Born to Richard and Mary Parker in New Jersey being Italian on his mother's side, Mike grew up alongside Eddie Brock whose parents worked closely with his, when Mike was eight his parents along with Eddie Brocks died in a plane crash he was then given to his fraternal uncle and aunt Ben and May Parker, Mike was bitten by the spider (which was mutated by Dr Miles Warren) when he was thirteen during a class trip to Oscorps genetic lap ran by Dr Curt Connors and Dr Miles Warren, during the first week of gaining his abilities Mike signs up for a wrestler match against Crusher Hogan and Uncle Ben is killed and he learns 'That With Great Power There Must Also Come Great Responsibility', Mike creates his first Spider-Man suit and web shooters and fights his first supervillain The Chameleon, Mike is hired as a photographer for the Daily Bugle after taking pictures of his fight as Spider-Man with his new suit and web shooters against the Vulture, Mike is also given an internship with Dr Connors along with Gwen Stacy as they work closely with Mike's brother in spirit Eddie Brock, a short while after starting his internship Mike deals with Electro who was a technician for the lab, as Mike and Gwen grow closer in their friendship Shocker is hired to take Spider-Man down, Dr Connors in an attempt to grow back his arm turns himself into The Lizard and Mike fights him as Spider-Man straining his relationship with Gwen and gets him fired from his internship, after the Lizard incident Miles Warren takes over as head of the lab changing the direction to animal experiments and cloning technology, as the criminal underground gets more and more frustrated with Spider-Man leading to the creation of Sandman and Rhino, Doctor Otto Octavius the one who helped create Sandman and Rhino through an accident becomes Doctor Octopus, Mike and Gwen admit their feelings for each other as Mike deals with a new villain Mysterio, as Mike and Gwen's relationship thrives Mike deals with Green Goblin and during one of their encounters Green Goblin drops Gwen off a bridge leading to her death, Mike gives up being Spider-Man after learning that Green Goblin is Norman Osborn father of Mike's best friend Harry Osborn, after Spider-Mans disappearance Warren finds traces of Mike's and Gwen's DNA for his cloning receiving funding from Norman Osborn and Wilson Fisk the Kingpin who have both rented out Wawanakwa to dump their toxic waste they let Warren use the island to dump his failed experiments, after learning of the new season Kingpin gives the producers funding so they stay quiet about where the toxic waste and animals really came from, Mike signs up for Total Drama to get away from the city and maybe win the money for Aunt May, Kingpin hires Kraven the Hunter and tells him about the island and it's unique animals.
The story of Mike's spider journey is extremely similar to Spectacular Spider-Man with some differences to keep it in line with my version.

Episode 1-Bigger Badder Brutal-er: Stays relatively the same except no Chester and when Zoey falls of the log Mike's saves her almost instantly before she has the chance to scream thanks to his spider sense.
Episode 2-Truth or Laser Shark: Stays relatively the same except no Svetlana and Mike seems more cautious about using his superhuman agility not wanting to draw suspicion.
Episode 3-Ice Ice Baby: Stays relatively the same except no Vito and Mike has a much more toned physique and notable scars from his various battles with super villains which he plays off as normal for New Yorkers.
