AN bleuxe: Thank you for all who enjoying this story. Sometimes I be overthinking things. I don't own Kimetsu no Yaiba
Gyutaro was picking his teeth with a bone fragment from one of the human he ate without a care in the world, staring at the smoke from the fire that was doused out. Sitting on the log he wiped his soiled hand on the deadman's clothes till they were clean. At the end of log he noticed a perfectly kimono untouched. Instantly he thought of Daki and giving it to her.
Anything his sister wanted Gyutaro always made sure to give her the finer things in life. But recently since they made it to Upper six, Daki has been wanting more independence and been trying to provide for herself. Saying that she wasn't a child anymore and that she can get her own gifts. It would sort of hurt his feelings, but he would always respected her wishes.
Still having the kimono in the crook of his arm as he entered the abandoned house. Lydia was trying to pull at the paper on a window panel. He was glad to see she wasn't a liar and she did indeed came back. She was wearing some kind of black shorts that were more skin tight than the last one, along was wearing a white ruffled shirt that showed off her shoulders. He thought future clothing were interestingly sensual and she really has some nice legs on her. Gyutaro snapped out and needed to stop her from peeling the paper because the last thing he needed was the sunlight in this house.
"Eek!?" Lydia screeched from the frigid hand that suddenly grabbed her elbow. Not only that she turned around, but she side swiped at his face. Her nails dug in enough to drew his blood and in a ways it remind him of a frighten kitten.
"I'm sorry! I didn't mean to hurt you!"
"You didn't," he said with a ghoulish smile showing the scratches were already gone. Lydia crinkled her brows in confusion because she sweared that she accidentally scratched him.
"Well good," believing her vision was playing tricks on her because her glasses were smudged.
Lydia unknowingly had his blood on her fingernails and now rubbing his blood onto the bite mark he left on her. Gyutaro just watched as his blood to seeped deep into her wound without her knowledge. He was now snickering madly because his blood was poisonous to human. She was going to die an agonizing death.
"What's so funny?" Lydia frowned because he sounded like a lunatic randomly laughing maniacally like that.
"It's nothing...nothing...nothing at all," Gyutaro couldn't stop smirking.
"Don't sound like nothing..." she mumbled under her breath. She went back to picking at the window because it was so stuffy in this house. She didn't how he could stand it until he stopped again her.
"Don't do that!" he exclaimed feeling as though daylight was near.
When Gyutaro wouldn't let her go she immediately saw that as a red flag. After she finished reading the first volume of Demon Slayer. She saw what type of world she was truly in. But Lydia was still kind of unsure since the manga was set in Taisho era and not Edo.
"Sensitive to the sun or something?" Lydia wondered half jokingly. Gyutaro merely glared and squeezed her wrist a little bit tighter as a warning.
"Alright damnit I won't touch any of the windows!" she demanded to be let go.
Claiming she didn't need anymore bruises or scrapes pointing at her lips from his harsh kissing and then at her collarbone. He finally let her go and grumbled that she was the sensitive one for not being able to with stand his touches. Lydia wanted to sit down so she did on the old tatami floor.
Why did she have to be send somewhere as violent and tragic as Demon Slayer? She was already eyeing Gyutaro starting to believe he was a demon. But maybe he was a good one because wouldn't he had eaten her already? Lydia still wanted to run some tests, since Gyutaro wasn't in the first manga and there didn't seemed to be no any other manga with her things. She didn't want to be accusing him of being a demon if he wasn't.
"Oh why couldn't I've been sent to a lighthearted slice of life novel! Why am I here!" Lydia sighed dramatic hanging her head low.
"Speaking more future nonsense girl," Gyutaro said not feeling her woe as me act.
"It is only nonsense to you boy!" she snapped back. He knew her name and she didn't like the fact that he wasn't using it.
"Then make me understand girl!" he sneered and sat in front of her. He was anger that a lowly human was challenging his intelligence.
He seemed to ask her every question under the sun from what time period was she from, to her clothing, to more about herself and where she was from. Gyutaro watched as she grew sleepy with each hour that passed, but he narrowed his eyes because she was showing no signs of being poisoned.
Where was the cold sweat, the struggling to breathe or showing of her veins? He wanted to see the lights leave those big doe like eyes of hers. Maybe it wasn't enough of his blood in her to cause lethality.
Gyutaro starting racking his nails into his very own chest thinking all of the murderous thoughts. Watching as she swayed her head back and forth. Maybe he needed his scythes suddenly remembering her words from last night. He could slice open her flesh and maybe then he too would be blessed by the sun.
Before he knew it Lydia plopped her head first onto his lap unexpectedly. For a second he didn't know what to do. Then began to poke and pry her awake while she merely swatted his hand as if was an annoying fly.
"Lydia?"
"(zzz)...(zzz)" she was in a deep slumber without a care in the world.
Gyutaro never had a human willingly fall alsleep in his lap like this. It was starting to confuse him because the only person who was ever this comfortable with him was his sister. Listening to her snore lightly was no longer irritating to his ears. Gently his fingers landed on hair petting her head. Loving the fact that everytime he smooth one of her curls it would just spring back into place.
"Hm what to do? What to do? What to do with you?" Gyutaro asked her sleeping form. The bite mark looked reddish against her mahogany skin. It would have turned purplish if it was poisoned and it made him think maybe she could with stand him.
Suddenly Gyutaro thought of that Demon Slayer book he had and pulled it out of his pocket. Since he had nothing better to do since Lydia was using his damn thigh like a pillow.
"What the fuck is this?!" Gyutaro gasped in disbelief looking at the pages. Not only was Daki and her true form was in this manga, but so was he and all of their blood demon art.
