3 Years Ago. August 12th, 2023. Oryanthia Territory, 2:38PM. In The Small City Of Ghost Bay, Known For It's Commonly Foggy And Misty Weather Around The Surrounding Forrest, Mountains And Lakes, People Are Going About Their Afternoon Business, Shopping, Going Out With Friends, Or Simply Going On A Walk Or A Drive, And Speaking Of Going Out, Inside Of A Ice Drink Pub, Among The Patrons Is An Eight-Person Group Taking Up A Booth And A Table At The Back-End Corner Of The Lounge Area Just Chatting, Three Guys And Five Girls, Among The Women Is A Particular Blonde (The Guys Are Laiken, Alaric And Flint, The Girls Are Vaelora, Solenne, Elowen And Nyssa, The Blonde?, Her Name Comes Later On). The Eight Are Just Chatting Away, About Cars Coincidentally.

Alaric: You Know, All The Way Up To The Early 80s, Formula 1 Still Weren't Out Of The Phase Of Drivers Dying Out On Track, Even If It Didn't Happen Nearly As Much As The 70s.

Vaelora: That's Because Whatever Fatal Crash During The 80s Or 90s Were Freak Accidents, Unlike In 70s When The Cars Truly Were Nothing Short Of Death Traps. The Blonde Stops Sipping Her Drink And Looks Up At The Two With A Grin.

Blonde: Precisely, No Protection, No Comfort, F1 Cars Back In The 70s Were Just Little Coffins Really, A 450 To 500 Horsepower Engine With A Fuel Tank Filled With High Octane Right Behind The Drivers Seat Being Run At 170MPH, All The Things In Consideration, Those Things Were Bombs On Wheels.

Laiken: Damn, Quinn, With How Much You Know About Cars, You Should Be An Engineer (Quinn Is A Unisex Name In The Tempesta Territory). Quinn Doesn't Say Anything In Response And Returns To Her Drink, And After A Few Sips, Takes Out Her Phone And Logs Onto An App Titled "Overwatch" And Pulls Up A Video From The Cameras On A Black Lamborghini Aventador S Roadster In East Apollo, Driven By A Male Speedhunter, Codenamed "Kelis", And Flint And Alaric Lean Over And Peep At The Video Footage In Props, And Quinn Is Just Completely Lost In The Video.

Flint: You Like To Watch Those Speedhunter People, Huh Quinn?.

Quinn: Yes, Racing At Over 200MPH On A Public Road, Racing All The Way Through The Night, Every Night, Taking On The EASE Whenever They Try To Stop Them..., It's Admirable. Quinn Grins Bigger With A Slight Blush On Her Face.

Nyssa: Oh, That Reminds Me, Are We Still Crossing Over Into East Apollo Tonight?.

Elowen: Yes, The Wyndams Are Allowing Us Over Again To Do Some "Speedhunter Watching" Tonight. Laiken Then Takes Out His Phone And Looks At The Cross-Country Beltline Schedule.

Laiken: Speaking Of, We Need To Get Over To The Station In Half An Hour, Or Else We're Gonna Miss It. Quinn Suddenly Gets Up After Hearing That With Enthusiastic Mannerism.

Quinn: Let's Go!. And Quinn Runs Out The Door With The Others Running After Her. 30 Minutes Later, Ghost Bay Beltline Station, 3:10PM. The Group Were Standing At The Platform As The Train Speeds Up And Comes To A Rapid Stop, And The Doors On All Eight Cars Open On Both Sides, And Passengers Step Out And Step In Simultaneously (The Norm Of Train Transportation In Tempesta Is High-Speed Rail And/Or Bullet Trains, And Because Of Them Being The Norm In This Territory, The High-Speed Rail System Is Much More Developed And Advanced Compared To Others Around The World). And After About Five Minutes Of Boarding, The Doors Close Once Again And The Train Takes Off From The Platform And Back Onto It's Designated Travel Route, Right In Time, As After About A Minute On The Line, Another Bullet Train Flys By On The Other Line Going The Opposite Direction On The Route, And The Eight Friends Settle In For The 2 Hour Long Ride To Seacrest Park In The Night Elston Region Of East Apollo.

Quinn: (Thoughts/Monologue) My Name Is Quinn Falconer, I'm Currently 25 Years Old, When My Father Died Before I Was Even A Teen, My Mother Kept Remarrying, And So, I Pretty Much Revolved My Life Around Just Having Fun In Life, As Hypocritical As I Might Be, I Still Cared Much For My Mother, And Then, When I Was 16, I Met My Current Group, And We Would Sometimes Go Across The Border And Into East Apollo, We All Have Always Liked Traveling To That Place, And One Night, When We Were There, We Witnessed A Pack Of Speedhunters Blast By In A Race, While Being Chased By The EASE, I Was Mesmerized, The Cars, The Driving Skill, The Pursuit, I Became Obsessed On The Spot, And Since Then, I Would Spend My Free-Time Either "Speedhunter Watching" Throughout The Night Or Watching Their Online Videos On The "Overwatch" App, With Or Without My Friends, I've Always Wanted A Taste Of How These Speedhunters Live, How Do They Stay Hidden From The Law When They Aren't Racing, How Do They Gather Up The Courage To Race The EASE At 100MPH, I've Always Been Curious, It's My Passion, I've Had Dreams Of Maybe Becoming A Speedhunter Myself Someday, "Sigh" Maybe, One Day.
