It was another fine day at Hotel Transylvania, both humans and monsters were walking about the hotel friendly chatting with one another as they looked at brochure and made plans to do hotel activities or simply chill out and enjoy themselves. Emily walked around the lobby taking in the sights and feeling a great sense of peace at seeing monsters and humans living in peace together. She then pulled out a nifty tool called a Tablet that she had gotten from Johnny as a gift and began to scroll through some news stories talking about monsters joining human society and getting various jobs and becoming famous in the public.

Emily's eyes then landed on a story talking about a missing heirs who had been engaged had been murdered! A picture of a young woman in a wedding dress appeared in the story followed by the image of a man with slender man with a large chin and white slick hair wearing a suit, who had been the groom the dead woman would have married. Emily stared at the image of the groom for several seconds as a cold chill suddenly began to spread through her body and she began to tremble. She recognized the groom! It was Barkis Bittern, the Bride Butcher!

Emily let out a scream of horror as she dropped the Tablet on the lobby carpet. All the monsters and humans stared at Emily in shock and confusion. Dracula who had just entered the lobby saw his wife freaking out and immediately rushed over to comfort her.

"Emily what's wrong?" Asked Dracula with concern.

"Barkis...Bittern! He's alive!" Said Emily pointing the Tablet on the ground.

Dracula looked down at the image on the Tablet in confusion as the image of the man stared up at him. He carefully picked up the Tablet and lead Emily out of the lobby to discuss what happened. Dracula hoped that the man on the Tablet was nothing more then a simple look alike, but he had a feeling that this wasn't the case and something dark from Emily's past had returned.

To be continued.
