Step 1: Use 99% of his Chakra to Summon a 2 Toads
Step 2: Have 1 of the Toads summon him back to Mount Myoboku
Step 3: Use the Secret Wellspring that links Mount Myoboku to Konoha
That was how Jiraiya managed to force his way back to Konoha, and it was a struggle to do it with only one of his arms. Still, he had a duty to report what he had learned, and the current situation that he found himself in.
"So... you mean to tell me that..." Tsunade sighed and held a hand to her forehad as she listened to the insane story that Jiraiya had told her. A story that included Naruto practically reviving the Uzumaki clan, no, actually reviving the Uzumaki clan and populating it with hundreds of newborns with special powers. Also, with Naruto deciding that he didn't want to come home, even to the point that he tossed Sasuke's headband out of a bus window. "... what the fuck is a bus."
"A giant metal box, kind of like large construction equipment used in the Land of Waves, gas powered. Moves people from Point A to Point B." Jiraiya looked at Sasuke's headband that Naruto had tossed out of the bus window, he had been there and witnessed it first hand. It wasn't hard for him to put two and two together that Naruto had decided to abandon the village as his home, and make the new world he was in his home instead. "The bigger issue, is that if I managed to force my way back, it might be possible for Akatsuki to force their way to where Naruto is." Jiraiya pointed out.
The other world should have been safe, but if a methoc existed for him to worm his way around the dimensional barrier, then it stood to reason there could be other methods of dimensional travel he wasn't aware of.
"Only 6 months into his training method... he's only been gone for 6 months, and now-"
"Actually, on the other side, it's been a little over 2 years. Naruto has grown a whole lot while training on the other side. Right now, I would honestly say that his skills are around Kakashi's level, if not maybe a little higher." Jiraiya rubbed his nose with a bit of pride. Naruto had a great mastery over the basics of taijutsu now, and his movements were clean and sharp, and they just kept getting better with each passing day. His powerful arsenal of Rasengan-based Ninjutsu was growing, and he had a great mastery over wind chakra to the point he had been able to mix it into the Rasengan.
Tsunade paused and waited for him to speak more.
"So... he's almost 15 now, and he's grown this much?" Tsunade asked.
"The Yuki-onna village has treated him well. They kept him well fed, and they showed him nothing but love and affection. They encouraged him to train his hardest, and it worked, Naruto trained harder than I've ever seen him train. He's even started using Shadow Clones to help him train... and he has been accidentally using them to great effect." Jiraiya was sure that Naruto didn't know the secret of the clones, but the fact was that Naruto was multiplying the experience he was getting during training by hundreds each time he trained. "... Wait... so... only about 6 months has passed since Naruto left the village for our trip?" Jiraiya had lost track of truly how much time had passed.
While all of Naruto's friends were only 6 months older.
The longer Naruto stayed in the other world, the less likely he would have anything he could really return to. His friends would all be much younger than him, to the point he wouldn't really have a person he could return to.
"Yeah, and now you're telling me he doesn't want to return. Can't you force the Toads to reverse summon him?" Tsunade asked him.
Jiraiya crossed his arms and stared at her.
She clicked her teeth.
"Right... the stronger a summon is, the harder it is to summon them. With how much chakra Naruto has, and how strong he's becoming, I doubt any 1 Toad could force Naruto back against his will with a reverse summoning." Tsunade couldn't even summon all of Katsuya's body with his own massive chakra reserves. She doubted that any of the toads could summon Naruto from a different dimension on their own, and Naruto could reject the summons if he really wanted to at that point. "Tell Naruto to come back, he can finish his training in the village." Tsunade ordered.
She bit her lip when she saw Jiraiya frown.
"I'm not going to do that, Naruto doesn't want to come back. This is too good for his training... the more love Naruto has in his heart, the better control he will have over the Kyuubi's chakra. The better he can resist it's hatred. Naruto's truly happy where he is at... still..." Jiraiya tossed a scroll at Tsunade.
It was a Summoning scroll.
Tsunade looked down in shame at Jiraiya's words.
"Pick the 11 people who you think can convince Naruto to come home and have them sign it with their blood... I mailed Naruto a scroll, and he should get it in a few days. When he opens it, it will summon the people you picked. I stored 3 months worth of my chakra into both scrolls. It can summon at most 11 people, but the summon will only last for a little over 3 days. Once those 3 days are up, whoever you picked will be summoned back to Konoha." Jiraiya was of a conflicted mind.
Tsunade was too.
Both of them wanted Naruto to be happy, but both of them wanted Naruto to want to come back home and be in the village. They wanted Naruto to be with them, in their home village. Yet, if Naruto wanted to stay in the other world, they both wanted to respect that decision. Tsunade loved Naruto like a grandson, and she wanted him to one day take the title of Hokage away from her. She wanted to see the day that he fulfilled his dream and was respected by the entire village, who all sang his praises. She also wanted him to be happy in the village where the people already loved and accepted him as one of their own.
"To think that Naruto became as strong as Kakashi so quickly, the Kyuubi's chakra is amazing." Tsunade whispered to herself.
"No, I'm comparing Naruto to Kakashi without that. If Naruto were to use that evil chakra, then he might actually be closer to my level... well... maybe not my level when I go all out. I still have a trick or two up my sleeve." Jiraiya didn't hesitate to toot his own horn. Still, Naruto's growth had been remarkable. "That boy, he might not be a genius like his father, but the rate he grows stronger is far above him... he truly does take after Kushina though, he even has her wind affinity."
"How did you figure that out, you mentioned you told him he had a wind affinity... but how did you test it?" Tsunade asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Because all Uzumaki with strong Uzumaki genes have a wind affinity, and with how much Naruto looks like Kushina, I just guessed he got her affinity to. Heh, sometimes I think the only thing Naruto got from Minato was that ridiciously messy hair of his." Jiraiya laughed at his own joke. He could swear that he saw more of Kushina in her son than Minato at any given time. "He even inheritted her idiot nature. He hasn't even figured out he's the father to hundreds of babies." Jiraiya laughed.
Tsunade didn't find that funny.
"Speaking of his kids... wouldn't it just be better to relocate all of them and their mothers into the village."
"You don't want them in the village, trust me. The Yuki-Onna are volatile, hard to predict, and wouldn't hesitate to murder somebody for looking at them the wrong way. Yuki-onna with Naruto's blood and an Uzumaki temper would spell disaster for the village. Can you imagine hundreds of angry Narutos with ice bloodlines that don't require chakra to use?" Jiraiya deadpanned. It would be safer for everyone involved if the kids just stayed in the world they were born in, or else risking a civil war in Konoha when the Uzuamki kids banded together to start some kind of civil war because somebody threw away their ramen.
Uzumaki had horrible tempers, and that was not a great trait for the emotionally unstable Yuki-onna to potentially possess.
There would be random ice related deaths all over Konoha for the most random of reasons.
"11 people, remember that. If you fail to convince him with 11 people close to him, then that is it. Leave him alone... also... lets see... how much time do I have left until..." Jiraiya had been keeping a mental count of the seconds since he had been in this world. "... Okay... I have about... 45 seconds left until I get summoned back to the other world... okay..." Jiraiya wondered what else he could say in those ever decreasing amount of seconds.
He told the toad he summoned to summon him back using the chakra he prepared for the toad after a very exact amount of time had passed, and he even calculated how much time that would be for him on this side of the dimensional barrier. His statement of seconds got Tsunade standing up and approaching him.
Her breasts wobbled in their braless confines.
He grinned.
-In the Other Dimension-
*Poof*
"Gaaaaaaah!" Jiraiya was sent flying as the momentum from getting punched carried over to him getting summoned, and he slammed right into an ice building with enough force to shatter it. The toad that summoned him was alarmed and desummoned itself back to it's home. "... Fuck... okay... so it was 49 seconds, not 45... I was off by 4 seconds." Jiraiya had hoped he could cop a feel and be summoned away before he faced the consequences of his actions.
Not the case.
Instead, he groped Tsunade, and instead of being summoned away the second he groped her, she managed to punch him right before he was summoned.
His timing could have been better.
