Warning: Spanking of minor
The next morning Dean, Sarah, and Roman were allowed to see Seth for a few minutes before he had to get prepped for his surgery, Sarah was scared for her uncle because if something goes wrong he may never wrestle again when she saw him getting prepped she had tears pooling in her eyes and she started to sniff getting everyone's attention.
"Hey what's wrong sweetheart". Dean said.
"Uncle Seth are you sure you're gonna be ok?" Sarah asked.
"I'll be fine sweetheart i promise". Seth assured her.
"But what if something happens?" Sarah asked.
"Something like what". Seth replied.
"You may not come back". Sarah said sadly.
"Come here sweetheart". Seth said gently.
Sarah went to Seth and laid on left side as he held her then when the tears spilled from her eyes he quickly wiped them but that didn't stop the sobs that followed behind them till she was sobbing in Seth's side so he calmed her, Dean hated to see his sister cry like this it pained him to see her when she got upset to the point she cries.
"Shh sweetheart shh it's ok, it's alright shh everything's gonna be just fine". Seth soothed her.
Sarah had slightly calmed down to the point her sobs turned to sniffing and hiccups.
"Sweetheart i'm coming back it'll be a while before i'm back but i will come back". Seth said.
"How long will you be gone?" Sarah asked.
Seth bit his lip on telling his niece he couldn't lie to her but he didn't wanna crush her either.
"I'll be out for about 9 months sweetheart but hey look i promise you i will be back and you know i don't break promises". Seth said.
The doctor then came in and told them that Seth had to go for his surgery now, Seth kissed the top of Sarah's head then fist bumped Dean and Roman's fist. Dean took his sister back to the hotel to keep her distracted while Roman stayed at the hospital to hear Seth's condition.
Hotel
The second Sarah was in their hotel room she pulled out her art paper along with her crayons and colored pencils she began making Seth get well cards, Dean had ordered room service for him and Sarah so they could eat. She stopped every now and then so she can work on the cards.
"Sweetheart why don't you wait till after you eat to finish them". Dean suggested.
"I wanna get them finished so i can give them to Uncle Seth after his surgery". Sarah said.
"I'm sure you'll get them finished in time". Dean said.
He pulled them away from her and pushed her food in front of her.
"Dean couldn't Uncle Seth still travel with us he just won't compete". Sarah said.
"It's not that easy sweetheart, he has to do a lot to get his knee back in shape and he has to go to the doctor a lot to make sure his knee is healing the way it should be". Dean said.
Sarah had got tears in her eyes, first Dean had to go out then Roman and now Seth, she wished that he could stay with them while they traveled.
"Hey it'll be alright sweetheart Seth can take care of himself and he'll be back before you know it". Dean said.
"I'll really miss him". Sarah said with her voice cracking.
"Come here sweetheart". Dean said opening his arms.
Sarah had jumped into her brother's arms and started sobbing uncontrollably and the only thing Dean can do is soothe her and calm her the best way he could. It was a while since Seth had went for his surgery and the was hell for everyone especially for Sarah, Roman had finally called and said that Seth was in recovery when Sarah heard that she jumped up and put her shoes and jacket on just as Dean got his keys and wallet heading out. Sarah was holding the card she made for Seth tightly in her hands waiting to give it to him once they arrive to the hospital she jumped out the car then waited on her brother then she grabbed his hand as they went in to find Roman once they found him Sarah ran to him and hugged him.
"Hey baby girl". Roman said hugging his niece.
"Hi Uncle Roman. Is Uncle Seth ok?" Sarah asked.
"He'll be alright he's in recovery right now". Roman said.
"When can we see him?" Sarah asked.
"Once they move him to a room we can see him". Roman said.
"He'll come back though right?" Sarah asked.
Dean then came up behind his sister and answered her question.
"He'll come back sweetheart we promise". Dean said.
After a little while Seth was moved back to his room and he was in pain and a bit groggy but he was awake, Dean quietly knocks on the door and he hears a weak, 'come in' so the trio enters to see Seth in a lot of pain.
"Hey guys". Seth said.
"Hey man". Roman said.
"Hi Uncle Seth". Sarah said.
"Hey sweetheart". Seth said smiling.
"I made this for you". Sarah said.
She handed him the homemade card and he opened it reading it and he smiled as he read it he then put it down just as Sarah went to hug him and he kissed her head.
"Thank you sweetheart i love it". Seth said.
They stayed for a little while to talk to Seth then the nurse told them that they had to leave so Seth could rest which put a glum expression on Sarah's face.
"Can we come back to visit?" Sarah asked.
Seth bit his lip because once he was released he was heading home to start his recovery he just didn't know how to tell her.
"We should let Seth rest sweetheart but hey we'll call him everyday when he's out i promise". Dean said.
"I want him to come with us he won't have to compete he could stay with me". Sarah said.
"Sweetheart it's not that simple, he has to go to the doctor a lot and he has to get the strength back in his knee and he'll need a lot of rest". Dean explained.
Sarah then had tears pool in her eyes and let them fall from her eyes.
"But i'll miss him". Sarah said.
"Come here sweetheart. Seth said opening his arms.
Sarah went to his left side and carefully hugged him as she started to sob and Seth soothed her.
"It'll be alright sweetheart i promise, everything will be alright. Hey look at me sweetheart". Seth said.
Sarah sniffed and wiped her eyes then looked at Seth and he finished wiping her face of the tears then just as she tried to put her face down he gently took her chin and looked her in the eye.
"I'll miss you too sweetheart and like your brother said i'll call everyday i can't forget my favorite niece". Seth said.
"But when will you come back?" Sarah asked.
"I won't lie sweetheart it will be a while before i come back but hey i promise you i will come back and you know i never break my promises". Seth said.
Dean then carefully lifted his sister off of Seth then he bent down to kiss Sarah's head then she kissed his cheek.
"I love you Uncle Seth". Sarah said.
"I love you too sweetheart". Seth said.
They then left so Seth can rest, it's been a few weeks since Seth had his surgery and he had went home to Davenport so he can begin his recovery and over the few weeks Dean has noticed a change in his sister and he was determined to find out what it was. One day while at the arena Dean was taping his hands while Sarah was working on her homework while listening to music and he noticed that she had a attitude.
"Sweetheart what's wrong". Dean said.
"I'm fine". Sarah angrily mumbled.
"Sweetheart i can't help you if you don't tell me what's wrong". Dean said.
"Are you deaf?! I said i'm fine dammit!". Sarah yelled.
Dean was shocked and angry about his sister's outburst.
"Sarah Nicole Ambrose what did you just say". Dean demanded.
"You heard me". Sarah snapped.
"Sarah Nicole you better drop the attitude right now or you will be one very sorry little girl". Dean warned.
"And what if i don't?" Sarah challenged.
"Look i don't know what the hell your problem is but you need to drop the attitude right now". Dean said.
"Or what?" Sarah asked.
"You really wanna go there with me Sarah". Dean said.
"Just leave me alone!". Sarah snapped.
Sarah then laid on the couch and started crying, as mad as Dean was when he heard his sister cry that always pained him to hear like that so he sat down and gathered her in his arms and she buried her face in his chest while holding her arms firmly around his neck.
"Shh sweetheart shh it's ok, it's alright everything's gonna be alright sweetheart shh it's ok. I'm here sweetheart i'm here, I've got you baby I've got you". Dean whispered in her ear.
Sarah's crying has calmed down but she refused to let go of her brother.
"I'm sorry Dean i'm really really sorry". Sarah sniffed.
"You wanna tell me what that little outburst was about". Dean said.
"I miss Uncle Seth". Sarah whispered.
Dean sighed and hugged her tighter then dropped a kiss to her head even though it's been a few weeks it felt like months to her.
"Sweetheart i know you miss him but that doesn't give you the right to act like that or cuss". Dean said calmly but firmly.
"What's the difference between me doing it and you doing it". Sarah said.
"The difference is i'm an adult i'm allowed to, you are a little girl that has no right doing it and if i ever hear or catch you swearing or cursing again you will be a very sorry little girl. Do you understand me". Dean said sternly.
"Yes Dean". Sarah said.
"And don't think you're getting off on that so easy, your going to write 50 times 'i will not curse or swear again' and you're grounded for two weeks". Dean said.
"Yes Dean". Sarah said.
"Look sweetheart i know it's only been a few weeks since Seth had to go home to recover but you're not alone you have me, you have Roman, Jimmy, Jey, the girls, your not alone". Dean said.
"We were finally back together, as a family". Sarah whispered.
"Sweetheart what are you talking about?" Dean asked.
"When you came back Uncle Roman wasn't here it was like we weren't a family, then when Uncle Roman came back we were all together as a family now that Uncle Seth is out it's not the same were not together as a family should be". Sarah said.
"Sweetheart it doesn't matter if one of us is here or not we'll still be family no matter what". Dean said.
Dean then had an idea but he couldn't do it since he had a tag match with Roman soon so he had to get Sarah to Jimmy and Jey so he could make it to Roman in time. Jimmy and Jey agreed to watch Sarah so he bent down to her level for a quick second.
"Alright sweetheart i'll be back as soon as my match is over alright". Dean said.
"Ok". Sarah said.
"Be good and behave also remember what we talked about earlier about the cursing and swearing". Dean said.
"I know". Sarah said.
Dean kissed her head then left her so he can make it for his match with Roman.
"There you are i was about to come look for you". Roman said.
"Sorry i was dealing with Sarah". Dean said.
"Everything ok?" Roman asked.
"She's upset that Seth is out and everything was fine after we talked and i put her on punishment". Dean said.
"Punishment? For what?" Roman asked confused.
"She cursed at me". Dean said.
"She did what?" Roman asked shocked.
When Roman had heard that his niece was cursing and swearing he knew that couldn't be the Sarah he knows, that wasn't the niece he knows.
"What she say?" Roman asked.
"Dammit". Dean answered.
"She gets it from you". Roman said.
"I don't curse or swear around her". Dean said.
"But you do it". Roman said.
"Yes i do it but not around her". Dean said.
"She was bound to pick it up sooner or later". Roman said.
"She's growing up right before my eyes". Dean muttered.
"Dean she may be growing up but she's not going anywhere anytime soon and besides she'll always need you no matter what". Roman said.
"I wish she didn't grow up so fast". Dean said.
"She can't stay young forever Dean she'll grow up i can say this she'll always be your little girl". Roman said.
Ring
"The following is a tag team match set for one fall". Lillian announced.
Roman's music as he came out with Dean following him.
"Introducing the team of Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns". Lillian announced.
The two made their way down the aisle then hopped the barricade heading in the ring getting prepped then Kevin Owens music hits then King Barrett.
"And their opponents first Kevin Owens and King Barrett". Lillian announced.
Once the four men are separated Dean and Owens start off the match.
(Skips time)
Dean had just tagged in Roman for the second time and he goes against Owens with full force knocking him down and he kept Owens away from his corner from making a tag to Barrett who was still holding his arm out but Dean was able to sneak around and pull him off the apron then make it back to his corner when Roman wanted to make a tag to Dean, Roman held Owens from the back so Dean was able to to a missile dropkick and Roman rolled out the way in time. Dean then began his attack but Owens threw him back and he caught himself in the rope and hit Owens with a close line then he felt the adrenaline rush and he was read to do dirty deeds when Owens countered and made a tag to Barrett then while Barrett was in Owens left his partner and while Barrett wasn't paying attention Dean was able to get a sneak attack for the pin but Barrett kicked out then Roman hit a superman punch then Dean performed dirty deeds pinning him for the match.
"Here are your winners Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns". Lillian announced.
They then bro hugged each other heading backstage, while Sarah was with Jimmy and Jey who were on their phones they snapped their heads up when they heard Sarah say something.
"That match was so cool, Dean and Uncle Roman kicked some serious ass". Sarah said.
"Sarah what did you say?" Jimmy asked.
She just realized what she said and so did the two men then a panicked look went across her face.
"Uncle Jimmy, Uncle Jey you can't tell Dean please don't tell him please it was an accident i swear, it was a slip of the tongue i swear just please whatever you do don't tell Dean. I'm already on punishment please don't tell him". Sarah pleaded.
"Sorry Sarah we have to tell him, you are too young to be using language like that". Jimmy said.
"It was a slip of the tongue i swear please don't tell him". Sarah pleaded.
"We have to Sarah". Jey said.
Dean and Roman were towards Jimmy and Jey's locker room and Sarah was thinking what her brother would do when he found out she cursed again she already got in trouble once for it she really wished she didn't say it. When she heard the door open she put her head down in her hands knowing she's in trouble again.
"Hey guys". Dean said.
"Hey, Dean could we talk to you outside for a minute". Jimmy said.
"Sure". Dean said.
Jimmy went out while Jey stayed with Sarah even though she didn't get yelled at yet she had tears pool in her eyes.
"Sarah you know better then to be using language like that you're too young for that". Jey said.
"It was a slip of the tongue Uncle Jey i didn't mean to say it i swear". Sarah said.
"Well you just hope your brother believes you". Jey said.
Hallway
"So what's up Jimmy". Dean said.
"It's about Sarah". Jimmy said.
"Is she alright? What happened?" Dean asked.
"After your match she got too excited and said something it was an accident but she still said it". Jimmy said.
"She cursed?" Dean asked.
"Yeah". Jimmy said.
"After i talked to her about that earlier". Dean said.
"Then she begged and pleaded for me and Jey not to tell you". Jimmy said.
"Thanks for telling me i'll deal with her at the hotel". Dean said.
The two then walked back in and Dean gave his sister a very stern glare and she went to him keeping her head down then walked out with Dean behind her as they walked to his locker room to pack up for the night.
"So Dean your match was cool". Sarah said nervously.
"Sarah Nicole you're in enough trouble as it is don't make it worse for yourself". Dean said sternly.
They packed their stuff up and headed out Sarah kept her head down for the whole time because she knew Dean was furious with her so she kept quiet till they got to the hotel, once there they got their stuff and headed in as soon as the room door got open Sarah bolted for the bathroom locking the door just as Dean set the stuff down.
"Sarah Nicole Ambrose get out here right now and i'm only telling you once don't make me tell you twice". Dean warned.
"It was an accident Dean i swear i didn't mean to say it". Sarah said.
"Sarah Nicole get out here now!". Dean said firmly.
Sarah knew she was getting him more angrier by not listening and getting herself in more trouble so she unlocked the bathroom door and came out sitting on the bed while Dean is giving a stern look at his sister.
"Sarah what did we just discuss earlier?" Dean asked.
"That i'm too young to be cursing and swearing". Sarah answered.
"And what did you do for the second time tonight?" Dean asked.
"I cursed but Dean i swear i didn't mean to say it i didn't i was just so excited and got caught up in the moment it slipped out". Sarah said.
"Sarah you are too young to be using that language i don't know where you picked it up from but it stops now, i didn't raise you or teach you to use that kind of language not to mention you told Jimmy and Jey not to tell me". Dean said.
"But you use it". Sarah said.

"You're going to be sorry i told you if you did it again you will be sorry". Dean said.
Sarah didn't know what that meant then when she saw him going towards her she backed away.

"Sarah i'm not joking around get over here now". Dean said sternly.

"You're right i am, one for cursing, for telling Jimmy and Jey not to tell me, and for not listening". Dean said.
"Dean no please it was an accident i swear please don't spank me please, i'm sorry". Sarah said.
"Come on Sarah let's just get this over with". Dean said.
Sarah then caved and went to him he gently took her over his knee and began swatting her bottom, by the fifth swat Sarah was bawling her eyes out by the tenth one Dean had finished and Sarah was crying really hard she couldn't catch her breath. That really pained Dean to punish his sister like that but he knew that she had to be punished he then gathered her in his arm as she held her arms around his neck while crying still.
"Alright sweetheart it's over now, shh baby shh it's alright now everything's gonna be ok sweetheart". Dean soothed her.
After a while of crying Sarah had calmed down and she didn't let go of her brother but he sat her firmly next to him and when she refused to look at him he gently took her chin and looked her in the eye.
"Sarah don't ever have to make me do that again. But i will do it again if i hear or catch you cursing or swearing again do you understand me". Dean said.
"Y-yes Dean". Sarah hiccuped.
"Sweetheart you don't use that language you're too young for it like i said i don't know where you picked it up from but it stops now, and don't you ever tell anyone to keep anything from me. So you're punish now follows that 50 lines is now 100 lines and your grounded for 3 weeks". Dean said.
"But that's not fair isn't being spanked enough". Sarah said.
Dean raised his eyebrow. "Do you want it to be a month?"
"No". Sarah said.
"After today i don't want no more cursing, swearing, or back talk or you will be spanked again do you understand me". Dean said firmly.
"Yes Dean". Sarah said.
"Good now get ready for bed". Dean said.
Sarah then grabbed her bag and headed to the bathroom to change while Dean rested his face in his hands then there was a knock on the door so he went to answer it and when he did it was Roman.
"Hey man". Roman said.
"Hey". Dean said.
"You alright?" Roman asked.
"Patio we'll talk". Dean said.
While Roman went on the patio Sarah then emerged from the bathroom in her pajamas then set her stuff down and getting into bed just as she goes for her tablet to read Dean takes it away putting it with his stuff.
"I was gonna read". Sarah said.
"You're grounded which means no tablet you want to read here's a book". Dean said tossing a book.
"Come on Dean it isn't fair". Sarah said.
"Life's not fair". Dean said.
"Can i at least watch tv?" Sarah asked.
"No, you're grounded which means no tv, tablet, video games, cell phone, nothing but your homework". Dean said.
"So how are we gonna call Uncle Seth?" Sarah asked.
"We'll call him on my phone tomorrow". Dean said.
Sarah then huffed and laid on her side going to sleep.
"Good night Dean". Sarah angrily mumbled.
"Good night Sarah". Dean said.
He then quietly went out on the patio and took a bear that was on the table taking a long swing of it, Roman noticed something was wrong with his friend.
"What's wrong man?" Roman asked.
"I had to punish Sarah tonight". Dean said.
"What she do?" Roman asked.
"She cursed again then told Jimmy and Jey to not tell me and she didn't listen when she locked herself in the bathroom". Dean said.
"What'd you do?" Roman asked.
Dean put his head down not wanting to answer.
"You spanked her didn't you?" Roman asked.
"Yes, i hope i never have to do that again". Dean said.
"Have you ever had to punish her?" Roman asked.
"I grounded her and took her stuff away but i never ever spanked her". Dean said.
"You never once spanked Sarah?" Roman asked.
"Not until tonight". Dean said.
"I'm sorry you had to do that". Roman said.
"I don't know where i went wrong Rome, Sarah's not the way she use to be what happened to the little girl i knew? Where's the little girl i raised? What happened to the little girl who came running to me if she was scared? When she had a nightmare? What happened to that little girl?" Dean asked.
"She grew up Dean, as she gets older she'll start to act out all kids do it JoJo's bound to do it. Sarah may not be the same little girl you raised because she's getting older she thought when was younger she could get away with it now she knows she can't so yes every now and then when she does act out she will need to be punished. That little girl you remember Dean she grew up she's not the same from when she was younger but she will still be your little girl". Roman said.
"Was she like this when i was out?" Dean asked.
"She was a ticking time bomb when you were out". Roman said.
"Why do i feel so guilty for doing it?" Dean asked.
"Because you never did it so the first couple times you will feel just a bit guilty". Roman said.
"I didn't know what else to do that was the only other punishment i could think of". Dean said.
"You did what you had to do". Roman said.
The two stayed quiet for a minute then Roman changed the subject.
"So what are you guys doing for the holidays?" Roman asked.
"Heading home to Vegas then probably see if Seth can come out". Dean answered.
"No your not, your coming with me back to Florida none of you will be alone on Christmas or New Years. Sarah can share a room with JoJo and you can share the guest room with Seth". Roman said.
"Roman we'll be fine". Dean said.
"Your coming to Florida you need to be around family and were family. You, Sarah and Seth are family now". Roman said.
"Thanks Rome". Dean said.
"No problem". Roman said.
Roman then had to get back to his room then Dean got ready for bed he quietly moved around but when he wasn't paying attention he stubbed his toe then quietly mumbled under his breath but it still woke Sarah up for a few seconds.
"Dean?" Sarah asked sleepy.
"It's alright sweetheart go back to sleep". Dean said.
Just then she flew and hugged him hanging on for dear life.
"I'm sorry Dean i'm really really really sorry do you forgive me". Sarah said.
Dean wrapped his arms around his sister holding her tightly.
"I know you're sorry sweetheart i know and i forgive you just don't ever have to make me do that again". Dean said.
"You won't have to do it again i promise". Sarah said.
He then kissed her head then sat her down when he got comfortable Sarah curled into her brother side laying her head on his shoulder slowly falling back asleep. Dean went to sleep after that.
