his actions during the Rebellion. "Look umm...I uhh...(Sigh) don't think too much about it...I'm just glad that your okay."

Kaiser was scratching the back of his head as he wasn't good at taking compliments.

Hyouka stood straight up and began to play with her hands as she had more to say to Kaiser Wrath. Kaiser could tell that the girl was nervous by how much she was sweating as Hyouka open and close her mouth in quick succession as if she wanted to speak to him, but didn't have the confidence to talk to him.

"Hey...would you umm...like some Tiramisu...oh and your friend too if she wants some?" Kaiser said as he notices the other girl beside Hyouka.

"Oh, pardon my rudeness. I'm Serika Tachibana of the Tachibana family and a first year student of Gosha Academy as well, it is a pleasure to meet with you, Wrath-Senpai." the girl introduce herself in a proper and refine way as she bow at Kaiser in respect.

"Uhhh..." Kaiser was shy when people act nice towards him as he was always use to hostilities of others and hardly received their gratitude. "Look there's no need to be too formal with me and... I don't need to be thanked for what I did. I just didn't like those Nisha bastards picking on people and doing whatever they pleased. I did what anyone else would've done."

Kaiser was arrogant when it came to his power, but he was always humble in how he uses it as he never sought power for power's sake but for others. Kaiser cared more about people lives than their gratitude.

Serika giggles as Kaiser seemed bashful in his response to being thanked, "Well Wrath-senpai it is customary and right to thank those who help us, is it not?"

"Yeah ummm...well it's uhhh..." Kaiser could feel his cheeks turning red from embarrassment as he began to stutter when he spoke. "I...guess so... fuck. Kirara help me out here."

Kaiser looked to Kirara as she just sat there with a smug expression on her face.

"Oh, Kaiser this is the part where you compliment her." Kirara snickered as she felt entertained by how awkward Kaiser was as it was something she rarely saw. "Like her face or her hair come on you must be used to saying something like that, right? I mean it's a classic. I thought guys like you would perv on girls like these."

Kirara teased Kaiser as she could tell that he was awkward with these kinds of interactions with girls as he never had any experience with the opposite sex growing up.

"Kirara, you are no fucking help." Kaiser gritted his teeth as he became annoyed at Kirara lack of sympathy for him. "Damn girl. I know you're evil but your cold as a Iceberg."

"And what about it?" Kirara replied coldly to Kaiser in a icy tone.

"Bitch.."

"Dick..."

"Oh my...Wrath-Senpai are you perhaps going out with Onisaki-Senpai." Serika asks innocently as both Kaiser and Kirara made a face of embarrassment.

"WHAT! ME GO OUT WITH THIS COW/DOG!" Kaiser and Kirara both yell at the same time in disbelief Serika had ask them.

"Yeah...that's a negative." Kaiser quickly replied

"No fucking way." Kirara said as she made a look of disgust. "He's not even my type."

"Oh..." Serika made an awkward face as she was taken by surprise at the hostility of Kaiser and Kirara had towards each other as most people believed them to be going out.

"(sigh) Anyway...I got to go. I have somethings I need to take care of. I'll see girls later...Hyouka and Serika, take care of yourselves and Kirara... thanks for coffee and Tiramisu." As Kaiser said this he got up and left the café leaving behind a generous tip for Kirara.

Kirara sighs as she smiles watching Kaiser leave as she knew he wasn't a bad guy, an asshole maybe but definitely not a bad person. She could see why Serika and Hyouka were crushing over him as he had many qualities that was good in her book but she would never admit that to him.

"Hmph...Idiot.."

***Front Gate of the Akiyama Compound***

As Kaiser walk down Gosha Village he notice many people kept staring at him and whispering. It annoyed Kaiser but it was something he was used to but instead of looks of disgust and distain instead...there was admiration?

This confused Kaiser as he walk towards the Akiyama residence as Kaiser was going there to train Tatsuro as per their agreement. For a while Kaiser has been training the Akiyama's next heir much to the displeasure and advice of the elders even more so if they find out that Kaiser and Rinko were in a relationship. Regardless Tatsuro and Rinko shut down any arguments or voices of dissent against Kaiser as they argued that he is still a member of the Mizuki Clan and that their Matriarch, Shiranui, would not be pleased to hear how her adoptive son was being treated by the Akiyama Clan. This threat got the rest of the Akiyama Family members in line as the older more traditionalists did dislike the Outsider but they tolerated him as he was strong if nothing else.

As Kaiser arrives at the Akiyama's residence front gate he knocked on the huge wooden Gate and waited for someone to let him in. Kaiser then saw Tatsuro, Rinko's younger brother, walk up to the front gate and greet him.

" Hello Aniki! Ready to train again?" Tatsuro gave Kaiser a smirk as he let him in

" Yup and call me if you want call me Kai like everyone else does." Kaiser said as Tatsuro led into the the Akiyama compound.

The Akiyama residence was hug and had the layout of a traditional Japanese compound complete with a Koi and everything. Tatsuro led Kaiser into a traditional dojo where the Akiyama family train and was greeted by Tatsuro's older sister, Rinko, who was also training and were waiting for Kaiser.

" Kaiser, your late!" Rinko shouts as she enters into her lecture mode.

" I'm not even half an hour late and besides gotta give the runt over here some time to prepare for his training today." Kaiser said uncaringly as he goes into his "ignore Rinko" mode as this was a common sight for anyone, with Rinko nagging and lecturing Kaiser while Kaiser ignores and blows off Rinko.

Tatsuro watch his Senpai and his Older Sister argue like an old married couple bickering back and forth while getting bored.

" Hey Tatsuro why did I come all the way here again?" Kaiser asked Tatsuro with a bored look on his face.

" Training." Tatsuro respond sarcastically

" Oh. Right." Kaiser says in realization which causes Rinko to become even more annoyed.

"Fine but be punctual next time, you are now a respected person here in the village now." Rinko said as Kaiser raise an eyebrow at that statement.

"Right?... Okay Runt are you ready today we are gonna do some light sparring to see were you are at." Kaiser said with a smirk as Tatsuro takes a fighting stance

"Ready." Tatsuro responds while giving his Senpai an annoyed glare at the nickname.

"Please take it easy on him." Rinko warns Kaiser with a serious tone.

"Okay, okay, Rinko. Alright, Runt, let's get started." Kaiser says as Tatsuro attacks and Kaiser blocks the attack as both exchange blows, Tatsuro and Kaiser then separate to catch their breaths.

" Hmmm... You still have a long way to go Runt." Kaiser said with a serious look on his face which causes Tatsuro to frown.

"I'm doing better than I did back then, Aniki." Tatsuro gloat and was punched in the gut for doing so.

"First lesson never let your guard down. Remember if your enemy has a pulse then they have a chance." Kaiser lectures as he hits Tatsuro and then grabs him by his face.

"Second always remember you are fighting for something. That keeps you strong and focus in combat." Kaiser said seriously with a firm look in his eyes.

"Okay Aniki... But what is the third one again." Tatsuro ask sarcastically which Kaiser chuckles at the response.

" Never trust a Demon. Demons by their very nature is to dominate anything that is weaker than them and they will use any means necessary to achieve victory. Trust in your own justice to see thing through." Kaiser lectures as Tatsuro nod and takes the advice to heart.

"Good now lets some more training in." Kaiser said as his eyes start to glow with excitement.

As the two continue to spar with Tatsuro on the receiving end, Rinko watches as she saw her little brother get stronger. At first Rinko was worried that Tatsuro would get himself hurt training with Kaiser but over time she saw her little brother become more confident and self assure as well as having a bit of a rebellious streak as hanging around Kaiser would do that to someone. Most importantly she saw that her little brother and Kaiser were beginning to bond.

At first Kaiser couldn't stand being around Tatsuro who was always weaker due to him being filled with so much self doubt for not being talented as his older sister that it annoyed Kaiser as he couldn't stand the self-inflicted weakness of Tatsuro. This made Kaiser brush off Tatsuro as well as avoid him because Kaiser couldn't stand his precious little sister having feelings for such a weak and useless guy. But over the short time and training Kaiser began to like the little runt as he began to grow on him, seeing Tatsuro's tenacity remind Kaiser of himself when he trained with his adopted Father. Tatsuro began gaining his self confidence back wanting to show that he was serious about protecting Yukikaze as well as fulfilling his duties as a Akiyama. This assured Kaiser that if the younger Akiyama kept up with his training then maybe he could perhaps accept the young man's relationship with his little sister.

"Alright Runt... I think it's time." Kaiser said in a amused tone which cause Tatsuro to gulp in fear of what Kaiser had in store for him.

"Time? Time for what?" Tatsuro asked with a sweat drop and a nervous chuckle but saw Kaiser walk away.

"Time for what!?" Rinko shouted to get Kaiser's attention.

"...Time for the next step in Tatsuro's training." Kaiser said with an amused smirk.

" What did you have in mind Aniki?" Tatsuro asked nervously not liking the look Kaiser was giving him.

"Well since you are now becoming more stronger physically, I think it's time for us to begin with something that the Clan Elders would disapprove." Kaiser said with a wide grin while he began to crack his knuckles. " Come we are gonna need some space for this."

Kaiser dragged Tatsuro outside toward the open field in the back of the compound.

Rinko watched with a sweat drop while wondering what Kaiser was planning and then her mind flashed with several different Scenarios involving her little brother becoming a 'Man' or becoming traumatized at Kaiser's hands.

"Tatsuro is about to learn the art of fighting with his ability in more...unorthodox way. Tell me Tatsuro what is your Ninja Art?" Kaiser asked and saw Tatsuro was stuttering a bit.

"It's the Wind Art, Aniki?" Tatsuro answered and this caused Kaiser to smirk.

"Correct but do you know the basics of Wind Ninja Art?" Kaiser asked again with amusement but the blank expression Tatsuro had told Kaiser he was in for a long ride.

"The basics...I don't get what you are asking me Aniki?"

"The Winds Arts though not as powerful my little sisters Lighting Arts nor as versatile as your sister's Void Arts but it has it's uses." Kaiser explained as he walks up to Tatsuro. "Alright Tatsuro... I want you to use your wind arts on me."

Kaiser stood before his young disciple cracking his neck which cause Tatsuro's eyes to widened.

" What!? Use my Art on you, Aniki!" Tatsuro shouted with a horrified expression at the thought of hurting his friend and role mode. Not even Rinko was not sure what Kaiser was up too.

"That's correct Runt. Use your Wind Arts against me." Kaiser said amused that Tatsuro was hesitant.

This angered Kaiser as he bellows at Tatsuro which cause caused the young Akiyama to wince a bit.

"TATSURO! WHAT DID I SAY ABOUT HESTIANTION!"

"Hesitation means death, Aniki! In the midst of chaos, there is also opportunity for Victory!" Tatsuro said while summoning forth the winds and using them like a blade on Kaiser which caused the young Taimanin to widen his eyes and jaw hit the floor when Kaiser stood there unharmed with his training clothes being the only thing that was damaged.

"Hmm...Good. This time I want you to twist the wind to create of vacuum to manipulate the air in the space around you, reject the air in that space to create the vacuum and then blast that wind but instead of trying to push the wind...suction it."

Kaiser ordered and Tatsuro did as he instructed.

Rinko watched as the air around them be absorb and gather around Tatsuro as it became tighter and sharper created a region of vacuum that the atmosphere was being suck into a small ball in Tatsuro's hands while it spins around like a mini-hurricane.l She felt the shift in the space around her becoming more suffocating due to the increase in ambient pressure. This cause Tatsuro's eyes to widened in surprise but Kaiser smirked when Tatsuro shot a couple of Vacuum Blades that shredded through his clothes left a nasty bruise on his chest.

"Fuck! I actually felt that one Runt." Kaiser said with pride as Tatsuro and Rinko had worried look on their face as they quickly ran over to him. " Don't worry ya Runt. It only stings a bit no need to get all worried over me."

The Vacuum unlike the sharp wind didn't cut but instead create a suction capable of tearing matter as well as shredding anything caught within its range.

" Yes...You have been improving a lot, Tatsuro. The problem with your wind art was that instead of trying to mold or push the wind out like water it seems that the reverse works better. By turning a region around you into a vacuum, you can suffocate and crush your targets with increased ambient pressure. As matter outside of the vacuum will flow into the empty space to create equilibrium, this will create suction capable of tearing matter or flesh apart." Kaiser explained as Tatusro gave his teacher an impressed look as one would when making a new discovery. Rinko was shocked that Kaiser was able to explain a complex theory and put it into such simplistic terms that anyone can follow as she unfortunately, as others have, underestimated Kaiser as a brute who usually solved his problems by hitting them until they stop being a problem.

This side of Kaiser made Rinko reconsider her perception of him as being someone who was more than what he wanted others to believe and thought. This made her curious, knowing that her crush was both brains and brawn.

"The higher the quality of the vacuum you can make, the less matter and energy remains within. Photons, gravitons, dark energy, and other aspects of quantum vacuum would remain in vacuums due to imperfections; as only a perfect vacuum would be completely devoid of any particles, having a complete state of zero-energy." Kaiser Explains as he takes off his torn shirt. "This in theory can create an Implosion or collapse of an object into itself from a pressure differential or gravitational force thus making the object itself into a singularity, until it reaches critical mass and releases an explosion, destroying everything in the vicinity." Kaiser said as Tatsuro listened with pure respect and awe of his supposed lack of control and useless Ninja Art was actually something on the level of his sister's Void Art.

Kaiser notice Rinko eyeing his muscular body and smirked as he flexed a bit showing it off to Rinko while she blushed looking at her lovers ripped body.

"You will need more work on it Tatsuro but...it seems the Vacuum Arts can become more natural to you as time goes by... Good job, Runt, I'm proud of you for sticking to the training and putting up with my demands." Kaiser congratulates Tatsuro who on the verge of tears.

"Tatsuro, You are my disciple which means... You Are Strong."

"Aniki...Th-Thank You...Thank you, for making me stronger!" Tatsuro shouted with happiness as his tears ran down his face while Kaiser smirked at the younger Akiyama.

" Tatsuro...I think the best way to thank me would be for you to start being your own man and follow your own Path...I know that you can finally being your journey." Kaiser said while stretching a bit and yawned. " All this talking is starting to give me an ear ache...instead you can call me... Kai like all my friends do." Kaiser said which cause Rinko to snort and laugh.

" Kaiser...you always giving everyone nicknames so why are you asking Tatsuro to call you Kai?" Rinko asked while giggling which cause Kaiser to look at her with a blank expression.

"It's my duty to look out and take care of Yukikaze and Tatsuro as their Older Brother. You and I might not get along most of the time but we always have to look out for one another. After all, we're family aren't we?" Kaiser said knowing that while they might not be related by blood but their experiences and time together made their bonds as close to family as they could get.

" Yes..." Rinko said while smiling fondly but Kaiser rolled his eyes when Tatsuro started to cry and bow at Kaiser.

" Aniki...I will forever grateful to you for helping me." Tatsuro cries out and Kaiser facepalmed.

" Kaiser...why can't you act like this more often. When your like this you're actually... really nice and...well umm..." Rinko could not finish her sentence as she was embarrass as her entire face turn red.

"Uhh...Nee-chan...are you okay? Your face is red...are you feeling sick." Tatsuro asks as he was concern about his older sister but Kaiser just laughs as he knew why Rinko was blushing.

"Don't worry Tatsu-kun your sister is just having one of her moments." Kaiser said as he smirk while Rinko glare at Kaiser for figuring it out. " After all your sister have a tendency to act like this whenever..."

Before Kaiser could finish his sentence a hand went around his mouth and Kaiser turned to see a blushing Rinko giving Kaiser a deadly glare.

"Don't say another word Wrath-san. Don't you dare or else I will show you just how "skilled" I am with a sword." Rinko threaten as Tatsuro breath out a sigh of relief as he saw them acting like their normal selves again.

"Hehehe~ Well anyways it's getting late and I got to go visit my family hey, Rinko wanna come with?" Kaiser ask as Rinko nodded which surprised Tatsuro but did not question it as he figured that Rinko wanted to escort Kaiser back to the Mizuki Mansion since Akiyama's and Mizuki's were basically Family to each other. He didn't find it odd at all, Kaiser had been attack before while inside the village territory and with this recent revolt, once couldn't be too careful.

"S-sure Wrath-san... I-I'll escort you." Rinko stutter as Kaiser smile as his eyes looked at Rinko in a endearing fashion.

"Sure come on." Kaiser said as he and Rinko left the Akiyama residence leaving Tatsuro to continue his training.

As they leave the Akiyama Residence, the secret couple made their way towards the Mizuki clan's territory while walking next to one another, Rinko took notice of Kaiser's stoic demeanor which has concern her.

"Wrath-san...what is bothering you? I know we tend to have our moments but...well you and Yukikaze are my Closest friends and you seem...stressed and not your usual self." Rinko ask as Kaiser stopped and sighed before he turned to her and rub his temples.

"Rinko... during the rebellion...I saw many of our classmates and comrades being cut down or worse... Why Rinko... Why do we have to fight one another for something as stupid as pride or hurting people who had nothing to do with past sufferings? Such a waste of life, Fuck! This Revolt should have never happened!" Kaiser was distraught as the image of their slain comrades was still fresh in his mind. "I could've saved them! ...GOD DAMNIT!"

Kaiser gnashed his teeth as he kicked the ground in frustration and in self-hate as he tried his best to save as many of his classmates as he didn't want them dead, beaten up maybe if they deserve it but not killed... faces and voice that he will never see or hear again even it was to spite him.

"Wrath-san...I..." Rinko began as she hugged Kaiser, who was surprised by the sudden embrace.

"R-Rinko!" Kaiser gasps out in surprise.

"Please, Wrath-san, let me do this; please just let me comfort you." Rinko's eyes watered as Kaiser felt his heart ache at seeing the tears coming out of her eyes. "I know you don't always agree with the Council of Elders or the way things are done here, and we may not always see eye to eye, but this world is full of people who are kind, good-natured, kind... people like you, who are noble and just want to live in peace, but there are also people who will always seek out those different from them and cause problems because of that difference."

Kaiser listened to Rinko as he thought back to the various wars and conflicts that had plagued the world since the dawn of time. As long as there was a difference of opinion and a lack of communication between different groups, it would lead to an endless cycle of violence and suffering.

"I know that you were only acting for the good of the village. You were not responsible for any of this... Wrath-san, you did everything in your power to save others, even if they never appreciate you, but the fact remains, we have a duty to the innocent and to one another." Rinko explained as she looked at Kaiser with her soft but strong amethyst eyes.

Kaiser felt his frustration and self-hate fade away as Rinko's sense of justice brought hope back to him, as Rinko was always the one who always believed what was right and stood by her convictions.

"You have shown me what kind of person you are; despite all your flaws and arrogance, you have shown the ability to care for others, and you're far too kindhearted to never leave anyone who is in need of help alone... but not everyone is as compassionate as you are. The world we live in is cruel and unyielding, so not everyone will be willing to listen and understand." Rinko smiled brightly; her beautiful smile reminded him of the sun. She had heard the rumors that all Taimanin had the blood of demons mixed into them and that some who were exposed to a powerful demonic presence or suffered severe trauma could be afflicted with demonization. Shiranui had been able to keep it a secret from everyone, as her willpower was second to none, like Asagi's, to keep herself from indulging her darker fantasies or falling to the demonic corruption that lies within her.

Shiranui kissed her adopted son's cheek as she started to formulate a plan to find this traitor within the Taimanin that had tried to sell her and her son out to the enemy... Nothing will ever hurt her precious family or take away her Sunshine, Nothing.

Kaiser was heavily asleep as he drooled while resting comfortably in Shiranui's warm and loving embrace, unaware of his mothers machinations or plans.

Shiranui decided that she had to quietly and regrettably separate from her beloved son's embrace as she exited his room, thinking about how much things have changed since his encounter with Edwin Black and having him join the Taimanin Task Force. Shiranui still held a grudge towards the elders as she remembers how they treated her adoptive son as well as almost killing him for rescuing her, and with the revelation of her being targeted by someone within their ranks made sense that there was a traitor among the Taimanin or Japanese Government. Shiranui decided today that she was going to start an official investigation after she talked with Asagi and spent more quality time with her daughter and adopted son.

She arrived downstairs and was greeted by her daughter Yukikaze, who was sitting on the couch.

"Good morning, Mommy, How did you sleep?" Yukikaze asked her adoptive mother, to which she returned with a bright smile.

"Good morning, Yukikaze, my darling daughter. I slept well, and I assume you also did as well." Shiranui said as she kissed her daughter's forehead affectionately.

Yukikaze looked to the side with a pout and blushed face.

"Mommy! You don't have to do stuff like that anymore! I'm not a kid anymore." Yukikaze said with her face bright red with embarrassment.

Shiranui giggled as she decided to tease her daughter for a bit.

"Ara-Ara~, is my daughter getting into the age where she's too old for her own mother's kisses and hugs? Mommy is sad now that my baby is growing up." Shiranui said, acting heartbroken, in which Yukikaze felt bad and shook her head in denial.

"I didn't mean that, Mommy, I just... I'm not a baby anymore; I'm a Taimanin now... so you don't have to worry about me as much as before. You don't have to protect me as much now."

"Yukikaze, my dear, your still my darling little girl even though you're a strong and beautiful Taimanin." Shiranui said as she ruffled Yukikaze's long brunette hair affectionately. Yukikaze groaned in frustration, but she secretly enjoyed the attention that she was getting from her mother.

Shiranui sat down on the couch next to Yukikaze as she grabbed the remote to watch TV. Shiranui turned on the TV as she went to channel news. Both Shiranui and Yukikaze sat in silence as they watched the morning news report.

***TV News***

Reporter: Breaking News, This is an Emergency News Alert, A Large Fire in the Kanto District of Tokyo has been contained as of now, This blaze has burnt down the entirety of Tokyo and several kilometers around the region to ash as well as causing massive casualties and damages. Eyewitness Reports claimed that an Unidentified Black Humanoid Beast has set Tokyo on fire and left the Kanto District. Officials and Law Enforcers have labeled this Incident " Tokyo Inferno" as this Black Beast is the only lead that the Japanese Government has at the moment on who or what is responsible for the Destruction of Tokyo. Local Authorities have urged all people within Tokyo or any nearby to take shelter and avoid this Black Beast at all costs. We will further inform you on the current situation as more information becomes available.

Yukikaze's eyes widen with horror as she looks at her mother, Shiranui, who looked at the TV with shock and anger in her eyes. Both Taimanin knew that whoever was behind the Tokyo Inferno Incident must be truly powerful and would cause nothing but suffering to Japan and Gosha. Shiranui sighed in frustration as she got up from the couch just as Kaiser was entering the living room, yawning as he was half awake while he rubbed the sleep from his eyes.

Shiranui quickly turned off the TV, as she did not want to ruin her family's morning with such grim news. Yukiakze quickly understood, as she knew her older adoptive brother would be upset and would want to find who was responsible for the atrocity. This made her respect her brother more, as she knew he would get justice for the lives that were lost just like a hero would.

"Good morning, sweetie. How did you sleep last night, Kai?" Shiranui said in a motherly tone as she kissed her son's forehead. Kaiser yawned loudly as he greeted his mother in a sleepy but loving voice.

Yukikaze pouted as she felt she was being left out, but this didn't go unnoticed as Kaiser ruffled his younger sister's hair, making her squeak with happiness as Shiranui smiled.

"I slept good, Mama. Hey, Lil' Sis, do you want to head down to Inageya today to get some sweets? It will be my treat." Kaiser asked his little sister, whose eyes gleam with happiness as Yukikaze nodded her head quickly.

Shiranui gave him a grateful look, as she knew he was spoiling his sister to help her take her mind off of him leaving again. Though she did notice that her son was spoiling Yukikaze even more as of late but dismissed it as him making up for the lost time while he was away with the T.T.F.

"Thank you so much, Oniichan. I look forward to spending time with you today. Oh yeah, I had the weirdest dream last night," Yukikaze exclaimed in excitement as Kaiser smiled warmly at his sister before it faded as he felt...something was off, but Kaiser brushed it off as he wanted to spend time with his family.

"It was so cool. Oniichan was there fighting the bad guys, and I was there fighting the bad guys with him, and we were all happy." Yukikaze finished talking about her dream. "Ahhh, and then Oniichan was fighting a demon as he was taking care of me, and then we ummm... It was such a fun dream."

Kaiser was happy that his sister was dreaming about him protecting her. He knew he would always be there to protect her.

"Wow, that sounds amazing, Lil' Sis, but don't worry because your older brother will always be here to protect you," Kaiser said confidently and full of pride as he hugged his little sister from behind. Yukikaze blushed heavily as she heard the confidence in her brother's voice about him always being there for her, it made her feel special. She felt safe in her big brother's arms, but at the same time, she couldn't help but feel the stirrings of arousal within her.

She tried not to think about how strong and handsome her big brother was, and how good he smelled, and how his rough hands felt, and... shit.

"U-Um Onii-chan? I-I think you can let me go now..." Yukikaze mumbled out as she felt her heart pounding in her chest and her pussy throbbing in anticipation.

"Hmm? Oh right, sorry about that. Let's go get dressed, Yukikaze; I'll meet you by the entrance." Kaiser replied with a grin, completely oblivious to his younger sister's inner turmoil.

'What is wrong with me!? Why am I getting turned on by Onii-chan?!' Yukikaze thought to herself as she ran back into her room to get ready. She couldn't deny how much she enjoyed the feeling of her brother's muscular body against hers. His muscular arms wrapped tightly around her slender waist, and his broad chest pressed firmly against her back.

"Yuki-chan is something wrong," Shiranui asked teasingly as her daughter tried to look calm but failed as she tried to change the topic, but her mother was not going to drop the subject.

"M-Mommy I'm fine," Yukikaze replied as she was getting more flustered by the second as Shiranui could see the gears turning in her head as Shiranui just smirked.

She could hear her mother laughing quietly, which did not help the situation at all.

"Mommy, is my brother okay? He seemed out of it when I woke him up this morning. Yukikaze asked as she tried to get the attention off her embarrassing dream. Shiranui knew why her son was so tired this morning and had to suppress a blush as her mind was remembering last night.

"He is fine; I just think that he is just tired is all...fufufu~" Shiranui said with a mischievous, knowing smile as she gently placed a hand on her pelvic region as her thoughts lingered on the events of last night with her son.

'I can't think of my big brother that way; it's wrong! But he was so warm...and I could smell him...' Yukikaze thought to herself as she got changed upstairs in her room.

Kaiser grabbed some breakfast from the table before her got up to his room. As Kaiser left the table to go to his room and get changed, Shiranui looked at her daughter, who was trying to hide a blush as Shiranui giggled to herself.

"Mama! Where's my old motorcycle jacket?" Kaiser shouted from up stairs as he was looking for his old brown leather bomber jacket. Kaiser was wearing a dark green button-up dress shirt and a wine red t-shirt underneath with his favorite rock band on it as he wore black bootcut jeans with brown leather boots. Kaiser also had black leather motorcycle gloves and a chained wallet, as he had the appearance of a motorcycle biker.

"It's in your closet; don't worry, I had the jacket dry cleaned," Shiranui said as Kaiser ran into his room to get his old jacket and came back out as he made his way downstairs to see his mother waiting for him near the entrance.

"Thanks Mama," Kaiser replied as he kissed Shiranui on her cheek as she enjoyed her cup of tea while he grabbed his keys from the table. Kaiser waited outside to wait for his younger sister, ready to enjoy his day off with her after a lot had happened. To Kaiser, spending time with his family was a great way for him to decompress.

"Oniichan!" Yukikaze said as she ran out wearing a dark blue dress with white polka dots with a pink ribbon tied on the back, as well as a light brown cardigan and sandals.

"Well, look at you. You're about as beautiful as mom." Kaiser said as he gave his younger sister a thumbs up.

"Thanks! Now let's go, Oniichan!" Yukikaze said as she dragged Kaiser by his sleeve as the two siblings walked towards the garage where Kaiser's motorcycle was stored. Kaiser got on his Monda Motors KR750BS-Hyper Cafe Racer as Yukikaze climbed on the back as Kaiser handed her his spare helmet as he put on his motorcycle goggles. Kaiser inserted the keys into his bike as he started the engine as the Cafe Racer roared to life. He rev'd the engine a couple times as Yukikaze hugged her body close to her brother's strong and wide back as he shifted to first gear and kicked the clutch. The siblings rode out towards town as they enjoyed the ride together as they passed by the vast and quiet countryside.

Yukikaze was taking in the sight of the open fields and enjoying the rider with her big brother as she felt the world slow down for her with Kaiser letting the wind run through his hair as he felt a cathartic sense of the world around him fading away as he rode his bike with his little sister behind him. When Kaiser first got his motorcycle license, he enjoyed riding out as he felt a sense of freedom on the open road as all his worries and pressures gave way to open road.

***Gosha Village, Inageya's Sweets Shop***

Kaiser and Yukikaze arrived at their destination and parked the bike nearby as Kaiser turned pulled the key out of the ignition turning the bike off. Kaiser and Yukikaze dismounted the motorcycle.

"Well, we're here. Let's see if Granny Inage has got anything new." Kaiser said as the siblings headed into the sweet shop.

Inageya is a sweet shop located in the heart of Gosha Village as it was best known for its soft ice cream and Animitsu. This is the one place that Mizuki Yukikaze and her older brother Kaiser Warth visit very often.

"Oh Yukikaze and Kaiser welcome." Inage Natsu the shop's owner said.

"Oba-san how's it going?" Kaiser said as Yukikaze smiled and ran over to hug an old lady who was smoking from a pipe.

"Inage-obasan how have you've been." Yukikaze said excitingly.

"Oh my you have become more beautiful than the last time I saw you." Inage said as Yukikaze giggled.

"Well that is what happens when you get older and still working as a Taimanin." Yukikaze said as Inage chuckled.

"Well it is better than becoming a old spinster like me." Inage said as Yukikaze laughed.

"I wouldn't say that Inage-obasan...I think you'll find the right guy someday. Remember it's never too late to find love." Kaiser said kindly as he gave Inage an encouraging smile.

Inage took a drag from her pipe as she gave Kaiser a chuckle.

"Boy, you're a bit too young to be making an old lady me like having her heart skip a beat." Inage said teasingly.

"Inage-obasan you're not old at all you still got a lot of time before you're old. If anything, I'll help you find Mr. Right and bring him here." Kaiser said as he gave a wide grin and thumbs up at the old woman.

"Kaiser, stop trying to flirt with a 72 year old woman." Inage said as she had a light blush on her face.

Kaiser has always felt indebted to Inage after she treated him kindly during his childhood and when she lend her support for his release after the "Dies Irea" incident but unfortunately for her... Kaiser will forever be oblivious to the affection of others unless they hit him straight on the head with a club.

"So Kai-kun what are you getting your little sister?" Inage said as Kaiser began to think.

"Hmm... maybe some of that famous Ice Cream of yours, Natsu-san." Kaiser said.

"Oh I can give you a special discount just for you." Inage said seductively.

"That would be great...Wait, did I do something to you to earn that favor?" Kaiser said confused.

"Oh you did, my dear Kai-kun. You just earned the right by helping all those students during that Nisha Rebellion." Inage as she continues to smoke from her pipe.

"Natsu-san... Please... I only did what was right... even if the village doesn't trust me or if everyone here thinks poorly of me... they are all still my comrades who fight against evil and injustice", Kaiser said as he look down at his fist clenched, " but still...I wished... I could've saved more of them..."

Kaiser thought to himself of the lives that were lost that he would never see again for better or worse as he started to think about the ones he couldn't save.

"Kaiser-kun, you shouldn't let the deaths of others weigh you down, it would make their deaths mean nothing." Inage said as she put her hand on Kaiser's shoulder and gave him a small smile. "Besides, I believe those girls will want to show their thanks personally."

"Huh?" Kaiser said as he look towards the entrance of the store to see Hinogami Fuka, Yatsu Murasaki, and Himuro Karen walk into the shop with Inage walking over towards them.

"Inage-san, I'm sorry to intrude on you." Murasaki said apologetically.

"Oh don't be silly you're never intruding on me, please come in." Inage said as she lead the three girls in the store. "Hello, ladies, how may I help you?"

Inage happily look at the three girls as their gaze met Kaiser's.

"Murasaki-Sensei? What brings you here?" Kaiser ask as he was surprise to see his teacher, the public morals committee member, and some other girl he barely recognizes.

"Kaiser-kun? You came here to buy sweets with your little sister?" Murasaki ask with a smile as she look at the siblings.

Fond memories of Murasaki and her older brother when they were kids enjoying the time they spent together once upon a time began to resurface as Murasaki was reminded that there was more to Kaiser than just an Outside or as a Troublemaker Delinquent.

"Yes, Yukikaze really loves the Ice Cream and Sweets here." Kaiser said with a chuckle.

"Oniichan! That's not true...I... just... like spending time here and seeing how Inage-obasan is doing..." Yukikaze said in a cute yet pouty tone as her face turn slightly red from embarrassment.

"Oh? It's alright, Yukikaze-chan. I'm happy that you come by so often to visit me." Inage said as she give Yukikaze a pat on the head.

"Ah...so that's why Yukikaze-sama is here today..." Fuka whispered quietly.

"You must really be a good older brother, buying such nice things for her." Yatsu said with a smile.

"Well Big Brothers are suppose to do what their little sister say...or at least that is what Yukikaze tells me. So...what's bring you here Murasaki-sensei? And with the the public morals committee?" Kaiser responds as his attention now focus on Karen who has a personal vendetta against him as the two fought many times with Karen being in charge of the public morals committee at school while Kaiser would be the one who disrupts those "Public Morals" with him resisting to conform with Gosha Academy's regulations.

"It is nothing much, we are just looking into some suspicious people lurking around town after the failed Nisha Rebellion. We have to be ever vigil to protect the safety and morals of Gosha Village and the Taimanin. I thought that I would check out Inage's store and Murasaki-sensei is here on official business. I was not expecting you here, Kaiser Wrath." Karen said as she gave a suspicious glare towards Kaiser.

"What? You suspecting me of something? Well I would never do anything wrong to disrupt public morals...like being a public nuisance or a public menace! Right Inage-san!" Kaiser said in a sarcastic tone as he was clearly referring to his fights with the Public Morals Committee while trying to act innocent but he not able to hold in his laughter as he was clearly mocking Karen and getting a kick in riling her up.

"Don't get too cocky, Wrath! Just because the Council of Elders pardon you for your insubordination last time doesn't mean you get away with anything! So You better behave yourself or else." Karen said angrily.

"Or else what? You'll send the Public Morals Committee after me? We already know how that would go down. Or is the mighty Morals Committee scared that a mere Mad Dog like myself is too strong for high ranking member of the Student Council such as yourself to reign in?" Kaiser taunted the uptight girl which cause Karen's vein to pop in anger as her right eye twitched from her frustration and humiliation.

"That's enough Karen, we are not here to investigate Kaiser or cause Inage-san any trouble." Murasaki said sternly as Kaiser stuck his tongue at her but not before she turn her strict gaze towards Kaiser. " And Kaiser-san please do not agitate or instigate Karen-san, she is only doing her duties as a Taimanin of Gosha.

Kaiser crossed his arms as he grumbled a bit of about not some people not being able to take a joke or being too uptight.

"Yes, yes...he is a good boy, he and his little sister come here all the time. So why not buy yourself some Animitsu as well." Inage said with a smile as she handed Karen a piece of Animitsu.

"Why don't we join them, Murasaki-sensei...I mean Yukikaze wouldn't mind." Fuuka said as she tried to hide her blush in front of her senpai whom she admired.

'This is my chance to get closer to Yukikaze-sama and hopefully get her away from that Outsider.' Fuuka thought to herself while Yukikaze and Kaiser ignored her as her presence was almost non existent to everyone around her.

"I would like that but unfortunately I have other business with the Hero of Gosha." Murasaki added while Kaiser gave her a surprised look.

"The...Hero...of Gosha ?" Kaiser said with disbelief.

"Oh, yes. The students that came in were talking about how brave you were and I'm sure the teachers were also talking about your actions during the Revolt. Everyone says that you performed admirably, right Murasaki-sensei?" Inage said happily.

"Y...yeah..." Murasaki said as she had her hand to her mouth trying to hide her blush.

"...I'm not a hero...I couldn't save most of my classmates and I let Gaiza get away." Kaiser said with his head down. He felt regret when he saw all those bodies at the school...it angered him that he wasn't fast enough to save them. Murasaki put a hand on Kaiser's shoulder as she gave a soft smile.

"Kai-kun...you did your best and I too feel the loss and heartbreak of losing my students and fellow comrades. Which is why we must fight on...to avenge and deliver justice on to those who took them from us. It is our duty to settle the debt." Murasaki said as Kaiser looked at his teacher with a newfound respect. Murasaki felt her face heat up as has the young man who had always given her a hard time was now starting to rely on her as a teacher.

"You have really come a long way Kai-kun and I have to say it's really admirable that you have become so dependable." Murasaki said as her face lit up a bit more.

"Yeah...well..." Kaiser said rubbing the back of his head.

"(Giggles)...Anyways Kai-kun I came here to inform you of your next mission with the Independent Rangers." Murasaki said in a serious tone.

"I see... Alright, I'll be at the T.T.F shortly just let me say goodbye to my little sister." Kaiser ask as he hoped Murasaki would be lenient with him just this once.

"...Okay, but just make it quick." Murasaki said with a soft smile.

Kaiser nodded as Murasaki left Inage's shop.

"Big brother...are you gonna leave again?" Yukikaze asked as she overheard the conversation.

"Yeah...but don't worry I'll be back." Kaiser said as he ruffled her hair. "...Yukikaze...I promise that after this mission to spend more time with you."

"Yay!" Yukikaze said with a smile.

"You two are so cute, my favorite couple." Inage said teasingly.

"C-Couple!?" Yukikaze stammered as she had a deep blush on her face.

"We are not a couple, Granny! We just siblings who are cool with each other!" Kaiser said in embarrassment.

"Hehe...it's so cute how you deny it...(smokes pipe) anyways Kai-kun...duty calls." Inage said.

"Well...Oniichan, I guess... you'll have to go now." Yukikaze said sadly with her head down.

"...Hey, I promise that I will come back because... Your Big Brother is Strong." Kaiser said his phrase whenever he went on a mission to reassure Yukikaze that he was going to be coming back home.

"Mhm...Oniichan, will always protect his little sister." Yukikaze said in her mind remembering her older adopted brothers words.

"You can't get rid of me so easily." Kaiser said giving his younger sister a hug and a noogie.

"Gah! Stop it!" Yukikaze laughed as she squirmed in her older brother's grasp.

"Hehehe. Okay, okay, Lil' Lighting Bolt...I'm sorry I couldn't spend more time but after this mission I'll ask Commander Asagi fi she can give me a few days off." Kaiser said with a grin.

"Mmh...fine." Yukikaze mumbled with a frown.

"What? Come on cheer up little Sis don't worry your big brother is gonna be alright." Kaiser said ruffling Yukikaze's hair.

"It's just you never spend time with me anymore and I miss it when we played games and stuff." Yukikaze complained.

"I'm sorry Task Force work has been piling up and stuff but after this mission I'll try to get some days off to spend with you...remember I always keep my promises." Kaiser said.

"Hmph...well I guess I'll forgive you this time." Yukikaze mumbled crossing her arms.

"Come here little Lightning Bolt." Kaiser said as he wrapped his arms around his younger sister in a warm hug.

"Mmmmmm!" Yukikaze's face was red in embarrassment as she didn't want him to let go.

Inage smiled as she saw the love the two siblings had for one another.

"Hehe you're so cute when you're flustered." Kaiser teased as he gave his little sister kiss on the cheek.

"Gah! Oniichan!" Yukikaze laughed as she was getting her head messed with.

"Okay, okay. I'm done, I'm done!" Kaiser said raising his hands in surrender.

"Hmph!"

"Hehehe sorry Yuki-chan... hey Natsu-san can you put everything on my tab I promise to pay after my mission...Well I have to go now." Kaiser said as he followed Murasaki and Karen out.

"Oniichan...don't get hurt alright." Yukikaze mumbled softly as her feelings for her Big Brother grew stronger each time.

A/N: And that's a wrap! Well then the next arc is gonna take a while but I have a bit of good news. I most of the Arc finished and it just needs to be proofread before I post it. Aside from that, updates will be sporadic at best and long at worse. I haven't given up or abandoned this story but IRL is kicking my ass right now but I will weather this stormand come out on top because just like the character I created, I too Am Strong and You all can be Strong too. So hopefully shit settles down and things can back what they used to be.
