The red haired Devil was kneeling down on the ground, blood spilling from her mouth as she looked down, seeing a cut from her shoulder to her stomach, her body not able to continue fighting anymore. She looked up and saw an orange haired boy holding a chainsaw looking down at her

"Ah… I see… I was tricked…" the devil thought

Her vision began to blur, she couldn't really hear what the boy was saying, not that it really mattered, it was over for her anyway. But strangely, she didn't feel angry, nor did she feel happy… She actually felt nothing. Mostly confusion as to how that attack managed to get past her contract with the Prime Minister, but other than that, not really any feelings

"Guess this is it… Well, I failed… Goodbye Chainsaw Man… I hope to see you again when I return…"

Those were Makima's last thoughts before she was chopped to bits…

And thus, everything went dark, and she died…

However, Makima felt something weird happening, she wasn't returning to Hell, well, at least not one she knew of. She could tell that because she couldn't feel the grass there was on the ground like when she went there and encountered the Darkness Devil. What she felt was nothing and at the same time something, it wasn't as if she had a body, it was more like a spirit moving around, it was a weird feeling

"What exactly is happening? And how can I think? I shouldn't be able to until I have awoken…"

Those were the thoughts of the Control Devil, not really understanding what was going on, she didn't really have a way to figure it out either, she couldn't move or even open her eyes after all

Somewhere else, a Devil with eyes similar do Makima's stood in hell, staring at a door without really saying much, their figure being completely enveloped in shadows, making it impossible to have it's form described

"It seems your consciousness has been sent to another Hell. I hope that makes you stay safe this time, the world chosen is one where you'll finally be able to have what you always wanted. Stay safe, my dear sister." The Devil then closed its eyes

A small little red headed child was running around a large mansion, she seemed to be searching for someone, even calling for their name

"Ma-chan!" The little girl yelled

She opened various doors trying to find her until she opened the door to the library, seeing a small girl with red hair braided behind her back

"There you are! Ma-chan!"

The so called "Ma-chan" turned towards the little girl, her golden yellow eyes shining a little before her emotionless look turned into a big smile

"Hey, Rias! Nice to see you!"

"I was looking for you! Mommy and daddy said it's time for us to come get dinner!" Rias said as she came closer, trying to see what she was reading "What are you reading anyway?"

"Oh, you know, history and magic theory, the same ol' boring stuff we have to study!" the girl said, closing the book and putting it back in place

"Ah, yes yes. Although, you call them boring but still read them every day." Rias said putting a finger on her chin

"Yeah, I have to study to be a good Devil for the Gremory family. We are nobles after all." The girl said as she walked close to her with both her arms behind her back

"That is true I guess. You are very dedicated sis! That's why you're so cool!" Rias said with a smile, walking alongside her

"Heh! What can I say? I just do my best!" The girl smirked as they walked "And you should too, as my twin you are great as well, it's just how the world works."

"Wow! Really!?" Rias asked making the girl nod "You're so smart sister! You and I are going to show everyone around the might of the Gremory Twins!"

The girl giggled at what her sister said, patting her back

"We sure will!"

The girls kept on walking, coming to the dinner table and starting to eat along with the rest of the Gremory family

"There you are, Makima. We were starting to get worried you were going to stay in the library all day." A woman with brown hair, seemingly the matriarch of the Gremory, said with a smile

"Sorry mommy, got too caught up on my studies again!" Makima said, smiling as she looked at the food in front of her

"It's okay dear, we understand how much you dedicate yourself to your studies. But now, let's eat." The mother said

Makima began to eat, being deep in thought for a little while, recapping her situation for herself to see what exactly she had learned about this new place. Her consciousness fully manifested when she was still a baby, getting to figure out that she had somehow reincarnated in a different version of Hell that she was used to, and apparently also in a noble family thanks to how fancy the entire place looked

During her years as a baby she had come to know her family, there was her father Zeoticus, seeming to be the Duke of the family and current head, her mother Vanelana, the matriarch of the family and also the one who seemed to be able to tell Zeoticus off, Makima had a theory that her mother was actually the most powerful Gremory in their house because of that

And the two main ones for her, her older brother Sirzechs, who was an absolute monster when it came to demonic power, and her twin sister Rias, it turned out that her inclusion into this world came at the same time as another child, however Rias didn't seem to have the same talent for magic as their bother but she had great potential, Makima could feel it

"It's weird, I have kept my memories of my time in the human world but taking into consideration that this Hell is completely different, I doubt the knowledge will help me for now." Makima thought as she ate "There's also the problem of me not being able to act like myself here, children act differently than adults, so I'll have to keep up appearances to avoid people thinking I'm abnormal."

Makima had managed to observe how other children acted in life and in movies, so she was pretty confident she could copy how they acted. She couldn't have people figure out that she was reincarnated into here, that can put her in problem with the higher powers of this world, which she found out are the Great Satans, thanks to the books

"And me figuring out more of how this world works using the disguise of 'studying' is working very well, I understand the basics of magic and how contracts work here. Perhaps I can manage to even regain some similar to the ones I had previously, there does seem to be imposing threats that can attack taking the previous wars into consideration." Makima thought, one of the contracts that would need immediate replacing would be the one with the prime minister, one she could probably do once she got to the human world and started Devil work "And that can happen when I actually get those 'Evil Pieces', apparently at twelve years old me and my sister will be able to go to the human world and make out own teams. That way I'll be able to learn more."

Makima already had a route of action planned, what she needed most was information, both on humans and the other races that seemed to inhabit this world, those included devils, angels, fallen angels, and even gods. But what she liked to focus more was that she actually had a family, she never had this before, and… She actually enjoyed this. Being able to finally experience something that she always wanted was… Great.

"The Gremory family. I like them. They give me lots of hugs." Makima had a little smile on her face

It seems that Makima wasn't going to become a horrific monster this time… Well, she might still be monstrous considering the remains of her previous life inside of her. But well, all that can be done for now, is live and wait until the right moment arrives. But, Makima does have a singular question on her mind…

"If I was reincarnated here… What are the chances that other dead Devils also had their consciousness brought here…"

And here is another story, I thought of this and found that it would be fun, Makima is now sisters with our girl Rias!

Some clarifying here, Makima is not going to be 100% how she is in cannon thanks to the many years of getting actual familial love that she mever got changing her somewhat, however she is still Makima so I'll try my best to keep her in character.

Now, Makima is getting a peerage, so how should I do it? I have two ideas on how to do it, on one I just grab various characters from other animes that I like and translate them into the world of DxD and have them work for Makima, or, and the one I'm more interested in, is grabbing Chainsaw Man characters and translating them to the DxD world, kinda like alternate universe versions of them, and having them work for Makima, that would also mean returns of other DxD villains. Makima's other sisters are planned to appear either way tho.

Also, should I work make the first part of the story Makima exploring the human world and getting her peerage or already jump to the cannon of the show after the kid Makima chapters and have her peerage already built with their backstories and such being revealed in flashbacks?
