"What do you see in him?! He's the spawn of Satan!" Liv yelled at Aaron as her exhausted brother tried to finish some paperwork.

Aaron just sighed as he tried to ignore the shouting, he had already been shouted at by multiple people during the morning and the afternoon was not shaping out to be much better. Robert had gone to another meeting at 9 am before he had gone to the scrapyard to get away from Liv glaring at him, we'll Aaron had told him to go to the scrapyard, in order to prevent Robert from having feelings of anxiety or frustration. However, Liv had decided to bombard Aaron instead.

"Aaron! Aaron! Earth to Aaron Livesy!" Liv shouted at the top of her lungs as she waved her hand in front of her brother's face.

Aaron groaned in annoyance and he put his pen down "Robert is my boyfriend, he has been in my life full a couple of years and he has supported me a lot during this year. I love him and he is not the spawn of Satan".

"He's vile!" Liv yelled.

"No, he's not, Liv. Drop it now" Aaron then went back to trying to work.

The backdoor opened and Paddy walked into the backroom, freezing when he heard that Liv was practically screaming in Aaron's face "Is this a bad time?"

"Nope, I'm not busy at all" Aaron answered sarcastically.

"Very good!" Paddy chipped as he walked over and sat next to Aaron.

Aaron raised an eyebrow and he sighed as he put his work to the side "You alright?"

"No, I mean yes! Wait, no!" Paddy related as he tried to figure it out for himself.

"Paddy!" Aaron called to get Paddy's attention.

"Right, well you see... Rhona and I don't really get to spend a lot of time together anymore because of Leo, work, and dram" Paddy said before he began to ramble on.

"Paddy, spit it out," Aaron said as he sat back in the chair, crossing his arms over his chest.

"Right! Would you a-and Robert babysit Leo for a few hours?" Paddy asked.

Aaron nodded "Yeah, when?"

"Tonight" Paddy answered.

"He's got plans tonight" Liv piped up.

"No I don't" Aaron stated.

"Yes, you do! You're dumping ratface tonight" Liv argued.

"What happened?" Paddy asked.

"Noting, I'm not breaking up with Robert" Aaron stated as he glanced at Paddy.

"Well, you should" Liv grumbled.

"What's Robert done?" Chas asked as she walked into the room.

"Nothing" Aaron sighed.

"You don't need to lie to protect him, sweetheart" Chas stated as she walked over to comfort Aaron.

"I'm not lying to protect him, he has done nothing wrong. All he has done today is wake me up by kissing me, hugging me, telling me That he loves me, are breakfast and then went to work." Aaron grounded in frustration before he stood up and grabbed his jacket "I'm going to work".

Everyone watched as Aaron left the house, before they all looked at each other and Liv shrugged. Paddy was still just as confused as before but Chas was now suspicious of what Robert had possibly done or said to Aaron.

As it grew closer to midday, Robert was sat at his desk, pen in hand and a phone held against his ear as he listened to the demands of the client who Jimmy had left him to deal with. Bored was not the word, all he wanted to do was shut the world out and sleep. He eventually managed to secure the contact and the client ended the call, without saying a decent word.

Robert looked up when he heard the door open, he smiled when he saw Aaron and his boyfriend looked at him "You alright?"

"Peachy" Aaron answered as he hung his jacket up.

"What's happened?" Robert asked as he stood up and walked over to Aaron.

"Nothing new, Liv constantly trying to get me to break up with thou and then everyone trying to figure out what's happened" Aaron answered as he looked up at Robert.

Robert sighed before he cupped Aaron's cheek in his hand, stroking his cheek with his thumb "People just care about you, and with my reputation you can't really blame them for doubting me."

"People just need to mind their own business, I can't deal with constant questions" Aaron stated and Robert nodded.

"I understand, just try to relax for a bit" Robert suggested as he led Aaron over to his desk and he gently pulled him down to sit on his lap.

"Paddy asked if we can babysit for him and Rhona tonight. I said yes but I'll do it on my own if you don't want to" Aaron explained as he leaned his head against Robert's shoulder.

"No no, I don't mind babysitting Leo with you." Robert stated.

Aaron smiled slightly and he looked up at Robert "Okay".
