5. YANG THE FLAMING BEAR

She only remembers a little bit, she was in a cave but she was not the only one, there were three other people but she couldn't tell what they look like, they were all blur or maybe the brightness of the strange light but before everything went black, she turned looking at one of the shortest girl knowing that her sister and that's when everything went black, she didn't feel anything nor hear anything but the empty void, her body felt like she was floating she feels like her memories fading away, she started twitching, desperately want her memories to come back but they're starting to fade away, she doesn't know what's going on anymore the twitching began to grow irritation then to rage, she doesn't want her memories to fade away she doesn't know what's going on at all, she desperately tried to move but couldn't she began thrashed around as much as she can, every thrash feels like her entire energy is leaving and at the last moment she was about to give up, her rage built up and her eyes open bloodshot red her hair began to set on fire and she yelled then she woke up.

She jerked up looking around her surroundings thinking that she's about to get jumped or attacked, but when she looked around she was in a different area, she wasn't in a cave anymore she was alone and in a field with tall grass. She took a deep breath trying to calm herself down knowing that she's on edge, but she have trouble calming down the reason why is that one word stuck in her mind, refuse to leave her.

"My sister, wheres my sister."

Yang stand up a little bit of wobbly but not caring about her safety, she shouted at the top of her lungs on the area screaming out sister hoping that her voice may get her sister back, she yelled more and more and the more she looked around the area the more that she's unfamiliar to this place, as she's about to say her sister's name she stopped, come to a horrific realization that she doesn't even know her sister's name, she desperately tried her best to remember her own sister's name her little sister, her baby sister.

"Ok yang ok whats our sister name is it hmm, is it Lindsay no no thats not her or is it, no its starts with an R I think."

But she couldn't think anything at the moment, she collapsed in the ground defeated finally accepting that she forgotten her sister's name, but she hasn't forgotten she has a sister in this area, filled with determination she will not stop until she finds her sister even though she doesn't know her name.

She got up and when she stand up she looked around her surroundings, she in some kind of grassy field with tall grass all around her, even seeing a few Boulders sticking out of the ground, but something got her attention.

She was standing on short grass, no not short it was burned, Yang scratch her head wondering what happened to this area, until she realized that she was laying down on that same area, she was a bit scared at first thinking someone was trying to burn her, but when she looked at herself she was completely fine but what's so unusual is the fact is that, the area she was standing on was in a completely perfect circle.

It looks so unusual to her, she doesn't understand what's going on but she doesn't really care about that at the moment, right now she's going to find her sister, problem is she doesn't know where to go nor have any ideas where her sister is.

"Ah well shit what now."

She turned her head looking around the area even climbed on top one of the tallest boulders to have a better View, she sees the grassy field she's in but not only that, she noticed that she's on the edge of the grassy field seeing a large desert, now she has a better understanding that she would not go to the desert knowing how dangerous it might be, she turned her head look at the area even more until she noticed some Canyons in the far distance, she squinted her eyes trying to see anything from the far distance until she sees a green tree, so she made a decision she's going to The Canyons.

She jumped off the Boulder landing on the ground and began to walk but before she did, she stopped she looked around her area again, for some reason she felt like she's being watched. She even climbed back on the boulder again to have a better view, to see if someone or something is watching her and like before she doesn't see anyone, she got back down she see a tree root popping out of the ground, she walked towards it and yanked it out of the ground planning to use it as a club, although she's in a field doesn't mean there could be wild animals that would try to attack her.

She began walking towards the Canyons holding her wooden Club, but feeling slightly scared thinking that someone is watching her, even though she doesn't see anyone so she will be alert. But Yang's instincts are true she was being watched as walked away, a dark silhouette rose up out of the tall grass but it wasn't the only one, four more have rose up watching yang and they slowly began following her.

She continue walking halfway there to the Canyons still on edge but slowly going away, she looked around her surroundings looking at the environment, how beautiful it is for some reason she felt comfortable just like she's on an adventure, which no doubt about it she would love to do more often.

Yang looked up seeing a few birds in the sky traveling the same direction she's going, even noticing a very big bird she doesn't know what species that bird is maybe it's an eagle or a hawk doesn't really know, but continue walking as she made it to the Canyons, she stopped seeing how huge it is she looked down noticing a river stream, she already knows what to do but for some strange reason she doesn't know how she knows this, but follow the river until she finds something so that's what she's about to do, she gently walked down heading to the river.

"What happened to me not only that what happened to my sister, what happened to the other two figures and where am I, where are we?"

She Wonders on that question she doesn't know why she's here, she took a sigh knowing that this is going to bother her for a while, when she made it to the river she looked at it noticing how clear it is, even seen a few animals in the river some are fish, some are bugs and even some that came by drinking small ones actually.

She looked at the water feeling her throat dry, although she knows that it could be dangerous drinking water from the river, knowing that she could accidentally ingest some parasites or bacteria that can get her real sick, but that itch of thirstiness she still doesn't know how she knows the basic survival, not thinking she walked towards the water and began to drink it.

While drinking she flinched when she heard a few Pebbles falling to the ground, she turned her head looking where the sound came from, she looked up at the edge on top of the canyon seeing no one there, that feeling on edge came back again she grabbed the wooden Club a little scared, she looked around her area trying to see anything but all she sees is the canyon,with no people. She stand up more scared than before she doesn't know why but for some reason she felt someone is watching her, stalking her, waiting for her to lose her guard just to strike.

The whole Canyon was quiet even the Birds stopped making noises, for some reason it doesn't feel right it feels unusual, uncanny something that you heard but there's nothing just nothing, another few Pebbles fall to the ground causing Yang to immediately start running, as she continued running she realized that the canyon is starting to shorten making a little bit difficult to move around, but that's not going to stop her she kept running, running and running not stopping.

She continued running until she made it out of the canyon, she continued running until she fell to a ditch of a cavern, as she slowly got up she heard noises on top, she turned her head looking on the edge hearing the noise coming closer and closer, still an edge she continue running even though she's in a cavern, she sees light on the edge she continue running until she made it out, but out of nowhere she was grab and shoved on the wall, placeing their hand on her mouth getting her not to make noise, Yang immediately eyes widen in fear.

She tried to escape but the man was holding her on the wall trying to get her to stop, she was looking at the man he was taller than her but his face was completely neutral not showing a single emotion, Yang started to panic trying to escape even harder she even punched the guy on the side causing him to let go of her, Yang immediately began to run but the man grabbed her again shoving her back on the wall, this time he put a lot more of his strength trapping her, she tried to escape but out of no where the man looked at her raise his finger, placing it on his mouth asking her to be quiet she was a bit confused until he used the same finger and points up.

Yang slowly looked up where he was pointing noticing the noise that she heard in the cave returned, this time more clearly and very close, Yang immediately tried her best to escape thinking someone was coming for her but the man was not letting go, he pulled Yang out of the wall and placing her on the other side of the wall like he was hiding her, when she looked at the edge where the noise was coming from she immediately noticed something, she heard a noise, like growling.

Yang eyes widened finally seeing the creature making that noise, it was a massive bear so large that will be hard to believe, the snout was short than a normal bear. Yang's body began to relax no longer panicking but still worried, she even noticed that the man slowly letting go of her understanding that she is now calm, but what's more surprising that the man was in front of her protecting her, the bear stopped sniffing the air, Yang looked at the man noticing that he's pulling out a knife, the bear was sniffing until it heard another noise the bear growled and began to run off.

The two of them stood there Frozen worried if they make one slight sound or movement the bear will come back, they stood there for what felt like hours, still worried but little by little they began to calm down finally believed that the bear was gone, the man put his knife away then turn looking at Yang who was still looking on top of the Edge worried about the bear might come back, but she as well calm down.

She she turned looking back at the man now seeing a good look at him, although she knows the man was tall now that he is standing up right he was taller than usual, but what surprised her more is that he was wearing look like animals fur clothes well only his pants, he's not wearing a shirt, she even noticed that his shoulder all the way down to his hand was a massive scar.

Yang noticed the man was looking at her top to bottom she felt uncomfortable by that, without hesitation she began to run away, the man tried to grab her but he missed her yang continued until she made it to the edge, as she made it she was stopped seeing four other people surrounded her.

Yang looked around trying to find any opening and when she does she immediately began to run at that direction, but one of the grabbed her arm and yanked her back where she was she fell down the ground, she looked back at the four people began to walk closer towards her she tried to find the wooden Club but only realized that she dropped it when she fell to the caverns, she stand up raising her fist ready to fight in case they get any closer to her, but instead coming closer they all stopped and began to back off, Yang was a bit confused at first until she turned around seeing the same man that save her from the bear.

The man raised his hand in the air telling them to stay away from her even without saying a single word, he slowly began to walk towards Yang which she was still surrounded by the other four people, he stopped he looked at her then he began to walk around her seeing every part of her body, Yang was still uncomfortable and don't know what is he doing, why is he inspecting her. The man gently lifted Yang's long hair looking at it she felt even more uncomfortable but what surprised her, that the man finally show some emotion his face shows surprised like he hasn't seen someone with blonde hair before, and he wasn't the only one, Yang looked at the other four people noticing that they haven't seen anyone like her before.

He looked at the hair then smell it noticing it smell fresh like a flower, he looked at Yang's arm noticing they have muscle, he let got of her hair and gently grabbed her arm, yang flinched by the action having no idea what the man is doing, she was about to pull back but her mind is telling her don't, she questions why she's thinking that maybe it's her instincts telling her if she moved the people would attack her if she doesn't comply.

The man gently lifted Yang's arm examining it noticing that she has muscle, he even looked at her hands seeing her hands not soft but rough, he gently formed Yang's hand into a fist then compare it to his own he noticed that her hand is a little of bulkier than his, although her hand looks feminine he can tell that she used her fists a lot more rather than using a weapons or tools, he can tell that this girl is a fighter but he and his group was watching yang since she woke up noticing that, although her hands proved that she's a fighter auction clearly doesn't show it.

Instead of keeping her ground she panicked and watching her picking up the wooden Club, she was just swinging it around like a amateur, he first thought that she may be a hard worker only using her fist for like making tools or crafting, but the exact same time the body structure proved that she's a fighter.

The man let go of Yang's hand and walk towards the others, she sees them and noticing the man is talking to the others except he's Whispering to them, she couldn't hear what they're saying but at least she knows that they can speak, and what small words she can hear they speak the same language as her which that's a relief.

When the man finally finished talking, all them turned looking at yang one of them who was examining Yang walk towards her, looking at her up and down then began to speak which surprised Yang to notice how deep his voice is.

"What are you doing here girl?"

Yang hesitated to speak she looked at the man then look at the others, noticing two people were wearing animal wool on their heads, when she look at them closely she noticed that they look different from the others, believing these two must be women but very different from her. The man noticed that Yang was not paying attention this time, he raised his voice a little bit louder to get her attention right away which spooked yang and look back at him.

"Oh sorry my name is Yang xiao long and I don't know much I forgotten a lot of things, I do believe I may have amnesia but there's one thing I am not forgetting, I'm trying to find my sister if only I remember her name."

The people looked at each other understanding what she's saying, but the man was not saying anything even showing no emotion on his face, he still looking at yang then nowhere he raised his spear and topping on the ground, then everyone began to walk away. Yang was a bit confused but relieved that there leaving, but then another thought came in one that got her even more scared, she has no idea where she is and these people may be the only people here miles away.

"Are you coming."

Yang came back to reality hearing what the man said, what got her even more shocked is seeing all of them waiting for her, she tilted her head in confusion but she'll keep her guard up and decided to go with them.

Yang walk towards the group as they begin their Journey somewhere, yang tries to making small talks but they mostly keep quiet she wonders why, she even see a few of them began to talk to each other mostly whispering, she even noticed that one of them was looking back at her then looked away, yang is aware how different she is from them but at the exact same time, they're equipment is different apparently primitive, she looked at all of them notice that they're carrying stone tools even their weapons are made from Stone, none of them even have a gun that she is familiar with, the only thing that is familiar with her is a bow.

They continued walking and yang saw the environment seeing many different types of plants, trees and mountains on the distance, but for some reason she felt comfortable like she was planning to go traveling around the world like she has the freedom to go through it, she doesn't know why she has these thoughts.

As they continue walking the hot sun is starting to hit Yang, she began sweating and began to take off her jacket and using it to cover her face from the Sun, she sees the others unfazed by the Heat but she does notice they are sweating as well but not as much as she is, they continue on walking until they all stopped getting Yang to be concerned, they were all quiet Yang was wondering what's going on until she heard water specifically a river, everyone began running which surprised yang getting her to run as well, as they run they finally arrive into a large stream of water.

Yang was relief happy that they found water she doesn't care about the water was clean it was still water and going to drink it, she immediately ran towards the water but the man grabbed her arm stopping her, she looked back at him a little bit more frustrated not letting her go to the water, she was about to protest until she so one of them picking up a big Rock and throwing it in the water, when it hit the water it also hit something else the large creature immediately swam away thinking It was being attacked, when the animal was no longer in sight the man let go of Yang's arm, he looked at her seeing a lot of flaws in her actions, but also notice her eyes were red he is aware that her eyes were not red, but he was surprised when her eye color change back to purple.

Yang walk towards the river and dunked her head in the water finally drinking it, she was taking huge chugs of water when she pulled her face out of the water to breathe, she turned looking at everyone else setting up camp. She looked at the sky noticing that the sun is going down, she even sees a few of the group began to head to the water with their bows in hand trying to catch fish, she even see one of them making fire she got up and walked towards the fire sitting right next to it trying to keep warm when the cold comes in, she sees the group all doing their own things, seeing that they're talking to each other without seeing a single word for some reason this reminds her of something, maybe it reminding her of her sister, her family all she knows she hopes her sister is doing okay.

The man sat down next to the fire with a branch moving the fire around making sure the fire will still lit, Yang was still looking at him wondering what's in his head.

"You guys don't talk that much do you, no offense but I'm basically a stranger to you guys, like have you heard stranger danger no okay."

She looked back the fire knowing that he's not going to say anything back to her but she let them be.

"You want to find your sister but you will die on your own, but we cannot come with you either."

Yang turn her head immediately looking at the man hearing the words he says, although she does not like what he said she thought of something else to calm her nerves down.

"So the big man does talk."

The man looked at her still not saying a word nor responding what she said, Yang began to get a little bit more frustrated with the man keeping things quiet not telling her everything.

"Why are you keeping quiet and what do you mean, I will die on my own?!"

The man sat still not saying a word which got yang even more frustrated, she clinch her fist of her anger building in.

"Tell me!"

Like before he still did not say a single word instead he looked back to fire like the sentence he said does not matter, which got Yang to reach her Breaking Point, she stand up no longer sitting down she looking at the man clinching her fists even tighter and shouted it at him.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN IM GONNA DIE ON MY OWN, TELL ME, I SAID TELL ME!"

Her eyes turn red and her hair was on fire getting everyone in the group looked at her immediately horrified thinking that her hair got caught in the fire, but they were shocked that the fire was not bothering her, seeing that the fire was not spreading all around her body it's like the fire in her hair is part of her, the man in the other hand did not flinch he wasn't even felt threatened, he just looked at her then he nodded his head then looked back at the fire.

"As I thought, control your anger first then I will tell you."

Yang stood back surprised by the man's bravery but still angry at him, she noticed that the area was a lot more brighter she questions what's going on, she looked back at the fire seeing that the fire is still there, it hasn't spread every where it's not until when she looked at her hair seeing that her hair was on fire, she panicked immediately started running around thinking her she's about to get burned, she jumped in the river trying to get fire out which it did, when she got out of the water she looked at her hair thinking that she lost a chunk of her hair but a bit surprised that her hair was fine like it wasn't burned at all, she questions what's going on and why didn't her hair burned, she turned looking back at the man he looked at her although he didn't say a single word his face told her that he's still waiting for her to calm down.

She rolled her eyes but took a deep breath slowly calming herself down, the man leaned forward watching her very closely, when Yang finally calmed down he noticed that her eyes reverted back to purple, when she finally calm herself down she walked towards the man and sitting right next to him waiting for her answer.

"So are you going to tell me?"

"Yes."

The man throw the stick Into the Fire he turned his head looking back at yang, and explain what he meant by she won't survive on her own.

"You won't survive on your own because you don't have the skills and equipment to survive out there, not only that you said you forgot a lot of things, I do believe you literally forgot about your survival instincts as well."

Yang's sat there processing what he said at first she wants to disagree with him, but the exact same time she did forget a lot of things maybe she did forgot her instincts she doesn't know. The man continued talking explaining a lot more that even she didn't know.

"Your different from us not just appearance but you may have The Impossible, every time you get angry your eye color changes to red and your hair lights up as flames, you may have powers and there's no doubt about it you could be stronger than all of us combined, but at the exact same time you're lacking you lost your experience, and now you have no control of your anger if you lose yourself you may end up worse than a wildfire, you become more of an animal."

"So that's why I didn't feel the burn it was basically a part of me already."

Yang sat there processing everything she just heard figuring out where did she got these powers and wondering does her sister have these Powers as well, she just sat there thinking as much as she can clearly understanding there will not be an answer, She looked at the man understanding what he said. Yang realized something when she first woke up she remembered the area she was laying down, remembered that the Tall Grass she was on was burnt and now I understand, if she gets mad or upset or hair gets on fire so she started to realize that must be why the grass of burned.

Seeing that her body was completely unharmed while her hair was on fire made her realize that the man was right, although she cannot get burned but her surroundings would, and if she got so upset and angry she may accidentally Burns someone worse kill them, not only that her eye color changed from purple to red she probably think it may be a side effects of our power, the man did say that her eye color change before her hair becomes fire, so would be very helpful if she does get upset.

She looked at the man understood every single word he meant including one important thing, she is completely unprepared, looking at the group everyone have tools, weapons to defend himself and have a better understanding of the surroundings, she even see one of them making more tools, she knows that but for some reason the way they're doing it is completely different, she doesn't know why but to her they felt primitive like she's aware that where she from there is technology, there are like phones and of course technology but the exact same time its similar but different.

If yang wants to fight her sister she needs to know everything, sure something inside of her is telling her just forget everything and just go and find her sister, but she remember the man saved her from that giant bear, what would of happen if he wasn't there, would the bear found her and attack her. She clinched her fist understanding that she is trapped and an easy prey to anything out there in the wilderness, she doesn't know which plants are poisonous, she doesn't know how to make tools, she doesn't know anything about this area.

Her frustration began to grow her eyes slowly turning red, her hair started to flicker, she wasn't paying attention at all just getting more frustrated until she felt a gentle touch on her shoulder getting her back to reality, she looked back at the man seeing that his face is no longer neutral but concern and understanding, Yang slowly calm down realizing that she's starting to get angry again, she didn't say a word mostly kept herself quiet and looking at the fire, but the man did not look away still looking at her growing even more concerned and understanding.

"There used to be more of us a long time ago."

Yang turned looking back at the man hearing the sentence he said, her face was still sad but at the exact same time curious wondering what he meant by that, then she looked back to the group seeing everyone have stopped although they were not looking back at him they understand what he meant.

"Many years ago we used to be a large group with big families, we traveled throughout the land not slowing down seeing many different types of mountains, trees and plants even animals although the challenge was difficult we were all happy."

The man posture change his body was more relaxed not like before getting, Yang sees this is very personal and she also started wondering what happened to everyone else.

"I used to have a wife she was the most beautiful woman I've ever seen, I protect her I kept her by my side and if anyone tried to harm her I will fight back, I gave my life for her and she do the same for me. Then we were planning to have children we know how difficult it may be, but we will take it but the dark times have began.

She looked at the man wondering what is the dark times, she looked at his hand noticing that his hand has clenched into a fist, telling her that this was the reason why the group have dwindled.

"Everyone began to get sick collapsing on the ground their bodies not moving, some of them said their stomach hurts and they were sweating wildly, we didn't understand what's going on at first, we tried our best to solve it with a Shaman's even with plants that help stomach problems but nothing was working, it's like an evil Spirit came to our group and try to attack us then our Shaman died as well we all panicked."

"A disease." Said yang whispering to herself understanding was happening, she looked back at the man noticing his eyes began to water realizing that this is the part where his wife was also involved.

My wife Eli she got sick as well, she tried her best to withstand it as much as she can, but every time I see her she was suffering she asked to make the pain go away, but I was useless I couldn't help her. Then one day in the morning she stopped breathing, I tried to get her to wake up but she didn't, she was cold but deep down her suffering ended, then all of us made a tough decision we all burned their bodies it was difficult but it was necessary, if this got out to the world then everything all life will suffer like they did. Our time is ending."

The whole area was quiet no one said a single word the only thing that was making noise was the wind and the few birds from the distance, she sat there hearing every single detail he said, but the last part hit her the most knowing what that means, she looked back at them not just at the man but everyone in the group not a saying anything, and when yang came to a realizing in a few decades, they will be gone and this is their last moment the final time, she looked down at his neck, noticing a crystal like necklace with carvings on it, the man was holding showing a deep meaning of it.

"Ito, my name is Ito. When you said you're trying to find your sister I understand what you mean, but you're not going to survive out there, like I said it's too dangerous."

She was Happy that he told his name but the exact same time he is right, she won't survive out there, she looked at the fire thinking what to do, knowing that she can't go with them but the exact same time she doubt they will go with her to help her sister, like she said she has no idea where her sister is.

Then she turn look at the person who was making the tools seeing them breaking a few rocks even have a few branches, then she got an idea although she doesn't know how to survive out there, at least she could try to survive like them, she turned looking at Ito asking him to teach her how to survive, how to make tools. He was a bit taken back not expecting that but the exact same time he does know that she is physically stronger, he sat there thinking what should he say next, although it is true it's very necessary to learn how to make tools and weapons out there in the wild.

Then he made his decision he grabbed his spear tapping on the ground, she wonders what he's doing then she noticed that everyone we're looking at them, she wonders what they're doing, she sees Ito standing up as well looking back at her, she was the only one sitting down she kind of felt intimidated by them, but she noticed that ito's face was different it wasn't the same one when they first met each other, but she notices a smile on his face she slowly got up as well wondering what they're doing.

Ito revealed that him and the group will teach Yang how to survive, it may take a while and maybe challenging but they will teach yang everything they know, she can't help it but smile finally got an answer. The next day the group was around her Ito was circling around her, asking her if she's ready for the challenge knowing that this isn't going to be easy this will scare a person to death knowing how difficult it is, Yang like always accept the challenge and promise not to give up.

Ito walk behind Yang getting her to question what he's doing, she looked at the group showing that their faces were neutral but yet excited, she's questions what they're about to do until out of nowhere she felt ito grabbing her clothes and yanking them off of her. Getting Yang completely off guard she turned looking back at Ito showing that he's holding her rip pants and shirt, then throwing it Into the Fire getting them burn, Yang was utterly horrified and yet the exact same shocked, she wasn't expecting him to remove her clothes, the only clothes she's wearing is her bra and her underwear, then completely out of nowhere the person who is right behind her grabbed the two remaining clothing and ripping them out as well.

She collapse on the ground covering her naked body growing a little bit more frustrated and upset of what they're doing that her hair began to glow, she looked at the person who ripped her bra and underwear and like before throwing them into the fire, she should have been mad at that point but she's completely utterly shocked that she has no words or no action what to do, she looked at everyone they're not even phased by her.

"The first lesson is remove the clothing and throwing them into the fire, this symbolizes moving on from the past and creating a new future, we've been doing this for many years."

Yang looked at Ito now understanding what he means and understanding everyone was doing this, but at the exact same time a little warning could have been better, but another problem she's completely naked and she doesn't want to reveal herself in a group of strangers, sure there two women in the group but the exact same time, she does not want to be in the middle of nowhere completely naked.

"Here will cover you up for now."

Yang turned looking at one of the women holding a piece of cloth although it wasn't big enough to cover her entire body it was enough to cover well the important parts, when yang put on the clothing she looked like those stereotypical cavemen form those old movies, everyone smiled happy that Yang have put on the clothing but it was not over yet, she looked around noticing that everyone faces return back to neutral, then they all looked down at her feet and she instantly know what they were looking the boots she was wearing, Ito was about to walk towards her until Yang instantly removed her boots as fast as she can and throwing them into the fire, she know it was painful for her to watch her boots burn, they were her favorite boots for some reason.

Yang looked back at the group noticing that all of them were holding some strange looking rocks, all of those rocks look shiny then she immediately noticed that these could be the same rocks for there tools, she walked towards them and sat down Ito gave her first obsidian Stone.

Ito explain Vivid details of what they're doing is called flintnapping, although it wasn't easy all it takes is practice to make an arrowhead, and it wasn't only Ito teaching her how to do this, but it was the entire group showing Yang how to do it correctly, they've been added it for almost a couple days now, and yang lost track of time forgetting how long it's been, she was just focusing what they were teaching her and it's not just flintnapping but other teachings, like how to craft tools, how to make traps, how to identify what type of plant that are poisonous and helpful for medicine.

There were a couple of times well most of the time when they're going out hunting Yang has to go with them, she doesn't stay since they don't have a village, they're nomads so even though she doesn't have her own obsidian Arrowhead, there is a simple and easy route although not effective as the arrowhead, she does have a big brunch and using some rocks to carve the branch into a pointy spear, it was simple yes, effective depends but it was enough to protect herself.

They run for Miles even it's been a couple of times where they rarely even stop, Yang was nothing but just a sweating mess and when they do stop they mostly grab a sip of water and move on, which Yang the other hand thought there's no way she can catch up with them, but luckily for her they always wait for her and when they do find animals to hunt, Yang stay back seeing every Vivid detail how they hunt, they hunt like packs but sometimes they do hunt on their own but to catch a large amount of food they need to work together.

And when they do kill the animal and began to butcher it yang was a bit taken back, sure she ate meat before but never seen it being butchered, seeing all the guts coming out but the way they're cutting it is very careful, but what shocked her even more it's not only they eat the meat but also eat the organs as well, at first Yang felt she's about to throw up but when she stops to think about it, it would be basically wasting precious food sure she did eat some of the meat from the deer they hunted, but there's been a couple times where she has to eat the organs as well, she did not like it there's even been a few times she almost throwed up but at the same time was very necessary to survive.

Even in night time they're still teaching her for instance one of the hunters told her to use the Stars as a compass, sure they use a different word but she understand what they meant, she heard about people in ancient times using the Stars to guide them, she didn't know these people used it as well it was kind of a spectacular knowing where they're going but just looking at the stars, if only she knows where to go and how to use the Stars correctly.

Everyday the practice is the same, they teach her how to use Flint, she follows them in their hunt, they've been at it for almost every single day until she gets better, days became weeks and weeks became months the teachings that Yang have learned from them came in really handy, she listened very carefully even getting some new pointers while with them, she even went on the first hunt killing a deer and taking its fur to make her clothes more better, she began to even communicate with the group without even talking knowing what they're thinking and what they're about to say, even learn how to use hand gestures while hunting.

It has been a few months ever since yang I first woke up although her memories did not come back, she began to have small glimpse of her sister even praying that her sister is okay out there, sure she would probably go ahead immediately trying to find her hoping she is safe, but the exact same time deep down she knows she is not ready to survive, all she can do is just pray that her sisters are right, even while sleeping she saw small glimpse of her sister although she only see the backside, all she sees is this mysterious Red Cloak but not only red but her hair specifically the tips of her hair were red, she couldn't see your face everything was still blurry, it was just the colors that all she sees.

Every time she sleeps she sees fragments of her sister is coming closer and closer so close that she felt she can easily hug her, but every time she wakes up that feeling Fades away keep down it's giving her strength, knowing that she will not give up until she finds her sister.

Ito and his group we're on the river grabbing some fish for lunch, until he turned looking at Yang who was punching a tree, everyone questioned why she punching a tree, the others were bit surprised that her punching movements were a lot better than theirs, knowing that she is more physically stronger than they are, but the exact same time they question why she's doing it. This isn't the first time she punched a tree she started punching trees like on her fifth week, and every time they stop right next to a tree she always tried to punch it for no apparent reason.

"Hey kid why you punching the tree?"

"Don't know but something tells me that I have to practice my punches, maybe it's my instincts coming back either way trees are strong enough but yet not too hard enough to hurt my arms."

"Either way you need to stop your knuckles are bleeding."

When he said that Yang stopped she looked at her Knuckles noticing blood began to come out, she was completely taken back from them she barely even felt any pain on knuckles, she started to worry that maybe she forced herself too much that turn Knuckles gone numb that's why she doesn't feel any pain. Ito was about to wrap them up but Yang told him she can handle it, he nodded and walks off, Yang looked at her Knuckles about to clean them up until she noticed that her skin began to move on its own, seeing that the cuts on her Knuckles began to heal on its own, she was a bit taken back but then a thought came to her head she removed one of her shoes that she made checking on her foot, remembering in her first week she fell and slipped in a Rocky River where she remember getting her foot cut, she looked at it sure she knows it was healing and it would leave a really bad scar but when she looked at her foot, she noticed that the scar was not there.

She was confused she remembered having a scar on her foot, she remember seeing her Knuckles healing on its own she looked at her Knuckles again, seeing that she's not seeing things but like before when she wiped the blood away her knuckles were fine, not only fine it felt like it wasn't hurt at all, then she thought an idea a dumb idea but she needs to see if it's true, she walked behind a tree checking if no one is seeing her she pulled out her Stone knife and slowly cut her hand, she grits in pain seeing the blood pouring out of her hand she looked at it and like she expected the cut began to heal on its own, she questions about it but then realize this must be her abilities besides her flaming hair, although it's very useful she needs to be very careful and knows how far like Ito told her everything have limits no matter how strong it is.

One of the members in the group yelled out getting Yang's attention, telling her that they began to move revealing there's no fish around the area, when she join the group everyone began their walk migraine to different points around the area farther and farther, yang still admires the area likes the environment and loves the feeling of being free, until she looks down at one of the plants, normally she seen plants around the area before, but they're always sometimes yellow, but this time she noticed its green meaning there could be a huge source of water close by, and she wasn't the only one everyone in the group started thinking the exact same thing, and they continued walking.

They continue walking for another few miles until they stop they're seeing a Big Lake, one of the hunters in the group got everyone's attention telling everyone to look at the left edge of the lake, when they do they notice a bunch of animal herds on the distance most likely to be deer, they all smile happy that they're planning to stay in that area for a little bit longer, as they continue walking down everyone discuss on the deer meat that they're going to hunt, thinking they should add something new towards the food even Yang got involved with it, until she accidentally bump into Ito noticing that he froze, she questioned why did he stop realizing that there's a reason why he stopped, she moved looking at the same direction he was looking at and immediately noticed something very concerning, the others saw what they're looking at and began to grow even more worried, on the ground only a several feet away from them was a torn apart mammoth, the body of the mammoth was easily butchered but what shocked them the most is they noticed claw marks on the dead body, everyone except Yang knows what creature made those claw marks.

"Everyone be cautious we will not separate, we shall stick together, if you see any of it's Cubs slowly back away from it."

Everyone began to walk away from the body holding their Spears, and looking around praying that the bear isn't still around, yang tapped on ito's shoulder getting his attention, she asked him what type of animal did that, ito revealed that it was a massive bear specifically the one that they encountered when they first met each other, Ito calls it the short nose bear one of the largest bears in the area, bigger than the other Bears around the area.

She turned looking back at the dead Mammoth noticing that the mammoth body was fresh, the blood was not dry which spooked her, and she wasn't the only one, meaning that this kill was recent getting everyone to be even more scared, as they move away from the the dead animal, they finally arrived on the Lake but their excitement was replaced by fear, knowing that the short nose bear is still around, some of the members took turns on watch making sure everyone is safe, hoping the bear does not come as everyone drinks the water from the lake, Yang can't help it but she feels strange that same feeling of being watched coming back, she can't help it but look over her shoulder checking around the forest, even look in the dark corners thinking that something is watching her, yang grab her spear clenching it as much as she can some of the members who are drinking water notice this including ito himself.

She was breathing heavily terrified worried that something is trying to come out, then she felt someone touch her shoulder she immediately flinched looking back noticing was ito. She looked at him showing that his face shows concern, she slowly calmed down but for some reason she felt a feeling inside of her, like the same way she feels for her sister, it feels like a parent is nearby protecting her, she slowly calmed down knowing that she is safe, she wasn't the only one as they finish drinking they got up and continue walking, knowing they cannot stay there for long, but before they left Yang turned at a tree noticing a raven standing on the branch, she seen many birds on their travels but for some reason, she doesn't understand why but for some reason this raven feels different, like it's not just there for anything it's there to watch her, she doesn't know why but she thinks maybe this raven is just following her thinking it's it has food for the bird.

"Man what kind of monster is that bear?"

"It not a monster, just animal."

Yang turned looking at one of the hunters beside her, she tilted her head but he wasn't the only one, she looked at the group noticing the same reaction as he is.

"What do you mean it just killed a mammoth it basically tore it apart, to be honest that's kind of disturbing way to go."

The man turned looking at her showing no emotion but yet Yang did notice his eyebrows twitch, noticing that he wasn't happy what he's hearing, and he wasn't the only one Yang looked at the group seeing their same reaction as he is, she even turned looking at Ito, although Yang only sees his back she can tell his body language change.

"Disturbing is it disturbing of us hunt animals, killing them cutting their skin using their hides as clothing using their meat as food for us to survive, using their bones as tools. It is not disturbing child, it's called survival and we are the same as the animals hunting out there. Child, man is an animal, man will always be an animal no matter how different we are from them, we may be smarter than them, we may have more knowledgeable of our surroundings than them but the similarity arrives, every animal has a fight or flight instinct and if they were put in the corner, they will be reverted into their most dangerous and Primal state man is like that no matter how smart or how strong they are, there is a Breaking Point. The bear killed the mammoth not because he wants to kill it but because it needs to for it can survive, you don't hunt, you won't make it till the next morning."

She stood there listening every single word the hunter told her, processing what he just said but for some reason she felt unknown of those words he told her, she's knows that animals do need to hunt to survive but, her mind is telling her that what they're facing is not count as a living thing, it's like her mind is telling her that the bear that they're terrified is nothing but just a Mindless killing machine, but at the same time she doesn't know why she thinks of this, in her journey since she came to this place she seen animals living their lives, surviving to the fittest it's what nature is the circle of life that's what people say.

They continue walking still checking they're surroundings hoping the bear doesn't show up, by night time arrived everyone decided to set up camp except this time, only two people will keep watch and have an idea to keep the bear away for them, everyone in the group immediately made multiple campfires, circling all around them creating a sort of fire cage protecting them from the bear.

Yang find it weird she knows that this bear they're referring is the largest and dangerous creature they encounter, but for some reason she felt a little bit nervous, no doubt about it she is scared all right, but she felt nervous like she been at this situation before like she encountered a bear before, but even thinking about going out of the circle and fight the bear in direct hand to hand combat, but she knows that if she does that she's going to get herself killed, but something is telling her to do it like she did this many times.

Although her mind is telling her to do it, she can't let her thoughts get to her, she needs to be cautious she remember what Ito told her, her frustration and anger could easily become her disadvantage, that simple mistake could get herself hurt or worse. Although the group says there's going to be two people on watch, everyone did not sleep including Yang as well, they're all scared hoping the bear won't find them, although it's very clear that the fire that they created will be easily noticed by any animal, but at least it will scare them away.

They all sat there in the center looking around trying to find any noise or unusual movements, Yang did see a few deers from the distance but like she thought they run away, some of the members started sleeping since they don't wake up that late plus they need to save their energy, they can't defend themselves if they're already tired even, Yang eyes began to grow heavy, she looks at Ito asking permission if it's okay for her to sleep he nods and he will be the one keeping watch next, with the answer she got Yang lay down finally close in her eye in a fetal position, protecting her vulnerable areas if the bear does show up, when her eyes closed and sleep finally consume her she began to dream, normally some people can remember the dreams and others don't, it's a common occurrence that happens to everyone, Yang is one of those people who don't remember what her dream is all about but this time it's different.

Her dream starts like every other dream a picture of the moment she's in or the moment she lost, yang was revealed to be walking in the forest but not just any Forest the trees on the background slowly falling off showing nothing but just a desert, but Yang was not paying attention around her surroundings but instead she's continued walking until she heard a noise from the distance, she immediately began running towards the noise questioning what it is, she continued running until she immediately noticed a canyon, when she stopped she looked around the surroundings, she noticed that the canyon have a large body of water, she can hear the voice coming from it specifically in the water, Yang listen very closely to the noise noticing that it's not just the wind and not just any noise, but instead someone is speaking, this voice sounds familiar to her not just familiar but very precious to her, it sounds like a girl when young immediately realize who was this girl's voice.

When she hit the water she can feel herself seeking deeper but for some reason she's not panicking of drowning, she stayed in the water trying her best not to move but listening very carefully, she began to hear the voice again except this time it was a bit more clearer a bit muffled but still clear, then out of nowhere only a couple feet away for her, the water began to move almost forming into a shape of a person, she looked at this form trying to see any familiarity towards it but when the water stop moving, she only saw the silhouette of her sister without hesitation she swam towards the silhouette trying grab her missing sister, but it wasn't for long until the silhouette faded away in the water, then she hears another voice except it was coming from the surface, as she swim up to the surface gasping for air, she noticed that her surroundings are different she's no longer in the canyon but instead in a Forest, not like the other forest she have traveled through, this forest feels completely different, as she crawled out of the water she looked around trying to find any clues of her sister and question what is that noise she just heard.

She continue looking around trying to find anything until she noticed a few arrows on the ground, she bent down grabbing a few of those arrows and looking at the Arrow's craftsmanship, noticing that the arrow was built different from what Ito and the group taught her how to make arrows, she looked at the ground where the arrows were at, noticing a skeleton half buried on the ground, she looked closely noticing that it may be a wolf, then she heard another noise but its not someone speaking but instead flapping wings, she turned around immediately noticing the same Raven sitting down on a branch looking at her still making that noise.

"Eh great you're here too, seriously why are you here and why do I have some kind of connection with Ravens."

She grew frustrated still trying to look around but like before the Raven crows at her, still making noise getting her not hear her sister voice, she grows even more frustrated turning back at Raven.

Ok since you don't shut up you have my full attention, What are you like my spirit animal, I seen those movies and I don't feel like you're my spirit animal instead I'm more of a, wolf?"

She paused immediately noticing a group of wolves from the distance, not paying attention to her but instead walking by, then the Raven crows at her again except this time, it was very close to her to a point that she got spooked her. The Raven was sitting on a branch next to yang, the bird turn looking at her that began to Crow even louder, then turn its head looking back at the Wolves Direction, she was a bit confused not understanding what the bird was saying, until the bird flew off the branch and landed on the ground on the same spot where the Wolves were walking.

"You want me to follow the wolves?"

The bird nods its head answering her question, she looked at the same direction a bit nervous knowing what wolves can do to her their prey, but this is her dream after all, she slowly began walking towards the Direction checking the area, noticing that the area began to fade away as she continued following the wolves, but she wasn't the only one that is following the wolves out of nowhere the Raven landed on her shoulder spooking her, she looked at the bird originally thought it was going to fade away since this is a part of her dream, but for some reason it felt real to her, like she's actually here and the bird is actually sitting on their shoulder, but the real question what is the bird trying to show her.

She walked for almost 15 minutes but she looks around during the walk, she immediately noticed that the forest was completely gone now A Dark Void, showing nothing but just well she assumed to be Stars, but it's not just the Dark Void it's what's inside the void that peaked her Curiosity, she immediately noticed Silhouettes from the distance and when she's listening very closely she hears voices, but it's not just from her sister but other people that she does not know, the more she continue walking the more these voices started to become a lot more clear, and the Silhouettes began to take more shape, she doesn't know any of these voices, the only voice she knows is her sister well she hopes it's her sister.

"Happy birthday yang."

"Thanks dad!"

She stopped immediately noticing that the last voice was her own except younger, she remembered what her younger self said "Thanks Dad" for some reason she felt more calm and happy to hear the voice that, she assumed must be her dad, she doesn't know why but she has a feeling of making some jokes specifically puns, her best guess is thinking that her and her dad must have make jokes and she can't help but smile, although she doesn't know who her dad is or what he looks like, that feeling of having a parent makes her happy but another thought came in, if she has the dad then where's her mom.

She stopped looking around the void trying to see or specifically here any voice, that could have a deep meaning towards her, but all she hears is just well random people voices that she doesn't know until.

"Promise to take care of your baby sister okay."

"Okay Mommy but do you have to go alone Uncle Crow can go with you."

"I know but I have to do this alone, your uncle and your daddy to take care of you too, I'll be back okay I promise."

Yang stand there listening every single word carefully and for some reason she felt sad, she doesn't know why hearing her mom voice makes her feel happy but yet sad, like this is the last time she's going to see her mom, and this is where she came to realization that maybe this is the last time she saw her mom. She is happy that she has a dad and an uncle but she wonders what happened to her mom, and listening what her mom said and she's going to keep her promise to keep her sister safe, but before she continued walking she finally got the name of her younger sister.

"Keep Ruby safe ok honey."

"Yes I will."

She doesn't know why she said that knowing she's the only one except the crow there in the void, but she felt she has to say it, and with that she was more determined to find her sister no matter what, she continued on following the path of the Wolves until a bright light came out of nowhere blinding her even the raven, as she closed her eyes and her vision finally came back and she realized that the void have returned back into the forest, like before she doesn't recognize this Forest then she noticed something, she looked around and realized that it was snowing, but for some reason it doesn't feel cold at all, she looked around and immediately noticed the wolves, some of them stopped to look at her but they continued on walking not even bothered by her presence.

One of the wolfs were few inches away from her and yet like before they're not bothered by her, yet not even see her as a threat they just continue walking like normally, Yang was a bit taken back even the raven was a bit confused, but Yang decided to not question it since this is her dream after all, and sometimes dreams don't have a clear answer so the best way is just keep walking.

As yang continue walking looking around trying to see anything unusual, but yet like before there was nothing strange at all, except the snow and the wolves. She questions where they're taking her and what is this purpose, she question all of it until she noticed some of the Wolves stopped, she looked around seeing a lot of wolves stopping, she questions what's going on until all of them began to howl at the same time.

At first Yang felt nervous she looked around trying to see anything different but like before nothing, it was not until she noticed some of the wolf began to disappear now, she started to get worried she looked at the Wolves disappearing one by one until they're all gone, the whole forest was quiet but yet she felt she's not alone, she looked around trying to see any difference but couldn't not until, she heard footsteps and it wasn't footsteps coming from the Wolves, no this sounds like a person. She turned around and see a person wearing a red hood covering the person's head blocking their body and face.

The person was just walking around looking at the forest unaware of Yang's presence, at first Yang felt a bit shocked but yet at the same time relieved for some reason, the cloak reminds her of something, The Raven crows and began to fly around the forest landing on a tree branch, this got the red hooded figure to notice the raven, this is where Yang realized that this girl must be her sister she felt nervous, Yang began to walk closer towards her assume sister, she got closer and began to grow even more nervous hoping that this is her sister and not a made-up fragment of her dreams.

"Ruby?"

She said It gently being a couple feet away from her sister, the hooded figure flinch and turned around looking back at yang, she stood there noticing that her eyes has widen not by fear or shock more like surprised, the hood figure walked closer to Yang getting see the girl's eyes, noticing that girl's eyes were silver not like hers, but also noticing major differences to a point that she doesn't have some resemblance to her, but it was not until she spotted some resemblance.

"Yang?"

When Ruby said that if finally broke the wall like a Floodgate, Yang eyes widen and for one instant she felt like she had an entire memory of her sister, and without hesitation she grabbed Ruby and began to give her a tight hug.

"RUBY I REMEMBER YOU NOW LITTLE SIS!"

"YANG YOUR HUGGING TOO TIGHT NOT LIKE THIS NOT LIKE THIS!!"

Yang finally let go of Ruby getting her to finally Breathe Again, Yang couldn't hold up her excitement she was happy and only happy she got some glimpse of her memory back, well only the memory of who's your sister is. Like every family member Yang ask Ruby questions where could she find her where she is, but sadly Ruby revealed that this is just a dream which without hesitation yang immediately got pissed off to a point that her hair was on fire, but Ruby calmed her down tell her that just because Ruby's not here doesn't mean she's lost.

Ruby explains that she's here to give yang her Memories Back, although the members she got were only about Ruby and their siblinghood, she revealed that Yang is closer to her sister than she thinks, all she needs to do is keep heading West, yang was a bit confused at first but happy that now she knows exactly where her sister is, even though this is just a dream her instinct is telling her to do it.

"I don't like any of this, I know this is a dream but it hurts me even more the fact that I finally know who you are, I remember you, I remember our times when we were little although, I don't remember all of it like our parents Our Lives."

She shouted her hair slowly coming down but yet flickering on and off, Ruby walk closer towards her sister placing her hand on her sister's shoulder getting Yang to calm down, Ruby explains that although this is just a dream, her instincts are finally coming back and maybe this could be her subconscious telling her to go west then she go west.

"And what happens if I do go west and you're not there, the travel would be pointless."

"Believe me it won't be pointless, you will find me or her or we, I eh don't know how to describe it, but you will."

Yang looked at the ground thinking what she's going to do, she took a deep breath and finally made a decision, she looked back at her sister telling her that she will go to the west and hopefully find her, but in the meantime she question if Ito and his group will come with her, or she will go on her own.

"Good luck Sis you need it, also good luck trying to find the others."

Yang froze processing everything that Ruby just said, she turned looking back at her sister her eyes filled with curiosity, questioning and what the fuck you mean face.

"Wait what do you mean others, are there other people like us like family members?"

Ruby smiled not even bothered by Yang's question, she just said that very casual like it's not important, Yang immediately ran closer to her sister asking more questions what does she mean.

"Not family members but friends of ours, and if we're lucky they can be more than friends."

"What's with the smug look?!"

"Oh nothing all I can say is good luck, and try to find me and our friends."

"Wait you're not going to tell me who they are?!"

Yang began to be impatient not liking the attitude of a younger sisters giving her, the smug look that cheeky grin for some reason she felt like she did that to her little sister before, and now she felt like for some reason she's getting back, even though this makes no sense because this is her dream.

"Nope."

Yang's hair began to Glow although it wasn't on fire, she asked Ruby how could she find they're friends if she doesn't make any mistake, Ruby crossed her arms still giving Yang that cheeky smug look, and yang is not gonna like what she's going to say.

"I don't know, maybe go out like a yang."

"Wait was that a pu-"

Then out of nowhere the area began to fade away and yang immediately began swirling around like she was in a tornado, she can't see Ruby with all the spinning her silhouette is nothing but just a red blur, then suddenly she opened her eyes but she realized she was looking at the sky and the Stars noticing that is still night but not morning, then out of nowhere she heard screaming, she immediately got up seeing one the members of the group being dragged away into the darkness, everyone immediately woke up from the screaming.

Ito look down and noticing a blood trail but it wasn't that, everyone in the group immediately noticed that some of the campfire that surrounded them were off or destroyed, Ito shouted at everyone to Start the Fire again, as they about to they suddenly realized that a drop of water came out of nowhere getting everyone to stop, then the single drop began to fall multiple times all of them looked up at the sky seeing clouds.

"SHIT ITS RAINING!"

Everyone in the group immediately tried their best to start the fire, but due to the Rain started pouring heavily making it impossible to start, one of the hunters yelled out telling everyone to huddle up Spears out, Yang was the last one to run towards the group until she stopped, when she heard a loud crunch she froze on the spot slowly turning where the noise came from, but due to the darkness making it impossible to see.

The area went quiet even the sounds of the Raindrop faded away, everyone was worried and terrified, Yang slowly began to walk back toward the group but she froze when she hears another crunch, then another and another althought it was too dark to see, Yang can see a giant silhouette in the Darkness it was much bigger than normal, the creature began walking out of the Shadows letting the Moonlight shine on the creature showing to be a giant bear.

Her eyes widen shocked to see how ignormous the bear is, it was way bigger than any other Bears she saw, she thought the group was exaggerating but seen it up close they were telling her the truth, she stood there completely shocked how huge the animal was, but not only that she is more terrified than before, the bear was staring at her unmoving like it knows if she moves it's going to attack her right away.

The two of them stare at each other what felt like hours, Yang slowly back off but she instantly stopped when the bear began to growl, the group were underneath a tree one of them that the bear did not notice was trying to find any branches that was still dry during the rain, everyone in the group was holding their Spears and arrows ready in case that bear tries to attack yang, out of everyone who is more terrified and more worried was Ito, ever since the bear revealed itself he never looked away from the bear his mind is focusing on Yang safety.

Ito clench his spear even more tightly if it wasn't for the rain you could tell they were sweating, one of the hunters who is trying to make the fire smiled, when he finally found a few branches that were still dry, although it wasn't big he instantly tried his best to Start the Fire. the bear was still looking at yang then began to sniff the air, looking around then turn looking at the group and this time it growled even louder, instantly knowing what they're doing, the bear lowered its head seeing one of the hunters behind the group trying their best to start a fire, and the bear instantly smell smoke but did not see the Flames yet.

Not waiting for the hunters to start the fire the bear instantly began running towards the group, Yang jumped out of the way hoping that the bear did not catch her, when she hit the ground she saw what the bear is doing her eyes wide in fear, the group instantly scattered away hoping the bear did not catch them, but one of the hunter who was trying to start the fire immediately tried to run away but the bear bit his leg and dragged him back, bitting his shoulder and instantly shook him around like he weighed nothing.

The man screamed in pain the bear thrashed him around so hard that his scream instantly stopped, when Yang saw the men's Head clean off, Ito ran towards yang picking her up on her feet shouting at everyone to start running, at first the two remaining Hunters clinched their Spears wanted to attack the bear, but they were terrified so they listened to ito's orders so they ran running as fast as they can, the bear dropped the lifeless body of the hunter on the ground looked at it, and put its paw on it putting so much pressure that everyone heard the cracking noise of the bone, but then the bear Turned look at the hunters running away, it growled and began running towards them.

Everyone began running trying their best to lose the bear, but when they turn around the bear is catching up faster and faster, what makes things even more difficult is the rain making everything around them slippery, one slip and they're done for. One of the hunters stopped yelling at everyone to keep running she will hold back the bear, even knowing that it's already a losing battle, but she wasn't the only one another Hunter decided to stay with her as well, Yang and Ito both looked at them asking them to keep running, but they were about argue with each other, but when they hear the Roar of the bear they have no choice but to run, leaving the two Hunters to defend the two friends as much as they can, when the bear arrived the two Hunters scream as loud as they can and began to charge towards the bear with their Spears, all that Yang and Ito heard there 2 teammates blood hunting screaming.

They kept running not stopping for anything they kept running for almost an hour until Yang collapse on the ground getting ito to stop, seeing her on the ground completely exhausted and unconscious he ran towards her, gently lifting her up he looked at her feeling her legs shaking knowing that he accidentally pushed her too far, he looked at her again starting to get a familiar feeling of his deceased child a long time ago.

"I'm so sorry child."

Ito continue walking still holding Yang in his arms he doesn't know how long he'd been walking but all he does is keep going and going luckily for him the rain has finally stopped but wasn't for long the Bear Mighty Roar was heard around the valley, ito began to run but the more he run the more he's starting to realize it was pointless the bear pick up their scent even with the heavy rain it's still find ways to track them down he looks down at Yang still unconscious.

"Not this time."

With full determination he began to run until he finds a small cave enough just to fit Yang inside but too small for the bear reach her, when he place her in there he took off his necklace and placing it on Yang's hand, knowing that this may be the last time seeing each other, when he finished he run towards the noise of the bear creating a torch enough to get the Bears attention.

But unaware for Ito yang was coming back from being unconscious, her eye was slightly open enough to see and heard everything when he's about to do, when he left Yang desperately tried her best to get up although her mind was still dizzy of the exhaustion, she put her body through she was exhausted feeling her legs shaking, she tried her best to crawl out of the cave and when she made it out, she barely even can stand she clenched her Fists getting frustrated that she can't get up feeling that she failed.

"What are you doing, get up?!"

She froze hearing a familiar voice she looked around thinking it could be someone she knows, but she doesn't see anyone only her there not only that the voice sounds very familiar.

"It's not over yet, get up?!"

The Voice came back except this time it was in her head, but not only that the voice was hers, except it sounds more Brave and slightly stubborn for some reason, Yang was confused as she tried to get up, but a flash of memory came in a small glance, but she remembers seeing a glimpse of someone teaching her how to fight, slowly and slowly as she tried to get up she sees more flashbacks of that moment, she can hear what the man is saying to her she can understand what he's doing, and not only that she's starting feeling different when she finally got up, she looked at herself and for some reason she started to Glow, she looked at her hair thinking that it may be the light from her flaming hair but it wasn't, it was all over her body then no where, her exhaustion the shakiness from her legs began to fade away.

When the glow finally faded away she was back on her full strength she was a bit confused, at first but she has to put that aside she must save Ito from the bear, she began running in the direction she lost saw him hoping that she's not too late. Ito was in a open field with his torch out lighting the darkness around the area, this time he was a little bit more prepared sharpening a few spikes circling around him, he has multiple Spears including one of them filled with a toxic substance coated on the Arrowhead, he looked around at his equipment checking he got everything in place and now he was ready, he screamed as loud as he can making enough noise trying to get the Bears attention.

Ito's war scream was heard around the area getting Yang and the Bears attention, when he stopped screaming he looked around his area holds in his spear ready, he stood there waiting for anything to come, the area was quiet the only noise was the cracking of the flames, he looked back and forth hoping to see anything different until he heard a snap, he turned looking at the direction and on cue the bear finally revealed itself is sniffed the air and looked at him.

The two stared at each other waiting for one of them to move, the bear looked down seeing the fire for knowing that Ito is going to use it, the bear growled at him although he flinched back he showed no fear, he screamed towards the bear showing that he's no longer scared of it, the bear fully accepting this challenge stand up on his hind legs in his full height, showing that ito was only half the bear size, the bear roared at him trying to intimidate him but like before he didn't run away, he clinched Spear and immediately throw it towards the bear stomach, taken back the bear looked down seen the spear on its stomach, the bear grabbed the spear and yanked it out, it turned looking at the hunter but he was running towards the bear except this time on the side trying to stab it with another spear, the bear dodged it, it swing It's mighty paw at Ito he uses spear to block it although the spear broke the impact push him a few yards, the bear began to run towards him, he got up pulled out another spear they didn't have time to use it, he moved away hoping the bear doesn't catch him as he tried his best to get get up, he's starting noticing the bear is moving him away from the fire.

He sprinted towards the fire but the bear quickly moved towards his Direction, trying to swipe him away blocking the passage towards the fire, Ito grew frustrated knowing that the bear will try anything to keep him away from the fire, but this does not bother him for knowing that this may be his last moment in this world, but if he's going to die he's taking the bear with him, he squat down picking up a handful of dirt on his hand, he sprinted towards the bear again this time the bear began to run towards him as well, they were almost close to a collision but he throw the dirt on the bear's face directly on the Bear's eye blinding it, the bear roared in pain it uses Paws to wipe the Dirt away this gave enough time for Ito to run towards the fire.

The bear finally wiped the dirt out of his eyes and turn noticing the hunter running towards the fire, the bear immediately began charging towards the Hunter, as ito finally arrived grabbing the torch when he turned around he saw the bear was charging towards him, he didn't have time to dodge so on instinct he swing the flaming torch towards the bear burning the side of the creature, the bear roaring in pain and it's Panic the bear began running around thinking it's fur was on fire, but because of this the bear accidentally pushed ito took away making him slip the torch away.

"AH DAMN IT!"

He pulled out his last spear the one that has been coated with the poison, he looked at the bear seeing it thrashed around in a panic, he took the opportunity to return to the torch picking it up and holding his spear, he immediately began running towards the bear which the bear stopped and turned seeing him running towards it, Ito finally stabbed the bear on the side although the bear skin was thick he noticed blood start pouring out meaning it has pierced into its body, the bear screamed in pain and it began thrashing around but Ito was using the fire to scare the bear, and he pushed the spear even further which got the bear to scream in pain, the creature swing its paw finally hitting Ito launching him away, he flew a couple of feet only stopping when he hit a side of a tree.

Yang ran trying to find ito hoping he's ok, as she ran she stopped noticing a familiar noise she froze in fear knowing at what it is, she ran towards a hiding spot hoping the bear doesn't find her, she began to breath heavily getting more scared hearing the bear getting closer, she place her hand on her mouth forcing her not to make any noise. The bear stopped then began to sniff the air, this made yang Panic knowing that the bear will pick up her scent, she needs to act quick before the bear catch her, she looked around trying to find anything that can get the Bear's attention, she looked down noticing a big rock she picked it up and throw it as far as she can, this immediately got the Bear's attention which instantly run towards the noise, when the bear was gone yang continued running in the opposite direction.

When Yang was running she heard a yell and it wasn't from the bear instantly knowing who it was, she began a running even faster hoping she's not too. Ito groans in pain feeling his bones broken, he looked at his side noticing that he began bleeding he looked at the tree that he hit, noticing a small broken branch leaking out blood, he groans in pain trying to get back on his feet but couldn't, all he can do is just sit next to a tree, he turned his head looking at the torch seeing the Flames of the torch starting to dim and then faded away, his shoulders went down well knowing that this may be it, he pulled out his knife the last remaining weapon he has he turned looking at the bear which it was looking straight at him growling.

"Although I may die first, at least i fully knowing that you will die as well with the poison in your veins. So what are you waiting for you giant beast, finish the fucking job."

He slowly raised his knife showing the bear he is not giving up, the bear roared at him and immediately began charging towards him, Ito was no longer in fear nor scared of death he accepted knowing that Yang is safe knowing, she has a full life ahead and hoping that she will find her sister one day, he closed his eyes accepting the outcome until he heard a voice, no a yell he opened the eyes knowing that wasn't in his head he turned looking at the direction where the noise came from, seeing yang running towards him he wants to yell but couldn't. Yang began to run as fast as she can see in the bear running towards Ito as well, as she run she immediately noticed how bad Ito was hurt seeing the blood on his side, this force her to run even faster she can, at first Yang thought she can push the bear away but knowing the bear is heavier it won't do anything if she did that, so she run towards Ito hoping to push him away from the attack.

Yang jumped towards ito pushing him away from the bear but the Bear open its mouth but did caught something, and it was Yang's leg, the bear was surprised by the sudden appearance but it didn't cared, it dragged Yang away ito turned his head in horror seeing yang screaming in pain, feeling the bear teeth piercing her leg the more the animal drag get around, she grabbed a near by rock hitting the bear on the face, the bear finally let go but it turns its direction towards Yang's wrist, she screams even more feeling the pain rising then her leg, on Instinct she punch the animal getting the bear to flinch feel a strong impact from her punch, the bear began to drag her around getting her to stop punch but when the bear stop yang keep punch.

She kept punching the bear over over and over to a point the bear felt one of its bones break, the bear's eyes widen fully understanding how strong yang is, the bear drag her around again and slam its paw on yang arm trapping her, she tried to escape but the pressure from the bear was not making it impossible for her to be free, she screams again not only from her arm in the bear's mouth but feeling the weight of the bear squishing her other arm.

Ito yelled trying to get the bear attention but it was focusing on yang, ito grinds his teeth feeling the pain in his body as he tried to get up, but when saw the bear putting its paw on yang arm trapping her, his eyes widen fully knowing the bear is going rip her arms, he clinched his knife and seeing yang screaming with no hesitation he immediately began running towards the bear, he jump on the bear stabbing the bears next.

The bear stopped feeling an unbelievable amount of pain finally letting go of Yang's arms, as the bear moved away Yang grabbed her damage arm trying her best to stop the bleeding, she turned seeing Ito on top of the bear repeatedly stabbing it like a bull rider, the bear thrashed around trying to get the hunter to let go but Ito was holding on tight like a tick and kept stabbing the bear over and over and over again, the bear began to get desperate immediately hitting the trees trying its best to get the Hunts to let go so much that a few trees broke during the impact, but Ito was still holding on with no luck the bear use his final solution it stand up in it's full height and immediately fall back hitting the ground putting its entire weight on Ito.

The whole area went quiet the bear was not moving at first she thought ito finally did it, but the bear began to move finally standing up and it's four legs revealing Ito on the ground bloodied damage and a broken bone sticking out, he was barely breathing but he was still holding his knife, the bear walked towards him sniffing him checking him he's still alive but hearing him breathe, the bear immediately knows he's not dead the Bear open its mouth about to finish him off, but it stopped when it notice a bright light, the bear Turned and out of nowhere it was punch but this punch was strong enough to push it, the bear was stunned as it tried it best to get up and look what hit it.

Yang's hair was glowing showing the bright flames she was crying, Ito with his last remaining strength turn his head seeing her, she clinched her fist no longer caring about any weapons around her, with a flash she noticed something she hasn't seen, the bear faded into a black bear with bone armor but returned back into a normal bear, but she didn't care right now with the burst of speed she began running, the bear got up standing on its hind legs, roaring trying to intimidate her but it did nothing she kept running, the bear swing its arm trying to hit yang but she dodged giving the bear a strong punch this time hearing a large crunch, the Bears screamed in pain as swing around trying to hit Yang but Yang was dodging every attack like a professional fighter.

The bear roared in frustration swing its paws around hitting yang a couple of times getting her loss her Palance, the bear took the opportunity to charge pushing her towards the ground trying to use the same tactic like before, but yang rolled away getting back on her feet but the bear charge again biting her hip and pushing her towards a tree, she yelled in pain she kept punching the bear trying to get it to let go, but it bit hard to a point she felt the teeth touching her bone, she screams grabbing the mouth of the bear and forcing it to open the mouth.

The bear was shocked see the human actually opening its mouth, the bear try to thrash around getting yang to lose her grip, the bear bit yang thigh even hard to a point she felt a bone break, she screamed loud her hair becoming bright and fiery, she swing her fist hitting the Bear so hard forcing the bear to let go, she looked at her thigh checking if she's okay noticing blood began to pour out, but the bear did not stop with a burst rage the bear launched itself towards Yang again this time pushing her through the tree.

They both hit the ground the bear tried to claw Yang who was down on the ground, but she kicked the bear pushing it back as she got up she ran toward the bear punching it with heavy attacks, but the bear as well keep attacking Yang hitting her as well, the bear run towards Yang trying to bite her but yang Dodge the attack, then she noticed the stab wounds on the neck and began to Target the wounded area, when she deliver a devastating punch on that area her hand went through the open Gap, her hand was inside feeling the inside of the bear, the animal eyes widen instant feeling pain in its neck, with all it might the bear swing its claws hitting yang so hard that it launched her through a tree.

When Yang hit the ground she tried to get up but suddenly felt an urge of pain in her entire body, she collapsed back on the ground realizing her adrenaline has finally stopped, she looked at her hands noticing she was covered in blood not only from the Bear's blood but hers as well, she slowly tried her best to get up but she began to panick when she heard the bear began to walk towards her, she turned looking at the bear which was just standing there staring at her, she was scared worried that this may be it for, with all her might she couldn't stop the bear then she started to noticed something, the bear began to tremble and then out of nowhere, she noticed a lot of saliva began to pour out of its mouth and then out of nowhere it vomited, Yang was a bit confused wondering what is happening, the bear began to walk towards yang but it was growing weaker and weaker, then it collapsed only a couple feet away from her, she looked at the bear seeing the eyes of the creature no longer seeing them in a monstrous look, but in a scared and worried look.

The bear groans in pain giving Yang a merciful look, she slowly began to crawl towards the down bear slowly placing her hand on the bear head, she can feel the Bear's body shaking she immediately noticed that the saliva began to pour out even more, the bear gave one last grown before the body immediately stopped shaking, but for some reason Yang felt different she felt like something was supposed to happen but nothing did, she thought the creature was about to fade away but she doesn't know why, she looked at the dead animal coming to a realization this bear was just an animal not a monster, it was trying to survive then out of nowhere she heard another noise, it was another bear noise. Yang grew a little bit worried but at the same time no longer scared, she saw the silhouette of the incoming bear but when the bear finally reveal itself it wasn't an adult bear but instead it was a cub.

A small animal run toward the dead bear the small cub tried to wake the dead animal but it didn't it, even growled and made noises to get the big bear to wake up but nothing did, the Little Cub stared at its parent slowly come to a realization it's not going to wake up, the small cub roared making small weeping noise then it turned looking yang, which instantly growl at her and run away fading away into the darkness.

"What have I done."

She whispered processing everything that happened during today, then she instantly realized she turned her head slowly getting up and limped towards ito body hoping he's okay, as she finally arrived he was barely breathing, she sat down lifted his head but she already knows that he's not going to make it, he turned looking at her giving her a calm smile happy that she's okay, tears began to pour out of her eyes knowing that this is going to be a little lost time seeing each other.

"Ito please don't go."

"Its ok, I had a good life but now, its time for the baby bird to leave the nest, go go find your sister."

"No I can't, I can't do this alone, I'm I'm scared. Ito please don't go please."

"You're not alone we will always be there for you, even if we're not there physically, you are stronger than you think, and I have to thank you for giving me a chance to be a father again."

Ito body goes limped yang looks at the man asking him to wake up but no response, yang screams yelling at him to wake up like before no response, she cries louder hugging ito's lifeless body not caring if any animal or anyone sees her like this, her yells of frustration got her hair to become flame brighter than before, she cried for hours until she heard a familiar noise, she looked up at a tree branch seeing the same raven who was following her, the raven flew down toward yang looking at her not showing any fear of the flaming hair.

She looked at the raven remembering her dream and remembering she has a goal, even though she has to do this alone, she looks at ito's body noticing he was still holding his knife she grabbed his knife looking at it, noticing that this knife was very different from the others it wasn't obsidian, when she looked closely it's a lot of rougher, her eyes widen fully understand what this is.

"Metal, this is metal how did he find it?"

She looked at his body smiling his last gift before he passed, she looked at her body immediately noticed that her clothes were badly torn, she looked around trying to find any deer that she can use to make a new one, but all she found was the Dead bear, she took a deep breath and walk towards the dead animal, the next day when morning finally arrived Yang buried Ito in a pile of rocks and placing flowers around his grave, now she was wearing the skin of the bear and using the Bears fur as the cloak almost similar to her sister, and using the head of the bear as a hood but not only that she's wearing the same necklace that belongs to Ito, she's stared at the grave for a while saying her final goodbyes to him.

When she finish she placing her new knife in her sheath but it wasn't the only weapon she has now, she cut the bear claws and wrap them around her fist using them as almost like Spike knuckles, she doesn't know why but she felt more comfortable using these type of weapons rather than using Spears and arrows, when she was finally done. She stared at the distance taking a deep breath knowing that she has a mission and she's not alone actually, the Raven landed on her shoulder reminding her that no matter where she is, the Raven will always follow her, she smiles towards the bird then began her journey.

She walked for miles losting track how long she traveled, as she continued she seen many valleys, mountains, rivers and lakes but she is very determined to find her sister, as she continued night time has finally arrived at first she was going to make a campfire, until she noticed something. She squinted her eyes noticing the lights from the distance, throughout her journey she knows that these places don't have technology, so they must be fire that's when she realized that she's staring at a village, she smiled finally found sanctuary for a bit actually, she turned her head noticing a large Forest.

"Man after a long walk i finally found a village, I was starting to think they don't have Villages here, should probably check it out."

As Yang was about to walk she stopped when she heard the Raven began to make noises meaning she's not alone, then she heard noises behind her, she drop her torch on the ground then she clinch her fist, she dodged the attack see her attacker, although the torch was giving her light the creature was moving really fast like a living shadow, she pretty sure she saw what looks like to be black Puma or some what of a large cat, she raised her fist ready to fight the animal, she looked all over the place checking her surroundings.

"Here kitty kitty kitty, I know you want to play but let me warn you, I fought against a bear pick your fights carefully."

She was about to continue talking until she stopped seeing the creature glowing eyes, but what shocked her the most the animal began to stand up right, Yang saw the silhouette not resembling a giant cat but a person, the mysterious figure began walking towards Yang, she was still using the fire to see and when the creature revealed itself, it was a girl somewhere around her age but this time she has cat ears, she looked down at her hands noticing she's wearing a type of glove with claws attached to the tips.

"Who are you?"
