Ulrich362: Some tragic backstory apparently, and before anyone asks... yes technically Zexal isn't in the same timeline as the original Yu-gi-Oh, GX, or 5Ds. We know this, but this is a fanfiction with an OC who isn't even part of canon Yu-Gi-Oh. That doesn't matter in this story, Zexal comes after 5Ds.

Anna and Timmy were both looking at the Ancient Fairy Dragon and Anna had just asked her what happened to Leo and Luna.
"They both... they both got involved in a accident." Ancient Fairy Dragon told the two looking down.
Anna frowned taking Timmy's hand. "What kind of accident? Did their parents do anything for them?"
"Those two we're concerned... But they done nothing to assist all for the sake of money." she answered.
Anna felt Timmy's hand clench tight to the point where Anna felt a small twinge of pain.
"They just simply gave up when the expenses we're too much to knock over half of their fortune." Ancient Fairy Dragon continued to them, "Afterward they sold me, and my Life Stream to regain some of the money they spent for their hospital records."
"What kind of disgusting people put money over their own kids?" Anna questioned in disgust before just frowning. "Do you know where your Life Stream is now?"
"I felt he's near but, I can't quite figure out where." Ancient Fairy Dragon answered.
"The three of us will find him, right?" Anna asked turning to Timmy.
Timmy nodded, "Definitely. But first we should find his form before being released. Leo's Power Tool Dragon."
"Well, hopefully whoever has it is in the tournament." Anna admitted.
"Actually..." they looked to Ancient Fairy Dragon, "I had kept Power Tool Dragon hidden so at least a part of my Life Stream stays with me."
She materialized a card in front of Anna for her to take. Blinking Anna slowly took the card.

"It's no wonder it is the folklorn of evil." he added closing his eyes before opening them turning to her, "Well let's be careful together."
"Agreed." she nodded.
They both walked together after bidding Ryoma farewell walking before during a ledge Timmy slipped crying out falling down in the water below. Seeing that Anna jumped down to offer her hand. "Are you alright, you need to be more careful."
Timmy struggled to reach her hand before grabbing it. When he did Anna helped him to his feet. Timmy sighed, "Sorry, I don't know how I missed that."
Anna frowned. "You probably had something on your mind, and honestly I don't blame you."
Timmy nodded looking at her with a smile before blinking squinting his eyes to her which confuses her.
"Timmy?" she asked. "Are you alright?"
Soon all the color faded from his face looking horrified as he felt his eyes through his eye lids before gasping, "Oh no... My contacts! Their gone!"
Anna's eyes widened hearing that before taking his hand. "Hold on, I'll help you find them."
Timmy shook his head, "We can't find them Anna. Their tiny, and in a large amount of water. It will take us days to find them..."
Anna frowned at that. "Do you have any spares back at home? I could carry you there if you need me to."
"No... They were my only pair... Without them I can't see crystal." Timmy said looking down saddened before getting an idea, "Wait does Cathy have any I can borrow?"
"We can ask her." Anna answered. "Just stay close to me."
Timmy nodded holding her hand staying careful as they walked together. Eventually they reached Cathy's mansion before knocking on the door. Cathy answered softly as she smiled, "Anna, Tim what brings you two here?"
"We might need your help, Timmy's entered in the Duel Carnival but while we were looking around he lost his balance and fell into the river." Anna explained. "He lost his contacts, we were hoping you might be able to help."
"Contact lens?" Cathy asked hearing that, "He never mentioned having contact lens."
"Well... I got so used to wearing them on my eyes, I didn't think of them." Timmy admitted.
Cathy shakes her head, "Well I don't have any contacts. But I do have an extra pair of glasses they might work."
"It's worth a try." Anna mentioned. "Can we come in?"
Cathy nodded as they entered, "So Timmy how far are you into the World Duel Carnival?"
"I won my first Heart Piece." Timmy admitted not looking over due to his blinded eyes.
"Well I'm getting close to it myself." Cathy smiled before walking off arriving back with a pair of glasses similar to what she has on, "Here Anna these should work."
"You're competing?" Anna asked giving Timmy the glasses.
"Well you seen me with Yuma, and the others." Cathy answered as Anna places the glasses on Timmy's face.
"That's true and..." Anna started before gasping.
"What?" Cathy asked looking.
Timmy blinked to get his vision in place before seeing clear before smiling, "Ah these worked!" Before he looked a little nervous, "But... I think I look a bit nerdy."
"I think you look great." Anna admitted. "Maybe a tiny bit nerdy, but in a cute way actually. I like them."
"Do any of you have a mirror?" Timmy asked.
"In the hall." Cathy answered showing him.
Timmy walked over stopping in front of it looking at himself wearing the glasses, "I never thought I wear glasses after getting use to Contacts..."
"Well, like I said I think you look cute in them." Anna mentioned walking up behind him. "You look sophisticated in them."
"Sophi-What?" Timmy asked looking at her from the mirror.
"It means you know about the world basically." Anna answered. "It's a good thing, I promise."
Timmy nodded before looking back at his reflection asking, "What do you think Grandma would say if she sees me like this?"
"I think she would say her grandson is very handsome." Anna answered with a smile.
Timmy blushed but has a smile as Anna wrapped her arms around him while looking down to him, "I don't know what I do without ya Anna..."
"Don't worry, you'll never have to find out." she smiled gently.
Timmy nodded at this smiling back before turning to her, "Hey Anna? If by any chance... we encounter your family... would they even like me?"
She paused at that. "I... I don't know."
Timmy looked concerned but only nodded, "I won't pry Anna. I'll let you tell me about them when you want too."
She just nodded at that before smiling. "What do you want to do now?"
"Actually, I was thinking of scheduling a Dentist Appointment after my next duel to end the day." Timmy admitted to her.
"That makes sense." Anna nodded. "Do you need someone to be there with you? I know some people get scared when they go to the dentist."
"Yeah... Well actually there is one main reason. I don't know if you see American Movies but have you heard of Marathon Man?" Timmy asked her.
"No, I haven't." she admitted.
"Well... I accidentally watch that film myself, and that movie's bad guy actually uses Dentist Techniques as Torture methods." Timmy gave a slight shudder, "And I kept hearing 'Is it safe' in my head from that scene. But it totally taught me that I should take great care of my teeth."
Anna nodded in understanding before giving him a comforting hug. "I can stay with you, if you want."
"Thanks... I wouldn't want to be alone in a Dentist Office." Timmy admitted closing his eyes with a sheepish smile.
Anna nodded before pausing and blushing. "Timmy, after your next duel I think we should wash up again."
"Oh yeah... cause we both we're in water." Timmy said hearing that.
"Yeah, you don't mind if we do that together right?" she asked softly. "And after, we can spend some time together cuddling a bit?"
Timmy blushed before saying, "Well... yeah, at least I wouldn't be able to see you clearly when I don't want to view you without any clothes on."
Anna frowned at that. "You aren't a pervert Timmy. You're a real gentleman."
She smiled after saying that before offering her hand. "Come on, let's see if we can find you someone to duel."
Timmy nodded with a small smile taking her head as they exited Cathy's mansion thanking her while walking around to find new duelists to duel. After a while they noticed several people who looked to be watching a duel.
"What's going on?" Timmy asked Anna curious.
"I don't know." she admitted as they walked up where a boy with a scar over his eye had just clearly won a duel with his opponent on the ground.
"Don't say I never do anything for my fans." the boy grinned. "Does anyone else want some special attention?"
Timmy blinked, "Never seen him before who's this?"
A man beside him looked shocked turning to him, "You two never heard of Quattro?"
"Quattro?" Anna asked.
"He's a huge Dueling sensation! A highly known Professional Duelist who has won several dueling leagues, and if the current Asia Champion." the man explained to them.
"In other words he's a celebrity." Timmy admitted before saying, "Quattro is also Spanish for four... Why exactly does he choose that name?"
"I don't know." Anna admitted.
"Well... what do you think? Should I try my luck?" Timmy asked her.
"It's up to you." Anna mentioned.
Timmy gives thought before gulping, and called, "I-I will try Quattro!" Raising his arm as he said this.
"Oh, well the more the merrier." Quattro grinned. "Anything for one of my fans and... oh, you're competing too?"
"Well... yeah." Timmy nodded to him bowing, "I'm Timmy Wixn sir, and back at where I live, I won small tournaments. So I wonder what I can do against a big time Champ like yourself."
"Well, then I'll be sure to give you a duel you won't forget anytime soon." Quattro smiled as his Duel Disk activated and a tattoo appeared around his eye. "Ready whenever you are."
Timmy blinked a bit surprised seeing the tattoo, 'That mark... it's similar to...' Deciding not to worry about it he readied while putting on his headset on, "Ready!"

He sets the scale as both Odd-Eyes, and Dingernell rose up in between.

Timmy smiled explaining Pendulum Summoning to him, "And if you have monsters in your hand who's levels are in between the scale you can summon them all instantly."
"Well, that's interesting." Quattro smiled.
"Well now next I use the spell Archiving Clone!" Timmy called using the card he used against Kite.

"Now what?" Quattro questioned seeing Galycimo turn into three green rings while Tuloki became four stars. "Just who is this kid?"

Giant Grinder uses strings from it's fingers at Gigaboros as it struggled being pulled into it's chest as Timmy in shock as grinding wheels in it's chest shredded Gigaboros before a large cannon emerged firing a blast at Timmy who braced himself. (Timmy: 1700/Hand: 2)
'Well so much for defense if he's got that...' Timmy grunted before calling, "Not a bad effect but since Ancient Fairy Dragon's a Synchro Monster, your monster doesn't destroy her!"
"I guess you have a point so I'll end my turn." Quattro mentioned. 'And next turn I'll finish you off for good.'

'Okay, I shouldn't give him another lead if this goes on...' Timmy thought before calling, "Alright draw!" He looked before calling, "And to start, I'll set Scale 8, Dragon Archiver - Renotu to reset the Pendulum Scale!"
Using the card he added from Odd-Eyes it rose up readying.

"Now I Pendulum Summon!" the portal shot three monsters, "Let's welcome back Galycimo, Tuloki, and Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon!"
Three said dragons rose back on with Odd-Eyes in the lead roaring loud.

"Monsters that can't be destroyed?" Quattro questioned in shock. 'Well that's his last mistake, I didn't expect to need that but I'll wipe him out next turn.'
"And now Odd-Eyes attack Gimmick Puppet Giant Grinder!" Timmy called as Odd-Eyes charged an attack, "Spiral Flame Strike!" Odd-Eyes fired the attack hitting Giant Grinder before he added, "Next Odd-Eyes' own Special Ability doubles any damage you take from battles with him! Reaction Force!"
Odd-Eyes glowed bright as the attack intensified. Quattro's eyes widened as he braced himself only for Giant Grinder to survive.

"Not a bad attack, but only a Number can destroy another Number in battle." Quattro told him.
"I know that." Timmy told him before saying, "But damage is damage."
"I guess that's true, so I'm guessing you're ending your turn?" Quattro inquired.
"I place 1 card down, and end my turn." Timmy ended his turn, 'None of my monsters are Xyz Monsters so his monster can't destroy them. Plus if he tries to attack one of my Dragon Archivers, Renotu's Pendulum ability stops the attack as long as it's able to target, and Dingernell stops any effect that targets a Dragon Archiver. But something tells me I need to stay on guard...'

"You're catching on, but first I'll switch Giant Grinder into defense mode." Quattro smirked as his first Xyz glowed.

Strings starts using it's blade as a violin to it's string based body before it's closed eye opened showing a red eye as it raised it's blade where red strings from above attached themselves to Ancient Fairy Dragon, Odd-Eyes, Galycimo, Tuloki, and Giant Grinder itself.

"I think that's enough for now so I'll end my turn." Quattro mentioned. "Your move."

Timmy 3rd Turn:
'He confirmed that his effect destroys, and deals damage at the same time... but nothing's happening.' Timmy thought, 'Maybe it's during his Standby Phase...? I can't get flustered right now!' "My turn draw!" He drew looking at his drawn card.
Timmy looked before calling, "Okay, I'll be activating the Spell, Archiving Bookmark!"
The spell he used last time appeared.

Anna smiled seeing the monster.
"And when Tuloki's used to Fusion Summon I draw!" Timmy drew looking.
'Be careful Timmy, I have a bad feeling.' Anna frowned.
"Then Galycimo sends back Clone, and Fusion back to my Deck, and sends my top two cards." he sent the cards before adding, "Then Dark Magician Girl's effect activates! By discarding a card a face-up card on your field is destroyed!"
"It what?" Quattro questioned in shock.
'Which one should I destroy... Can it be his 3000 point monster? Or his other one? Both have immunity to destruction by non-Numbers, and he has higher attack points but he might use his lower monster for something badder... So...' "I destroy Gimmick Puppet Giant Grinder!" Timmy called discarding his drawn card as the Fusion Dragon attacked Quattro's first monster.
Everyone looked surprised hearing that as Giant Grinder shattered.
'Alright, I don't know what he can plan next but I am able to survive his next move.' Timmy thought before calling, "Alright with that I end my-"
"Huh?" Timmy asked before the strings on both Odd-Eyes, and Ancient Fairy Dragon started to reel them into Strings who prepares to attack them as Timmy asked shocked, "What's happening!?"
"You just ended your turn, which means every monster with a String Counter is destroyed and we take damage equal to the total attack points of our destroyed monsters." Quattro told him. "That's 4600 points of damage to your life points."
"So that was the effect it had!' Timmy grunted hearing that, "Well I'm not done yet! I activate the trap, Archiver Explosion!"

"So now when I take damage while I have an Extra Deck Dragon, or a Dragon Archiver in the Pendulum Zone this Counter Trap Card cuts that damage in half!" Timmy called.
"Even halved the damage is more than enough to finish you off!" Quattro smirked.
"I'm not done!" Timmy called before revealing, "We both take both halves of the damage!"
"We what?" Quattro questioned in shock.
Strings slashed the two dragons destroying them both as the strikes charged at Timmy as he cried out being hit while some is deflected to Quattro. He cried out at that.

The two landed on the ground defeated as the field faded while everyone watched in stunned silence. Anna ran up to Timmy. "Are you alright?"
He slowly raised up, "That's the last time, I'm gonna assume something like that..."
She nodded helping him up. "Come on, let's head back."
He slowly nodded getting up before bowing to Quattro, "Thanks for allowing me to duel you Quattro. I had fun." With that he, and Anna walked off first heading to a Dentist to have Timmy schedule an appointment.
As they did Quattro was glaring at him before walking off.
Later after Timmy's appointment had been scheduled...
"One week after the tournament, you should take care of your teeth until then." Anna smiled.
He nodded with a smile as they entered Anna's shack where he admitted, "I didn't think that he had more then 1 Number."
"Me either, I didn't expect any to be honest but at least you're ok." she mentioned going him a gentle hug. "I'll start the shower, come in when you're ready."
With that said she walked to the bathroom.
Timmy blushed at this looking down before reaching into the bags of clothing finding the right clothes, and went to the door taking a breath, and asked, "Anna? Are you ready?"
"Yes." she answered.
With that he slowly entered the bathroom with closed eyes.
"Be careful, you might slip so make sure to watch where you're going." Anna warned over the sound of the water.
"Okay." He looked down with opened eyes taking careful steps before placing his clean clothes down, and removed his clothes to the hamper, and placed his new glasses the shelf before saying, "Okay can you show me your hand?"
Anna offer him her hand at that. Seeing it through his blurred vision he takes it carefully stepping into the shower with her. Throughout there shower trip Timmy, and Anna had washed each other a bit while Timmy lets her know that his parents basically forced him to do many things which made his gentleman like nature be formed including forcing to learn about marriage, and other things later on in life threatening to starve him if he tries to skip or ignore them. It made Anna more protective around him, and ultimately decided to do something that can help him get over it which after done washing she turned the water off, and dried together dressing up together.
They laid together on the bed which Anna pulled Timmy close to her with his head against her chest which made him blush, "A-Anna?"
She just hugged him gently. "It's ok now, you're ok Timmy."
He looked up at her as she reached rubbing his head with one hand looking down to him which he snuggled his head, "Y-You don't... you don't care... that your using... those are my pillow?"
"I don't mind." Anna smiled softly before pausing. "Your parents forgot a few important things though, do you mind if I teach you?"
"T-They do?" Timmy looked up at her hearing that.
Anna nodded. "For example just spending time having dinner with someone and getting to know them, or going to a dance together... romantic things like that that make people happy."
Timmy slowly nodded hearing that before burying his face into Anna's chest. Anna blushed slightly at that before gently pushing Timmy back. "It's been a long day though, why don't we get some sleep ok?"
Timmy slowly nodded snuggling against her, "Well... good night Anna."
"Good night Timmy, have sweet dreams." Anna smiled.
She watches as Timmy slowly dozed off against her while she rubs his head softly. Soon he fell asleep softly snoring as she watches.
'Timmy, I promise things will be better for you from now on.' Anna thought before closing her own eyes to get some sleep.
Ulrich362: That bit of help aside... Timmy dueled Quattro to a tie and came pretty close to actually beating him right Bopdog?
bopdog111: Yeah. And we also figured out a little more backstory from him.
Ulrich362: True, he definitely needs a hug... probably one when Anna's clothed but at the time any hug would have probably been good. So, what's up next?
bopdog111: Obviously Quattro is gonna plan a slight grudge on him for that. But now Timmy after his moment with Anna, and winning another match off-screen will meet up with one of your favorite characters, AKA Reginald Shark Kastle.
