Doctor LaRow looked at the two black figures forcibly kneeling before her. The bulkier one glared at her while the slimmer one stared into space as if waiting for something to happen.
"This is your last chance to tell me who sent you and who you are, or else I will have you dismantled and turned into scrap metal," she said, picking up a hand saw and turning it on. "Time is ticking."
The slimmer one finally seemed to take this seriously, turning its eyes toward the doctor and the spinning blade. However, the bulkier one just chuckled, lifting his head and exposing his throat.
"You better make it count then Doctor, you won't have a second chance."
She hated the bulkier one's voice; it was grating and full of malice. She pressed the saw into the machine's neck only to receive an electrical shock. She yelped in pain, dropped the saw, and stepped back. The thinner one jumped forward rolling onto his back using the saw to cut open the chains around his hand.
"Guards!" she yelled out.
But it was too late the slimmer one kicked her into a control panel, surely bruising her ribs with how hard it kicked. She watched as the bulkier one was freed, only one of his eyes was exposed but she could see the dark thoughts turning behind those red digital eyes.
There was a hum in the air as electricity gathered around the other eye, she ducked as a red bolt shot out and hit the control panel behind her.
The two black figures ran off leaving her hunched over in pain in her lab.
"Haha, I knew it would work!" gloated the bulkier one. "Sentry tell us where to go!"
"Down the corridor on your left, then you need to make a right, warning: increase in personnel down the halls."
Static filled his ear after he was given the directions. A smile formed under his black mask, he had been itching for a fight for a while.
"You heard him, we have company." He pulled out his two silver katanas as his cohort pulled out two red katanas.
The two slammed into the imperian guards, their blades making quick work of their enemies, a dance of sparks and red splatters coated the room until they finally reached the first area.
His cohort shook his blade, shaking off the red splatter that coated it.
"We're at the location, Sentry where to now?"
"There should be a panel below you, the duct will lead to the lower levels."
Nodding the two opened up the floor panels and dropped down. With each level, they went further and further until finally they reached a darkened area with only a blue glowing pod in the middle.
"So this is where you have been hiding," he placed his sword back on his back and walked up to it.
He flicked his wrist up exposing two pointed pieces of metal, he circled it he finally found what he could interface to. As he worked on opening up the pod he nodded to his cohort to keep an eye on things.
"I would prefer it if you stopped calling me Sentry, Cryptor."
Cryptor rolled his eyes before responding. "Oh, I am so sorry," he rolled his eyes again. "And what would the princess like to be called?"
"I would prefer Brain." the nindroid said bluntly.
Cryptor finally opened the pod and a white figure dropped onto his shoulders. A static voice filled the air as the white ninja stared at who freed him, his legs wobbly as he tried to stand and back away.
"Cryptor… Mr. E?"
"Just rest, ninja, we have a long trip ahead of us," he said coldly as he punched Zane in the head knocking him out and putting him back on his shoulder. "Let's go before anyone comes down here."
Mr. E nodded and the two ran back to safety.
