After her mission on planet ZDR, Samus learned she was not of this universe. Unable to resist learning the origins of her parents, Samus travels to a Chozo research facility dedicated to finding Samus's universe. They succeeded. What awaits her is a world of magic (despite what its people call it) and monsters. However, even in a new world, this bounty hunter can never quite rest.

As Samus coasts through space after the events of Metroid Prime 3: Corruption she is sent a S.O.S message by an unknown Federation base. She accepts it, only to discovery a fight against both old and new foes. Will she once again come out on top, will this be her last mission?
