(Cut through the Ozmite!)
*January 16th, 1907*
*Winkie Forest*
The beautiful sunset illuminated the yellow forest as Dorothy transformed into her super form, ready to cut down the Ozmite in half so she could pass her training.
"The sword is glowing.." Dorothy uttered in an awestruck voice while she prepared herself to cut down the Ozmite.
Meanwhile, Luna watched with an intrigued look on her face, waiting for the next course of action from Dorothy.
"The sword is showing signs of interest…this could be interesting." Luna thought to herself as she smirked while watching the ongoing events.
Back at the training field, Dorothy stared at the Ozmite, her hands holding onto the sword tightly as she prepared herself.
The preparations were followed by Dorothy breathing calmly, ensuring her breaths were at a steady pace while also remembering Rose and Keiko's words about vitality power.
"I'm a Defender. My main strength is protecting my friends.." Dorothy thought to herself while she continued to breathe at a steady pace.
Soon after, Dorothy felt a warm energy coming from her sword and this made her feel calm.
"This power, I feel nothing but warmth. It's like the sword wants to protect me instead of the other way around. Could this be what Rose was talking about.." Dorothy spoke softly to herself while she grasped her sword, looking at the Ozmite with a motivated look on her face.
Once everything was set, Dorothy swung her sword at the Ozmite with all of her power.
Dorothy let out a cry as the sword swung through the Ozmite; however, it didn't slice in half but rather, it caused a small dent to appear.
This event made Luna smile; however, she knew there was still more work to be done.
"That's it. You're slowly getting it. Keep swinging that sword. The more you train with it, the stronger you get." Luna spoke to Dorothy in a proud voice while Dorothy looked over at her, nodding her head.
"Got it. I won't rest until I've cut through the Ozmite, I'm doing this for my friends." Dorothy responded in a motivated voice before turning back around to resume her training.
And so the sounds of Dorothy swinging her sword at the Ozmite continued while Luna watched.
"Your body is slowly getting used to the sword. The more you swing, the stronger your body gets." Luna thought to herself while she watched Dorothy swinging at the Ozmite, and there was great interest in her eyes.
"This ain't just cutting the Ozmite. It's a test. A test that will push yourself to the limit." Luna thought to herself once more as she continued to watch Dorothy swing at the Ozmite.
Back at the training field, Dorothy continued to swing her sword across the Ozmite with great strength while she continued to move around the strong metal.
"Gaia: Shining Star!" Dorothy cried out while she swung her sword with great power in hopes of cutting the Ozmite.
Soon after, a slew of star-shaped attacks came from the sword and rushed toward the Ozmite, successfully hitting the metal; however, it didn't faze the Ozmite.
"This is gonna be tough. I may have dented the Ozmite but I need to put more power into it!" Dorothy spoke to herself in a motivated voice as she took a few steps back, clenching her sword tightly as she thought of her next plan.
Soon after, Dorothy looked around the forest, observing her surroundings before looking back at the Ozmite, her eyes filled with determination.
"I don't feel tired at all. It feels like I've been doing this for hours, perhaps days!" Dorothy thought to herself as she ran toward the Ozmite, ready to slice it in half.
"Gaia: Shining Star!" Dorothy cried out while she jumped into the air and swung her sword at the Ozmite.
This time, Dorothy took advantage of the sword's power and she clashed the sword with the Ozmite; however, the impact of the attack caused Dorothy to be pushed back as she collapsed on the floor.
Right after this, Dorothy groaned in pain as she slowly got up, breathing heavily while Luna watched everything.
"Due to the sturdiness of the Ozmite, Dorothy wasn't able to even land a dent in it but instead, she was pushed back. That glow is still present, Dorothy! You need to cut down the Ozmite! If you can't then you don't have what it takes to defeat Zorya.." Luna thought to herself with a serious expression on her face as she continued to watch Dorothy.
Meanwhile, Dorothy continued to swing at the Ozmite, her body getting more adapted to the intense movements, her speed improving as she continued to strike the Ozmite with her sword.
Unknown to Dorothy and Luna, Alice's cat watched them from afar with a huge smile on its face before disappearing from sight.
*Gillikin Country*
Meanwhile in the beautiful northern purple country, Alice and Enzo were walking in a beautiful purple forest in hopes of finding the Sword of Gillikin, the sunset giving off a beautiful purple color.
During this, Alice's cat appeared and slowly approached its owner.
"Cheshire, you're back! Did you find anything important to tell me?" Alice greeted her cat joyfully while she picked him up, holding him gently.
Of course, Enzo stopped walking and he turned around to see what was going on.
"You honestly expect a cat to help us?" Enzo asked his comrade in a hesitant voice while Alice groaned at the question.
"Cheshire is a big help. He just told me that Dorothy is trying to cut down the Ozmite. I guess it's some training or whatever." Alice responded in annoyance while she gently petted her cat, hoping that Enzo would have more faith in her cat.
Enzo's eyes grew with curiosity as he wondered why Dorothy would do such a task for training.
"Ozmite? Isn't that the strongest metal in Oz? There's no way she could cut through it." Enzo responded with a laugh, showing no faith in Dorothy while Alice nodded in agreement.
"We finally agree on something, but let's go. We need to find that sword.." Alice responded to Enzo with a smirk as she walked ahead of him.
Following this, Enzo didn't say anything back but instead, followed Alice as he walked behind her.
*Winkie Forest*
Back in the forest of Winkie Country, Dorothy stood in front of the Ozmite, her expression fatigued yet determined as she felt the sweat pouring down her face.
"Dorothy, perhaps try a stronger technique. That's all I'm going to say. Please take advantage of your power and use it to wield the sword. You need to use the sword as a strong weapon." Luna advised Dorothy in a commanding voice while Dorothy nodded, clenching her sword tightly as she did so.
"Alright, breathe…think of something.." Dorothy whispered to herself in between breaths while she continued to take deep breaths.
Following this, Dorothy felt more calm, her mind and body becoming more clear as she opened her eyes, staring at the Ozmite.
Dorothy formed a stance, ready to cut the Ozmite as she jumped into the air, her sword in the air as she finally called out her attack.
"Gaia: Dragon's Blitz!" Dorothy cried out with sheer motivation as she swung her sword, hoping to break the Ozmite.
Soon after, a surge of purple energy came from the sword and made its way toward the Ozmite, hitting it as this generated a loud noise.
"I think I get it now. It's not just me wanting to protect my loved ones. It's the fact that I need to use this sword as a strong weapon!" Dorothy thought to herself while looking down at her sword and for that moment, its purple glow seemed to have reacted as if it was agreeing with her.
This moment made Dorothy think back on the previous owner of the sword, and how Oscar wasn't worthy.
"Oscar only wanted this sword to protect himself, not the people of Oz while the Wicked Witch of the West wanted it for selfish and evil gains. That's why the sword never worked for them. They never intended to use it as a strong weapon to protect others." Dorothy spoke softly to herself while she continued to stare at the sword, partaking in its warm glow.
Soon after, Dorothy landed on one of the branches of the tree, ready to cut the Ozmite, and following this, Dorothy took a few deep breaths to keep her breathing at a steady pace.
"Alright, here goes!" Dorothy uttered in a motivated voice as she quickly jumped from the branch, aiming her sword at the Ozmite as she was intent on finishing her training.
Dorothy quickly clenched her sword and moved it to the side, ready to aim it at the Ozmite.
Meanwhile, Luna watched with a proud look as she expected great results from Dorothy.
"That's it! You and the sword must be treated like one. You must use the sword for a selfless purpose." Luna thought to herself as she continued to watch Dorothy striking the Ozmite.
Immediately after, Dorothy's sword began to produce purple flames and those flames were signs of the sword slowly trusting Dorothy even more.
Of course, this event made Dorothy's eyes widen with surprise as held on tightly to her sword.
"Fire…what is this? I also feel power surging within me.." Dorothy spoke softly to herself as she suddenly heard a voice.
The voice was calm and soft-spoken as it told Dorothy what to do.
"Dorothy, use those flames! Call out the attack: Dragon's Fire: Fireblade.." The Sword commanded Dorothy and this caused the girl to nod quickly.
"Dragon's Fire: Fireblade!" Dorothy cried out in sheer motivation, the flames flowing rapidly from her sword as she was ready to strike the Ozmite.
Dorothy was now ready to strike the Ozmite and with a powerful strike, the flaming sword collided with the Ozmite.
