An Intense Night – Part 2
Once again, no need for the authors notes on this one right? So let's dive right back into the action shall we?
Sofia couldn't get out of that bar faster after being kicked out for being too drunk.
She burst through the doors in a hurry and stormed off down the street. With her chest swirling around with emotions. That it actually made her feel emotionally worse after seeing Pedro with that girl.
She was trying so hard to hide all of her emotions, and she was doing a really good job.
But from the looks of it, she was in need of a really good cry. But the fact of the matter is, she's not really one to just show her emotions, when it comes to actually having certain feelings for someone.
The atmosphere in the club at the time with an unspoken tension, as Sofia observed the way that the blue jay female was standing in the doorway wearing her alluring outfit.
She stood in an over exaggerated posture, with her butt provocatively thrust out like it was show casing in a fashion show that Martin organised.
Clearly it was a deliberate act by her, a flirtatious invitation by her that was aimed directly at Pedro.
Where Sofia was secretly trying to hold in as much sass and rage as possible. Zara was showing herself off to put herself out there. Mainly to be an attention seeker, to gain Pedro's admiration.
He himself remained completely in the dark, and unaware of the silent battle that had been unfolding in front of him.
Sofia's heart sank deeply, like the titanic going down after crashing into an ice berg. Especially after watching the way Pedro was technically impressed by her dress.
A huge wave of melancholy washed over her, and this only lead her to drinking more. To forget about why she was so angry on the inside.
The playful banter that once filled the air, had been replaced by an unsettling silence. Especially after everything was punctuated by the subtle movements of Zara. Who seemed to revel in the attention she was drawing.
Who was completely oblivious to the storm brewing in Sofia's heart.
The complexity of emotions swirled within Sofia, as she grappled with the realisation that things are going to be even more difficult for her to express her emotions and her feelings for Pedro.
At first, she thought that maybe it would be quite simple just to tell him exactly what was going on in her heart.
How, however, with the reappearance of Zara from Pedro's past. A certain someone that had not only been a good loyal friend to him back in the day. Was also a great associate to him when they worked together.
Not to mention that they were also having a physical relationship on and off every now and then.
All of this alone, cast a long shadow over Sofia's intentions.
The very air that surrounded Sofia as she was stumbling along the narrow winding path seemed charged with the weight of unspoken words.
After leaving the club, the stakes had risen dramatically, and Sofia could sense the urgency of the situation.
With Zara's intentions shrouded in ambiguity, it was clear that Sofia had a formidable challenge ahead of her. The playful ease of their previous interactions had been replaced by a palpable tension, and Sofia knew she had to act swiftly if she hoped to capture Pedro's attention before Zara could weave her charm around him.
The battle for Pedro's heart was not just a matter of affection; it was a test of courage and vulnerability, and Sofia felt the weight of that challenge pressing down on her.
As she steeled herself for the confrontation ahead, she realised that the path to love was fraught with obstacles, and she was determined to navigate them, no matter the cost.
"SOF?!"
Sofia glanced over her shoulder to see that the guy she's has feelings for came running out of the bar to check on her.
And she didn't know why, but her eyes lit up in excitement and her heart skipped a beat. When seeing him show his care for her like this.
"Are you okay? I saw that they just kicked you out of the bar." Pedro smiled at her, noticing that she was stumbling a little hit.
"It's okay. I'm just…You know? Had a little bit 'Too much' to drink." She spoke in a sweet voice with air quotes to make him laugh. And it actually did make him smile at her.
"Haha. So ummm, do you need help getting home?" He kindly offered, continuing to smile at her.
"I mean, sure? But, what about your friend?" The only reason why she asked him this was to test him. And luckily for her…he passed!
"She's a grown adult. I'm pretty sure she can handle being in a club with several strangers she doesn't know." The male cardinal beamed and lifted his arm up like a gentleman. "Come on now girl, I'll take you home."
"Maybe when we get there…" She hinted that she wanted to have sexual relations with him.
"Good thing I brought the condoms with me." He beamed and slapped her on the butt. Making her giggle and blush behind her hand.
"Hmmm, you better save me that energy for the bedroom! Now, I can't wait to…"
BZZZZT BZZZZT! BZZZZZT BZZZZZT!
"Oh, hang on. Hang on!" Pedro whipped out his cell phone and immediately saw a text on his phone. And the text read as follows…
Zara: Where'd you go Pedro? I thought you said we would hang out tonight? You're not gonna leave me all alone, are you? 'Crying emoji'
"Ahhh fuck…" Pedro cursed and slid his phone back in his pocket.
"What's wrong?" Sofia rose an eyebrow in curiosity.
"I mean…I kinda promised Zara that I'd catch up with her. But I can text her back and cancel…"
"You should go…" She sadly replied, shaking Pedro off of her and began walking away from him.
"Are you sure? Cos, I can walk you home?" Pedro still offered to be nice and take her home safely.
But Sofia sensed in his tone of voice that he would rather spend the evening with his friend. Or was that in her head?
"No. You should be with your friend. Besides…You'd probably be bored after fucking me." Sofia sadly replied and walked away from him. "Good night Pedro."
As Pedro watched her walk down the pathway that lead towards where the beach was, he couldn't help but feel like she was mad at him? "Y-Yeah. Night Sof…"
Knowing that she may be in a really bad mood, he thought that it may be best that he didn't go against what she said. And he sighed in defeat, before doing a 180 degree turn. Walking right back into the club to meet Zara.
Leaving Sofia on her own to walk home in the dark of night.
Now Let's See Where Fred May Be…
"Hehehehe! Boy that was fun!" Fred chuckled like a sadistic deranged psychopath. Sliding down a metal bannister, where the stairs lead to a pretty quiet street corner.
After he hopped off of the bannister, he waltzed right through a gap in a fence that lead to a passageway.
It appears that where he was going at this time, must have lead to an area that's closed off from the rest of the city. And must have been old and abandoned for quite a fair few years now.
As he stepped up to a door, he did a pretty elaborate knock like he was sending a signal to someone on the inside.
"Password?" A female voice spoke out from within the room. A voice that hadn't been heard before. So clearly they haven't been around the others before.
"Revenge is sweet…" Fred whispered in a low tone of voice.
"Password accepted!" She replied quietly and slid open the door.
Once the door had fully been opened, you could see a female wearing a black robe so you couldn't see what she looked like. She even wore a balaclava so you wouldn't be able to recognise them.
All you could see was that she had bright green eyes and a yellowish beak and nose.
"I see you have opted to go for the balaclava look? Looks good on you…" Fred narrowed his eyes and smirked at her.
"Bite me Fred!" She snapped in annoyance and turned away from him. "What exactly are you doing here? The next meeting isn't until next week."
"I came here for a favour. And I think you owe me!" He remarked and leaned up against the door with a cocky smile.
"What? The time when I told you that I was having trouble with my best friend flirting with my boyfriend? So you had unprotected sex with her and you dumped her that night to leave us alone? Surely that's a win win situation here?"
"How do you mean?"
"Ughhh…What is it that you want Fred?" She turned around to look at him.
"I need a…certain guy. To be seduced." He slyly asked her, as he went into his pocket. Pulled out a piece of paper. Then slid it over to her.
"What is this?" She narrowed her eyes and picked up the piece of paper.
"This is how much I will pay…"
"WHAT?! Pffft! You haven't got that kind of money! I thought you were broke?" She slid the paper back over to him and was about to walk away.
Thud!
She spun back around and saw that the hybrid man dropped a money clip holding at least $2000 sitting on the table. "Where did you get that kind of money?!"
"I had it laying around the apartment from my commercial dels I used to do. Now, do you want the job or not?" He asked a second time, tapping his hand on the table.
"Oh yes! Very much so. However…I do have a couple of conditions."
"Name them!"
"One…I'm only doing this for you if it's a one time thing! I'm not doing another job for you after this one…" She named the first condition, picking up the clip of money.
"Done!" He adamantly responded with a grin.
"And two…I'm not going to do this if it ends up emotionally damaging someone! My sister was one that I still haven't got over that. So please tell me that you are not only hiring me just so you can emotionally destroy someone?"
For a split second, Fred really had to think about his answer here.
On one side of the argument he could tell her the absolute truth and tell her that he was doing all of this. Everything to make sure he ruined his little brother's life, and take what he believes is rightfully his.
But he knew that if he did tell her the truth, then she wouldn't agree to help him.
So lying to her would be the only plausible solution to his plan.
"Of course not! You think that after such a traumatic event, I'd put you through that again? No chance." He lied like an absolute pro. And it once again showed how sick minded and sadistic he was.
All because he wanted to have sex with the woman his brother was dating? All because she rejected him to be with RDJ?
He truly was a wolf in sheep's clothing!
"That better be the truth! Because it not? You remember what I'd do if…"
"Yeah yeah I remember what you told me! Look, just remember what I asked of you last time. I call you when I need you. Then you do your thing. Then we part ways like it never happened. Sounds simple enough?" Fred beamed with a sadistic grin.
"Simple." She grinned herself and began counting the money.
"Now, I will be awaiting your arrival at the fun fair this weekend." Fred nodded his head and left the premises. Leaving the female macaw alone to count her money, whilst Fred snickered whilst disappearing into the night.
Now Let's Check On Jacqueline…
"Sniff…Why?! W-W-Why is it that he couldn't just be happy?!" The blue female blew her nose into a tissue. Throwing it into the garbage can next to the couch. Along with the others that were either stained in her tears or from where she wiped her nose.
"Hey? Don't feel too guilty about not telling him about this sooner? I mean, he was going to find this out eventually." Lila was doing her level best to console her. But even she was finding it a bit difficult.
Especially since her tears were really heavy from the argument she had with her boyfriend Jose.
"H-H-He is definitely going to leave me now! I mean, who would wanna stay with me and raise a baby?!" She burst into tears again and cried into her hands. "You guys should just go to your room and fuck or something? No need to sit out here and watch a pregnant lady crying her eyes out!"
"Hey! You are my best friend Jacqueline. And I told you that we are sitting here with you didn't I? Now, I will get you the tub of Haagen Dazs that you really like?" He tempted her with a big tub of ice cream.
"Strawberry cheesecake?!" Her eyes lit up in excitement when hearing this.
"You guessed correctly! And, I even got you the salted caramel sauce that you like."
"Isn't that too much sugar for the baby?" Lila mentioned her concern, as RDJ kissed his girlfriend on the forehead.
"She drinks a lot of water during the day. So it balances it all out. Besides, she's had a rough day. She needs a little spoiling from us." RDJ happily replied and put the ice cream down on the table. "Now before you decide to…"
"Mmmmm! Soooo yummy!" Jacqueline didn't even use the spoon to eat the ice cream. She ended up picking up a metal ladle and began eating it out of that.
"Well…I would have suggested a spoon but…"
"BUT WHAT?!" The blue female piped up with ice cream all over her face.
"Nothing!" He rapidly replied to avoid arguing with her.
"That's what I thought!" She grumbled back in response and dig into the ice cream again. "Hmmm, I'm all good now by the way. You guys can have some alone time if you want? I'm just gonna eat my ice cream and listen to music."
"You sure…"
"DAMNIT RDJ! I JUST WANT MY HAAGEN DASZ!" She yelled again at the top of her lungs, before swiftly changing her tone of voice when she realised that she was yelling too loud."Sorry! Sorry…Pregnancy hormones." She laughed nervously again, but soon the laughing turned into emotional tears. And she was back to crying again.
"Ummm, do you want us to stick around? Or…" Lila once again looked like she wanted to console her. But she patted her on the arm.
"No no! I'll be fine. I just need my ice cream and I need to cry it out. I'll let you lovebirds have your time tonight." Jacqueline beamed as the purple eyed macaw girl shrugged her shoulders.
RDJ took hold of his girlfriend's hand, and the two of them left their saddened pregnant friend alone to have some much needed time to herself to think things over.
The blue and gold macaw man escorted his girlfriend into the bedroom and she instantly jumped on the bed back first. Sighing heavily in relaxation after such a busy day.
"Haaaaaa, you have no idea how exhausted I am!" Lila beamed and turned to her side, sticking her thigh up in the air. "Please come lay down with me?"
"Hmmm, so tempting my love! But, don't you want your six month anniversary present first?" He arched an eyebrow in curiosity, as he pulled off his shirt to reveal his muscular physique.
"Oooo mama! Boy do I love that six pack! My man has rock hard abs!" Lila purred seductively, licking her beak whilst being hypnotised by his physique. "Six months? Oh no! Was that day today?! Did I forget?!" She instantly went into panic mode and placed a hand on her chest.
"No no no honey! Honey relax, okay?" He picked up a box and crawled onto the bed, sitting down besides her, as his head was laid up against the wall behind the bed. "I am about a week early. But…because on the day of our anniversary as you know, I'll be meeting a client from outside of the city. So, after this weekend…I have planned a whole day out for us. In a way to, make up for us not being able to spend the anniversary day together."
"I know baby. We already had this discussion months ago. Besides, that weekend I'll be attending my first ever meeting with the owner of the bakery that I recently invested in. So we are both going to be busy that weekend anyway. So the day you've got planned sounds absolutely perfect to me!" Lila beamed as she crawled over to him and sat next to her loving boyfriend. "So? What did you get me?"
"Open it and you'll see." He excitedly awaited her reaction for when she saw what was inside that box.
"Oooh, let's see what it…Huaaaaaa! Ooooh, RDJ!" Once Lila unwrapped the box and opened it up gradually. There inside on a mini velvet layer, laid what appeared to be an Angara 2.6 ct Amethyst Teardrop Pendant. And not just any pendant…but a very rare one indeed!
This pendant alone must have cost him $3000 at the very least!
"Do you like it?" He smiled at her dreamily, rubbing her back in a smooth motion.
"Like it? I love it! Awwww baby! You really didn't have to do this?" Her eyes wept in joy from such a beautiful gift. The fact that it must have cost him a fortune did weigh heavily on her mind. Making her feel really special. As well as feeling quite guilty that her present for him couldn't top this in any way. "It's absolutely beautiful!"
"Matches the sparkle in your beautiful eyes every time I lay my eyes upon you." He romantically replied, kissing her on the forehead. "I was thinking, that we could save it for a special occasion?"
"I couldn't agree more! I will keep it in my motel room in the locked safe. Awwww baby, thank you so much!" She leaned in and passionately kissed him on the beak. Right before departing and rubbed some of her beak stick off of his beak. "That must have cost you an absolute fortune?"
"Price isn't everything Lila. My love for you is priceless. You mean more to me than anything in the world. I love you so much, my beautiful shining Amethyst." He ran his hand through her hair lovingly, caressing the beck of her head in a smooth motion. Gazing deeply into her eyes, as she dreamily gazed back into his eyes lovingly.
"Oh RDJ…"
"Oh Lila…"
Lila placed the pendant in a drawer of the night stand by the bed. Then she laid down on the bed next to her beloved. Who also laid down at the same time, as he wrapped his arms around her in a loving embrace.
"Mmmmm, your arms feel so big and strong. I love how you hold me like this." She purred seductively. As she couldn't help but wiggle her large plump butt into his crotch. As he couldn't help but caress her fairly curvy thighs.
"God you are so sexy! How did I get so lucky?" He whispered in her ear dreamily, as this made her heart melt.
"It wasn't about luck baby. You and I were destined to be together! I honestly couldn't imagine my life without you."
"Really?"
She turned around to where she was glancing at him face to face, with her large breasts pressing up against his muscular chest.
"You are the reason why I am just so happy! I go to bed with you and I'm happy. I wake up next to you, and I am happy. When you're off meeting a business client I can't wait to see you when you get back. You are just…my…"
"Soul mate?" Both of them said this at the very same time. And once they did say this. Both of them held each other even closer. As they pressed their bodies against each other, nuzzling their noses and rubbing each other's backs.
"You really know how to make a girl happy! I love you so much my big strong man!" Lila relaxed and laid her head on his chest, as she listened to the sound of his heart beat.
"And you know how to make a guy feel happy! I love you too, my beautiful sexy girl…" As he whispered that last part. He glanced down to see that his beloved had actually closed her eyes and fallen asleep in his arms. "Good night, my sweet princess…" He kissed her on the forehead lovingly and pulled the covers over them. As he just laid there and watched his girlfriend sleep for a little while. Before he too decided to drift off to sleep, wrapping his arms around her in that same loving embrace.
Now Let's Check On Lillian And Nico…
Since their friends have pretty much been leaving one by one at different times of the night. Nico thought it would only be fitting, if he himself and his girlfriend Lillian left the club also. Meaning that his best friend Pedro would he the only one left with his friend Zara. Who were having a decent catch up after so many years.
So, Lillian recommended that they head down to the beach and relax on the sun beds.
"You know what honey? This was a really good idea!" Nico relaxed on the sun bed, with his beloved laying on top of him. With her head laying on his chest, as he caressed her arms in a smooth motion.
"I did tell you that it was going to be a peaceful time out here, didn't I?" He chuckled and hummed a little tune to himself. Which was just so smooth and sweet, that why girl could listen to it and feel like they were in a trance.
"What's that time you are humming?" Lillian glanced up with a smile.
"Oh, just a little something that me and Pedro have been rehearsing for the opening day of our new club! It's only a work in progress, but I definitely think it will be a hit one day." He replied confidently. "So, how do you think Jacqueline is handling the fact that RDJ's brother spilled the beans to Jose about her being five months pregnant?"
"That was insanely fucked up how he just blurted out that kind of personal information? I mean, he had no right getting involved like that." Lillian groaned and released herself from Nico's grip. Pacing up and down in a line on the sand. "You would have thought that he would keep out of the way. When it hasn't even got anything to do with him!"
Showing her frustration, she picked up a rock and threw it at a tree. But the rock then ricochet off the tree and ended up narrowly missing her head. "JESUD!" She yelled and ducked out of the way.
"Look honey, like it or not, Fred will always be on our case now. And he will stop at nothing to cause as much trouble as he can possibly do. Only thing we can do, is just simply not let him get to us." He gradually made his way up to her and held onto his hands softly, rubbing her hands as she smiled at him dreamily.
"Hmmmm, you know what's strange? Fred hasn't been bothering us for at least five months? Why now all of a sudden, he wants to cause trouble?" Her green eyes were filled with deep concern. Worried that her close friend Lila may be having some severe trouble getting rid of Fred. Especially now that he has returned to leer at her.
"Only Christ The Redeemer knows what's going on in that guy's head! Then again, why should we care what he thinks? Let's just forget about that creepy asshole. And let's focus on what we need to focus on. Besides, don't you and Sofia have a plan tomorrow before we go to the fun fair?"
"I honestly think something is bothering her honey. She's barely said a word to me tonight, and every time I saw her glancing at Pedro, she looked deep in thought! This isn't like her? I'm beginning to worry that…" Before she could continue, he shushed her with his finger and planted a kiss on her forehead lovingly.
"Sofia is one of the strongest women that we know! I'm sure she is going through a new stage in her life right now. And she maybe needs to figure it out."
"Yeah…Maybe she's just under a lot of stress and she doesn't really know how to cope with it?" Lillian suggested with a curious eyebrow raised.
"Yeah. So, let's just try to enjoy what little we have if the evening left. Then tomorrow we can prepare for the fun fair? Sound like a plan?" He asked with a warm grin.
"Sounds good to me handsome! Let's go!"
Oh dear! It appears that Sofia is feeling incredibly lovesick for Pedro's affections. But now with the arrival of a potential love rival in Zara…Things won't be easy for her. Free has already begun his plan to take what he thinks is rightfully his, and even has paid a female a lot of money to seduce someone. I wonder who that would be? Lila received a really expensive and beautiful 6 month anniversary present from her boyfriend RDJ. Which really touched her heart, especially when he spoke in the romantic way that he normally does. And Lillian is beginning to notice that her best friend isn't feeling like her normal self!
