Night
Roy, with some bandages on his face, was talking to some detectives, giving his statement when the doors to the hospital burst open. Roy paused as he saw Moira rush in, followed by Oliver, Diggle and some members of Moira's security.
"We'll be in touch, Mr. Harper. Let us know if you think of anything else," one of the detectives said.
Roy nodded, barely paying attention to the dismissal before walking over to the Queens.
"Roy, is she alright?" Moira asked frantically as she saw him.
"I don't know. They won't tell me anything because I'm not family," Roy said in frustration.
"You sure you should be up right now? You look pretty banged up," Diggle noted, pointing out the bandages on Roy's face.
"I'm fine, just a few scrapes and bruises. I wasn't the target," Roy said, glancing at Oliver meaningfully.
Oliver stared at him blankly, understanding immediately what Roy was trying to say.
"Mom, why don't you go see if the doctors know anything?" Oliver suggested.
Moira nodded, too worried to see the obvious message Roy was sending. Once Moira walked over to the receptionist, her security following her, Oliver spoke.
"Prometheus," he said.
"He wasn't after me; I was just in his way. Thea was his target. I've been racking my brain, trying to figure out why and the only thing I can come up with is-"
"He knows I'm The Arrow," Oliver finished darkly.
"How is that possible?" Diggle wondered in disbelief.
"I don't know, but everyone I care about is in danger. Have extra security placed outside Thea's room, and see if ARGUS can have surveillance on the hospital," Oliver ordered and Diggle nodded.
"We should probably get your mom somewhere safe too," Diggle pointed out.
"With Thea just attacked by this guy? You'll be lucky to get her to leave Thea's side," Roy scoffed.
"Roy's right, my mom will stick close to Thea, hospital policy be damned. You might want to get Lyla and John Junior somewhere safe too, Prometheus might try to get to me through you," Oliver reasoned and Diggle nodded.
"I'll have all of us hauled up at ARGUS. But Oliver, take this guy down," Diggle told him before walking off.
Not long after, Oliver, Moira and Roy were talking to Thea's doctor outside Thea's room.
"Thea is alright. She received some minor cuts and bruises, but those are superficial. She was, however, injected with a drug called Dycloseral," the doctor said and Oliver almost started.
"Dycloseral. You're sure?" Oliver asked.
"Yes. We used to have it on our shelves before the manufacturer went out of business. Does that mean anything to you, Mr. Queen?" the doctor asked as Moira and Roy looked at Oliver curiously.
"No, not at all," Oliver lied and, after a moment, the doctor nodded.
"Well, with Thea's past history of substance abuse, we'd warn you to be cautious. Anything can trigger a relapse," the doctor warned.
"May we see her?" Moira asked.
"Of course, Mayor Queen. But she might be a little groggy," the doctor warned.
Moira, Oliver and Roy then entered the room, finding Thea in a hospital bed. She was coming around, blinking as her eyes opened.
"Hey guys," Thea said sleepily as the all made the journey to Thea's bedside.
"Hey, Speedy. How are you feeling?" Oliver asked gently.
"Been better. Prometheus, he attacked us," Thea remembered and Oliver nodded as he and Roy exchanged a glance.
"I know. And he'll pay for it," Oliver said darkly.

Peter opened the door to the home he shared with his aunt, making his way inside. He found May watching the news as she absently went through some mail. She paused as she saw him, quickly hiding the mail. More bills, Peter barely refrained from sighing at the thought.
"Peter. Thank you for being on time," May said, trying to make light of it.
"I told you I would. Picked up some milk on the way home," Peter said, walking over and dropping it on the table, opening the fridge to put it inside.
"Did you have a nice time at Harry's?" May asked as Peter put the milk away.
"It was good to see Harry again. Dinner was…nice," Peter said, trying to shake the weird feeling he'd gotten from Norman. "Harry's dad actually invited me on a business trip to Metropolis, maybe setting up an internship here."
"Are you thinking of taking it?" May asked after a moment.
"I don't think so. I'm needed around here," Peter said after a moment of thought.
"Peter…I want you to accept Mr. Osborn's offer," May said, surprising Peter.
"Aunt May-"
"Peter, I know. You're putting your whole life on hold, trying to take care of me. But I can't let you do that," May said as she got up, taking Peter's head in her hands as she smiled at him tearfully. "I know you're trying so hard to be the man of the house. But I'm the parent. I raised you, you're my boy. And I can't let you put your life on hold to take care of me. Please, pack a bag and tell Mr. Osborn you're going on this trip. If not for yourself, then do it for me. Please."
"Okay. Okay," Peter said gently, seeing how much this meant to May. "I'll tell him. I'll call Harry in a bit."
May nodded, not saying anything, merely pulling her nephew into a hug. Peter wrapped his arms around her, realizing that, for better or worse, he was going on that business trip.

"I called him, he'll be there soon. Luckily, I had him on assignment near the area," Fury said as he and Charles sat in Charles office.
"I suppose it's a good thing Kurt left when The Accords came down, although I was sorry to lose him as a teacher. He had a way with the students, and with Logan," Charles mused.
"He knew they were goanna come for him. Brainwashed or not, he attacked the president. They weren't going to overlook that with The Accords in affect," Fury pointed out and Charles nodded reluctantly.
"After I confronted Matthew Ellis, I thought things would be different. Perhaps I was fooling myself," Charles said with a sigh.
"Maybe you weren't. Something's happening, and Chloe seems to think something else is behind all this. If she's right, this…thing might be influencing Ellis," Fury pointed out.
"Part of me hopes you may be right, my friend. But if you are…that means the president is being influenced by something trying to push its own agenda," Charles said, troubled by the implications.
"If he is, then we'll have to stop whatever is controlling him. For all our sakes," Fury said darkly.
In the sitting room, Barry was channel surfing, trying to find something to watch when he finally settled on the news.
"Hey," Barry looked up to see Chloe walking in. "Can't sleep?"
"No, too many thoughts are going around in my head. You?"
"Same," Chloe said as she sat down next to Barry and it was silent between them for a moment.
"You know, since you showed up in my lab, we haven't really talked about anything besides your plan," Barry suddenly realized.
"Yeah, I guess we have," Chloe said, realizing she'd been too focused on the job. "Oh God, I've become Clark."
"What?" Barry asked confused.
"Last year, my best friend cut himself off from everyone he cared about to focus on something he'd been putting off. And I realize I've done the same thing," Chloe explained.
"I get it. Just before you came to see me, I realized I'd done the same thing. I was so focused on getting faster, to beat The Reverse Flash that I started prioritizing that above everything else. It took my foster dad to make me see what an idiot I was being," Barry explained and Chloe laughed.
"The people we love seem to know how to reach us," Chloe noted and paused. "Well, I started at the Daily Planet, my dream job. Then I quit when Lex Luthor bought the Planet."
"You got a beef with Luthor or something?" Barry wondered and Chloe stared at him for a long moment.
"What do you know about Lex?" Chloe asked.
"Not much. I know he killed his father and his wife, but not much else," Barry said.
"Lex Luthor has a history of…experimenting on people with powers…including my mother," Chloe said and Barry looked at her in disbelief. "She could control other people with powers, including me. But it drove her insane, made her completely catatonic. Lex wanted to exploit her, so he created this drug that made her coherent. My best friend and I saved her, got her out…but the drug only lasts a day. She slipped back." Chloe explained, tears in her eyes.
"I'm so sorry Chloe," Barry said in remorse and Chloe smiled sadly at him.
"Not your fault. I tried to tell the world about Lex, but he bought the Planet so that he could kill my story. So I quit," Chloe explained. "Nothing much else to say. I got married once."
"I'd say congratulations, but I haven't heard you making any calls or even mentioning him before," Barry noted and she smiled tightly.
"My husband died less than a year after we got married. He was murdered by a psychopath who was obsessed with me. He killed my husband and then tried to kill me," Chloe said, taking a deep breath, the traumatic memory still haunting her.
"God, Chloe. I…." Barry trailed off, not sure what to say.
"I know," Chloe said with a sigh and there pause. "What about you? Enough about me. What has Barry Allen been up to?"
Barry shot her a look, knowing she wanted to change the subject. But he allowed it, knowing he had often tried to change the subject when someone tried to bring up his mom.
"Nothing much. Became a CSI, looked into all these strange cases, hoping to find something on the Reverse Flash. Didn't find anything. Got struck by lightning, become The Flash, and found The Reverse Flash. He is…so much faster than me. I don't even know how," Barry said in frustration.
"I'm sure you'll get him eventually, Barry," Chloe tried to say comfortably.
"That you talking or what you saw?" Barry asked and Chloe shrugged.
"A bit of both. I didn't see much of the Reverse Flash besides you two fighting, but I do believe that you'll beat him," Chloe said confidently.
"Thanks. I have to, so I can get my dad out of prison," Barry said and it was silent for a beat.
"Okay, we've established professional life. What about your personal life? Do you have anyone? What about that girl you had a crush on? Iris? How'd that turn out?" Chloe asked and Barry almost laughed.
"I held in how I felt until it was too late. She just moved in with her boyfriend of almost a year. So yeah, I don't have anyone. Not like that, anyway," Barry said and it was quiet for a moment.
"I'm sorry. I know how it feels to like someone who just…doesn't feel that way about you," Chloe said, thinking of Clark. "But eventually, you just have to accept that you're not meant to be together."
"I'm getting there. I think finally putting it all on the table…it helped. I think I can finally let it go now. Let her go," Barry said before noticing something. "Oliver."
"What?" Chloe asked in confusion.
It was then that Chloe noticed Barry's attention was on the news. She turned to see the caption 'Starling City Mayor's daughter attacked'.
"Thea Queen, daughter of Mayor Moira Queen, was attacked by someone that is called 'The Throwing Star Killer'. The Throwing Star Killer is also believed to be responsible for the murder of Daniel Brickwell and all the police who were escorting him back to Iron Heights."

Sara and Felicity were also watching a news report about the attack on Thea when Oliver and Roy walked down the stairs.
"Hey, how's Thea?" Sara asked as she saw them.
"Not too badly hurt. Prometheus wasn't trying to kill her," Roy assured her.
"He was using her to send a message," Oliver, walking over to the computer, pushing the surprised Felicity out of the way as he started typing. "Thea was injected with a drug called Dycloseral."
"What's Dyclooseral and why do you think that's a message for you?" Sara asked as Oliver brought up a webpage.
"Because Dycloseral was manufactured by Justin Claybourne, who I killed two years ago," Oliver said as they looked at Clayborn's picture.
"He was on the List?" Felicity asked and Oliver nodded. "He must have been pretty bad for you to kill him, considering how little you actually killed your targets."
"You remember that outbreak of Tuberculosis in Lamb valley? Claybourne was responsible for that. He had ties to a black market profiteers group that was working on weaponizing Turbuculosis. And then, he bought the rights to Dycloseral, which can treat it, and jacked up the prices so none of them were able to afford it. Called it 'Thinning the heard'," Oliver said in disgust, which was shared by the rest of his team.
"Can't say he didn't get what he deserved, but why would Prometheus use this as a message for you?" Felicity wondered as she retook her seat at the computers, typing away.
"I don't know. Claybourne had no other family and his company went under after he died," Oliver said.
"But Prometheus using Dycloseral two years after the fact does send the message he wanted," Sara noted and Oliver nodded.
"'I'm alive and I'm coming after you'," Oliver said and Felicity found something.
"You think Prometheus is Justin Claybourne?" Roy asked in disbelief.
"Would you have suspected Malcolm Merlyn was a member of the League of Assassins?" Oliver asked pointedly and Roy nodded, conceding his point.
"The old Claybourne manufacturing plant reports heavy usage of power and water over the last few months," Felicity called out, interrupting the conversation.
"This feel like a trap to anyone else?" Roy asked.
"Of course it's a trap. But we're going anyway. He went after Thea," Oliver said darkly.
Sara and Roy exchanged a glance but didn't say anything. At least this time, he knew it was a trap, unlike with Slade.
Starling City
Later
At the plant, a door exploded and Arsenal walked in, bow in hand.
"On site," Roy radioed in.
Elsewhere, Oliver glided down on a cable before dropping down, activating the Comms piece in his suit.
"Canary, are you in position?"
"I'm here," Sara said, standing watch. "If Prometheus is here, he's not getting out."
"Stand guard. No one make a move until I give the order," Oliver ordered.
Oliver was walking around a parking garage when he saw a locked door.
"Overwatch-"
"Already on it. Tracking the transmission from the sensors now," Felicity said before there was a click as the door unlocked.
"That was fast," Oliver said in surprise.
"No, that was impossible," Felicity said and Oliver realized what had happened.
"Canary, Arsenal, I'm heading through a door. Head to my position and go through it," Oliver radioed in before walking through the door.
On the other side, Oliver found abandoned office space, desks with sheets covering it. Oliver walked further into the room before a telephone rang, followed by others. A light flickered in one part the room. Oliver slowly walked towards it, and, once he reached it, the door closed with a loud snap, followed by the sound of the door locking. Oliver whirled around, notching an arrow in his bow. Prometheus stood in front of the door.
"Justin Claybourne, you have failed this city," Oliver told him.
"Not as badly as you have, Oliver," Prometheus said, confirming their suspicions.
Oliver fired an arrow only for Prometheus to counter with a shuriken. It cut clean through the arrow and the two halves fell to the floor. Seeing arrows would be useless, Oliver rushed Prometheus, the two beginning to trade blows.
Prometheus was good, Oliver noted as they traded punches before Oliver sent a kick to his chest, sending him down to the ground. But Oliver was better.
Prometheus jumped back to his feet, tackling Oliver before pulling out his katana. He tried striking Oliver with it but Oliver jumped back, landing on a desk. Oliver then jumped into the air and did a flip in midair, coming behind Prometheus and putting him in a choke hold. Prometheus elbowed Oliver, jumping onto the table. Then, to Oliver's disbelief, Prometheus jumped over the table, also performing a flip in midair.
Prometheus took advantage of Oliver's distraction once he landed, grabbing Oliver by the arm and throwing him into a desk.
"I've been waiting two years for this moment," Prometheus said as he aimed his katana a Oliver.
Before Prometheus could make a move, however, a flechette flew out, hitting his hand and knocking the sword out of it. Prometheus and Oliver looked up, seeing Roy taking aim at Prometheus.
"I don't think so," Roy said firmly.
"You brought a friend. Wish I'd through of that," Prometheus said.
A knife then flew out, striking Roy in the shoulder. Roy cried out in pain, dropping his bow as Oliver stared in shock at who had walked through the door.
"Oh wait, I did," Prometheus said smugly as China White smirked at Oliver.
"Hello, Oliver. It's been a while," White said, smirking at Oliver's clenched fist smugly.
"You're not the only one with friends," Prometheus said, pulling out a remote with a red button.
He pressed the button and Oliver and Roy took cover but only a small explosion of smoke went off. Oliver and Roy raised their heads, looking at the spot where the two had vanished before Sara burst into the room, looking around wildly.
"Where's Prometheus?" Sara asked.
"Gone. And he's not working alone," Oliver said darkly.
Arrow lair
Later
Roy winced as Felicity finished stitching him up.
"Sorry," Felicity apologized as she put away the sewing kit.
"Better than the alternative," Roy said, putting on his shirt as Oliver and Sara entered the room, carrying boxes.
"How are you feeling, Roy?" Oliver asked.
"Better than when you shot me, so there's that," Roy said as they set the boxes down. "What is all that?"
"Stuff we found at the plant. Figured if it was there, it has to mean something," Sara explained.
"I'm more surprised that China White is working with Prometheus. Isn't she supposed to be in Iron Heights?" Felicity pointed out.
"I called my Dad, who did a little digging. She was supposed to be in solitary, but went missing a few days ago. The Iron Heights Warden is covering it up," Sara explained and Roy scoffed.
"Of course they are," Roy said bitterly.
"Iron Heights has always been corrupt. I'm more concerned about the implications of this," Oliver said and they turned to him.
"What do you mean?" Sara asked and Oliver sighed.
"Prometheus could have picked any criminal I've taken down since I came back home. He picked China White. It means one thing: he knows I was with SHIELD," Oliver revealed, to their disbelief.
"Why would you think that?" Felicity asked.
"Because China White was the first mission I had for SHIELD, before Fury made me an agent. It's another taunt, just like the Dycloseral. Prometheus is taunting me about how much he knows about my past," Oliver explained.
"How could he even know about all this?" Roy asked confused.
"Because his SHIELD file is just sitting on the internet. Someone just has to be smart enough to decrypt it, it's how Slade knew," Felicity told him.
"So Prometheus is smart enough to decrypt highly classified Intel, knows how to fight and somehow knows who you are. Who the Hell is this guy?" Sara wondered.
"I'm not even sure he's human," Oliver said and they all looked at him bewildered. "At the plant, I performed a very specific move that I learned over years ago by a SHIELD agent who turned out to be Hydra. Less than a minute later, Prometheus surprised me with the exact same move."
"So what, you're saying that Hydra trained Prometheus too?" Roy asked and Oliver shook his head.
"No. if that were the case, he would have anticipated me making that move. No, he saw it and then copied it. Which should be impossible. This move, it has to be learned."
"So what, Prometheus is a Metahuman?" Felicity asked.
"I don't know, but we can't rule it out. But that can't be our focus right now. There has to be something here that can help us identify Prometheus," Oliver said as Felicity found a tin container and opened it.
"Like ashes?" Felicity asked as Oliver walked over to a box and carried it over to a table.
"This is a DNA sequencer. Hopefully, it should tell us who those ashes are," Oliver said.
"How'd you even get one of those?" Sara asked curiously.
"Being CEO of Queen Consolidated has a few perks. But that wasn't the only thing we found," Oliver said, looking over at Sara, who pulled out a file.
"We found this in a desk drawer," Sara said, putting it down and Roy opened it, revealing a baby picture.
"Cute baby. But why is it important?" Roy asked.
"I don't know. But Prometheus is leaving me a trail of breadcrumbs to follow," Oliver said before pulling out his phone.

"Mom, I'm fine, you don't need to worry. Don't you need to hold a press conference or something?" Thea asked, trying not to be annoyed by Moira's hovering.
"You were just attacked by a madman. I'd hardly call that 'fine'," Moira said.
Thea was on the verge of making a snarky comment when Moira's phone rang. Pulling it out, she saw it was Oliver and answered it.
"Tell me the son of a bitch who did this is dead," Moira said in answer.
"Not yet, that's why I'm calling. He's playing some kind of game with me. We found a baby picture at where we found Prometheus. I'm hoping you might have better at us than finding anything on. You have more resources than us, see if you can find anything that connects it to Justin Claybourne," Oliver said before Moira's phone buzzed as she received the photo. "Please, Mom. This could be the key to unlocking Prometheus's identity."
"Okay. I'll see if the mayor's office has anything," Moira promised reluctantly.
"Thank you, Mom," Oliver said before hanging up, leaving Moira wondering what she had just agreed to.

Later
Felicity ran the sequencer as Oliver sat in a chair, deep in thought.
"Hey, you okay?" Sara asked as she walked up beside him.
"My sister was attacked for something I might have set in motion. No, I'm not okay," Oliver said bluntly.
Sara opened her mouth to speak but, before she could get a word out, Felicity spoke up.
"DNA analysis complete," Felicity called out and Oliver and Sara made their way to her side.
"So whose ashes was Claybourne keeping?" Sara asked and Felicity looked at the results in disbelief.
"Claybourne's. The ashes are his," she announced, to the shock of the pair.
"Claybourne isn't Prometheus," Oliver muttered.
"Then who The Hell is?" Sara wondered.

"Roy, you can tell my son I am perfectly safe with my bodyguards," Moira said annoyed, signing something as Roy stood behind her in her office.
"A whole team of police officers weren't able to protect Brick from Prometheus. Oliver feels better knowing I'm watching over you," Roy pointed out.
Moira opened her mouth to argue when she got an email. Frowning, Moira opened it and paled as she saw what was inside.
"Roy…call Oliver. I know who that baby is."

Seconds after
Pulling his phone out as it rang, Oliver saw it was Roy and answered.
"Did something happen?"
"No, but your mom put some people on looking into Claybourne and, well, put me on speaker," Roy said and Oliver did that. "The baby is Claybourne's son."
"I thought Claybourne didn't have any family," Felicity said as the three of them exchanged bewildered glances.
"Not legitimate, but Claybourne's ex-wife filed for divorce and the petition mentions his mistress and son, which is where the picture came from. There's no name but the kid would be around 28 years old now," Roy explained.
"Old enough to put on a hood and mask," Sara noted and Oliver sighed.
"And to want revenge on the man who killed his father," Oliver said.
"You can't blame yourself, Ollie. No one could have seen this coming," Sara told him.
"Doesn't matter. This is my mess, and now I have to clean it up," Oliver said harshly, hanging up and all but storming out of the lair.
Starlin City
Later
Oliver was standing on a rooftop, musing on the past when he felt someone appear behind him. He sighed, her presence almost as familiar to him by now as his own face.
"What are you doing here?" Oliver asked as he turned around to see Sara.
"I was worried about you. You seemed pretty weighed down earlier," Sara pointed out as she approached him.
"How can I not? Whatever way I look at this, it's my fault. I created Prometheus," Oliver said in guilt.
"Out of the two of us, pretty sure my body count is a lot higher. You can't blame yourself for something you couldn't have anticipated in a million years," Sara insisted. "Last year, when everything went down with Slade, Logan told me we can't change the past, only try to move forward, be better than what we were."
"Trust Logan of all people to tell someone to move on from the past," Oliver said dryly before pausing. "The past…"
"Ollie?" Sara asked.
"I just remembered something. I think I know where Prometheus is," Oliver said, to her surprise.
"Then let's go. And if you say you're going alone, I will hit you with my staff," Sara threatened and Oliver barely resisted the urge to sigh in annoyance.
"Okay, fine. But no one else," Oliver said before the two of them departed.
Later, Oliver and Sara entered the building, seeing the flickering lights, leading to a man down the hall, seemingly unconscious. Oliver rushed over, Sara behind him. He turned the man over to see an arrow sticking out of his chest. Looking up, Oliver saw a man dead, having been pushed through a glass wall before being shot with an arrow.
"What is this?" Sara asked.
"More of Prometheus's taunts," Oliver muttered before getting back to his feet.
The walked further down the hall, finding another man, two arrows sticking out of his chest. Walking passed the body, Oliver and Sara walked through a door to see two escalators, with various men in suits, all with arrows through their chest, littering the stairs.
"Let me guess, Prometheus is reenacting the night you killed Claybourne?" Sara asked, seeing how affected Oliver was by this.
"To a point. I killed maybe three of them, the rest were incapacitated. This is just a slaughter," Oliver muttered.
The two of them climbed the escalator, walking onto the rooftop. They found Prometheus waiting for them, standing in front of the pool.
"Did you hesitate at all when you killed him, or was he just another name you crossed off your list?" Prometheus asked.
"If you want revenge, I'm right here," Oliver sneered as Sara pulled out her baton.
"And he's not alone," Sara added.
"This is about so much more than revenge," Prometheus promised.
Prometheus then threw two shuriken at the pair. Oliver and Sara both dodged before Prometheus attempted to jump off the roof. Oliver and Sara ran after him, Oliver grabbing onto Prometheus's leg as they fell, Sara grabbing Oliver's free hand. Prometheus had attached an arrow with a line earlier and they swung, Prometheus crashing through a window while Oliver and Sara hung on the side.
With effort, Oliver managed to pull himself and Sara into the room, the two of them looking around. Then, suddenly, light came on and voices were heard.
"I'm worried about Ollie," Sara's own voice said.
"I still love you, Oliver," Bobbi's voice said.
"I know who you are," Laurel's voice said.
"The baby is Claybourne's son," Roy's voice said.
"I could not be more proud," Moira's voice said.
"Thank you," Thea's voice said.
"Calls himself Prometheus," Quentin's voice said.
"I'm right here," Oliver's voice from just a minute ago said.
Oliver and Sara stared in disbelief as the room was filled with holographic pictures. Of themselves, with each other, the team, their families, Logan, the Avengers, Fury, even Bobbi.
"What the Hell is this?" Sara asked in shock.
"I've studied you, Oliver Queen," Prometheus's voice spoke, seeming to come from everywhere. "I know who you love. And I'm going to take them all away from you."
"You're a coward. Come out and face me, this is between us," Oliver demanded.
"And I will, but not yet," Prometheus said before the pictures faded, replaced by an image of a club. "Come to Metropolis, meet me here. We'll face each other then. If not…you two have a long list of people you care about it. You can't protect them all the time. Come to Metropolis…if you survive, that is."
The image was then replaced by a countdown, counting down from fifteen seconds. Realizing what was happening; Oliver and Sara turned and ran for the window. Oliver shot off an arrow with a line before grabbing Sara, the two gliding down the line and reaching the rooftop of a nearby building just before the bomb went off, destroying the building they had just been in.
Oliver and Sara stared at the building for a moment before Sara spoke.
"Well, looks like we're going to Metropolis."
And that sort of ends the first part of the story. The story up to now has been focused on getting the main players to Metropolis. Now that they're all heading there, the ball will start to get rolling.
The bit with Prometheus copying Oliver's move won't make much sense right now, but it will later.
It was a huge waste to not have China White team up with Prometheus is season five. But it's the Arrow writers, so *Shrugs*
Ross would absolutely use any excuse to go after Kurt now that The Accords are in affect, which is why Kurt hasn't been seen at the Mansion up to now. He's left the X-Men and has been off doing work for Fury as part of his Intelligence network.
Those of you who have seen Fast-X will get the reference at the end of the chapter.
