AN bleuxe: I would say this is a more of an Valentine's special. it was meant to be, it is the 14th chapter after all. Happy year of the Rabbit to all!
"Well, she lost consciousness," Douma stated the obvious.
"It happens more often than you think," Gyutaro replied, sort of glad that she passed out. She was struggling around too much in his lap for his liking. He put his palm to her sweaty forehead and leaned her head back on his chest, so her neck wasn't craned.
"She's afraid of blood...I've seen it countless times before," he spoke from experience of killing someone in front of another person. They always blacked out at the sight of bloodshed instead of screaming.
"I would know if she was afraid of blood," he remarked, not really believing him. This was his mate he was talking about, and he knew her better than him. Especially since he knew her the longest out of anyone here.
"Well, anywho!" The cult leader said, already moving on.
"There was something I wanted to discuss with you both anyways. I believe the rest of Kizuki received their own death book,"
"Death book?" Daki questioned, finally putting down her pipe.
"He means Demon Slayer and supposedly where he also dies in," he updated his sister about Douma having the nineteen volume.
She frowned because she greatly, disliked being the last to know this information.
"I wouldn't be surprised if his lordship himself received one too,"
But this was a bit too much for Daki to take in as she slammed both hands on the table to rattling all the dishes.
"How dare you say such an ill thing of his lordship and to think of him being easily defeated!"
Douma would much rather only speak to Gyutaro than his sister. Especially since she could be such a petulant child at times.
"Daki, my dear, I'm only thinking of all the possibilities...I do not want to believe anything this silly little picture book says. But the fact is that it told me about my past, my future, and it can not be ignored,"
"Soo, you think we will all be summoned?" Gyutaro asked, trying not to be nervous.
"That I'm actually surprised we weren't called to a meeting yet," the cult leader pondered what Master Muzan was doing. Maybe he was just taking it all in for now.
"Do not worry, my boy, when the time comes, I shall explain some things so your both not punished too harshly," Daki suddenly looked worried from those words.
He merely balled his hand to a fist, not really trusting his word. Most of Kizuki was about who can suck up to the master the most. No doubt Douma will most likely make it worse for him and his sister. He suddenly realized why he did not trust other demons that weren't his kin.
"We can take care of ourselves and do not need your help!" he wanted to make that abundantly clear. Douma may have turned them, but he didn't help them to get them where they were at today, nor did he own them.
"Of course, you don't! Didn't mean to offend!" he chuckled slightly because he was being so sensitive.
"Hmph Douma, can you please get rid of these bodies already!" Daki said, getting tired of this conversation.
"Aww, you did say please. How can I not?" making her roll her eyes at him as he grabbed hold of the corpses, absorbing them whole into his body.
Gyutaro thought it was very similar to the way Daki's belt worked. Lydia suddenly took a huge inhale and jolted awake, feeling like she was drowning. She groaned, not knowing that she passed out. She nearly forgotten where she was as well, especially since she was covered in sweat.
"My what lung capacity you have there?" Douma seemly impressed as there was no trace of the blood or the bodies anywhere.
"She could hold her breath for a long time underneath water, something about diver's lungs," Gyutaro recalled what she told him.
"Well, you have the potential to be quite a powerful Hashira with lungs like those if you so choose too!"
Before Lydia could respond with semi curiosity and confusion on what a Hashira was? Daki seemly tickled pink at such farfetched words.
"Her a Hashira?... (tee-hee) I think not," the demoness gave her a smug look.
"You should have seen the way she held a sword! Scared (tee-hee) out of her mind to even raise it against a samurai who begged for her to end it all!"
Lydia looked grimaces at such a memory because she wished she did put that man to rest instead of him getting ripped apart. She felt sick again and thought about all that blood.
"Besides that, not what she wants...she rather be a demon like me!" Gyutaro proclaimed like this was a dream of hers.
"Nope, and you know damn well I don't want to be a demon!" Lydia felt well enough to speak for herself.
"Ah, is it because of the blood? Your afraid, right?" Douma questioned. It made Lydia think about it before nodding her head, not knowing Gyutaro was slowly getting pissed by this.
"I was forced by this demon to eat blood to a point I puke," she patted Gyutaro's arm and shutter at the thought.
"How cruel, you know when I was human, I thought blood was stuffy too," the cult leader suddenly reminisces. Thinking of when his mother killed his father in a jealous rage and then herself in front of him.
"But once your a demon such thoughts just melt away...have you tried turning her Gyutaro?"
"Not yet, but she did scratch me and rubbed my blood into her wound once," while Lydia's eyes got as big as saucers. She didn't remember this moment at all.
"Amazing! She was able to resist turning!"
Gyutaro never thought of that because at the time, he wanted to watch her die.
"It is rare to find a human who able to resist demon blood almost like finding a marechi," Douma said, leaning his elbow on the table with great interest.
"Women are so much stronger than men and full of delicious nutrients!"
Lydia thought what Douma said was a very new age way of thinking, well except the delicious nutrients part. She was still unsure if he even meant anything he said. Or if he was just talking out the side of his neck.
"We are going to call it a night," Gyutaro suddenly lift Lydia up bridal style.
"Are you still hungry, Douma? Brother says I need to eat more," Daki said, not ready to turn in yet. She also wanted to discuss some things with him before he left.
"You know I can always eat Daki my dear," he was surprised that she would actually share with him.
"Well, don't get too happy! I'm not giving all our food supplies to you!"
Gyutaro sole focus was getting some alone time with his mate. As he closed the door to the bedroom and sat back down with her in front of him. Lydia was glad to no longer be around the cult leader. He seemed like the type who wanted to pick her brain quite literally, especially with those hungry eyes he was giving her.
"Why didn't you tell me you were afraid of blood?" he was upset that Douma was right.
"I didn't know until he mentioned it...I never was like that until I watched someone get eaten alive,"
Lydia felt regrets for not doing anything, but watching everyone around her die. She started to cry because she was so tired of this and seeing all this messed up crap. She was missing her family, friends, and most of all, she wanted to go home.
"A little blood never hurt nobody," he thought that what her tears for.
"T-That's not it! What if you couldn't get to your sister because she was worlds apart?"
She wanted him to understand what she was going through right now.
"Listen, that will never happen, and don't even speak that in existence!" Gyutaro griped, not appreciating such an analogy.
This only made her cry harder because that wasn't her point. He was unsure what to do next. With his sister, he knew exactly what to say to make her stop crying, but with Lydia, he doubted just calling her pretty would work. In the other room, a shamisen was playing a melancholy melody as he reached out his hand, landing it on the back of her head. Lydia flinched, but she didn't swat his hand away, and he pulled her close. Till her forehead was touching his.
"Crystals against myrrh," he licked her tears away from her cheeks.
"Show this waning moon your warmth,"
"One blessed by the sun,"Gyutaro finished whispering in her ear as she ended up hugging him so tight. She moved away smiling and brushed his bangs upward to look him directly in his eyes.
"That was beautiful...I never known you knew such flowery language!" Lydia gushed then kissed him. She thought the only the words he knew was damn, shit and fuck. But a haiku was a pleasant surprise to her.
"Blame my sister with all those stupid love letters that she would get and force me to read them to her," he commented before snatching her up into his lap. He wanted more kisses from those pillowy soft lips of hers. He wanted everything Lydia had to offer, right here and right now. Instantly pulled at her obi, making the cloth loosen from her shoulders.
"Oh I see, you can rip my other clothes, but not these!"
"Because it is something I got for you ... actually it was meant for Daki at first," he rocked her back and forth, still fully cloth just to feel that heat between her legs.
"Y-Yet you still want to do this with your sister and friend in the other room?" she sighed, thinking this was a bad idea. He suddenly flipped her to the floor as quietly as possible, making her gasped.
"G-yu-"
"Hush up and listen!" he quickly interrupted.
Lydia obeyed and tried to listen, but only heard the sounds of an instrument playing in the background. It wasn't until he pushed her head to the floor, pressing her ear on to it, in order to hear what was going on underneath them. Moaning, distant smacking, and heavy breathing. It was enough for her to imagine exactly what was going on.
Moving his hands underneath her kimono, pushing the fabric upwards till it sat around her hips. She really was positioned perfectly and arching that back just for him. Rubbing his hands all over her bare ass and then setting on his fingers on her inner thighs where moisture was building. Squeezing tight enough to make her booty bounce as she whines in pain.
"Still hurts? Damn you humans take forever to heal!" Gyutaro complained only letting go to lick his fingers clean. Removing his hanten along with his pant and kneeling behind her.
"Just be gentler in fact let's do something else," she knew he was going to create more damage than pleasure.
"Do something else...?"
He merely repeated and was suddenly he was no longer interested in doing her pussy. He felt his cock grew impossibly hard when holding that round ass of hers and began spending those cheeks. That booty did look very inviting to him.
"There no way in hell I'm doing anal for the first time with your roughneck self!?" Lydia immediately moved away and turned around to face him all while holding her butt. This was not what she meant when she said that!
At first he wanted to be upset and said "What the fuck did you mean then?!", but instead he actually thought about it.
"Something we can do together for the first time?"
There was something sweet and hopeful in his words. Granted her pervy side wanted to indulge, but she had to crush that dream of his for her own safety.
"Yea no Gyutaro..." she said flat out.
She thought he would argue or be pissed, but instead he sighed.
"What was the something else you were thinking?"
Lydia crawled over back to Gyutaro like the temptress she was, flicking her tongue out all while saying.
"It is more of a show than tell,"
