AN bleuxe: It has been March illness for me literally all month I've been sick. So sorry I'm updating so late, but I was deeply thinking of furthering the plot of this story and try to be healthy. Thank you for waiting and enjoy.

Lydia felt light and all her pain was gone. She noticed that it wasn't as dim as it was in the room before. She could see much more clearly than she ever saw with her glasses. Her nails that were usually brittle or chipped looked freshly manicured and she realized then that she was a demon. A part of her wanted to scream in horror and throw up at the same time.

She tried so hard to stay human, but of course she failed every time since she was thrown into this world. Any and everything she tried to do failed. Lydia felt perfectly okay now to wallow in self-pity.

Gyutaro on the other hand couldn't stop staring at his mate because she looked so gorgeous. Her usual jet-black curly hair had a silver strip in the middle. Her eyes changed to a smoky grey with diamond shaped pupils. Even her freckles on her cheeks sparkle like fragments of metal against the candlelit. And he had to admit this was the first time he ever saw a demon with a devil tail.

He reminded himself that she wasn't completely a demon, but a hybrid. Gyutaro wished Lydia could stay like this forever because he was completely in love with this new look of hers. She seemed to finally notice her own tail as she grabbed it, probably annoyed hearing it swish back and forth behind her.

"Seriously I have a tail too!" Lydia seemed upset and even her tail a good yank too.

She thought she could pull it off, only to see she could not. It was an all-black tail with a typical heart shaped tip. That is when she noticed the demon king pulled down her sleeve again. All her scars had disappeared as he jabbed a needle in her vein filling the syringe with her blood.

Lydia rubbed the spot after he removed the needle as the bruise, he made disappeared. Knowing if she was human the pain would linger a lot longer. It made everything for her seem like a video game thinking demons have life on easy mode. She patted her head double checking there were no horns formed anywhere as a silvery looking curl propped on the middle of her forehead.

Muzan stared at the vital up to the light wondering what secret do hybrids holds? Did they have the keys to unlocking the ways to walk out into the sunlight? The possibilities were endless really with his first discovery of a hybrid instead of the demon slayer corp. He saw something strange wanted to test something though.

Before Lydia could realize it, she was teleported hearing a strum of a string and the beat of a drum. She was blinking and looking around because everyone was gone. She was in a totally different space than before.

"No please! Not this shit again!" she cried out wanting nothing more than in this moment, but to go home.

"Demon! Why have you brought me here!" a man's voice immediately got her attention by shouting at her from behind her.

"Huh?"

Lydia quickly turned around to notice what she thought was a man was actually a boy. A teenager, a demon slayer to be exact as he unsheathed his katana. This was the last thing she ever wanted to deal with.

"L-Look I don't want any problems!" Lydia was trying her best to show that she wasn't the agitator here.

"You became the problem by bringing me here, demon! " he came charging at her. He didn't know how got here because one moment he was in his home opening the door to his bedroom, but then the next moment he was here. It had to be this strange look demoness with a tail who brought him here and more than likely to be her food.

"Listen to me!" she barely dodged the swinging blade. Her tail attached to a piece of furniture, tossing it at him and knocking him to the floor.

"I'm sorry! I didn't mean to do that! But you did attack me first, like I was saying I didn't bring you AHHHH!"

Lydia suddenly let out an agonizing scream because the slayer stabbed her in her shin, slicing her foot clean off. She toppled over to her side being imbalanced and was in horror that right foot was detached from her body. She was hyperventilating, holding her wound, it was bleeding so much, and she was afraid that the blood wouldn't stop.

"That's what you get, you monster! Hovering over me...I know you were trying to eat me!" as it was now the boy turned to loom over the demoness.

The pain was horrendous to Lydia and felt like she was eating her words in that moment for thinking that demons had it easy. Being attacked for no good reason by this demon slayer, who didn't give a damn about anything she was trying to tell him and was suddenly all talkative now that he had the upper hand. Talking about how a demon murdered his entire family and how she deserves to rot in hell because of this.

Why was her only thought as angry began curdling inside. She didn't ask to be here in the 19th century, to face discriminated at times for being the only black woman in a foreign land, or to be made fun of by demons every waking moment for being a weak human. Everything seems to be compounding down on her, especially now not wanting to become a demon at all!

She hated that every sense on her body was heightened. The reek of blood, the sound of this boy's irritating voice as he gloated and most of all the pain was so unbearable. Her tail turned a metallic silver color, layered up and down with sharp spikes.

"Shut-up! I didn't kill your family you dumbass brat!" Lydia was seeing red as her leg grew back making her hopped far back from that nichirin blade that tried to cut her again.

The demon slayer didn't have time to say anything because he was too busy defending the flurry of attacks from this demoness's tail. His eyes began watering, getting progressively irritated and he made sure to get out of that wrench tail's reach. When he did look at his sword was when his eyes widened.

Where did all these blotches of rust come from? Could it have been from cutting her? It was like he was totally fighting different demoness than before. Not only that his blade was whittling away from everytime her devil tail hit his katana. He needs to end this now or he won't be able to defend himself anymore.

"I don't know what blood demon art this is? But it's time for you to die!" the young slayer changed his whole stance and rushed in because his vision was getting blurrier by the second.

"You first!" Lydia growled and felt her tail twitching with anger consuming her.

It was like swinging a metal bat to her, the spikes touched his flesh they broke off, as she hit a home run with his body flying through the screen wall with a wet heavy slosh. Dripping was the only sound that she could hear, very similar to drizzling rain and was peaceful to her. The blood spatter across the hall like zig-zag, was bright red it was reminded her of maraschino cherries. Would it be sweet or tart if she taste it? Why was it so pretty?

"What the hell am I'm thinking?!" Lydia palmed her face in disgusted.

She finally coming back to senses it was like she blacked out and was terrible like coming off a bad trip. She heard her name being called like an echo in her mind as walk through the hole in wall that she busted that demon slayer through. Carnage was what she saw when stare at that boy's corpse. Those spikes from her tail drilled holes in everywhere they touch on his body, the blood, entrails and broken bones. It was too much for her as she dropped back down to her knees as her tail turned back to normal.

"Lydia," Muzan called out loud this time because she not yet realized that she back in front of everyone again.

"Yes s-sir," she numbly noticed the frown on his lips and auto-corrected herself.

"S-Sire?" Lydia still wasn't going to call him master, but he was a king demon after all.

A smirk graced his lips for a split second before he spoke again.

"This is most interest," show her the needle between his fingers that he poked her with earlier. It had blueish green patches of we look like to be mold to her.

"Your blood is corrosive to metal,"

Muzan as he snapped the needle in half, he suddenly ordered Akaza to test the katana. Lydia was sweating bullets scared as Upper Three picked the rusted up sword in front of her. She thought he was going to strike her with it, but he merely had his tattooed fist striked the blade as crumbled apart. A fine metal dust making it look shimmer glitter floated in the air. Akaza suddenly was blinking his eyes rapidly because it felt like grainy sand was in his eyes. He touched his cheek feeling something wet was sliding down like a tear was when he realized his eyes were bleeding.

"I barely touched it," he instantly wiped away the blood annoyed.

"You may sit back down Akaza," Muzan commented quickly jot notes in his hardcover journal because he was done with testing on his personal guinea pigs for now.

"This is a very important discovery and to have a hybrid before the demon slayer corp."

Lydia was confused at what a hybrid was until he went into depth. She wasn't truly demon, but nor was she human, only making her even more confused. She felt that she was blurring out everything else this demon king was talking about and look to Gyutaro for comfort. He was staring at her so intensely, it kind of taken her a back especially when he mouth silently toward her.

"Your soo beautiful,"
