'Let's see if this system is actually real.' Chad thought with a frown as the first thug neared him and swung a metal pipe at his side, to which he simply reached out & caught his wrist.
Before the thug could process the exchange, Chad's fist came around with a vicious hook that sent teeth flying.
However, what he did not expect was for his attack to send the thug flying through the air, falling onto his friends and sending a few of them falling to the ground as well.
'What? That's a lot more force than I wanted.' He thought as he looked at his fist before leaning back as his danger senses told him to, noting how slowly the thug's movements were before pulling his fist back.
Deciding to use a little less force than before, he lashed out with an uppercut to the thug's chest, but it was still too much as the thug wheezed while spittle & small droplets of blood flew from his lips, Chad frowning as he caught the thug and let him fall softly.
'Okay, so this thing is real because that was too much force.' He thought with a frown as he stood up before blinking as he saw the one besides him too late right before he was greeted by steel crashing into his eyes.
Yet, as he expected the pain to hit, Chad blinked as he felt a slight dull ache touching his face, looking down at the shocked thug before reaching up to grab the pipe in his face.
Gripping it tightly, he hummed as his fingers began to sunk into the pipe before he ripped it from the thug's grasp, ignoring him falling to the ground as he reached up with his other hand before the gang took a step back as he snapped it in half.
"Hmm." He hummed as he dropped the two halves to the ground, looking at them before slowly looking up at the gang.
"Leave or else." He spoke, which seemed to do the trick as the group quickly rushed away, a few picking up their group members that he knocked down before Chad frowned as he turned towards the glaring Reiichi.
"Watch ya back, Sado. Ichigo ain't always gonna be there to protect you."
"Ha! It's more like you all need me to protect you from this guy!" Ichigo spoke with a challenging grin as he patted Sado on the shoulder, who blinked before turning back to Reiichi to see him jogging away.
"The others?" Chad asked as he turned around and was not surprised to see most of the thugs sprawled out on the ground while Yokochini was missing in action, Ichigo snorting as he rolled his shoulders.
"They served as a nice warmup for the day. Let's get going before the others arrive." Ichigo spoke and Chad just gave a thumbs up as they both picked up their school bags and walked away, one humming a tune as they walked around the unconscious people on the ground while the other was deep in thought about his current predicament.

Chad thought with a sigh as he sat in his living room, thankful for the fact that he's already finished all of the homework they had for the day & the next month or else his grades might have dropped with his new obsession.
Well, he wouldn't call it an obsession. More of a curiosity about something that he needed to learn about.
"Wait, that's an obsession, isn't it?" Chad muttered with a sigh as he palmed his face, sitting in silence for a few minutes before shaking his head as he stood up while throwing on his shirt.
If this is indeed true and this…system can give him the capabilities to do things that he has seen Ichigo do, then he needed to truly test it out, because if it can…
He might finally be able to help out his best friend in something that he couldn't before.
'Now that I have the determination to do this…how do I do this?' Chad thought with a frown as he walked through the streets of Karakura, the busy streets now much emptier than they were during the day as the occupants of the day went to sleep and the denizens of the night came out to play.
Nodding at the few groups he passed, Chad knew that he was known around Karakura's gangs for being just as much of a menace as Ichigo as the gangs nodded back, some of them looking a bit wary while the others couldn't bring themselves to look him in the eyes.
'Wait, back to my problem. How exactly am I going to fight a Hollow if I can't see them? Unless…' Chad's thought process trailed off as he looked around, focusing a bit before nodding as he was still able to see the Reiryoku levels of those around him.
Now, however, he focused a bit more while also trying to remember what Rukia had told him about Hollows.
"Their spiritual essence is corrosive, eating away at the ambient reishi in the air while corroding & devouring the reiryoku of any soul that sees them."
'So, if I want to find them, I need to focus on nothing but corrosive energy in the air. …What does corrosive energy even look li-that must be it.' Sado thought with a frown as he caught sight of a name floating in mid-air, with it being completely different than what he was used to.
Instead of being just simply a normal list with the name, age, race & reiryoku, only the race & reiryoku were displayed and the letters were constantly appearing & disappearing over & over again.

'Wait, that's it? Um, yes.' Chad was surprised at how commanding his response sounded before his eyes widened as the numbers & names disappeared to reveal everyone now enveloped by a blueish white aura.
'This is a lot more comfortable than just seeing names & numbers. Also, I can see why Ichigo thought they were demons at first.' Chad thought with wide eyes under his hair as he saw the masked Hollow lumbering past him, its form that of a sickly green gorilla with oversized fists & its head constantly tilted to the side.
However, before he could process his current situation, his eyes widened as the hollow stopped, the beast sniffing at the air before he cursed as it turned to stare at him.
Feeling his danger senses blaring at him to dodge, Chad quickly leapt to the side as the beast roared and spun to face him in the blink of an eye, barely dodging its first attack before lifting his arms in a cross guard & grunting as its left fist smashed into his arms.
As the blow sent him skidding backwards, Chad frowned & shook his arms to get the numbness out of them while the Hollow looked surprised to see him not dead.
"You…can see me, can't you?" The Hollow growled and Chad frowned as he saw the hungry grin on the beast's face, readying himself as the Hollow crouched before charging towards him with a menacing growl.
Raising his fists, Chad ducked under the first swipe at his head before weaving past the second downwards slam, the Hollow surprised as a quick jab combo had it stumbling backwards.
Not giving the beast time to process, Chad lunged forward and ducked under the panicked swing from the Hollow, one arm wrapping around the beast from the front while he ducked under its arm & linked his hands behind its neck.
Flexing his muscles as hard as he could, Chad growled as he pulled his arms away while kicking the side of the Hollow, surprise flooding his body as the beast's arm & head came clean off while the rest of their body fell to the ground.
'…What?' Chad thought as the arm & head dropped to the floor, watching as the limbs & headless body began to disintegrate before frowning as a small orb of light green flames was all that was left of the beast.
Hollow has been defeated! Do you wish to devour their souls?
'What? No.' The thought of doing so sounded morbid to Chad and he watched as the orb's flames turned into a light blue before fading away, but it did not end there as the same blue flames appeared on his entire body.
"Is…is this my spiritual energy?" Chad muttered in awe as he clenched his fists, already feeling the difference in power as the air popped whenever he made a fist before he smirked as he looked up & saw another Hollow nearing him.
Watching as the lion Hollow roared at him, Chad smirked as he raised his fist before charging forward, his own roar escaping his lips as he caught the beast by its head before slamming it onto the ground.
'Time to see just how far I can take this.'
"Hmmmah~!"
"Late night?" Ichigo asked with a smirk as he & Chad sat at their desks, the system user nodding as he continued to eat his bento.
"Homework."
"Yeah, the Maths homework was brutal and especially since we were given the entire semester's work at once while the other classes are still getting us used to the new workload of a high school student." Ichigo grumbled while laying his head down on his desk, to which Chad gave an absentminded nod while staring at the screen in front of him.

He wasn't exactly lying to Ichigo when he said that he was busy with homework as he was simply looking his work over to make sure he did it right.
Other than that, he was up until 11 last night just going around Karakura Town and taking out any Hollow that he found or could sense, which is why both his perception & willpower stats had skyrocketed past the others.
The perception was because of the fact that he not only needed to strain his 'spiritual sense' to find the hollows that tried to hide away, but also because he had to strain every single one of his senses to try & keep up with the Hollows' attacks, especially with the last one that he had fought.
Lifting his fist away, Chad had a slightly proud smirk as he watched the monkey Hollow below him turning to dust, rolling his shoulders to get them loose while rubbing the small bruises on his upper body where the monkey had landed its attacks.
He didn't know what the red aura around the Hollow's fist was, but it had made the Hollow fast enough that he had to tank a few in order to get close and finish the fight with one blow.
'I guess that's enough for tonight. I still need to get back home and finish my homew-!' Chad quickly cut off his thought process as he felt the air behind him shifting, not spinning around fast enough as a painful burn ripped across his back.
A hiss escaped his lips as Chad turned towards where the attack was before frowning as he found nothing behind him, quickly looking around & gritting his teeth as he couldn't feel anything near him.
'Whatever it is, it's fast.' He hadn't even sense anything other than the wind behind him shifting, which said a lot about how fast it was when Chad was able to keep up with the monkey Hollow even with its erratic movements.
Feeling the air shifting behind him once more, Chad growled as he ducked while elbowing behind him, grinning as he felt his elbow hitting someone as well as hearing the person wheeze at the swift counter.
Spinning around while swinging his fist around for a hook, Chad was surprised as the bipedal leopard-like Hollow leaned backwards under the attack while bringing their leg around for a kick, making him quickly abandon his hook to block the kick to his head.
Gripping the beast's feet, Chad growled as he spun before slamming the beast into the ground, not giving it time to recover as he lifted a foot before stomping down on its head.
However, the leopard was just as agile as its living counterparts as it spun around & out of the attack's path, Chad gasping as its clawed foot came around & delivered a row of shallow cuts across his abdomen.
Looking down at the blood leaking from his abdomen as well as the jagged lines that ran across his blood, the world around Chad faded away as his blood boiled, anger finally flooding his body and making the leopard freeze as his head snapped up to reveal a pair of golden eyes glaring at him.
Before the beast could notice, green light enveloped Chad's feet & launched him forward, catching the Hollow by its throat before throwing it high into the sky.
Leaping after the Hollow, Chad would have surprised at how he was able to leap on thin air in rapid succession, but his mind was too occupied by rage as he appeared above the beast, blue flames with streaks of scarlet wrapping around his fists as he raised them high before bringing them down with a bellow.
Rushing after the beast as it was sent barrelling towards the ground, Chad pulled a fist charged with spiritual energy back and as the beast crashed back first into the ground, it didn't have long to live as a super-charged fist came down from above & crashed right through his skull, completely decimating the ground around him.
"Hah…hah…hah…" Chad took deep breaths as he watched the Hollow's form falling apart to dust, falling back onto his ass to rest while holding a hand to his abdomen to stem the bleeding.

Chad just watched as the notifications floated in his face before shaking his head as he stood up, keeping a hand to his abdomen as he slowly made his way back home to where he could finally have a night's rest.
Had he stayed longer, though, he would have noted the man & woman that landed just a minute after he left, both intrigued and confused by the spiritual residue that was left as it did not belong to any of their members.
"This feels like a Hollow's yet not." The beautiful dark-skinned woman spoke while brushing her hair out of her eyes and the middle-aged man next to her hummed in agreement before speaking in a gruff yet regal voice.
"Let's inform Ginjo."
After that leopard Hollow fight, Chad had been on high alert for the rest of the night, but thankfully, the beast didn't have any friends that wanted revenge on him so he was free to take a good night's rest and restore his strength.
However, it appears that his days of surprises had not been over as his head snapped to look at the door as it opened, watching as a slender girl walked into the room along with the teacher, her long magenta hair done up in two pigtails while her magenta-coloured eyes scanned the room.
Watching as her eyes briefly looked to Ichigo, Ruki and Ishida Uryu for some weird reason, Chad knew that she was here for him as the two caught each other's gaze.
"Everyone, this is Dokugamine Riruka, a new exchange student from Naruki City High who has decided to finish her high school year at our school. Be nice and play nice or else, understood?"
"Yes, Ochi-sensei!" The class chorused even as most of their attention were focused on Riruka, to which Misato Ochi nodded her head before turning to the waiting Riruka with a smile.
"Why don't you take a seat next to Orihime & Tatsuki?"
"Okay." Her voice sounded confident yet melodic as she nodded before walking over to where the bubbly Orihime & the reserved Tatsuki were seated near the left middle of the class.
However, he was surprised as Riruka looked at him with a smile before waving, the rest of the class & Ichigo looking just as shocked as Chad was as he slowly waved back.
"…Bud, I think you have an admirer." Ichigo spoke with a smirk while elbowing Chad in the side, who simply looked at his friend before back at the girl to see her sitting down next to a cheerful Orihime.
Ichigo must have mistaken his shock for the girl waving at him and he could see that, but Chad on the other hand was more focused at what he could see.

A/N: Dan-da-dan! And Xcution joins the story! (Like what I did at the start? Oh man, Dandadan can't get out of my head ever since I started with the manga. Maybe, I'll try a Ken Takakura fanfic another time)
Anyway, Chad is growing stronger, had his first fight and now, he makes contact with another fullbringer! Also, some of the terms are written incorrectly on purpose, okay? Just needed to say this so people don't get pissed at me for using the wrong terms & names for stuff.
