Chapter 6 Be a man
Morning soon came but Angel dust was sleeping far apart from the other Troops to keep up with his disguise as a intersexed male and also he can tell how pissed they are as he slept in his sleeping bag with Collin sleeping to the side until Striker twirled his wings until he started jumping up and down like a alarm clock as Angel moaned sitting up dazed in his sleeping bag dazed faced as Striker got in his face "Wake waky prince charming! Come on hup hup to it!" Soured Striker as the spider sinner just groaned and laid down, but Striker just pulled off the sleeping back revealing he was just dressed in shorts and a crop top as he groaned again annoyed at loosing his comfort as he tried to look for his sleeping bag as he stretched "Get your cloths on and get ready! Got breakfast good and ready!" Said Striker as he sat on his lap holding up a bowl of porridge with two eggs and a strip of baccon looking like a smily face "Ooh looks yummy" said Collin about to take a bite of eggs but Striker used his rattling tale "Hold it I made one for you vegan style but this is for Angel he needs the strength" said Striker.
"Am I late?" Asked Angel dust rubbing the sleep from his eyes annoyed as Striker stuffed Angel dusts mouth full of porridge "No time to gale, remember its your first day of training so listen to your teacher and no fighting, play nice with the other kids unless of course the other kids want to fight then you got to kick the other kids butt" said Strike "*Muffled* but I dont wanna fight the other kid" he said muffled "Dont talk with your mouth full mister, now show your war face" said Striker as Angel dust looked up with his mouth puffed out like a cute chipmunk "Ooh I think fluffy just rolled away for cover, come on scare me!" He said as Angel dust swallowed his food and let out a fierce growl as he fell off "Yeah that's my boy!" Said Striker as Angel dust fixed his hair and got dressed to bind his chest and hid his masculinity as Cassiopia peeked in neighing "What do you mean he's late?" Asked Striker "Crap! Not good" he said finishing up as he ran out tripping a bit as Striker grabbed his sword "Wait wait you forget your sword!" Yelled Striker as Collin flew over as he smiled sniffling "My little baby boy off to destroy people" said Striker proud of Angel stepping forward.
Meanwhile in the camp the soldiers were up and joking around with each other as Neito was trying to gain order in the chaos "Order! People order!" He shouted as there were snickering "I'd like a pan-fried noodle" said Moxxie "Ramen with extra beaf and a side of veggies" said Frizzaroli as the other troops began to snicker as they all loved to make fun of the yellow imp "That's not funny!" He demanded pissed as Blitzo and the other two saw "James" walking to him "Looks like our new freind slept in this morning" said Frizzaroli as Angel dust walked between Blitzo, Frizzaroli and Moxie "Hello James are you hungry?" Asked Blitzo confusing Angel dust "a little?" He said "Yeah cause I owe you a knuckle sandwich" he said firmly as he was about to punch A panicking Angel dust but Alastor gave a sharp whistle as that got everyones attention as they all stood near a pole as the soldiers stood in a straight line "You will assemble swiftly and silently every morning *Martches in front of them* anyone who does otherwise will answer to me" said Alastor taking off his coat revealing dark tanned skin with black marks here and there holding a bow and arrow
"Ooh pretty boy think he is a big show off" said Blitzo rolling his eyes as Alastors green eyes looked at him "Blitzo" he said pointing the bow and arrow at him as the group moved back as he yelped "Hay it was a joke man!" He yelled as he cowered down from the aim as Alastor shot the air into the air as it hit the top pf a pole as the windigo smirked "Thank you for volunteering *Puts the arrows and bow down* retrieve the arrow" he said as Blitzo got up acting all cool "I'll retrieve that arrow pretty boy and I'll keep my shirt on" he snapped annoyed at the smug sinner as he approached the pole and was about to climb. "Hold on a moment, you seem to be missing something" said Alastor as Neito holds a case as ALastor opens it and reveals two heavy golden disks as Alastor ties them onto Blitzos arms "This represents Discipline and this represents strength *Cue Blitzo falling due to the weight* you need both to reach the arrow" he said as Blitzo was concerned as he looks at the arrow on top of the post as the slender imp jumps and begins to climb, but notices he was slipping as he tried to use his fangs but he slipped on the ground.
Frizzaroli was needed and was warned to not use his stretchy legs to cheat but he got bonked on the head by the post as he fell on the ground.
Moxxie fell next as the post hopped off the ground a bit and back to where it was as Poor Angel Dust fell on his behind rubbing his behind as Alastor exasparated sighed "We have a long way to go" he said as he then tossed rods out to the soldiers as Angel Dust raised his hand to grab one but Blitzo grabbed his and used it under his legs as he fell as he tossed the rod onto the grown as he glared at him.
Alastor; Lets get down to buisness *With expertise, he tossed up the pots and hit them destroying them as the troops watched in awe
To defeat the lovcraftians *"Hua" the troops held out there staffs ready to to practice*
Did they send me daughters *Blitzo smirked as he dropped a bug brown the back of Angel dusts armor making him cringe as he tried to get it out he swung the staff knocking down all the troops as Striker and Collin watched as Striker groaned face palming at that*
When I asked for sons your the saddest bunch *with a summersault in the air he landed next to Angel dust as the poor spider yelped as he hit him in the stomach with the pole as his sharp eyes looked at the spider* I ever met but you can bet before we're through, mister I'll *with that Alastor grabbed the rod from him as he grabbed him by the collar glaring at the spider as he winced as Striker saw this and was ready to kick his butt but Collin stopped him* make a man out of you
Next the troops were training to learn how to shoot arrows as Alastor stepped on a sea saw like device in front of him sending apples into the air as he shot arrows at them hitting the mark on the trees perfectly
Tranquil as a forest *The troops all failed to shoot the apples as Angel dust began to shoot Striker grabbed a apple and shoved it through the arrow head as Alastor saw him and glared as Angel dust sheepishly smiled at that*

Later the troops were learning how to keep balanced as Alastor showed how it was done as rocks were thrown at him as he had a bucket of water on a rod on both sides but he deflected each of them with practiced ease

Angel was next as he tried his best to balance the bucket but Blitzo and Frizzaroli began to throw pebbles at him as the bucket feel on top of him as he accidently tossed the rod at Alastor who with fast reactions managed to grab it as he stared at the group.

Soon it came to the river as Alastor trained them in reaction as he reacted grabbed a fish in the river as Blitzo and Angel dust did the same but grabbed Blitzos foot by mistake pulling him underwater as he glared as Angel grinned nervously and pushed his hoof into the water as Collin grabbed a fish and gave it to Angel dust.

At night the drops ran through a field of fire arrows to practice dodging as Alastor did it with ease
Alastor: I'm never gonna catch my breath
Blitzo followed him but tripped as a arrow hit him from behind with a yelp
Blitzo: say goodbye to those who knew me
Then Frizzaroli along with several troops tried to break cinderblocks with there heads as Frizzaroli tried to break it but only it caused him to break his fangs and gain a black eyes as he couldn't be forceful
Frizzaroli: boy was a fool for cutting gym!
Angel dust and Alastor were sparing as Alastor punched him into a tree as Striker was holding a bottle of water for the poor spider to drink as Collin fanned him
Striker: this guys got him scared to death
Angel Dust: hope he dosent see right through me
Angel dust hope he can pass as a masuclan male as next training Moxxie was jumping across poles standing above a raging river but stopped out of fear as Alastor held back the others as they crashed into his back
Moxxie: now I really wished I knew how to swim!
Troops: be a man *Later cannons fire a dummy that looked like Nyalgarthrop but they missed

Blitzo whistled as he pretends to walk by Angel dust as he was preparing the cannon and then kicked the structure out from Angel dusts cannon as it fell

With a yelp Angel dust grabs the cannon quickly but it fires high and headed to Neittos tent as it explodes with the poor imp slightly stunned burned at what had happened
Alastor: with all the strength of a raging fire *During the night the windigo looked at the troops not pleased as he shook his head as he head back to the tent

Alsator and the troops carried the poles by there shoulders with bags of grain on each side as they marched up the mountain to boost there strength
Time is racing towards us till the lovcraftians arrive
Neito points as Alastor turns to see Angel dust struggling and falling to the ground as Striker and Collin tried to help but had to hid as Angel dust came up to the spider
Heed my every order *Alastor picks up Angels pole and puts it on top as he joins the other troops as he gave a look as Angel dust got up as he felt rejected and a failure as he watched him*

Later Angel dust was walking back to came and saw Alastor with Cassiopia holding her reigns with Angels things packed as the spider looked down in realization
Alastor: your unsuited for the rage of war so pack up go home your through

Angel dust walked off dejected wondering if he can truly bring his adotped family honor as he noticed the arrow on the pole with the discs nearby as he walked over and decided to try again only to fall again

Angel looked at them again and back at the pole and got an idea as he tied them together and began to climb

The sun began to rise as the troops came out of there tents and saw Angel dust climbing the pole as the spider sinner slipped but narrowed his eyes and continued forward strong as the troops in awe began to cheer at the spiders determination

Alastor groaned waking up to the cheering wondering what is going on as he walked out only for the arrow to be shot in front of him as he looked and saw Angel dust on top of the pole smirking as the troops cheered that the spider demon had done it as Alastor was impressed.

Now that Angle dust is getting the hang of it all and with the troops motivated forward thank to Angel dust the troops now were able to hit all the apples landing on the target correctly
Troops: be a man
Alastor: we must be swft as the coursing river
Now stronger and more balanced and motivated Angel dust ran in front of Alastor carrying the pole and heavy buckets of water
Troops: be a man
Angeld dust and Alastor did there martial arts now Angel dust is more ready and confident as he managed to dodge Alastors punch and kicked him as the windigo groaned but is pleased proud of his progress.

Moxxie was now acrobatic and more confident as he used acrobatics on the poles as the troops followed much like Moxxie was more confident and brave

The staffs were throne again as Angel dust was going to grab it but Blitzo grabbed it, but instead of tripping him he gave him the staff smiling as Angel was happy to had earned Blitzos trust.
Alastor: with all the strength of a raging fire
Unlike from before Blitzo was able to run through the arrows easily as it shows quickly the troops staff training with renewed force
Then Frizzaroli broke the stone not breaking a sweat as another staff practice showed them growing stronger as it shows Angel dust begin able to catch multiple fish now more agile then ever.

With new practiced ease Angel dusts cannon hit the Nyalgrathop statue
Soon Angel and the others jumped in the air fighting style, they are all ready to fight Nyalgrathrop and his army Alastor is proud of them feeling confident that they are ready and was even prouder of Angel/Jame as the spider was happy as well as his eyes soon caught on Alastor.
Authors note: well training may start rough but it gets better when confidence is gained forward
Next chapter Angel dust has a close call after taking a bath where his 'parts' are nearly shown as he forms a closer bond with Alastor
