This is Avatar: The Last Airbender and Kitchen Nightmares crossover story with Ozai in the role of Gordon Ramsay. That's the story. I don't know what else you want me to say. (Obviously, the story is a bit more than that. It's mostly about Katara and Sokka trying to run a family restaurant and not being very good at it. The Gaang become parents and grow their families and friendships with each other.

Starts at the end of Book 3, Episode 10: Day of the Black Sun and follows the TV series to the end from Zuko's perspective. I've always felt like Aang's firebending training was rushed and cut too short. We also don't get any of the inner turmoil Zuko must be going through with leaving everything behind, so this is my retelling of the second half of season 3.
