The girls' evening continued , with laughter , conversation and the occasional temptation to go shopping . Natalia , Mikhaila , Irina and Ivanna had a great time . But time flies and it's almost late , so it's time to go home . On the way to the nearest subway station leading to their neighborhood , Mikhaila was intrigued by a church standing next to her . The young girl stopped and looked at the building , thinking she'd passed through here years ago . She ate a sweet she had bought a few minutes earlier .
Mikhaila : Hey , this place looks familiar...
Her friends are stopping too .
Ivanna : What is it this time , Mika ?
Mkihaila : I feel like I've been here before .
Ivanna : What ? This church ? Are you sure ?
Mikhaila : I'm 100% sure .
Natalia also observed the church without a word . An idea came to her , maybe she'll find inspiration for her drawings . Then she turned to her friends .
Natalia : Why don't we go inside and have a look ?
Ivanna : Huh ?! We shouldn't-
Mikhaila : Yes, let's go inside !
All three pairs of eyes turned to Irina .
Irina : I...am coming with you...I don't want to go back home alone...
Ivanna let out a sigh .
Ivanna : You know what ? Me either...
The four girls enter the church .
Ivanna : Oh wow !
The building wasn't huge , but inside , the walls were filled with religious works , a feast for Natalia's art-loving eyes . A few people were there before her , praying before leaving . A mass seemed to have taken place . When the people had left , Natalia sat down , took out her sketchbook and a pencil and began to draw while the others explored the church , looking at the corners and the paintings on the walls . During the visit , a memory resurfaces in Mikhaila's mind : she remembers seeing photos of herself as a baby on the day of her baptism .
Mikhaila : Ah , now I remember . This is where I was baptized as a baby .
Irina : Really ?
