In the year 1999, a drunken Gendo didn't get into a barfight. Instead, being spirited away into a land he never should have been to, a chance meeting with a Sagacious Spirit would inevitably intertwine Gensokyo with the outside world just as both were confronted with their greatest shifts yet. Now in 2015, Shinji is summoned to meet his father, just as the world begins to unravel.

Reimu goes to the Tokyo 3 and notices there is a giant monster attacking the city. She defeats the monster but this is only the beginning.
