In the middle of nowhere a battle rages on between two full armoured individuals. As there fight continues on its clear that one of the two has the upper edge, forcing the half red half blue individual to pull out a gold and a silver bottle.

"You won't win Evolt, I'll you show... I'll show you the power of our bond!"

The armoured man placed both of the bottles into belt and started cranking the lever on the side of the belt.

"Rabbit! Dragon! Are you ready?"

"Build Up!"

Suddenly lines appeared from the belt and surrounded him, the white lines infront of him floated around before coming together creating a half suit of gold. Whilst the lines behind him also started floating around before coming together creating a half suit of silver. Suddenly both suits move colliding into the red and blue man creating a new set of armour.

"Best Match!"

"The law of victory is set!"

The glowing man then grabbed the handle on the side of his belt again and started turning it again. Then jumped into the air aiming one of his legs at his foe

"Ready go!"

The other armoured man responded in kind by also turning the handle on his own belt. Then also jumped into the air staring down at the glowing man.

"Ready go! Fever flow!"

"Vortex Attack!"

The glowing man flew forward aiming to kick his foe as the flesh like man went for a punch. As the two closed in on eachother they clashed for a moment before the shining gold and silver man's attack pushed through destroying the flesh mans arm sending him crashing into the ground.

"This is the end!"

"Me defeated by a human? Ha! No I won'd die not in a place like this!"

As the two made contact with the ground a large explosion was created destroying the whole area. As the area was reduced to nothing suddenly two small objects appear and glow slightly before being dragged away into a tear in space time.

XX31, Esuha City 7:30am

Along the busy streets of Japan a young teenage girl walked alone on her phone heading off to school. She scrolled through her phone looking at the newest villain attack on the news and would scoff.

"Seriously it took five hero's to stop one bank robbery? One hero should be more than enough"

She placed her phone into her pocket and kept walking when she suddenly felt a slap on her back. Turning around she saw that it was one of her classmates and glared at him.

"Slap my back again and I'll push you in fromt of a car Sinno"

"Oh come on now Kin you can't be mad at me look at me I'm an Angel."

As to show off his point the wings on his back suddenly lifted up pointing up into the sky. The clear white feathers dazzaling under the light of the sun.

"Haha good joke thanks for reminding me yet again that I can't use my quirk anymore."

Sinno could only scratch the back of his head awkwardly as he had unintentionally brought up a sour topic... again.

"Oh come on you know I didn't mean anything by that."

"Yea you and everyone else in the school." Kin Kagaku only rolled her eyes as her friend tried to apologise as best he can.

"Ugggggh your impossible. But guessing from your reaction you still can't use it huh?"

"Nope 3 months and still no sign of my quirk working."

"You would've thought you'd be back to normal by now." Sinno gave Kin a look of pity seeing something so precious to everyone was taken away from her.

"Don't give me that look or I'll make good on my threat."

"Yesh ok got it! Don't have to be so cold man."

As the two kept walking eventually the two made there way to there high school and walked in together. Eventually the two made it to there class and sat down at there seats.

As more and more students started making there way into the classroom Kagaku grew more irritated by the second. The reason for her anger? Everyone was either giving her looks of pity or disgust and she hated it.

The reason for these looks you may ask? Well that is due to her seemingly losing what the people of this planet refer to as quirks. Quirks are a genetic modification that most people are born with, each quirk is different and special in there own ways. For example one person may be able to lift a car with just there pinky, whilst someone else may have a tv for a head.

"Yea yea keep looking." She scoffed as she thought about what had happened to her.

Several months ago Kagaku was walking home after a seemingly regular day of school, only to be kidnapped before she could get home. She was missing for two weeks before being found in an alleyway, the police found her and immediately rushed her to the hospital. Despite the police questioning her over and over again she was unable to tell anyone what had happened to her during the two weeks she was missing.

What confused everyone however was the fact that she was now unable to use her quirk. Her quirk when she could use it allowed her to see two seconds into the future and no matter what trick or quirk was used she was unable to use it anymore. Eventually she had to go back to school and when everyone found out about her condition well they no longer looked at her the same anymore.

Now they saw her as just some quirkless loser or someone just too pathetic to use the ability she was born with. However whilst she was indeed now as strong as a quirkless person there was one thing that nobody besides herself knew. The one thing she could remember from her two week kidnapping.

"Miss Kagaku please lesson is now in progress please do not doddle into your thoughts." The teacher at the front of the room glared at her as several students started giggling between themselves.

"Ugh yes Gochi-Sensei." She merely rolled her eyes.

As the day went on Kagaku found herself growing more bored by the second the lessons just seemed so... dull now. Eventually the class reached there luanch time and went on a small break.

"Hey look at this."

"A villain attack? Seems like it's a bad one too.."

Looking towards two girls in her class Kagaku raised an eyebrow and decided to take a look at the news herself. Pulling her phone out she glanced at the news and found the attack the two other girls were talking about and froze.

The battle consisted of three heros against one "villain", the heros being Death Arms, Kamui Woods and Mt Lady. But what caught her eye was the villain, to anyone else they'd just assume that the villain had a mutant type quirk, however Kagaku wasn't just anyone anymore.

"Hey Kin want to go grab a-"

"Sorry Sinno busy gotta go."

Suddenly Kagaku grabbed all of her stuff and ran out of the classroom at break neck speeds.

"Oh uh ok well I'm busy too don't worry about me or anything!" Sinno sighed as he heard some of the remaining students in the class mutter about Kin.

Musutafu, Japan 12:35pm

Death Arms is sent flying into a car going straight through and slamming against the side of a building. He feel to one knee and looked up as he saw the scene unfolding.

Kamui Woods was trying to wrap the villain with his quirk, however the villain kept on unleashing a burst of electricity everytime the wood got too close to him. Mt Lady on the other hand had tried stepping on the villain only for the villain to get out of the way everytime and throw a car at her head, causing the gaint to tumble over fall flat into the street.

"Damn this guy is tough." Death Arms manged to get back up and rushed at the villain.

"Your telling me this electricy quirk is annoying to deal with!" Kamui grabbed the remains of the car Death Arms went through and threw them at the villain.

The villain snarled at the heros as he rushed at Death Arms avoiding the pieces of the car being thrown his way. Once the two got close enough then started swinging at each other, Death Arms manged to avoid a few attacks due to him being the better fighter of the two.

The villain on the other hand swung wildly almost as if he didn't know how to fight as was hust some kind of wild animal. However the few hits he did land dealt far more damage to the hero than vice versa.

The two eventually found themselves in a stalemate neither one of them willing to back down. Unfortunately for the hero though this villain had one more trick up his sleeve, with a ear piercing screech the villain's body started glowling light blue until electricity poured out of his body.

Death Arms screamed in pain as the villain forced him down to the ground frying his body, then he grabbed the heros leg picking him up. With a smirk the villain started spinning around until he let go making Death Arms go flying into another building, knocking him unconscious this time.

"Damnit this is bad." Kamui grabbed rubble from all over the area and started throwing it at the villain.

"The heros are falling!"

"Quick someone call for backup!"

The officers around watched as the pro heros got defeated one by one. Many civilians in the area recording the battle.

The villain tried getting closer to the pro hero, but Kamui knew that if he got into close quarters combat he would be deafted eaily.

Snarling the villains looked around and saw the civilians nearby and started running at them his body starting to turn light blue once again. Kamui's eyes widened as he saw where the villains was heading and ran towards him.

"No!" Quickly Kamui wrapped his wood like vines around the villain.

With a loud snal the villains body started unleashing a large ammount of electricity again, the electricity moving along the wood and shocking Kamui's body.

Now being unable to move Kamui had to let go of the villain, only for the villain to grab him and pull the hero closer.

Once Kamui was close enough the beast like villain grabbed him by the face and slammed him into the ground, creating a crack in the heros mask.

"Oh god.."

"Where are the other heros?!"

"He's going to kill them!"

Everyone watching the scene unfold screamed trying to get the attention of any nearby heros to come and help.

Letting go of the heros face the villain then turned towards the civilians again roaring at them. His body began glowing again as he rushed at them.

Many people started running in fear many falling to the ground due to how frantic everyone was acting. A small boy was pushed and left behing by everyone else.

"M-mommy?" The boys eyes started to tear up as a shadow loomed behind him.

Turning around slowly the boy saw the villain towering over him, his body glowing as he snarled at the boy. The child screamed and started crying terrified of this man.

"M-mommy h-h-heeelp!" The child closed his eyes and raised hus arms above his head.

The villain clenched his hand into a fist and swung down at the boy... only to be met with a punch sending him flying back.

"Hey kid you ok?"

"H-huh?" With tears still running down his face thr boy lowered his arms and opened his eyes looking at the person who saved him.

What he saw definitely suprused him as it wasnt any of the heros who had been fighting the villain previously. No instead now the one standing infornt of him seemed to be a slim figure wearing a full suit of armour around there body.

There torso seemed to consist of a some kind of radioactive symbol with some kind of material and an animal on two of the trangles whilst the third consisted of a combination of the two. There body seemed to have three main colours the left side of there body seemed to be a shiny gold, whilst there right was a deep maroon, there chest being a combination of the two.

The other notable features this person had was a strange belt on there waist with two bottles inside of it and buttons all around the side of it. And there head which was split between the two main colours and two gaint images over there eyes one looking like a stack of gold whilst the other looked like a scorpin.

"Y-yes I'm ok he didn't mange to-"

"Thats good now get back and find your family I'll take care of this."

The boy nodded as he got back up and ran towards his mother who was in the now frozing crowd looking at this newcomer.

"Now then to take care lf you."

The new figure stared down at the villain as he started rushing at them. Once the vilasin got close enough the masked fighter ducked underneath a punch and returned the favor by punching the villain in the chest forcing them back a little.

With a mighty roar the villains body once again started glowling.

"Sorry but i don't have time to be fancy." The masked figure then pressed a button on the left side of there belt.

"Danger Zone! Ready Go!"

The masked figher then jumped into the air as a black like liquid surrounded there right leg.

"Venomous Demolition!"

"Ha!"

The masked fighters body then shot off towards the villain. With a growl the villain unleashed all the electricity from his body trying to fry the masked warrior.

However with very little effort the masked figher overwarer the surge of electricity and continued forward slamming there foot into the villans chest kicking him into the ground.

The villains body started cackling as electricity pured out his body. The masked warrior jumped back now facing the civilians until the villains body exploded causing several windows around them to crack and blow away.

Everyone covered there eyes as the explosion caused a lot of ash to come up. Once they were able to look forward again they saw a strange bottle come flying out of the explosion and was caught by the masked fighter.

"...You seem familiar." The masked fighter looked the bottle over.

"Hey what do you think your doing?!"

Looking over there shoulder the masked fighter saw that Death Arms had now gotten back up and was heading towards them.

"That was damgerous that explosion couldve hurt the civilians what were you thinking?!"

"I got the job done don't complain whilst you was taking a nap."

"Excuse you?! Who do you think you are?!"

The fighter turned there back to Death Arms slowly walking away.

"Me? I think I'm Kamen Rider Chem."

"Kamen Rider I've never heard of a hero with that name." Death Arms eyed the Rider as they continued walking away.

"Didn't say I was a hero." Before Death Arms or anyone else could react a cloud of smoke surrounded Chem's body.

"Hey wait!" Death Arms rushed forwards trying to grab the vigilante but by the time he reached the smoke they had already disappeared.

"Wait they aren't a new hero?"

"Do you think it's a new vigilante?"

"At this time of day? No way they'd never come out now."

As the civilians talked amoungest each other and shared the videos of the fight onlien the highest ranking officer on the scene could only sigh and grit hus teeth.

"Great a new vigilante? Ugh the paperwork is going to be nightmare today huh?"

Esuha City 3:00pm

As the bell started ringing the students in the class started packing there stuff away and chated amongst themselves. Most of the conversations consisted of the battle which had talen place earlier in the day.

"Hey did you see that villain attack?"

"You kidding it was all over the news of course I saw it."

"Can't belive the hero's couldn't stop that villain guess they were weaker than i thought."

"But what about that new guy? Chum or something like that?"

"Idoit if you saw the video you'd know they called themself Kamen Rider Chem."

"Weird name for a hero don't you think?"

"Eh I've heard worse."

As the class walked out Kagaku rolled her eyes until Sinno walked up to her again.

"Hey Kin so what do you think about that recent fight?"

"You mean the one where all the heros failed to stop one villain?"

Sinno could only sigh at this repeonse, of course the only thing she thought about was how the heros were acting like idiots.

"Yea sure that one but I wanted to ask you about the new guy who shower up, you ever seen him before?"

Kagaku froze for a second before smiling at her friend a smile he hasnt seen for quite awhile.

"Oh i havent seen them before but trust me i have a feeling that there going to be doing some big things in the future."

With that Kin walked faster leaving Sinno behind as she started heading home.

"Oh uh ok then.." Scratching the back lf his head awkwardly Sinno started making his way to his house too.

As she contiue down the road Kagaku only soghed as she took her bag off of her back and opened it.

"Your related somehow and whilst i don't know how just yet. Trust me I'll find out real soon."

As she says this she looked down at the large white bottole in her bag her wyes glazing over it before zipping her bag up again placing it back on her back and continuing her wak home.

Hey so I'm trying something out hopefully you guys like this. I originally was going to do an isejai type stpry but decied on more of a crossover type of story.
