(A/N): Hey Guys! So, I know it's been a while since I last updated, but I've been super uber super busy with school work, and my muse has just been in the toilet.
Disclaimer: I own nothing you recognise.

Sirius' animagus form was definitely my favorite out of the boys.
"Aww, puppy!" I crooned, pressing my palms against the transparent barrier between me and the so called puppy.
"He could still be dangerous." Leo warned, and as soon as Sirius heard his voice, his head snapped up- and his tail started wagging. Sirius charged, and I saw Leo wince- but instead of attacking, the big black dog jumped up into his arms, standing on his back paws, licking Leo's face rather vigorously.
"This. Is. disgusting." Leo managed to get out between licks, and then hoisted Sirius into his arms. It was an odd sight, seeing the big (read: humongous) black dog held seemingly effortlessly in the arms of a fifteen year old boy, but if anyone could pull it off, it was Leo.
Some of the blood from his nose was gone, and I twinged a little, knowing Sirius, as a dog, had been none too gentle with him even if he did mean no harm.
"I think he looks better this way," Remus started, smirking slightly. "Less... Ruff!" Cue groaning, and a loud whimper from Sirius' dog form.
"Welcome back buddy." I heard Leo say, and noticed that the dog eyes were now gray, rather than the doe-ish golden brown of pretty much every dog I had ever seen.
Carefully setting him paws first on the stone floor, Leo's face distorted slightly, eyes growing darker, skin growing paler and teeth just plain growing, and I realised he was going into what he liked to call 'Sensory Alert'. I had seen it before, of course, once or twice, but I was only just now realising how terrifying it was to see- not necessarily because I was scared of Leo, but because of what it meant.
I went on high alert, looking for danger, but Leo just dropped to his knees beside Sirius, and started scratching him behind the ears with his elongated, sharpened claws.
"Who's a good boy?" I swear, I had only seen a smile that big on his face a handful of times. "You're a good boy!" He answered for Sirius, and the canine dropped, and rolled onto his side so Leo could scratch his belly, letting out contented little whines the whole time. Concentrating slightly, the barrier dropped, and I quickly made my way to Sirius' side, scratching his back as Leo made his legs kick as he scratched at a particular spot. Looking up, I met his eyes, and even though they were different now, I knew the look he was giving me, and I flashed him a smile.
"Who's a big cutie?" That rhetorical question wasn't directed at Sirius, but he continued to whine nonetheless.
"Let up now guys, any more excitement and he might piddle on the floor." James said, and as we stood, dog-Sirius narrowed his eyes, letting out a short growl before falling silent. Roughly half a minute later, and Sirius was standing beside me, human again.
"Says Rudolph." James crossed his arms over his chest in mock outrage.
"I'm a stag, chihuahua boy!" They began grappling with each other, and Remus rolled his eyes, approaching Leo and I.
"Two days to the full moon," He began nervously. "Think they can handle the wolf?"
(A/N): So, what did you think?
