A/N: Sup Y'all. So Good news, things might have settle down at work but I am not holding my breath as that is what they said last time before alot of people quit but if it is true then I can start posting more often. Aside from that I read some of the reviews and I'll try to address them but I'll try not to reveal too much to spoil the plot but in the last chapter yeah Yukikaze might have her chance but as unlike Shiranui who was brainwashed and basically experimented on to be more sexually active, Yukikaze on the other hand has to shift through her feelings and figure things out as she still has a virgin heart that is quite fragile... for now at least. As for a drunk Kaiser, I wouldn't say he is aggressive drunk but more like a 'Hold My Beer' type who will probably get into some stupid shit to prove that he can do it.

Aside from that this next arc is gonna be short but hopefully fun to read through. Well enough yapping and now for the story.

Chapter 3

A Rose Soak in Wine With Thorns Dipped In Blood

***At the T.T.F Headquarters***

Kaiser was at the T.T.F Headquarters with his Squad as Kotaro was receiving their orders from Commander Asagi.

"I've got a new mission for your team Kotaro... Kiryu Sabato has fled Gosha Village immediately after the failed Nisha Rebellion. He is suspected to to know that Muroi Mitsuhiko was Fürst in disguise. You are to retrieve him and bring him back ALIVE, " Asagi ordered as she eyed Kaiser who grumbled as he clicked his tongue in disappointment, "for interrogation. He has fled to the Tokyo Kingdom and is currently in hiding there."

"Got it I'll leave immediately." Kotaro replied.

"Hmph...don't see why we should risk our necks to bring back that traitor... should've killed him when we had the chance." Kaiser commented as Murasaki immediately stood up in protest.

"KAISER! That is uncalled for. Sure he has a trouble pass and was once our enemy but remember he has long since change from his former ways and you owe him a debt of gratitude for helping your mother after she was kidnapped. His medical Knowledge of Dark World technology and Medical treatments was the only reason Shiranui was able to recover from the experiments performed on her. Kiryu has helped the Taimanin countless times." Murasaki defended as Kaiser gave her a dumbfound look as to why she was standing up for the spineless and conniving worm who had once capture and rape Murasaki back when he worked for NOMAD.

"Fine, whatever...I promise I won't kill him...but it doesn't mean I have to like or respect him." Kaiser said begrudgingly as he crossed his arm.

Asagi was shocked that Kaiser actually listened to Murasaki as he was always butting heads with the strict teacher.

"Okay, so now that the matter has been dealt with can we focus on the mission at hand." Asagi said as Kotaro nodded in agreement. Commander Asagi explained the details of the mission as Kotaro listened intently but if one looked closely, you can tell that his mind was on other things... or more in particular they were more focus on someone.

"Kotaro, you and your team have your orders... now let us go." Murasaki ordered as Kaiser groaned.

***Rooftops of the Tokyo Kingdom***

Kotaro's Independent Commando squad were inserted into the Tokyo kingdom island as Shikanosuke and Hebiko were sent ahead to scout out the area while Kaiser and Kotaro remain behind with Murasaki-sensei.

"So this is it huh...Tokyo Kingdom." Kaiser said with loathing as him, Kotaro, and Murasaki were on a skyscraper rooftop overlooking the vast city. "A place where all the scum, denigrates, and criminals gather."

Kaiser spits off the edge of the rooftop as he looked at the City with disgust," I Swear to god, the Japanese government should've nuke this place to the bottom of the ocean...but that is neither here nor there so. sensei...the mission to capture Kiryu."

Murasaki turned to the young man as she explained," The mission is to locate Kiryu and bring him in. However, we must be careful because his ability allows him to transform into any person, or animal. So be prepared."

Kaiser groaned as he folded his arm and complained," What a pain, I don't understand why we need him alive...unless Sensei you..." but before Kaiser could finish his statement a Huge axe was place below his throat as Murasaki had a blush on her face she glared at Kaiser.

"Finish that sentence and it will be your last, Wrath."

"Hehehehe Testy aren't ya sensei. What is there some secret that we shouldn't know?" Kaiser teased as Kotaro shook his head and sigh in exhaustion.

"That's enough Wrath, we have our mission and Kiryu might have information on NOMAD and Gaiza." Kotaro said as he wish to avoid Kaiser causing anymore trouble.

"Tch'...Fine whatever. Your the boss, One-Eye." Kaiser said as he backed off.

"Thank you Fuma-kun. As I was saying Kiryu is hiding somewhere in this city and your mission is to find him and bring him back alive. Your contact will be in a Brothel called 'Club Persona' and the informant will be someone they call...'The Madame'." Murasaki brief Kotaro.

"Wait what! Me and Wrath going into a Brothel. Do you know what is like to see a guys like us go there?!" Kotaro exclaimed.

"Yeah Sensei. I mean why can't I just go in alone?" Kaiser asked.

"Because Fuma-kun, the Madame will not trust anyone that is not a client." Murasaki answer as she then turns her attention back to Kotaro. "And Kaiser can't be trusted to not go on a rampage on his own."

"...Good Point, Sensei." Kotaro said as Kaiser gave him a look of betrayal.

"Geez rub it in why don't ya...fine whatever...Well Boss Man, let's get going. The night ain't getting any younger." Kaiser said this as he jumped off the roof.

"Sigh...damnit, Kai." Kotaro said as he felt a headache coming on.

"Fuum-kun wait...here take this." Murasaki said as she gave Kotaro a envelope.

"What is this sensei?" Kotaro ask as he took the envelope.

"Just...insurance to help convince Kiryu to turn himself in peacefully... and Kotaro... I don't need to remind you to not open that envelope." Murasaki said as she gave Kotaro a cold and threatening smile that promised pain if he disobey her orders.

"...Y-Yes Sensei." Kotaro replied with fear in his eyes.

"Good, now we must hurry, the longer we wait the more dangerous it is for Kiryu and the rest of the Taimanin." Murasaki said as she then jumps onto the roof tops with Kotaro and the two made their way towards the red light district of the city.

*** Back Alley of the Tokyo Kingdom***

Shikanosuke and Hebiko were scouting ahead in the Dark City as they were reconing the area as well as acquire intelligence on the area...and they were failing miserably.

"Hebiko I don't know about this...like what are we supposed to be doing in a dangerous place like this." Shikanosuke said nervously.

"We are scouting the area and gathering intel." Hebiko answered.

"For what! We can't just go walking around here. Like this place is filled with demons and criminals. What if someone recognizes you." Shikanosuke said worried.

"Relax Shika-chan, Hebiko has got everything under control. Just let me take the lead on this." Hebiko said confidently.

The pair kept walking around aimlessly as Shikanosuke decided to speak up.

"We're lost...aren't we?" Shikanosuke admitted.

"...And so what if Hebiko is?!"

The pair were lost in a area that was considered dangerous for making the unwitting and weak disappear into dark alleys never to be seen again.

"HIIIIIIIIIIII... SO WE ARE LOST!?" Shikanosuke panicked as Hebiko tried to salvage the situation.

"Oh come one, Shikanosuke-chan. Stop shouting. You're going to stand out." Hebiko tired to calm down the Femboy as Shikanosuke was about to have a panic attack.

"B-but... We're totally lost in a town full of evil and dangerous people!" Shikanosuke cried out as he(?) was nervous without Kaiser or Kotaro their to back them up as with Kaiser around no one would mess with the Mad Dog of Ruin.

"Shhh. Hebiko said keep your voice down! It's a dangerous town, you know!" Hebiko trying to shush her cowardly teammate who continue to hyperventilate.

"WHAT ARE WE GONNA DOOOOO!? LET'S GO BACK AND GROUP UP WITH WRATH AND FUMA!" Shikanosuke shouted out as they two unfortunately drew unwanted attention.

A dangerous looking gang member approached them as he gave the pair a lecherous smile promising something more that giving Shikanosuke and Hebiko directions.

"Oh, lookie here... You kids look like you're in some trouble? How about this Kind Big Brother to help you guys?" The gangster offered but his tone and posture was offering more than just altruistic intentions.

"We're fine/ We are good." Both Hebiko and Shikanosuke said trying to walk away from the shady gangster.

"C'mon, no need to be shy..." The gangster said as he got in front of the pair cutting them off," Oh... and you're pretty cute, aren't you now that I got a close look at'cha?"

The Gangster's eye were wandering all over Hebiko's and Shikanosuke's bodies pervertedly as the two felt uncomfortable without their Hound and muscle there to protect them.

"Hiiii! Oi Hebiko! Looks like you're his type. He said you were cute didn't he? So go with him already!" Shikanosuke said as the Femboy pushed the green haired girl towards the gangster trying to save his(?) own skin.

"Waaa...Wait. Don't push me! You traitor!" Hebiko fought back as the two rabbits were fighting as two would be sacrifice for the greater good.

"Look at those eyes! He's definitely a cold-blooded killer! So please... Let me run!" The scared femboy was nearly about to make a break for it before Hebiko grebbed Shikanosuke by his(?) long hair preventing the femboy's escape.

"You are not leaving Hebiko to handle this alone you coward!" Hebiko argued.

As the Two stooges were arguing with who would be the sacrificial lamb a another dangerous looking gangster approaches them but this one was female who's eyes looked at Hebiko and Shikanosuke like they were prey.

"Are you done yet?" Asked the Female gangster who wore a provocative white short dress as she flipped her long blonde curled hair to the side. She had a crossed shaped scar on her cheek as her cold blue eyes told of a story of being used and using others for her own benefit.

"Hey Sis! Look! I found these kids who are just your type, right? You kinda broke the last one we gotcha, so..." The Male Gangster said with excitement while he tried to contain his lustful thoughts as he had one hand on his crotch and belt buckle.

"Hiiiiii!" Shikanosuke girlishly squeaked as she started shaking.

"Look, Shikanosuke! You're her type! See!? See!?" Hebiko said as she hid behind Shikanosuke as she pushed the femboy towards the gangsters.

"Stupid! Baka! Don't push me!" Shikanosuke fired back at Hebiko even though the femboy was doing the same thing not even a second ago.

"Hmm. They're both quite cute alright." The female gangster said as she gave Hebiko and Shikanosuke a closer look over while licking her red lipstick lips with a hunger of a more sexual nature.

"Hiiii...save me!" Shikanosuke cried out as the gangsters approaches them.

The female gangster pokes Hebiko breast testing their firmness and texture.

"Well, you do lack a little sex appeal, but your tits are pretty nice, aren't they? They also have a cute shape. Makes me really want to squeeze them" The female gangster said while groping Hebiko's breast who let out a sharp unexpected gasp.

"Whaaa!? Meeeeee!?" Hebiko shouted out as she was not expecting the female gangster to have...those types of taste.

"Hehe... Of course, I always like my toys to be cute and young girls. Don't worry, Big Sis will take care of ya." The female gangster proceeded to grope Hebiko as the young Taimanin tried to get away.

"Hiii...Help!" Hebiko shouted out as she did not swing that way and didn't want to be touched by anyone who wasn't a certain One-Eye Clan Heir.

While Hebiko was being molested Shikanosuke made a run for it as the femboy speaks to himself. "Hebiko, I won't forget your sacrifice!"

Shikanosuke vowed to average his friend by living on with her memory alive in Shikanosuke's heart as image of Hebiko's smiling face appeared in the night skyline...

'Hebiko is not dead you, cowardly Bastard! I swear, I'll get you back for this betrayal!'

...but before the femboy could run any further he was stopped by the another gang member who was on lookout.

"Well now... you look tasty kid. That's pretty tight and soft ass you got there." the male gangster said lewdly as his hand grabs Shikanosuke's buttocks rubbing them.

"HIIIII... STOP! DON'T TOUCH ME!" Shikanosuke cried out as this was not how the femboy wanted his first time to go down.

Both of their screams rang out in the Tokyo Kingdom as the insidious island once again claims more victims to its disgusting and corrupt ridden streets.

"Well, well what do we have here." A gang of thugs compromise of humans and demons showed up as they surrounded them as they sized up the two Taimanin.

"EEEKKKK!" Shikanosuke shrieked as all the confidence and smugness the femboy had disappeared as more thugs checked him out.

"Hey, you are a cute one!" A human thug said with a smile as Shikanosuke's nervously was legs were shaking.

"How about you come with us, we promise to make you feel really good." A demon thug said with a lewd look on his face as he grabbed Hebiko's ass cheeks.

As the pair were cornered like helpless rabbits a voice made itself heard in the dark alley.

"As much as I enjoy seeing those two knuckleheads quake in their shoes, I'm gonna have to ask ya'll to fuck off and look to clap cheeks elsewhere. Now leave those two alone." The voice said in a stern but confident tone.

"Who the hell are you, buddy? Do ya' have any idea who you are talking to?" The male gangster said in a slightly irritated tone.

"Oh, I know exactly who I'm talking to, a bunch of two bit and no-name trash and frankly it doesn't matter who the hell ya'll are because I'm about to wreck your shit if you don't take my 'Friendly' advice and leave."

"KAI-KUN/KAISER-SAN!" Hebiko and Shikanosuke yelled out as they push their way through and hide behind him.

"(Sigh)... Seriously you two. Boss Man sent ya on a simple Recon task and already you guys attract trouble like flies on shit." Kaiser said in a slightly irritated tone as he was face-palming at the trouble the two were able to attract.

"H-hey that's not true we just were...uhh." Shikanosuke said nervously as he looked up at him.

"You just were what Shika-chan?" Kaiser asked the smaller femboy.

"Uhhh...ummmm...well...we were..." Shikanosuke stuttered nervously.

"Ugh...never mind, look guys just stand back and stay safe. I'll handle this" Kaiser said as he step up to the thugs. "Now you ass-munchers, piss off."

"Who the hell do ya think you are?" The female gnaster asked in an irritated tone.

"Your worst nightmare, fuck nugget." Kaiser said as a sinister smirk was forming.

"Hahaha, is that so? Well I hope your ready to get the shit kicked outta you, punk." The male gangster said in a smug voice.

Kaiser grinned as he walked up to the gang member and squared off against him as he had a full foot over him. Kaiser's almost feral green eyes pierced into the vendor as he spoke in low growling tone.

"I won't ask again, you shit stains... Fuck off or Face My Wrath...?" Kaiser threatened the gang members.

"I don't like your attitude and you're asking for a world of hurt, asshole!" The female gangster said as she pulled out a gun on Kaiser as she pointed directly at his head.

Kaiser threw his head back laughter as the thugs and gangsters gave him a confused look when all of a sudden Kaiser head-butted the male gangster knocking him out as in the same time he backhanded the female gangster before she could pull the trigger as she flew into a trash, knocked out cold.

"Anyone would like to try my patience?" Kaiser asked the thugs.

"Fuck this I'm outta here!"

"This guy is insane!'

The rest of the thugs, looked at each other and bolted as they out yelled while running off leaving their own gang members behind.

"Yeah that's right! Run! Ya little bitches." He said as he laughed and then turned his attention to his friends. "Well, that was anticlimactic, was hoping to crack some more heads... oh well. Come on Kotaro is waiting for us."

Kaiser escorted his friends out the of the alleyways as they three made into the main black market area.

"(Gulp) R-r-right behind you." Shikanosuke stuttered nervously.

Kaiser, Hebiko, and Shikanosuke headed to the meeting point as they meet with Kotaro.

"Well done Kaiser. You made it on time with the others." Kotaro said as he was smiling.

"Tch, it wasn't that big of a deal. All I did was find some lost Rabbits and give some idiots a good kick to the ass." Kaiser said as he crossed his arms as the two stooges were looking down not wanting to remember their close run in.

"Hehe, even so, you still you helped out your comrades. Anyways, here we are...Club Persona." Kotaro said as the group arrived at the front of a nightclub.

"Aight, let's do this shit." Kaiser said with a cocky smirk.

*** The Exclusive Brothel in the Tokyo Kingdom, Club Persona***

As the four approached the nightclub, a bouncer at the entrance stopped them and asked for the password. Kotaro showed him a paper with the password and the bouncer stepped aside and let the group in. They arrived at a lobby area and were greeted by a women and men involved in conversation and flirting.

"Welcome first timers."

A woman in a red proactive dress said as she drank from a champagne glass. She has short red hair that reached her shoulder and had a aura of allure but what got Kaiser's attention was the mask the woman was wearing.

It didn't sit right with Kaiser when people hid behind a mask as it made them suspicious as well as trusting them a bit harder as they had something to hide, he put his guard up as he was ready for anything.

"You are...The Madam." Kotaro ask nervously as Kaiser scoffed.

"Or she could be a two bit hooker looking for a sucker." Kaiser added as Kotaro shot him a dirty look telling him to shut up.

"Sorry but we don't allow children here. Come back in ten years boys." The Madam said in a haughty tone as she did not take Kotaro's Independent Ranger squad seriously.

"Hmph, by then you'll be an old hag, so no thank you." Kaiser grumbled as a vein popped out slightly on The Madam's head.

"Kaiser! Will you shut up! This isn't the time for your antagonizing remarks." Kotaro said as he had a stressed out look on his face knowing that Kaiser was someone who found it hard to get along with anyone, especially those who look down on him.

"(Sigh)...I'll cut straight to the chase We are not here as customers, Madame." Kotaro said as he had a serious look on his face.

"I see, then you are looking for... 'something else'." The Madame implied as she took another sip of her champagne glass as Kaiser crossed his arms getting tired of beating around the bush.

"We have money." Kotaro said as he pulled out a bag full of yen.

Many around the brothel watch as boy pulled out a lot of money thinking that the brat was trying to show off but one look from Kaiser deterred any one from trying anything.

"Impatient little boy. We're expensive, you know?" The Madame said as she gave Kotaro the bare minimum of attention but her eyes were solely focused on Kaiser who notice her staring.

"...The fuck you staring at?" Kaiser said rudely as he did not like the attitude of this woman.

"Just taking a good look at a handsome young man like you. I can see why my girls like you." The Madam replied as some the female hostesses and even male host giggled at Kaiser's form.

"Hmph..." Kaiser turned away as he let Kotaro handle the negotiations. Kotaro put the bag of money on the table as he opened it to show its content to the Madame.

'Phew... with this much money. Just carrying it around is taking years off my life' Kotaro thought nervously as small bead of sweat ran down his forehead. 'Just hope that Kaiser can keep his cool until we get what we need.

Kotaro steeled himself as he gave the Madam a look that said 'How's this?'

The Madame smirked as she let out a small laughter," Hahahaha... very well. Follow me."

"Thank you." Kotaro replied as he got up and started to follow the Madam to the back of the brothel.

Kaiser just shrugged as he followed his two companions,"...Well, I was expecting for Kotaro to handle things for them to turn out like this... but still, I'm kinda disappointed that I couldn't crack any skulls in here."

The trio walked through the halls of the brothel as the Madam opened a door that led into a large office room with a skyline view of the city as the room looked completely different from the rest of brothel they were in.

"So what kind of information are you looking for?" The Madam asks as she took a seat behind her large desk.

"We're looking for a man called Kiryu Sabato." Kotaro stated as him and his group took a seat on the couch in the office as Kaiser decided to lean his back against the wall as he had his arms crossed keeping an eye on The Madam. "We Know that he's in the city, but we want to know the precise location of where he is hiding."

"Kiryu Sabato... he's that... demonologist that is affiliated with NOMAD, if I remember correctly." The Madam said as her eye's locked with Kotaro, testing him.

"Yeah a traitorous, sniveling, piece of shit who apparently forgot to say 'his goodbye's' before booking it here in this Shithole of a city." Kaiser added as he hated all of this small talk.

"Kaiser..." Kotaro sighed as he was wondering if it was a good idea to bring Kaiser along for this type of mission.

"One-Eye, I'm fucking done with all this cloak and dagger bullshit. Look Lady, we got the money but do you got the info on where that Two-face Dipshit is hiding?" Kaiser growled as his temper was getting the better of him as he did not like being jerked around. It was wasn't his style of doing things.

'Hmph...I have to admit, he may be brash but the way that young man speaks is quite...charming, in it's own way.' The Madame thought as she couldn't help but giggle a bit at the annoyed look on Kaiser's face. "I assure you, that I do have the information that you are looking for. Though, I must warn you, the place that he's hiding is in a dangerous area of Tokyo Kingdom."

Kaiser chuckles as he gave a feral grin that screamed out bloodlust and excitement, "Hehehe... now you're speaking my language Lady. Just tell us where he is and I'll handle the rest."

Kotaro face palmed as he knew that Kaiser was going to run wild and cause unnecessary damage if he was allowed to.

"Madam, I'm willing to sweeten the pot for this information if you have the whereabouts as to where Kiryu Sabato is." Kotaro took a few more stacks of yen from the bag as he place them in front of The Madam.

"My, this captain and his team are quite the impatient bunch." The Madam said coyly.

"The less time I can spend here in the dump of a city the better." Kaiser said as could care less about the Tokyo Kingdom.

"I have heard of the Independent Rangers from my sources." The Madam said, as she was impressed by the team and the way they handled things.

"That's right, and we're not just any group of vigilantes or government spec ops." Kotaro said proudly, as the four have become the most successful Anti-Demon group in the history of the Taimanin.

"I've also heard of you, Kotaro Fuma..." The Madam said.

"That name runs in the Family, so I'm not really attached to it." Kotaro said nonchalantly as he didn't care for his family's legacy but if one looked closely you could see the young man clench his jaw slightly.

"And you as well, Kaiser Wrath, or should I say 'The Mad Dog of Ruin'." The Madam shifts her eyes over to Kaiser who felt uncomfortable under her gaze.

"Yeah and what about it... it's some stupid nickname everyone decided to give me." Kaiser said as he was getting more and more irritated that this mysterious woman knew so much about them but they knew nothing about her as information was key to when dealing with a cunning client or information broker which unfortunately The Independent Rangers were currently lacking.

"Quite the interesting bunch... I know where Kiryu Sabato is. But I cannot sell you this information." The Madam said as Kaiser walked over to her desk and slammed his fist on it.

"WHY THE FUCK NOT!" Kaiser yelled out.

Kotaro decided now was the right time to step in before Kaiser escalated things.

"Is the money we brought not enough? What a greedy woman..."

"Please don't get me wrong. I'm saying this information cannot be bought with money." The Madame said cooly as she was not phased by Kaiser's outburst.

"Not with money...? Then what do you want..?" Kotaro ask as he was worry that this was going to be hassle for all of them involved.

"Hahaha~," The woman giggled playfully as she gave a sly smile to the Independent Rangers,"It's nothing difficult, so don't be so uptight. I have a favor to ask of you."

"Tch," Kaiser clicked his tongue as he knew that this favor had some strings attached, "a favor she says, if I had a dollar for every time someone asked for a favor then I'd be a rich mother fucker... This favor is gonna be more trouble than it's worth."

"Kaiser please, have a little faith... What's the worse that can happen?" Kotarou said reassuringly to Kaiser.

"(Sigh)...you just had to Fucking say that One Eye." Kaiser said in annoyance as he had seen a lot of movies and read a lot of books as he massaged his temple as he had a feeling that a headache was about to form.

A/N: Well expect another chapter soon and soon I might undertake another project but more on that later. Well then what will await our heroes and who is this mysterious Madame? Will Kaiser's bad luck every stop? And will Kotaro ever stop tempting fate? Find out next time in.
