Surprisingly Lydia didn't pass out like Gyutaro thought she would. She merely smiled sublimely all while whispering softly.

"Whatever you say coach,"

"Huh?...coach?..." his face expression were so animated sometimes, she could literally see the question marks bubbling around his head.

It made her laugh as his frown deepened as he mumbled under his breath.

"You think your so fucking smart with your stupid ass future words!"

Lydia suddenly pulled herself closer to him and put her hand to his cheek.

"Don't be such a sourpuss! I meant no harm by it!" she giggled and stroked his cheek.

Gyutaro was so use to humans punching and stabbing him. That this loving touch was something he definitely could get use to having. When she removed her hand his face suddenly felt empty without it.

"I often wonder why I appeared here in first place," she spoke lowly. He watched her play with a free string from her black shirt. Eventually she tied the string to her pinky finger.

"And if I'll ever get back to the future?" Lydia sigh with doubt. She pulled the other end the of the thread wrapped it around his pinky finger tying it into a bow.

"Yes I also think this," he saw perfectly well what she was doing.

"Even though your shit when it comes to recounting a Japanese legend...has to be because your a foreigner," Gyutaro stated untied the string to tie it to his thumb instead. Then further corrected her by saying it was supposed to be a Red Thread of Fate not a black string.

"Aww don't ruin the moment!" she pouted because she was trying to be romantic toward him. He gave her a incredulous look not noticing she was growing tired by the second.

"Soon we both be tied together just like fate, but with a demon's twist on it!" he got excited just thinking about that inmon. Lydia did not know what he meant by that and was having a rough time paying attention. Her drooped eyes and she was beginning to see double of him.

"You gave me the fortune of letting me know my sister and mine shared future!" he confessed and saw this as a great treasure.

"For that I will mark you as my mate,"

There was a long quiet pause after he said that and he thought she was taking in of what he said.

"Ly-" Gyutaro was greeted by her eyes being closed and her snoring. He palmed his forehead and snapped the thread in half when doing so.

"Look who is ruining the moment now?" he remarked completely annoyed at her sleeping form.

Daki let out a horrid wail and immediately Gyutaro sat up. Lydia was holding on to his arm all while shivering unconsciously. He regarded her for a second and then threw her bloodstained kimono on top of her. Easily pulling his arm from her as she sighed pleasantly in her sleep.

He instantly hopped up on his feet and make his way back upstairs. The closer he gotten to the room where his sister was residing the louder the sobbing also gotten.

"Daki!" Gyutaro practically broke the sliding door to get to his sister.

She was in a fetal position crying harder then he ever seen. Her hair pins were spread all over the floor because her hair was a mess. The manga book she was reading was shockly still intact, but she did threw it across the room in her fits of rage.

"B-Brother i-it's (hic) all-l my f-fault! If o-only (hic) I helped you m-more!" she exclaimed brokenly as he cradled her in his arms.

He hated that their humiliating defeat and it was completely avoidable. He honestly blamed himself then he could ever blame his sister. If only he took the fight more serious toward the end, instead of getting cocky, especially when none were even dead.

"Do not blame yourself as your older brother I take full responsible! And this won't ever happen to us again!" he was doing his best to wipe away her tears. He told her to stop being a cry baby because it would ruin her beauty. Honestly it was making him enraged that he couldn't take care of that asshole Sound Hashira and that disgraceful one now.

"Y-You (hic) promise!" Daki was just so upset by the depiction of their defeat. She couldn't stop crying and just resorting to hugging his chest.

"Yes, our bond will only grow more powerful now that we know what's to come," Gyutaro promised because this time it will be their heads that will roll.

Eventually she vowed right along with him to become stronger and to eat anyone who gotten in the way. Whether they were ugly or not and he couldn't be more happier. He praised her while brotherly patting her head.

"My little sister is so beautiful and strong ain't nothing going to stop you!"

"Damn right!" Daki said determined and sucked up her sadness to tough it out.

Gyutaro was finally able to explain to her that she needed to get a hold of Douma for him. His sister gave him a weird look but, didn't question it and agreed. Now that she had calm down, he was suddenly forced by her to fix her hair. Afterwards Gyutaro told her that he need a break from the outside world for a while and merged into her back as they became one again.

Everytime they merge Daki would always get an influx of random ass memories, of what her brother was doing when they were apart. This time it was not the usually maiming and killing of a human beings. It was enough to make her even blush. She waltz herself down the stairs to the basement. Finding Lydia snug as bug sleeping.

Daki callously ripped the kimono that she was using as a blanket.

"What the fuck are you wearing!?" she couldn't help but, to gawk at her strange apparel.

"C-Cold (zzz)!" Lydia moaned in her slumber as her one hand desperately searched for the covers.

"Of course your cold your practically naked you silly human!" Daki scoffed and pick her up. Just to stuff Lydia into her belt. It was a lot warmer and safer in there for her anyways.

An entire day and night passed before Lydia started stirring from her sleep. This bed was just so comfortable, was all she was thinking and slowly opened her eyes. Only to see that she was hanging from the ceiling like she was trapped in a hammock. Daki's belt was wrapped and twisted around her limps.

Fully awake now she began panicking not liking being up in the air like this. Where was she? This place was totally different from the abandon house, a lot more home like and cleaner.

"Good...it about time you woke up! You slept so much I was about to wake you up my damn self!" Daki stared at her from her mirror. She continued to put on her makeup getting ready for the night.

"Daki! Where are we? Can you let me go!"

"Lower your voice psycho! Your in the house of Kyogoku in Yoshiwara Edo and while your here your only to call me Yatamahime!" fully glaring at her now.

"Never my real name understood!"

"Okay okay jeez I get it! But at least call me by my name!" she whispered back harshly.

Suddenly Lydia was dropped from Daki's belt without warning. She nearly let out a yelp hitting the tatami floor with a heavy thud. She sweared that in this moment she was just as bad as her brother.

"You have the reflexes of a sloth!"

"You would too if you woken up in a odd position and you change my clothes?" Lydia replied grumpy. Noticing she was no longer wearing the rock band tee but, an all white robe.

"Of course I did there was no way you were wearing those fucking rags in my presence!" she said all uppity.

"And demons don't sleep! So do not compare me to that accursed brat!" Daki suddenly gotten pissed when thinking about Nezuko.

Lydia figured out that she too must have read volume one of Demon Slayer. The demoness beckon over her as soon as she was within reach. She snatched her by her wrist making her stumble front into her.

"Da- Yatamahime what are-"

"Silence!" Daki snapped as she was fully taking in her features.

Lydia's darker skintone was definitely unique compared to the norm here. Especially with her long, thick curly hair and her pretty full lips. There something other humans would envy, lust after and hate. In Yoshiwara being different was not well received here, the prime examples was her and her brother. She try not to think about the past because that was old news.

Daki rather keep examining this pretty woman in front of her as she kept blinking those big brown doe-like eyes of hers. She was well taken care of because her skin was nice and smooth. Her body outshine too and very well put together.

Lydia was growing nervous the longer they sat in silence just staring at each other. She noticed a difference in Daki that was different from Gyutaro.

"Your breathing?" she couldn't help, but to comment. As the demoness gave her a curious look and surprisedly she put her ear to her chest. Lydia listened as her heart pumped irregularly.

"You have a heartbeat as well!"

"Your point being?" she questioned slightly pushing her off. If it was anyone else, Daki would back handed them into the wall for daring to touch her so casually. Especially as Orian of her high caliber.

"Gyutaro doesn't have one and I just thought-"

"My brother isn't good at pretending to being human like I am," she immediately interrupted her.

"Which is even more strange to he would be so intimate with you instead of not killing you by now," making Lydia feel burning hot with embarrassment.

"Y-You heard us!?"

"How could I not,"

"But know this if you ever break my brother's heart Lydia..." she suddenly didn't like hearing her say her name.

"I will rip your heart out and eat it in front of your face!" Daki said with a psychotic smile. The demoness only wish was that she gotten a hold of Lydia first as she licked her lips.
