It's time for the next chapter of Project Velocity and it's a big one. Class 1-A gets to meet Eri. And that's really all I've got for an opener. So...

As always I do not own MY HERO ACADEMIA or any of their characters

With that, let's start off with a bang.

After ending the phone call with Principal Nezu, Izuku sighed and messaged the bridge of his nose for a bit. Why did he find that more stressful than a villain attack? As Izuku continued to ward off the headache he could feel building, Eri climbed onto his lap and rested against his chest. Izuku smiled as he brought his arms down and wrapped them around his little sister in a hug, "Do you want to meet more of your brother's friends."

"If they're like the ones from before, then yes. The one with a big chest and ponytail was nice, I like my statue." Eri said, causing Izuku to have to hold back a dry spit take at the comment on Momo's figure.

"Then how about we tell Mom, while we finish up breakfast." Izuku said as he held onto Eri. He stood up and then carried Eri back into the house. Then as he closed the door with his foot he called out, "Hey Mom, I've got something to tell you."

After telling the news, needless to say, Inko was a little confused. Not so much about having Principal Nezu and Recovery Girl testing Eri and helping the family gain a better understanding. Actually, she was thankful for their assistance. It was clear Eri's quirk was violent and all the testing Mareo did with Project Velocity wasn't very calming.

No, what she was confused about was Principal Nezu allowing Eri to spend the day at UA. Izuku claimed he didn't fully understand it as well, but it made Eri happy. Inko let out the most defeated sigh Izuku had ever heard from her as if she had given up on life itself. She then said she had some errands to run and would be out of the house for most of the day, maybe even long enough that she wouldn't be home in enough time to make dinner.

Izuku just nodded and as Inko pulled down the driveway, he and Eri waved goodbye to her. Though even with Inko out of the house, Izuku still took the day easy and enjoyed the time he had spent with Eri. They watched cartoons and movies, and Izuku tried to make an elaborate lunch. Though it didn't look like the photo it still tasted very good. But around mid-afternoon, Izuku got the feeling of wanting to do something with a little more activity.

Luckily around 3:00, Eri claimed she wanted to go down for a nap as she was still feeling tired. Izuku figured it was most likely Eri was still feeling the effects of using her quirk two days prior. So after helping Eri fall asleep, Izuku headed down to his living room. Where he slipped in his headphones and played the Latest Black Ops for an hour and a half.

As it had been a while since he could have a mental break, it didn't take long for Izuku to get deep into the zone of playing the game. He was so deep that he nearly missed the costume match against 600MHeadshot. Izuku paused the level he was on and selected the invite. Within the invite, there was a message, "Stressful day at work. Need a challenge."

Izuku accepted the invite while sending a message, "No 1 else available?"

As the lobby loaded, 600MHeadshot sent, "No one that can provide a challenge like you."

Izuku smiled. He had come across 600MHeadshot in a random lobby 3 years back and they had immediately begun to target each other as they were the only two players with a sniper build in the team deathmatch. Though 600MHeadshot's team had won, Izuku had personally beaten him in overall kills. So after the victory screen, Izuku received an invite to a private match to see who the better sniper was. It was costume golden bullet rules, with the winner having to win by 3 kills.

That match never had a clear winner since neither of them was able to pull ahead enough. They agreed on the draw and they talked for a while afterwards, neither of them knew each other's voice as both used slight voice modifiers on their headset. Izuku learned some items about 600MHeadshot, he was a COD fanatic and was really the only game he enjoyed playing, while Izuku shared some items about himself.

600MHeadshot complimented Izuku on his skill with Sniper, pointing out that most people enjoy going for the closer range, and faster rate of fighting in Call of Duty and he hadn't come across someone as skilled with a sniper. Izuku joked that the sniper just always suited him. Since then, whenever one of them needed a break from a day, they had a private match, though every once in a while they faced each other in a public lobby.

Though Izuku suspected their usernames were starting to be feared, he noticed the number of players within a lobby quickly dropped after they joined. Izuku had even been sent messages from esports teams asking if he was interested in joining. However, he always declined them.

"Media having a field day." 600MHeadshot sent.

And that was the only thing Izuku knew about 600MHeadshot was his job was highly stressful and dealt with the media in some way. Usually, 600MHeadshot blew off steam in public lobbies, but if it was a practically hard day he always asked Izuku for a private match.

"GBR?" Izuku asked, then noticed that the lobby he joined already had those rules set up, "Al8, no therms thou."

"I told you, that was to earn cosmetics." 600MHeadshot sent with a winking face.

Izuku just shook his head, but didn't send another message as the match loaded and started. For the next half an hour Izuku and 600MHeadshot track each other around the map. It ended when Izuku, through the music in his ears, heard Eri's door open. He paused the game and sent a quick message, "Gotta, log off, Lil sis, don't suppose to see. Bye."

As Izuku closed the game, he saw a message from 600MHeadshot, "You've never mentioned having a little sister before."

"Never came up." Izuku sent, then turned off the PlayStation and took out his headphones. As he slipped his headphones back into their case, Eri came down the stairs.

As Eri came down into the living room, she was rubbing the sleep out of her eyes, "What were you playing, big brother? Was it one of those games I'm not allowed to watch?"

"Yeah, but I was getting bored of them. Was there something you wanted to do?" Izuku asked as he turned and looked over the armrest of the couch.

Eri stated she was okay reading by herself. In hindsight, Izuku was grateful as he noticed what time it was and he needed to get dinner started.

Around the time Izuku and Eri were finishing up dinner, Inko arrived home and walked into the dining room. Izuku noticed she looked considerably exhausted and didn't say much as she served herself a large helping of dinner. While Inko ate dinner, Izuku helped Eri get ready for bed and retire for another early night.

Then as Izuku walked down the hallway to his room, he ran across Inko and asked, "What errands did you run today."

"Oh, I had to track something down for your father's birthday gift. Didn't find it until the last stop." Inko said as she walked past Izuku. As she did so Izuku saw dried sweat on the brow of her forehead and smelled more coming from the rest of her body. He also noticed her eyes looked a bit strained and her hair looked as if it had recently been pulled from a ponytail, like right before she had walked into the house.

"Long day?" Izuku asked.

"Just a good reminder why I was never meant for customer service." Inko called out, causing Izuku to laugh. As no one in their family was ever meant for something like customer service.

Soon the weekend was over and school began once again. Monday morning, Izuku got dressed in his school uniform and then helped Eri get into a long red and white skirt, with a white long-sleeve shirt. All the while Inko made breakfast. Then after setting out, Izuku directed his mother to Ochaco's apartment. As Ochaco slipped into the car she noticed Eri, yet before she could ask, Izuku explained the situation of how Recovery Girl and Principal Nezu offered their help in understanding Eri's quirk.

Ochaco just smiled for several reasons. First: She was always happy to spend time with Eri. Second; she was looking forward to the teacher's reactions to her, especially Mr Aizawa's. Inko then drove to UA and pulled into the parking lot. After finding a spot, Ochaco got out while Izuku helped Eri get out. Inko then rolled down her window and said, "One last time. Explain to me why I couldn't have just brought her after school. I don't see why she has to spend the entire day with you."

"I want to see where Big Brother goes every day," Eri said as Izuku put her on the ground. She looked ready, but her eyes were jumping around, but not in the way a kid would do if they were overly excited.

Izuku laughed as he reached back into the car to grab his backpack, "I told you, after she learned that Principal Nezu wanted to help with her quirk and that meang coming to UA, she asked if she could spend the whole day here. And have you ever been able to say no to her?"

Inko looked down at Eri, but instead of answering Izuku's question, she said, "Are you sure your teachers will be okay with this? And what about being in a large crowd, we are still working on that."

"Principal Nezu okayed it and my homeroom teacher now owes me like a hundred favors, I'm sure he can survive one day. And Eri you want to meet your brother's friends don't you?" Izuku said, dropping down to Eri's eye level. When Izuku had asked her after the phone call, she was all for it. But now that she was looking at the large front gate and the large building behind it, she felt small. Then she remembered the statue Momo had given her, she had put it on the nightstand next to her bed. That way it was the last thing she saw before falling asleep and it was one of the first things she saw when waking up. But then she recalled the boy with the beak that reminded her of him.

He looked scary but he spoke kindly and that shadow creature that came out of him. It had scared her at first, but the thumbs up it had given made her chuckle a bit. If the rest of Izuku's friends are like that, she would like to meet them. Eri looked Izuku in the eyes then she put on a fearless face and nodded. Izuku looked up at his mom and smiled, "See she's brave."

Inko sighed in defeat and waved Izuku off. As the trio walked across the parking lot Ochaco stepped in and took Eri's hand and lifted Eri onto Izuku's shoulders. Eri giggled as she was lifted on Izuku's shoulder and had to push Izuku's ponytail out of the way. "While Mr. Aizawa might not have a heart attack over Eri, he might if we're late to the first period."

Izuku nodded as he stood up, then he turned to his mother, "I'll call when Recovery Girl is done or school gets out, whichever one happens first." Inko stuck her out hand and waved to let it be known that she got the message. The trio then hurried across the street and walked up to the front gate. As they walked through Izuku saw that the gate was nearly repaired and upgrades had already begun to be added.

The trio followed the pathway to the main building and then headed for the locker. Where they came across Shinsou, he was storing his backpack in his locker and when he closed its door, he spotted the trio and then noticed Eri.

After having to do a double take to make sure he was seeing everything correctly, Shinosu then looked down at the cup of coffee in his hand. He then shrugged, took another sip and then pointed up at Eri, "What's your little sister doing here?"

Izuku laughed and said, "Did you not get the email about today being 'bring your siblings to school day." Ochaco laughed as she stored her backpack and closed her locker, confusing Shinsou even more, "Don't worry about it, Principal Nezu okayed it."

Shinsou nodded as he dropped his finger, preparing himself for the noise that Eri's arrival would make. The group finished storing their backpack and then walked to 1-A for homeroom. Izuku got a few looks as the students they walked passed, Eri hiding most of her face behind Izuku's hair, as they walked by. When they arrived at the door to 1-A, Shinsou walked in first, not wanting to get caught up in the wave of students. Ochaco was in front of Izuku to act as a kind of barrier, as Eri was better with people, and she knew a few of the people in Class 1-A. But she still got easily overwhelmed and scared in a large and loud crowd. While Class 1-A only had 20 students, they could still be quite loud.

Izuku could hear his classmates talking about the attack and all the media attention the class got because of it. Then the conversation switched to whether people thought Izuku had survived the surgery or if he had been killed. Izuku held his tongue and smiled at the big surprise everyone was going to get.

Ochaco walked in and Mina noticed her, "Hey Uraraka." Mina froze then noticed Izuku, "Hey guys it's Midbro." All the conversations with the room stopped and everyone quickly turned to look at Izuku. The only ones who were not completely surprised were Momo, Ilda and Tokoyami, as they were aware he had been healed. But the last time the others had seen Izuku was while he was being loaded into the back of an ambulance. So as they looked at him, none of them could believe how healthy he looked, "And he's okay."

"Oh wow, Midoriya, I thought your eye was all messed up," Kirishima said as everyone got to crowd around Izuku. Izuku smiled but felt Eri grip his hair and pull tightly.

Bakugo suddenly walked through the door and his eye landed on Izuku," Oi Nerd, what the hel.." Then Bakugo noticed Eri on Izuku's shoulder, "Okay, why is the brat here?"

"Hi, Kacchan." Izuku said, as his smile grew and Eri gave the same reply even calling Bakugo 'Kacchan' Everyone could hear Bakugo's blood pressure rise when Eri called him Kacchan, moreover, see the death in his eyes. But then everyone got confused by hearing a child's voice come from the top of Izuku's head. This caused them to all look up in sync and see Eri peering over Izuku's head. This gave everyone the chance to see her cute face. All the girls awed at Eri, Kirishima joining them. Eri looked for a familiar face and spotted Momo, "Hello Yaomomo."

Momo had to stop herself from melting at Eri's cuteness, "Hello again Eri."

"What's with the little cutie?" Mina asked, holding her hand up to Eri. Izuku took a small step back, as Eri's hold on his hair became tighter and Izuku had to bite his tongue not to exclaim anything too vulgar.

"Sorry, Eri's a little new to meeting new people." Izuku said, as Eri nuzzled his hair, "It's okay Eri, these are my friends."

Eri looked over Izuku's head at Mina and said, "You're pink? Pink is cute."

Kirishima had to catch Mina and stop her from hitting the floor as she melted. As Kirishima held Mina up, he looked at Izuku and said, "Great, you didn't kill her with kindness, you killed with cuteness."

"You still haven't told us why she is here, or how the fu…freak are you awake, let alone healed," Bakugo said as he walked over to his desk. Despite their two families living close to each other, neither Inko nor Izuku had informed the Bagkuho household that Izuku was healed, let alone still alive. Izuku was sure Mituski would be having a strongly worded conversation with Inko as soon as she found out. Something about Inko daring not to let her know her favorite nephew wasn't dead.

"So Bakugo doesn't swear in front of Eri, nice to know." Denki laughed, causing Bakugo to shoot a glare at him. Denki flinched and stepped behind Kirishima, who was still having to hold Mina up.

"Kacchan might not swear, but physical harm is still an option," Izuku warned as he began walking toward his desk. As he sat down, he lowered Eri into his lap "Class is about to begin, so I suggest we all get ready."

"An excellent example you are setting Midoriya," Ilda said as he moved to his desk to sit down.

"Who do you think is going to teach class with Mr. Aizawa on medical leave?" Mina asked, she leaned back in her seat.

"Probably Midnight or Present Mic," Tusyu said. Even though Mr. Aizawa hadn't been injured too much and even with Recovery Girl's quirk, no one was expecting Mr. Aizawa to be available to teach.

"If you think injuries are going to stop me/mr. Aizawa from going to my/his job then you're mistaken." Izuku said, at the same time Mr. Aizawa spoke. He walked into the class, with his arms wrapped in casts and wrapping over his right eye, "I am still your teacher and I will not see you fall behind in your studies."

"Mr. Aizawa, are you sure you should be up and moving around? You may further your injuries." Ilda said, shooting out of his chair, nearly knocking it over.

"My health is of no concern to you and I know what I'm capable of. Now…" Mr. Aizawa said, and then he noticed Eri sitting in Izuku's lap. She was drawing on a piece of paper, but even she felt Mr Aizawa's stare. Eri looked up and met his stare, which Mr Aizawa lightened his frown up a bit. To a point, it could almost be called an Eraserhead smile. He took everything in, she seemed healthier than he had last seen her four days ago. More cheerful at that too, but still, "Midoriya, that couldn't have waited until after school."

"Sorry sir, but when she heard Principal Nezu asking if she could come to UA for some tests. She thought it was for the whole day and when she insisted, Principal Nezu cracked and gave me permission to bring her in. I promise she won't disturb the lesson." Izuku said as he looked down at Eri's drawing. It was crude but he could tell it was of an apple tree.

Mr. Aizawa sighed, then said, "Because I have been informed of her situation, I will allow this. But just this once." That caught the attention of everyone in Class 1-A. Eri had a special situation and it was serious enough that Mr Aizawa was giving Izuku a pass for it. This meant that as Mr Aizawa moved to start the class, many members of 1-A, Bakugo included, raised their hands. Once everyone who had their hand saw Bakugo had his hands raised, they all lowered theirs, "Yes Bakugo, you have a question."

"The nerd still hasn't explained why Eri is here at school, and why he's not dead. We all saw how fu… messed up he was after the villain's attack, so I want to know why it looks like it never happened." Bakugo said. He still couldn't get the image of his brother so broken and dead out of his head. And the nightmares he had gotten from it, he had woken up in a cold sweat every night.

"Yeah, why does he get to bring her to class? She's cute, but still." Mina said as she huffed. Mina couldn't help but imagine playing with Eri's cute cheeks.

Sensing this was a question shared among the class and it wasn't simply going to go away if he left it alone, Mr. Aizawa looked at Izuku and said, "Midoriya, your choice of what you share. Just make it quirk." He then sat in his chair and slumped down.

Izuku nodded and then carried Eri up to the front of the class. As Izuku walked he thought about what he was going to say, he knew his classmates were going to have questions. Yet he only knew them since the start of UA, and he was protective over Eri and the whole idea was to protect Eri from bad people that might mistreat her and her quirk.

Then Izuku got to the front and looked over the class. A group of people who were all training to be heroes. The same as he was and as he stood there he didn't see Class 1-A, first year of UA high school, but he saw the different pro heroes they would become in the future. So who else better to trust than 19 other people who could help protect Eri from the world? Furthermore, Izuku had barely known Ochaco for a day when he told her the truth, so didn't the others deserve some level of trust?

As Izuku leaned against the front of Mr. Aizawa's desk, he lifted Eri on his shoulder. She was still scared of having attention on her, so having up on his shoulder would put Izuku between Eri and everyone else while allowing her to hide in his hair. "Everyone, I would like you to meet Eri Midoriya, my adopted young sister. Can you say hi, Eri."

"Hi." Eri said and everyone responded in kind.

"I think I'll start with the question you all have. How am I alive, despite how I looked over the USJ incident? That is in part thanks to Eri's quirk, something we didn't know and still don't fully understand. As you all know, after the attack I was rushed to Recovery Girl to receive emergency surgery, however, the damage I had sustained was too much for Recovery Girl and would have crippled my ability to be a hero." Izuku said memories of the battle appeared in his mind. He remembered the pain he had to fight to protect his classmates.

"You would have been cut from the class," Shoji said. Izuku had proven himself to already be a hero, yet if he was unable to fulfil the role of a hero, he would have to be cut from class. Hopefully, if that had happened, UA would have been kind enough to allow Izuku to be in General Studies and still be in communication with 1-A.

Izuku shook his head then with some pride in his voice said, "Crippled, not gone. We haven't known each other for that long, but you should know I would have fought to keep my position in 1-A. A challenge for sure, but I would have fought."

"Yeah my brother is the strongest." Eri said, behind Izuku's hair. Out of everyone, Izuku was the most surprised by this. He hadn't expected her to speak with such confidence.

"Moving on. For those who did know, the main damage was to my left eye and my right arm. One vital to my quirk, and the other tied to my ability to use my quirk. Yet thanks to Eri's quirk activating, my body was rewound to a state before the injuries occurred." Izuku said, as he squeezed her leg and she nuzzled his hair.

"When you say 'rewound' you mean?" Denki asked as he made a circular motion with his index fingers, trying to understand what Izuku meant.

"From what we understand right now, Eri's quirk is able to reverse an object flow through time, while keeping stationary in the present. Time inversion, that sort of stuff." Izuku said.

"Oh, I think there was an old movie about that. Still don't fully understand it." Sero said, and Denki, Kirishima, Mina, Jirou, Tsuyu and Shoji all nodded.

"And that is why Eri is here at UA. Recovery Girl and Principal Nezu have offered their expertise to provide a better understanding of how Eri's quirk works." Izuku said.

"Why not just take her to a normal quirk expert?" Jirou asked as she raised her hand a bit and a few of her classmates nodded as they had a similar thought.

Izuku paused for a moment, giving Eri's real backstory would raise more questions than it answers. And he had lied about it before, to the smartest mammal in the world. Though Izuku wasn't 100% sure that he had sold it. He looked at Ochaco who gave a small nod. "That's what leads us to her situation, as we didn't find Eri at an orphanage. If we had maybe then she wouldn't be frightened as she is towards other people. The reason we couldn't take her to a normal doctor was because we had to keep her hidden." Izuku then looked over his shoulder, "Eri can you cover your ears for me." Eri nodded and covered her ears. Eri might have been able to fight through her past to save Izuku, but those memories were still there, "You've all experienced a villain attack first-hand, you have a better understanding of the dark side of our world. Well, it can get darker, you see I rescued Eri after finding her on the street at the beginning of winter. She had managed to escape from being held captive by the Shie Hassaikai and was hiding out on the street. The Shie Hassaikai, a name you might recognize as some old yakuza family that were all arrested towards the beginning of the year. She was being abused by their leader Overhaul, mal-nutriment, and blood draws that left her weak and close to death, all to use her quirk for reasons I'd rather not discuss at the moment.

"Maybe it was luck, I like to view it as fate, but my rescue of her allowed the authorities to launch a full investigation into their operations, which led to the majority of the group being arrested. Now it's believed that this wasn't the first time she had been rescued, Overhaul always seemed to find her. Killing whoever found her and blaming her for their death. So as a precaution, for the time being, Eri is being kept a secret from the public eyes."

Izuku looked over his classmates, those who hadn't heard the story before were shocked. Some were looking down at the ground, some had their quirks activated with their stress. Kirishima had activated his quirk in his right hand and the sound of rock being broken could be heard. Momo was uncontrollable creating nesting dolls under her desk as she held a hand up to her heart. Lighting jumped between Denki's hand and acid was slowly dripping out of Mina's clenched fist and was dissolving her desk.

In all, everyone looked distressed and why wouldn't they be? They were in high school and they were supposed to be training to fight those kinds of monsters. They had barely kept it together during the USJ attack and that wasn't the worst the villains of the world had to offer. In three years they would be on the front lines fighting villains like Shigaraki and Overhaul. All looking to destroy the world through worse and more vile means than the last villain.

Izuku looked over at Ochako and she had tears on the edge of her eyes. She knew what Izuku was saying wasn't the truth, making it clear that it was the cover story. No, she was tearing up because she remembered the story Izuku had told her, the real reason Eri couldn't smile. No matter how many times she heard it, hearing Eri's traumatic past would bring tears to her eyes. Her training and mentoring meant nothing to how she felt at the moment.

Suddenly Kirishima stood up, his arm still transformed hanging by his side. He was looking at the ground, but slowly looked up at his class president. His eyes were watery but they also shined with pride. It was clear he was wearing his heart on his sleeve.

"I'm proud to call my class president and my friend." Kirishima held out his arm as if asking for a fist bump, then hit against his chest, "Even before coming to UA, you're already a hero, saving your younger sister from that villain. In these few days, you've shown me what it means to be brave, to be manly. What it means to be a pro hero."

Suddenly Ilda stood up, "I for one am always reaffirmed by how much of a hero you already are, Midoriya. You risked your life to save Eri and you did again for us. You have never once worried about yourself, putting the wants and needs of others before your own. I look forward to learning more from you." Ilda said with a bow.

Shoji stood up. His arms relaxed by his side as he didn't need to use his quirk to speak, "You've shown us the true meaning of UA's motto, more than any other heroes could have. What takes and what it means to go plus ulta."

Slowly everyone in the UA stood up and faced their class president. Ochaco, Shinsou and Todoroki were the last three to stand. Yet they all looked at Izuku with some look in their eyes, proud to be learning alongside him. To look towards him and see what it meant to be a pro hero. They might have to face villains such as Shigaraki and Overhaul, maybe even face worse but they knew with Izuku there to show them how nothing could stop them.

"This is all moving and all." Mr Aizawa said, though it wasn't with the same cold and monotone voice he usually spoke, "But everyone sit down, before I give you all detention and let's wrap this up."

With emotions running high, no one felt like being the first one to sit down. Maybe because they sat it as the first one to sit down would be showing disrespect. After a few seconds, Bakugo was the first to sit down and everyone followed his lead.

"After the USJ attack, is that what you meant by Eri overcoming an obstacle? She had repressed her quirk out of fear and by using it to save you, it showed she was fighting against her fear." Momo said as she remembered how Izuku and Ochaco were so happy that Eri was smiling.

"Yes. She still fights it to this day, that's why I'm protective of her." Izuku said with a nod.

"So her quirk is dangerous and that's why she's a secret?" Sero asked.

"Yes, her quirk is dangerous and powerful, my recovery is a prime example for that. But it was more for what her quirk was being used for, that we feared that if villains found out about her, then they would stop at nothing to do the same as Overhaul was doing to her." Izuku said, then squeezed Eri's leg, signalling to Eri it was okay for her to uncover her ears.

"What was her quirk being used for?" Denki said, earning him an ear full of Jirou's headphone jack which she pushed her heart beat into. Bakugo, Ochaco, Izuku and even Mr Aizawa all shot him glares.

"He just said he'd rather not discuss it," Jirou said as she retracted her headphone jack from Denki's ear.

"Alright forget I asked, yeesh." Denki said as he rubbed his ear

"Midoriya has told me about Eri's past. Well most of it when I asked him not to leave any detail out." Ochaco paused before finishing with, "I can say, it's best if you didn't know. Not until the right time." Ochaco said as several of 1-A looked over at her. Many knew that Izuku and Ochaco were familiar with each other, but they were familiar with each other enough that she had been told Eri's past.

"I can't imagine half of what you're saying and you won't even talk about what Overhaul was using her for." Shoji said as he shifted in his seat. His past was full of trials and challenges, but he couldn't imagine how hard Eri had to fight to be the way she was.

"Thank you for your support everyone." Izuku said, holding back tears. When everyone had stood to face him, he never felt prouder that he had made the right decision.

And that's Chapter 36, Class 1-A learn that Izuku is alive and learn about Eri. Side note: There are several stories I've read where Izuku is the sole reason the USJ fight ends, like he solos Nomu and sends Shigaraki and Kurogiri packing. Sometimes even at the expense of his hero career, even his life. Yet the next school day, there's no recognition. Izuku doesn't get any praise for save everyone live, Class 1-A acts like it was another typically Tuesday.

Not saying that's necessarily wrong, some times it doesn't fit the theme of the story. But in this story I thought it was important to show the appreciation Class 1-a has for Izuku. Because, yeah class 1-A was nearly kill in that attack. I'll get off my soap box on.

Beyond that, Izuku shares a false story about how he meet Eri and rescued her. And for those who think Ilda and Yaoyorozu will call Izuku out on the different stories he told them. (This chapter and the break-in chapter for reference). That will be addressed, not next chapter. Want to give realistic time for Momo and Ilda to notice the differences, so soon.

Next Chapter, the day go on Eri has a appointment to make with Recovery Girl and Izuku gets more praise from the one who should be giving it.
