After Ultra Magnus, Jazz, and Sentinel had transformed into their alt modes and Lancex had suddenly vanished from seemingly right in front of them and off of the ship, Optimus as well as Sentinel Prime and Ultra Magnus headed off the ship. Once off the ship, the three observed Lancex standing near three unknown bots. Well, unknown to Ultra Magnus and Sentnel, but unfortunately known by Optimus. It was Grimlock and his two other dinobot buddies.
Upon seeing the two unknown bots with Optimus and assuming that the two were competing for Lancex, Grimlock grabbed Lancex and pulled him possessively towards the T-Rex. Lancex let out a soft moan/groan in surprise while Optimus let out a huge sigh as well as a groan. That went over so well, Optimus thought sarcastically. Ultra Magnus and Sentinel Prime just shot each other looks, not sure who these new bots were. But there was still work to be done.
After hearing a cough from the Ultra, Lancex introduced the Dinobots- Grimlock, Snarl, and Swoop. Seeing that Lancex easily handled the large dinobots, Ultra Magnus instructed Lancex to lead on so that they could see for themselves what had occurred.
After a bit of maneuvering, Lancex and Optimus transformed back into their vehicle modes to search and try and locate the pieces of the All Spark as neither Ultra Magnus nor Sentinel Prime believed the story that they had been fed. Sentinel was hoping to make sure Optimus even worse after this whole debacle, as this was just icing on the cake for the arrogant aft who constantly sucked up to the Ultra. Before Lancex could leave, Grimlock grabbed the bot again. So, Optimus was left on his own to search for the pieces with Sentinel Prime and Ultra Magnus.
Inside Lancex's sword, Ryu was not happy, as he didn't care for the dinobot. The fire dragon was fierce protective of Lancex, especially for bots looking to take advantage of the bot. Ryu saw Grimlock and even Optimsu in that manner. For now, Ryu would bide his time. Lancex was finally able to get free and follow well behind the others.
And just after Lancex left, Jazz appeared with Sari and was immediately concerned about the three large dinobots. Bumblebee and Sari introduced everyone. Jazz nodded, hoping things would go well as he still wasn't quite sure about all of this. Captain Fanzone just groaned, if it was one thing he didn't need it was more giant robots.
