Dean stood in shock at what the two toned man told him. They were brothers? This couldn't be possible, could it? He didn't know anything about his father but that he was in prison and his mother only had him and Sarah unless… no.
The dirty blonde finally blinked. "Wha-what? We're brothers? Where the hell would you get something like that from?"
Seth shoved the papers in his hands still feeling livid, Dean read everything as his pale blue eyes went wide.
"This is…crazy. Seth, believe what you want I didn't know about this. I don't know shit about my father and all I knew was my mom had Sarah and I"
"So you never knew? According to this you did" Seth passed him a note.
It looked like an encrypted note to hide the person's handwriting.
-Dean has been lying to you. He's been hiding something from you! Read inside.
The dirty blonde looked at it in shock then glanced at the other man. "Dude I'm telling you I had no clue, this is news to me"
"We need to figure this out"
"I'll call my uncle back home, maybe he can give me an insight on this. If this is true Seth, welcome to the family"
"I can't believe I might have a brother and sister"
"Hold on Seth we don't know anything and if we are brothers, Sarah might not be your sister"
"I don't care if you're my brother regardless of what happens that makes Sarah my sister"
Something inside Dean swelled with pride, Seth would still take the brother role to Sarah regardless of the outcome of this. While they were distracted Sarah tried to sneak out of the room unnoticed but failed.
"Back in the room, short stuff" Dean told her, not looking at her.
"What the… how did you know?" Sarah asked her brother, surprised.
"You're not that good of an escape artist"
"I was going to catering" She hoped he saw through her lie.
"You just ate, try again"
"I meant the bathroom"
"You already went before we left the hotel and not long after we got here"
"You're good at this. Too good"
"Where are you really going?"
She sighed. "To forfeit your match against Brock. I really don't want you to face him, he'll really hurt you Dean. If this had been anyone else I wouldn't mind but he's different, he enjoys hurting people and he's hurt many others before you he has no control in the ring. I don't wanna lose you again"
"Hey, I'll be alright sweetheart, we talked about this. Nobody is gonna keep me from being around and protecting you"
"You're not gonna let me come to ringside are you?"
"Now who's getting good at this? You're to stay back here far from the ring with Seth and Roman"
"If I can't go out then it should only be fair you don't go out either"
The two men chuckled at that as Dean ruffled her hair. "I have to go out, I don't want you getting hurt and besides I'm not a little girl like you" He gently tapped her nose playfully.
"Who you callin' little?"
"You shorty"
Sarah despised it but trusted her brother if he said he'd be alright then he would. But that still wouldn't stop her from defending and protecting him. Seth saw the look in her eye and knew she was up to something.
"Say Dean, why don't I keep Sarah company, so you change and get ready for your match?" Seth suggested, he had to talk her out of whatever she was planning.
"Sure" He looked at his sister. "Seth's in charge you hear me and you know the rules"
"I know De"
He hugged her and kissed her head then sent her with Seth, he was actually glad she was going with Seth it would also give him time to call his uncle and get more information about Seth possibly being their brother.
Seth walked fast to get to his locker room with her so nothing would happen to either of them but mainly Sarah. He and Dean were already what seemed like brutal matches later. He wouldn't let anything happen to the young girl that could be his sister.
Once they were there and Seth ushered her inside and made sure they were in the clear he closed the door. He let out a breath, this would be one very long night. Sarah looked up at the two toned wrestler.
"Uncle Seth, are you ok?" Sarah asked concerned.
"Yeah. I'm good. Now what are you up to?" He asked her, raising an eye.
"Me? Uncle Seth, what makes you think I'm up to anything?" She batted her eyes innocently giving an innocent smile.
"Because you're just like your brother, I know that look in your eyes and you little miss are up to something. And that look doesn't work on me anymore"
She sighed in defeat. "You and Dean are too good at this. I was gonna try and do something to get Dean out of his match with Brock. Uncle Seth we both know if Dean goes into that ring Brock is going to destroy him, I can't let him hurt my brother. I won't let him"
Seth was very impressed with the young girl, she had definitely grown up the past year. She wasn't that same innocent girl she once was. She was more braver, confident, bolder, she was turning into a true miniature version of her brother.
"Honey, you know your brother can take care of himself and we both know if you interfere or get in the ring it'll only get your brother angry. Let him take care of this. I know you're scared and worried you have every right to be there's nothing wrong with that but he can handle this"
Sarah just nodded letting what Seth said sink in, but it wouldn't stop her from trying to stop the match. If she couldn't get the match called off then she would have to find another way to stop the match one way or another.
Soon the show had started and per Triple H's word, the match that would start the show off is Dean against Brock. Seth took the young girl to see her brother before he went out. Sarah ran to her brother, Dean was trying to mentally prepare for this when he felt a forceful crash against him.
Looking down, the dirty blonde man saw his sister holding him tightly, he wrapped his arms around her trying to calm her nerves and anxiety. No match he ever was in scared him but this match was one to punish and torture him.
He bent down to her level and saw the fear and worry in her eyes, he tucked some hair behind her ear. "I'm gonna be just fine alright sweetheart"
"Dean, please reconsider forfeit the match, please" She pleaded with her brother.
"I can't. Just stay back here with Roman and Seth alright. Don't come to the ring at all. Do you understand me?" His voice grew firm but stayed gentle.
She nodded sadly. "Yes Dean" She then wrapped her arms around his neck. "Please be careful"
"Always baby girl. Always"
He kissed her head a few times and hoisted her up, taking her over to his two best friends and placed her in Roman's arms knowing she wouldn't be able to escape his hold and chase after him. Sarah looked at him with wide eyes.
"Dean" Sarah's voice held fear and nervousness.
"I love you so much sweetheart" He kissed her head again then looked to his two best friends. "Make sure she doesn't leave your sights, don't let her near the ring"
"We got her," The two men assured their friend.
After kissing her head one last time he left out as his music hit. Sarah was struggling in Roman's hold but to no avail she couldn't get out.
"Dean! Dean! Don't go! Dean! Dad! Dad! Daddy, come back!"
That had shocked the two men as they looked at each other, Roman keeping a hold on the young girl.
"Did she just…" Seth trailed off.
The long haired man nodded. "She did"
They had taken Sarah back to Roman's locker room and made sure she didn't leave their side. Roman kept her in his hold as she fought, she knew that she couldn't hurt him but she had to go help her brother.
Once in the locker room Roman went inside first with his niece and sat her down Seth entered next to guard the door in case she decided to bolt. The young girl knew she couldn't get out now she had to play this out carefully.
