F3: Welcome to chapter 11 of my RWBY story. We last left off where Blake and Adam fought Ilia to the death but now a large grimm in approaching the city. RWBY is now owned by Viz Media. OC characters will be credited to the author(s). With that said Let's Get Started.
Volume 6-11: Argus Under Siege.
Within minutes people came out of their homes carrying whatever items they could carry and were running south of the city away from the incoming threat. Summer sped back to the others landing in front of them.
"How bad are we looking?" May asked.
"Very bad. It's a Leviathan. One of the largest grimm to encounter." Summer replied.
"That… can't be good. How far out is it?" Raven asked.
"About ten minutes give or take. We need to get back to the base and inform Harriet of the situation." Summer answered.
"Then what are we doing standing around for. Let's get moving." Yang said.
"We don't need everyone going. Some of us need to stay to make sure the citizens get to the bunker safely. It'll be a lot of ground to cover. May, Cardin, Neo, and Oscar you four take the west end of the city. Star, Pepper, Iona, and Adam, I want you to cover the east. Ruby, take your team to the center area. The rest of you are with me. Let get this done." Summer ordered as they all split up with Raven, Nora, Velvet, and Jaune following Summer to the base.
"What do we do when we get their?" Jaune asked.
"We inform Harriet of the situation and hopefully she'll respond in kind." Summer answered as they rushed toward the base.

On the west end of the city Mays group was already beginning to clear out people from their home so they could get to safety as people rushed past them.
"Everyone to the bunker! Let's go!" May ordered people running with items in their hands.
"Carry what you can and don't stop!" Cardin shouted trying to get people moving.
Neo was doing a sweep of the building making sure all the people got out. However, she went past a room and saw two children that were huddled together as the little girl was crying slightly. Neo entered the room carefully not wanting to scare them. They both look around six and seven years old. With them was also a dog that was standing between Neo and the kids.
Neo slowly took out her scroll and typed a message before showing them "It's okay. I'm here to get you kids to safety." The message read.
"Where are mommy and daddy?" The boy asked.
Neo gave them a smile "I promise we'll find you mom and dad." The message read as she held out a hand to them. The little girl reached out her hand and held it in hers. Neo took the girl's hand as the boy and the dog followed them out while she picked up the girl and they ran out of the apartments.
Cardin was waiting for them as what looked like their mother and father were waiting nearby with a worried look.
Once Neo came out the girl and boy ran to their parents as well as the dog hugging them in their embrace.
"Is that everyone in this building?" Cardin asked as Neo nodded in response. Oscar came running up to them. "Building three is clear." Oscar said.
"There's still come buildings left to clear out. Let's get moving people." May ordered as they headed toward the next building to make sure people got out safely.
In the east side of town, it was very chaotic as people were scrambling to get out of their homes and toward the bunker.
Adam and Pepper were directing people where to go while Iona and Star were making sure everyone was out of the buildings.
"Is that everyone?" Iona asked.
"Nope. They're still coming. C'mon next building." Star ordered as they headed inside another building. However, above the building they were in Coco was on top of the roof and she was holding something in her hands. It was a small, round shaped orb, and it had a button on top of it.
"Time to shake things up a little." Coco muttered as she pressed the button before dropping it in the chimney, a smirk on her face.
Star and Iona entered the house where two people lived as they were trying to pack.
"C'mon we got go!" The husband shouted as the wife had finished packing.
"I'm coming!" The wife shouted back as she was coming toward the door.
"What are you packing? Extra clothes?" Iona asked.
"A lady needs some necessities you know." The wife said Iona only rolled her eyes.
Star's ears perked up a moment as she heard something. It sounded like a beeping sound as she approached where it was coming from. It was coming from the fireplace. Star carefully looked in the fireplace and saw the round object but it was also the source of the beeping and it was beeping faster.
"Everybody out!" Star shouted as Iona grabbed the husband while Star grabbed wife as they ran out of the house just as the beeping reached its peak and just when they got out of the house it detonated. There was a loud explosion sending the four of them down the stairs and onto the pavement below.
They groaned as they saw the destruction of the couple's house. Suddenly, they heard loud laughter above them and immediately saw Coco flying above using her maiden powers.
Iona glared up at her with anger written on her face like she was ready to pounce.
"You." Iona growled with her own powers coming to life.
"Well, if you want me then come and get me!" Coco shouted as she took off toward the base. Iona was about to chase after her when Star grabbed hold of her so she doesn't take off.
"Don't you even think about it." Star said grabbing hold of her.
"Why should I!? She deserves everything that she gets!" Iona shouted, trying to pull away from her.
"And that's what she wants! She wants to separate us so she can have you alone. You're still learning about your powers. She has more experience with them, you go face her and you're looking to get yourself killed. I will not allow that to happen." Star said.
Iona looked at her partner before looking toward the direction Coco went before letting out a sigh.
"You're right… I'm sorry. I shouldn't have acted like that." Iona apologizes.
"It's fine. Besides when the time comes, we'll face her together as a team." Star said putting a hand on her shoulder.
Iona nodded as the two finished their sweep of the houses.
"We should at least inform the others that Coco's here and to avoid her." Iona added in which Star nodded in agreement as she took out her scroll to do a multi feed to everyone else that was in Argus.
In the central area Team RWBY was busy clearing everyone from their homes trying to get them to move to the bunker.
"Just how many people are in Argus?" Ruby asked as her scroll buzzed as Penny spoke.
"Incoming message from Star." Penny stated as she played the message.
"Guys, Coco is in the area whatever you do, don't engage her. Team RWBY be on the lookout for her but again do not engage." Stars messaged played.
"Oh no. Girls we might have a problem!" Ruby called out to her team.
"What is it?" Yang asked as their team regrouped.
"Coco is here. In Argus!" Ruby explained.
"What but I thought Mom and Neo took care of her back at Haven." Yang answered.
"Apparently not. What do we do from here?" Weiss asked.
"Star said for us not to engage her. To avoid her at all costs." Ruby replied.
Her team nodded in agreement "For now let's focus on getting everyone to the bunker before the situation gets worse." Blake said.
"Too late for that dearie." Coco's voice said above them a fireball was launched their way.
"MOVE!" Weiss shouted as they scattered barely missing the fireball.
Ruby unfolded Thorn Gear into its scythe mode as they readied their weapons. Blake on instinct folded her weapon into its blade mode only to find that half of it was gone before morphing it into its gun form.
"Well, well well. If it isn't Team RWBY. Still alive and kicking I see." Coco said floating above them.
"Adel. Still a bitch as ever I see." Yang spat her eyes glowing red.
Coco gave a mocking gasp "Such vulgar language. Do you kiss your mother with that mouth of yours?" Coco said mockingly.
"Why don't you come down here and find out you?" Yang growled. Coco observed them before noticing Blake.
"Guess cats do have more than nine lives. Thought for sure Synin killed you already." Coco added as Blake held the spot where she was stabbed before refocusing on Coco.
"Coco. Why did you do it? Why join Salems ranks when you know she'll just destroy all of Remnant. You along with it. You betrayed your teammate for this." Ruby said firmly.
Coco only chuckled before letting out a fearsome laughter at the four below "You don't get it. I'm sure a little snowflake over there already did some digging on me right. About my past and who I was." Coco replied as Weiss held firm.
"Then allow me to tell you. You're fighting a living corpse! A person that was already dead brought back to live again! But now I live to serve my queen and she will bring nothing but chaos and destruction to this world and watch it all burn." Coco said.
"What does she mean by living corpse? That doesn't make sense." Blake said.
"It's like she said. She died nearly twenty years ago before any of us were born. But was somehow brought back to life." Weiss answered.
"Very perceptive for a Schnee. It was my queen who had brought me back from that grave. And now I'm here to do her bidding as she sees fit." Coco replied with a smirk on her face.
"Then… it was you that made Ilia attack Haven academy. You twisted her mind and corrupted her sense of reality!" Blake shouted.
"I simply provided her with the means to do as pleased. She was nothing but a disappointment. She would've so much more useful in my queen rule." Coco said as she laughed mockingly at the four.
"You monster." Blake growled, aiming her weapon right at her.
"Thank you. Now I would love nothing more than to kill every one of you. I have somewhere to be so… ta ta." Coco said giving a mocking wave goodbye before flying off toward the base.
"Hey! Get back here!" Ruby shouted wanting to chase after her but was stopped by Yang grabbing her hoodie.
"Hold it, Rubes. We still have a grimm to deal with and not to mention the people to get into the bunker." Yang said. Ruby glared at where Coco was heading some anger rising from her but she took a deep breath before nodding to her sister as they continued their mission.

Meanwhile at the base Harriet and the soldiers were running around trying to figure out how to deal with the problem that was the encroaching grimm.
"What do we have for defenses!?" She ordered.
"We have ground cannons on standby ready for your orders ma'am." A soldier said.
"Get the ground cannons armed and ready. Prepare any airships we have for deployment and have them armed to the teeth. We make sure that grimm doesn't reach the shoreline." Harriet replied.
"Ma'am we do have another means of defense." Another soldier said.
"What's that?" Harriet asked.
"We have a mech under the base that we could use to combat the grimm but it'll take time to activate." The soldier replied.
"How much time?" Harriet questioned.
"Ten minutes give or take." He spoke.
Harriet contemplated using the mech but desperate times calls for desperate measures.
"Alright. Get a pilot that knows how's to use it and get it operational. We'll stall it as long as we can." Harriet said as the soldier took off as she monitored the grimm coming toward them.
"General Bree. We're ready." Another soldier ready.
"Activate defense systems!" Harriet ordered.
Outside the base large pillars sprouted from under the sea that were as big as the grimm. The pillars pulsed with energy as a defensive wall started forming around the shoreline and the base making sure the grimm doesn't get close. Also sprouting from the sea are three large military grade cannons pointing directly at the grimm.
"Defense systems are online. Shield holding at maximum power. Cannons are charged and ready." The soldier replied.
"Distance from target." Harriet said.
"Approximately eight miles out but closing fast." The soldier stated.
The door opened revealing Summer Rose and her team entering the command room.
"General. What's the situation?" Summer questioned.
"Right now, we still have a large grimm problem to deal with but we've activated the cities defenses there just waiting on my orders to fire." Harriet answered.
"Have you ever dealt with grimm like this before?" Raven asked.
"No to be quite honest but that doesn't mean I can't. It's a grimm on a larger scale." She answered quickly.
"General. Six miles out and closing fast. Should we prepare to attack?" The soldier questioned.
"Prepare to take aim." Harriet said as the soldiers moved the cannons into position.
"Target is locked." The soldier added his finger to the trigger.
"Open fire!" Harriet ordered as the soldier pressed the trigger.
Outside the cannons charged and fired at their target hitting it directly, smoke covering it from the explosion.
"Direct hit!" The soldier shouted but when the smoke cleared the grimm was still standing as it continued its march toward the shore.
"No way! That was a direct hit!" The soldier shouted.
Harriet growled "Get those airship in the air and deploy to target! Charge the cannons and open fire!" Harriet ordered.
The soldiers that were on the base headed toward airships that were available, all of them armed with turrets. Once they were armed, they took off into the air as the small fleet of ten ships flew toward the grimm.
"All units stay low but hit it hard and fast." A pilot ordered the other pilots. They got into formation flying low before firing missiles at the grimm hitting multiple parts of its body but nothing was working as it still marched onward.
"No effect!" A second pilot shouted.
"We must not let it get to the shore." The third pilot said as they started circling the grimm. The grimm let out a loud roar as it echoed throughout the area as it dove into the sea.
"Where did it go!?" A fourth pilot questioned trying to look for the beast. The airships were flying about but they didn't know that the grimm was nearing the barrier as it rose from the sea again with a roar.
"It's nearing the barrier!" The soldier shouted.
"All airships concentrate firepower on the grimm. Do not let it get close to the barrier!" Harriet ordered.
Summer scroll buzzed receiving a text from Ruby mentioning the evacuation was nearly complete.
"General. Evacuation is almost complete." Summer mentioned.
"Good but we still need to buy time." Harriet added as she got in contact with the soldier that oversaw the mech.
"How much longer till operation?" She questioned.
"We're ready General!" The soldier shouted.
"Alright then deploy Colossus!" Harriet ordered.
Outside the barrier the cannons fired at the grimm but they had little effect as the grimm swiped its giant claws at one of the cannons destroying it completely.
"Cannon 1 is down! And Cannon 2 is disabled!" The soldier shouted.
"Reroute all cannon energy to the last cannon and open fire! All airships engage on the target!" Harriet ordered.
"General there might be a way to slow the grimm down other than using the cannons." Summer replied.
Harriet turned to Summer "If you have a plan I would like to hear it." She spoke.
Summer nodded "I do. If Ozpin had mentioned everything then he must've mentioned those with silver eyes. And what they can do." Summer said firmly.
However, Raven figured out what she was doing "Oh don't you even think about it. You're not planning on going out there and trying to vaporize that thing. A grimm that size will kill you." Raven said.
"No. My eyes aren't strong enough against a large grimm like that. Maybe enough to stun it. Then it'll give the Colossus time to kill it." Summer said.
"Yes, but you'll be risking your life too in the process. You know what your silver eyes drain you to." Raven replied.
"I must agree with Raven here. That's way too risky." Nora added.
"We might not have much choice." Summer said firmly.
"General, the grimm is attacking the barrier!" The soldier shouted.
Outside the barrier the grimm roared as it swiped its claw at the barrier scraping across the surface as it flickered while destroying the last cannon in the process. The airships above fired at the creature but like last time their weapon had little effect on it.
"Shield's power is down to sixty five percent and dropping fast!" The soldier shouted.
"Where is the Colossus!?" Harriet shouted.
"Colossus inbound." A soldier replied over the coms as they looked outside. They then saw an enormous mech coming around the bend. It had a stocky build, with a rectangular cockpit and long, armored legs. The left arm has a joint and a hand with two fingers and a thumb. Its right arm is a cannon with rotary slots and a large blade fitted to its back.
The grimm noticed the large mech but it was on the other side of the barrier.
"Reroute all remaining energy to the inner barrier. Also, I need a transport back at base for a lift." Harriet ordered.
"Roger that." The soldier replied as the soldier did what she ordered as he rerouted power from the front barrier to the rear barrier. The front barrier deactivated as the mech readied itself to fight the grimm.
"Stall the grimm as long as you can. We have an idea to defeat the grimm." Harriet said.
"Yes ma'am!" The soldier said as the mech ran right at the grimm slamming into it pushing it back from the shore.
"General a ship is landing now." A soldier replied.
"Alright… Summer are you sure you know what you're doing?" Harriet questioned. Summer nodded at this.
"Let me go and do this." Summer said.
Harriet nodded "Alright but I want you to remain cautious. An airship will be waiting for you." She added as Summer nodded as she headed toward the landing pad.
Raven, however, was rather uncomfortable about what Summer was doing but she couldn't stop even if she wanted to as she had her hand on the hilt of her weapon.

In the city the rest of the teams met up back at the park.
"Is that everyone?" Ruby asked making that all the teams had arrived.
"Yeah, east side has been evacuated." Star said.
"And so is the west. How about you girls?" Cardin asked.
"Everyone in central has been evacuated as well but there's one other thing though. We saw Coco… she's here in the city." Ruby answered making Iona looked right at her.
"What!? Where is she?" Iona asked.
"We saw her flying toward the base. I don't know what she might be planning but whatever it is, it's never good." Blake added.
"Then c'mon we better…" May started but then they heard the roar of the grimm echoing throughout the area as Star and Blakes ears folded over.
"That sounds a lot closer than before." Weiss added.
"It's best that we head to the base. Inform Harriet that the citizens have been evacuated." Oscar suggested as they all agreed as they headed to the base. However, when they approached the base Ruby noticed an airship flying off toward the ocean but Ruby caught a glimpse of her mother on board.
"What is mom doing?" Ruby thought while heading inside the base. They got to the command room where Harriet along with Ravens group was stationed.
Harriet turned to them "What's the status of the evacuation?" She questioned.
"Everyone has been evacuated to the bunker though that's the least of our worries." Star began.
"How so?" The general asked again.
Star turned to Raven "Coco survived. She destroyed a home and nearly took us out. We saw her flying in this direction." Star explained as Ravens hands clinched into fists.
"Figured that bitch would survive." Raven growled.
"Coco? Is she someone we should be concerned with?" Harriet asked.
Raven turned to face the general before she spoke "She works for Salem. Apparently, she got resurrected and is now working for her." She added folding her arms.
"That cannot be good." Harriet said.
"She's not the only one working for her. Two more of my former teammates are working for her too. Fox Alister, and Yatsuhachi Daichi. They're working for Salem." Velvet added.
"Adds more enemies to our list of growing problems." Harriet said.
"Um… general…" Ruby started making Harriet turn to her. "What is mom doing on that airship?" Ruby questioned.
Harriet sighed before she spoke again "Our mech is not going to be enough to handle it not while it's moving. Your mother had… suggested we use her power to paralyze it." Harriet said which made Ruby wide eyed.
"What!? She's going to get herself killed!" Yang shouted as she turned to her mom.
"Hey, don't look at me. I tried to stop her but she persisted." Raven replied putting her hands up in defense.
"Can you make a portal to her?" Ruby suddenly asked.
"Oh no. Not you too. If I let you go up there, she'll kill me when she get's back." Raven added.
"If I don't then she might not make it. Please auntie… I know I can control it." Ruby said almost pleading with her.
Raven was in a jam as she knew that Ruby wasn't going to let this go and she knew that both combined will be enough to slow down the grimm just enough for the mech to deliver a killing blow.
She sighed as she unsheathed her sword and with one slash of the air she created a portal directly to Summer.
"The moment trouble happens I'm creating a portal back to me understand." Raven instructed as Ruby nodded before looking back to her team.
"Be careful Ruby." Blake warned.
With a firm nod Ruby entered through the portal.
Meanwhile, on the airship Summer had ordered the pilot to get as close to the grimm as possible. She knew that using her eyes would drain her but if it would give them time for the mech to kill it then she'd do it.
Just as they were close to the grimm she heard a sound coming behind her. She turned and saw Raven portal semblance was active. She wondered who was coming through but was answered when her daughter stepped out.
"Ruby! What are you doing here!?" Summer shouted.
"Helping. One might not be enough so I thought we could double our chances." Ruby explained.
"This is dangerous Ruby and need to go back where it's safe." Summer ordered.
She just shook her head "I'm sorry mom but I'm staying. You're going to need my help." Ruby said firmly as the mother and daughter locked eyes with each other, neither one faltering. Summer eventually sighed.
"You know… I think sometimes your just as stubborn as me." Summer said with a small smile.
"Well, I am your daughter after all." Ruby said.
Summer only shook her head at this. Their train of thought were interrupted by the roar of the grimm in front of them as Ruby got a better look at what they were up against.
"Whoa… that thing is huge!" Ruby shouted.
Summer took in a breath as she stared at the grimm. "Ready to put that training to use." She said as Ruby nodded as they were flying toward it.
"Let's get its attention." Ruby said as she unfolded Thorn Gear into her sniper mode as Summer readied her weapon. The grimm roared as it charged at the mech but then it felt something hit its sides. It turned to see a small ship flying from a distance. It sensed something in that ship that needed to be destroyed as it now had a new target as it charged at the ship.
"Okay we got it's attention." Summer said as she held out her left hand to her daughter. Ruby grasped it in her own as they looked on as the grimm charged at them. They closed their eyes as they concentrated hard remembering their training.
"Grimm closing in fast!" The pilot shouted but they ignored him as they drowned out the noise around them as memories flooded their minds. The grimm was getting ever close as its goal was clear, it opened its mouth wide wanting to chomp down on the ship with the two people inside.
Harriet and the others watched from the cameras inside as Raven had her hand on Omen ready to use her semblance at any time.
Once the grimm got close enough that its large shadow covered the ship the mother daughter due opened their eyes slowly and before long a bright light encompassed the area around them unleashing their power.
The grimm roared as it was blinded by their silver light, half of its body had become stone as it could barely move from its spot. Both Ruby and Summer groaned as they fell to their knees on the ship. The pilot of the mech saw an opportunity and took it as its left hand became a drill. The drill whirled to life as the mech charged at the partially stoned grimm as its drill pierced the skill.
The monster roared in pain as it fell into the water, a gaping hole in its head before going silent as the monster was finally dead.
"Target eliminated." The pilot of the mech said.
Everyone inside the base let out a cheer as the monster was defeated all the while Harriet let out a sigh.
"Lift the evacuation. Have all citizens return to their homes. Pilots return to base." Harriet ordered.
"Yes ma'am." Both pilots said as the airship turned around and headed back to base while the mech returned to its location on the base.
Raven, Yang, and Blake had left the command room as they went to the landing pad where the airship had just begun to land. Once the ship land the side door opened revealing a tired Ruby and Summer as the two slowly walked out of the airship. Raven immediately headed to Summers side to help her steady herself.
"You good?" Raven asked.
"Yeah." Summer said only for her to slap Raven across the face.
"Don't you send my daughter do to something dangerous like that again." Summer growled.
"Yes ma'am." Raven said a visible red spot on her cheek.
Both Yang and Blake were at their leader's side as Yang opted to carry her weapon for her.
"Yeah… still not used to that yet." Ruby groaned making the two chuckled at her.
"C'mon you look like you deserve a nap." Blake added in which Ruby nodded in agreement as they headed back inside the base.
Looking on from a distance a rather irate Coco as she had to watch her monster that she summoned was turned into nothing but ashes.
However, that irate attitude soon turned into a look of wicked as she began planning her next move.
"If I know my queen. There's only one other place where she would target next. That would be Atlas. Then that's where I will go next but I'll need to… borrow something from here if I'm going to get there." Coco added as she waited for the time to strike.
F3: And that's chapter 11. The grimm has been defeated and now our heroes can rest for a bit. However, Coco will be heading to Atlas ahead of them so what else will happen. Don't forget to leave a comment and please make sure to follow and/or favorite. With that said this is Fireuser3 and I'm Out.
