Authors notes: Alright it has been a long time since I upgraded this story, but with the episodes I got now I feel that I can finally put this into motion, the same with my strategy of getting new Card captor episodes on the path to make this a cute/awsome story.
That and make plans with the clear ark, biggest it will be based on the magna and anime with OC cards as well so watch out.
Chapter 3: Bellas breathtaking first pseudo date
Like all schools they have there school activities like field trips to amazing places, one such place is the Aquarium as the android with a female soul watched in awe that her brown eyes were sparkling looking at the pretty fish "Oh my gosh look at how cute these fishies are" said Bella oooing and awning as Jeri recorded her as a Biyomon named Sora and Yolei stood near her "Bella is having a lot of fun huh?" Said Sora as Bella looked at a puffer fish who puffed out as she was in awe "She sure is, its cute to see a android like that so playful" said Jerri "She just love field trips and sports days and stuff like that dosent she?" Asked Yolei as Bella got playful with the puffer fish
Bella: my name is Bella I am a fourth grader at Tomoda elementary, dispite my tall size and today my school is on a field trip to study the fish life our class got divided up to go visit all sorts of places my group was assigned to the aquarium, I hope Kazu and the ever curious Takato wont cause problems with there groups
The camera goes to show all the amazing sea life shows in a aquarium
I just love aquariums…well generally I just love to see all animal life
Soon a Sparowmon named Nene ran in "The penguin show is about to start come on" she yelled as the group was read to go "Bella lets-" Started Jeri but as she turned she saw Bella run pass everyone with amazing speed for a android as she ran up to Nene "Hurry up guys lets see the cute penguins!" She said as everyone was in awe "She is so fast" said Sora as Jerri giggled at that as they followed the android as he sang a song about penguins "Bella really is having fun" said Sora as Jerri recorded "Not every andomon gets a chance to be expressive and that is what makes Belal so cute" said Jerri.
Soon the camera goes to the penguin enclosure where the little birds do tricks taught by a mermaidmon handler as they jumped through hoops and spinned under the water as Bella and her freinds clapped seeing the cute tricks "Are they so awsome" said Bella happily for the chance to watch as she saw the Mermaidmon go into the water to feed a passing penguin "She is so lucky I wanna swim with the penguins to!" Said Bella "Bella you are pretty heavy and remember you struggle with swimming due to how mishmashes your leggs are" said Jerri as Bella pouted "Oooh if I had a mermaid fin like mermaidmon *Sparkly eyes* oooh then that will be fun" she said as the penguin who was performing with the mermaid mon hopped on stage as she and the penguin bowed as one swam past them as Bella ooooed as the crowd clapped in awe at how well trained the penguins are "Oooh how cute" she said happily.
However unknown to the trainer some sort of sliver of water that was solid seem to reach out and wrap around her leg as with a gasp she was pulled down much to the shock of Bella and her confusion as underwater the mermaidmon tried to get free of the weird swirl thankfully thanks to her gills she can handle being in the water until she gets out of the water but then something seemed to grab her gills as she felt she was struggling with her breathing as the penguins curious and worried for there trainer as with great strength the Mermaidmon pulled out gasping as she tried to pull out as a strange whirlpool formed "My foot" she said as Bella studied it as the penguin got close to the odd swirl "Oh no dont!" Said Bella worried as the swirl expanded and grabbed the penguin swirling around it as if trying to drown it as the poor Android leaned on the glass " ! !" She yelled as she slammed her fist onto the glass as Jerri grabbed her "Bella stop" she said "I have to save him!" Yelled Bella "Dont your too heavy!" Said Jerri "I still have to try ! ! !" Yelled Bella in a panic as the poor penguin was stuck in the swirl as the others cried out panicking as the mermaidmon tried to get out as Tai, who was working part time to help as he saw what was going on "huh? What is going on!?" He yelled "A penguins stuck in the whirlpool! But I cant get to it!" She yelled as Tai dropped the fish and bravely jumped in as he saw the soldi water as he grabbed the solid water trying to break it as he grunted a bit as he pulled it away as it dispersed and broke away as the whirlpool disappeared as mermaidmon panted in relief as the penguin and Tai surfaced with a gasped as Sora, Yolei and Neni gasped happily as Jerri hugged Bella happy the two were ok but Bella was still stunned at what she saw and that was her adopted brother at the work "Tai?" She said confused.
Back at her home she explained to Davis on what happened at the aquarium"What? Almost drowned? You did?" Asked Davis however Bella, dressed in her casual cloths mixing something was exasparated "No Davis! You weren't even paying attention were you?" She said with a glare as she continued to mix up some pancake mix "Ahh sorry its been a while since everyones left and I could leave your room so I am a bit out of sorts you know?" Said Davis as Bella rolled her eyes as the little dragon crossed his arms at what Bella explained "But I guess what you told me makes sense huh? There is no way you would ever drown Bella, I mean you are a android and could hold your breath, pause you dont have much else beyond your creative and minor athletic ablities" said Davis which made Bella mad as she waved the whisk "What do you mean not much else? Plus I cant swim, and just for that I am not gonna make any pancakes for you" she said as Davis gasped at the lost of pancakes.
"Wha-? Oh great Bella" he said rubbing his claws to get Bella to give him a few pancakes as Bella just poured the batter and prepped and made the pancake stack "What was even strange that it was a poor penguin of all things that almost drowned and then a mermaidmon and they can breath under water *Sits down at the table to enjoy her pancakes* the adults were all saying that maybe the pools plug got pulled or something *Got her knife and fork to cut her pancakes* but I'm to sure about that…" she said unsure as Davis licked his lips as Bella held out a piece to give to the dragon as he took a bite "I dont think it was that kind of accident or anything *Thinks back about what she saw it seemed more like…more like a kind of thing I've felt before' in her minds eyes she saw a red eyes of a figure in the swirl as it returns to reality as Davies finished his piece of pancakes and wipped his lips "Like when you run into a clow card you mean?" Asked Davis as Bella realized it that weird feeling she felt like she felt when she got fly and shadow "Yeah!"
Tai: I'm home!
Tai along with Kari came in having finished with clubs and there job That made Bella and Davis gahh "Oh no, Davis you got to go back to my room" said Bella worried as Davis gobbled down the pancakes as she just grabbed the veemon and threw him upstairs "Go hide" she said as Bella nervously acted casual "W-welcome home!" Said Bella "Thanks" said Tai "Hi Bella" said Kari "Oh hay! So you were at the aquarium today weren't you?" Asked Bella as Tai gestured to the dry erase board "I wrote it down here for anyone to see" he said as Bella peeked "I guess Bella got excited I bet" said Kari as Bella blushed at that as she studied the board "Oh, so um…what were you doing at the penguin show? What's your job there?" Asked Bella curious as Tai got a drink "I feed the penguins" he said "Really? Oooh you're so lucky!" Said Bella as Tai rolled his eyes "Not really" he said as he walked past his sisters "Huh? How come?" Asked Bella as Tai approached Bellas pancakes…and instead of responding at a bite as Kari laughed as Bella wahhhed "You big meanie!" She said as she waved her arms at the cheek "You didnt ask first! I bought that pancake mix with my own allowance" She yelled as Kari laughed "You walked into that big bro *to the door* What are you doing? Hurry up and get in her TK" said Kari as Bella stopped in surprise that TK was visiting as well
TK's Voice: sorry sorry about that
The Angemon stepped in, my boots were being a pain to get off, hi there Bella" said TK "Hi there TK" she said as the angel digimon studied the pancakes "Boy those look good you must be a great cook Bella" he said as that made Bella blush "I-I dont really think so" she said shyly "Oh dont be modest I think you will make a fine partner when you find one" said Kari which made Bella more blush "Though she is average at best" said Tai cheeky as Bella stamped her metal boot on his foot as he geeehed "If you want TK I can make you a batch if you want…" asked Bella to be polite "Are you sure? You bought it with your allowance right?" Asked TK "Its fine it would be impolite to not share with a guest, I'll bring them up to Karis room when they're ready" said Bella smiling cutely as TK patted her head "Thank you" he said as Bella smiled at the politeness.
Minutes later Bella carried up a tray with three stacks of pancakes and 3 drinks for her adopted siblings and TK as she went to Karis room..but there is a problem Uh oh I cant knock! Now what?' "I appreciate it Bella" said TK as he opened the door as Bella blushed happy at the compliment "Huh? Were you standing out there idle Bella?" Asked Kari a bit confused as TK took the tray as Bella took one of the plates and the juice "Uh…how dod you know I was there even before I could knock?" Asked Bella confused on TK intuition "Oh just a hunch I just thought "I bet she has something nice for us"" he said as Bella blushed at the compliment at her other brother figure.
Meanwhile in her room Davis was floating meditating on what card it could be "Aquarium…water" he muttered as Bella after dropping off the pancake and drink to Tai rushed into the room panting a bit as he exhaled a bit as she slipped onto her butt "Bella, what the heck happened to you?" asked Davis as she smiled "its ok *Grabs and hugs him* its a-ok *gently kisses his forehead* just feel happy there is a odd aura that makes me feel happy around TK" she said "Well glad for you but dont for get your duties as a cardcaptor!" Said Davis as Bella loosened her arms so he can fly out "Sorry about that *Sits on a pillow that fell out of her bed* I will stop the card that nearly drown the penguins!" She said determinedly as Davis flew down on the floor "Anyway, I think this ones gonna be kind of tricky and its best you keep your marine angemon freind away *Sees Bellas confused face* just to be clear of course they were in the water when they nearly drowned right?" He asked as Bella nodded "and the trainer was a mermaidmon? And she nearly drowned? *Cue Bella nodding yes* and when it was happening did you see who was trying to drown them?" Asked Davis as Bella shook her head "No I didnt see anything just the water swirling around them" said Bella "That water you saw was probably the watery card, Ranamon" he said "I knew it so all I have to do is capture it and turn it into a card right?…but who is Ranamon?" Asked Bella "One of the 12 ledgendary warriors whos domain is water, and it wont be easy this time Ranamon can make herself invisible when its in a body of water and even if you can get her out of the water she can manipulate her body to break into little droplets to avoid capture there is no way to deal with that, and even if you can ask that Marine Angemon pal to help you with his bubbles it will fail as he will end up under her control due to being under her domain.
"Domain?" Asked Bella confused "Each of the ledgendary warriors has a elemental domain, they can control those who are under that domain, your freind Kentas species are part of the aquatic family so she can control him and turn him against you" he said as that made Bella worried especially if water cant have a solid shape to capture "In addition Watery is one of the strongest part of the clow cards as well as part of the four core elements, Grumblemon the earthy, Ranamon the watery, Agunimon the fiery and Kazemon the windy, they are hard to use unless you earn there trust and Ranamon has a temper and a sassy personality *Sighs* right now the only cards you have are the windy, Fly and shadow, they are no match for what we're facing now, more so you have weak magic for a machine" he said as Bella pouted "You can use Windy, but Kazemon and Ranamon are rivals and will create a bigger problem" said Davis as Bella pulled out the cards and put them on the table.
"Windy…Shadow…And fly…these three are all I have right now" she said as she exhaled "This is gonna be tricky" she said wishing she at least knew how to fight more…assertive. The next day at school Bella was still pondering on how to stop the watery as Kazu, Henery, Rika, Jeri, Takato and Kenta followed behind, Bella having explained what happened and what she learned as they watched Bella walk to the fountain "She seems lost in thought" said Harry "Considering what she learned I dont blame her and with what limited magic she has" said Rika as three cards dosent make a way to face against the warrior of water as Bella studied the pond as she gently touched it.
'I have to capture living water…but how…?' She thought as she cusped the water as she felt it slip through her fingers 'still I have to hurry and find a way to catch the watery card before more aquatic digimon are hurt' she thought "Hay you seem to be down Bella" said Takato as Bella turned and saw her freinds "O-oh no I'm fine!" She said flustered but none of her freinds are having it as she felt a gentle hand on her arm as she looked and saw it was Kazu "It looks like a huge challenge one fit for a true upholder of justice has fallen on your shoulders" he said as Bella smiled happy for amazing freinds.
In a private area she explained more plus what Davis told her "I see so it is a clow card after all? And its the lady of water Ranamon" said Kenta as a member of the water family of digimon knew the stories of the hero of water "and Davis told me there's no way for me to even catch it and Kenta cant use his karma bubbles as Ranamon has domain over all water types" she said as they looked up in the sky. School soon ended as Bella skated with Kazu and Takato helping her home as Bella slowed skating "Kazu, Takato" she said as the two studied her "Yes/Hum" they said "Thanks for letting me talk to you guys" she said "Awe your welcome" said Takato "Hay we hate to see a pretty girl cry and a smile on you is cute" said Kazu as Bella blushed "Oh I just remember I have something for you" said Kazu reaching into his bag and pulled out a cellphone that was a dark green with a moon on top of the buttons "Here you go my adopted dads company was working on with Jeris adopted moms company *Puts it in Bellas hand* this is for you and *Pulls out a blue one* and this is for Davis" he said as Bella was studying them in awe "Wow Kazu your dad really knows how to make cool stuff" said Takato as Kazu scratched a metal cheek "Well my dads are pretty awsome, just need to be careful with crossing wires" he said as Bella studied the cellphones for one more second and pocketed them "are you sure its ok?" Asked Bella "Sure my dads wants to find out how useful they might actually be" said Kazu as Bella smiled "Thanks for thinking of me…" said Bella
Soon the group came to a corner "See you tommorow" said Kazu "be safe" said Takato "Yuppers see yah!" Said Bella as she skated home but she thought back to what she talked to Davis last night "But…if I combine the three cards maybe then I…" she said in her flashback started Bella "No that's no good with just those cards there's absolutely nothing you can do" he said shaking his head 'but the watery card…its just right there!' Thought Bella as it goes to reality as she moaned 'this is so frustrating' she thought as she picked up the biking as she turned but gasped seeing TK as she slowed down as she nearly tumbled past TK as he quickly grabbed her as she shook a bit nervous but she saw face to face with TK "Sorry I…oh" she said but was surprised to see it was TK "Are you okay Bella?" Asked TK as Bella blushed as she nearly ran down TK "I am ok TK sorry" she said as the angel helped her up "You need to be more careful before you get hurt" he said "I know I'm sorry TK san" she said as he picked up his bag "Thanks again for the pancakes yesterday they were really good" he said as Bella blushed "Oh it was nothing" she said shyly "You're out late today were you at practice?" He asked TK as Bella oohed "Your on the cheerleading squad right?" Asked TK as Bella blushed as she joined to help her less clumsy "Yes" She said "Tai said that you accidently hit him with your baton while you were practicing" he said as Bella gahhed blushed 'tai you dino-brain! What kinda stuff you are spreading!?' Anger thought Bella but TK pacated her "To thank you for the pancakes can I take you somewhere nice to eat?" Asked TK as Bella calmed down and smiled "Are you sure?" She asked as TK Leaned closed "I found this nice place that has all kinds of delicious food lets meet at penguin park tommorow at 1 okay?" He asked as Bella grinned and nodded "Okay" she said skating off to her home happy to enjoy a thank you lunch as she ran into her home and into her room to change her outfit.
"Someone is happy" said Davis as Bella smiled cheeky as minutes later she tried out her new cellphone to call her freinds and talk about her new plans though she got her freinds voicemail but the phones worked as she gave a message she is gonna enjoy a lunch with TK at 1 at penguin park and promises to call them back after wards "The way you act it makes you think you are going on a date" said Davis "Its not like that besides I prefer females not males" she said blushing.
The next day TK dressed in casual like was studying a book as his ears picked up hearing Bella running up dressed in a cute yellow dress with her backpack and a sachel and a cap "Umm did I maybe get the time wrong for when we were gonna meet up?" Asked Bella confused "No you were actually fifteen minutes early Bella" said TK "Then TK?" Wondered Bella as she saw the angel early "I just didnt want to keep you waiting so I got there early myself" he said as Bella smiled 'so attentive' she thought as they chatted and made there way to Bellas surprise the aquarium, but more to the restraunt area "Ah this is" started Bella "Oh that's right, you came here the other day didnt you?" Asked TK as he went ahead as Bella followed "So this is where were going?" Asked Bella as TK nodded "Yup" he said as they stepped in.
However
"I see…so its the aquarium is it?" Said Jerri dressed in a yellow outfit with glasses with Kazu, also dressed in a masculine version of her outfit with Davis with them in sun glasses recording "Perfect! Now I can look around to see if there's really a clow lurking here "And I can catch Bellas cute date on video!" Said Jeri as Kazu got his phone "and we can tell the others on how Bella is being cute" he said as the group said a sneaky grin as they high fives and snuck into the Aquarium as inside the aquarium it was beautiful and filled with amazing fish and amazement "Waaaa that fish his huge!" Said Bella looking at a large fish in awe "Do you think I could eat it?" Asked TK as Bella snickered at TKs appetite for someone as thin as him, he can eat "Its a little too big for one person isnt it?" She said "Nah it seems just about right" said TK as Bella nodded "Oh" she said as not noticing Jerri, Kazu and Davis are watching them "Aww they are so cute, what a shame Bella is gay" said Jerri "What the…? Dont they even hold hands or anything?" Asked Davis peeking from Kazus jacket pocket as a little kid petted Davis head "hello " he said as Davis had a tick mark "Hay kid mess with me and you're asking for trouble" he said surprising the kid as he left "Ah they are on the move" said Jerri as Bella and TK walked to see more as they ran off.
Bella and TK soon made it to the restraunt area where there was a large tube with various fishes "Amazing! Amazing amazing!" Said Bella in awe "I didnt get a chance to see this area" said Bella "Oh because of the accident of at the penguin show? Then I bet you didnt know there's a tearoom down there huh?" Asked TK gesturing to the down stairs area "While you watch all the lovely fish you-" started TK but down there they saw Tai who was working as a waiter "Is that big bro Tai?" She asked as TK waved hello as they walked down to the area as Tai gave them menus "You're not working with the penguins anymore?" Asked Bella curious "They're gonna drain all the water out of the pens and do an inspection as Bella was worried 'then what about Watery?' She wondered worried that now the spirit was free to attack in other areas "You must be glad you wont be working in that freezer anymore TK told me all the penguin food is stored in a big freezer" said TK as to get fish Tai had to go into a freezer to get the fish and dispite having a fire aura due to being part of the Dragon digimon family Tai still hates the cold "Apparently its pretty cold in there" he said "Its not much diffrent here to be honest now they got me on shaved ice duty" said Tai "Oh the strawberry milk shaved ice here is really good!" Said TK as Bella smiled at the idea of a frozen treat but her eyes widened 'shaved ice…?ice…' she thought as it took root in her mind "Could we get two of those?" Asked TK "Sure thing *In the background someone was watching* you sure you dont want the extra large TK?" Asked Tai as the gathering was being recorded as TK was curious at the drink size.
"What the? Now they're stuck with a chaperon?" Asked Davis "Not in a way Davis since its just a freindship thing as Bella is…" started Kazu but Jerri held her camera up as the sound of cracking glass as the aquarium exhibit in the dining room area broke free splashing Bella and TK to there surprise as even Tai and the other guests and workers were shocked as the water splashed out flooding the area as everyone panicked as Jerri and Kazu and Davis were worried "BELLA!" They yelled as under water Bella held her breath, she maybe part machine but she had organic lugs as she opened her eyes and saw a swirl around her organic leg trapping her as she saw a girl with red eyes dressed as a mermaid as she smirked, Bella can tell this is Ranamon 'Watery!' She thought as she saw the spirit wanting to take her down however as the water stoped leaking from the glass pillar as Tai dove in to save Bella and TK "Bella! TK!" He yelled as underwater bravely TK reached the emergency ax used to chop up flaming wood as he used it to knock down the private door to open a way to allow the water to drain as the water flowed out freeing Bella as she surfaced with a gasp which was noticed by Jerri, Kazu and Davis "BELLA!" Yelled Jerri as Tai walked his way through the water as he approached Bella "Are you okay Bella?" He asked worried as Bella nodded as he picked her up and up the stairs as Jerri and Kazu ran over "Bella are you ok?" Asked Kazu as Tai placed her down surprising the girl "Jerri, Kazu?" She asked confused "Wait where's TK?" Asked Bella worried
As Tai looked down and saw TK ok with the ax as he sighed "Guess he's ok" said Tai walking down the stairs to meet him as Bella laughed a bit "I thought I was gonna die!" She said chuckling "Are you alright?" Asked Jerri as Davis peek from her hat "Yup definitely a clow card at work here!" He said as Bella nodded "Watery is here for sure and I saw her" said Bella "You did!?" Asked Davis as Bella nodded but got confused "By the way…what are you three doing here?" She asked curious but that caused the three to gehh as they sweat dropped at being caught but Davis quickly hid as TK walked up "Are you okay Bella?" Asked Tk as Bella nodded yes "Guess we wont be getting that shaved ice huh?" He said as Bella smiled "Its okay 'shaved ice…shaved ice…Ice? That's it!" Thought Bella finding the solution as she took TK's shirt "TK Thank you so much!" She said sparkly eyed as Jerri recorded which caused TK to laugh.
Night soon came around the aquarium darken as a myotusmon buisness man left as a mammemon waved "Have a good night" he said "Yeah you too" the myotusmon said as the Mammemon distracted by a baseball game didnt close the door yet as a glint of a jester cap seem to past by him along with two others and a chibi Veemon with a jesters collar…as he made a face but a blue gloved hand grabbed him away.
Bella ran down the hall with her staff ready dressed in a new outfit now dressed in a white and blue jesters outfit and blue jesters gloves with yellow poms "Are you sure this is a good idea? Asked Davis "Just trust me" said Bella as she ran down the hallway till she came to a split going down one direction as Jerri and Kazu stood in the other as Jerri recorded them as Kazu held a bag as Bella ran up the stopped escalators as in the aquarium area the warrior of water can feel the card captor and she wasnt gonna lose her freedom to a machine hybrid as Bella came to a area where the workers feed the fish "here?" Asked Bella "This is where the magic is strongest yeah" said Davis as Bella studded the opening "This is the spot" said Davis as Bella took a few steps back as she reached into her pocket and pulled out the cellphone dialing as Kazu reached into the basket where the spare cellphone was as he grabbed it "Me and Jerri are here" said Kazu
Bellas voice: Did you find it?
"We did basement first floor" said Jerri
Back with Bella "Nice *Gives the a Ok sign* now find someplace safe to hide" said Bella working for the lion and robot as she jumped on the rim of the aquarium opening as she held her staff forward "Come and get me if you can!" She taunted as the water shifted and shook and moved as Renamon took it as a challenge as the water warrior formed solid "Davis get back!" Said Bella as the dragon flew back as Bella pulled out the fly card to activate "FLY!" She chanted as she slammed her staff onto the card as a pair of wings sprouted onto the staff and took off to fly away from the attacking water as she flew through the hallways thanks to the speed of the fly helping out as she curled around the corner down the stairs as the water warrior continued to follow her sending tentacles of water to strike as the android flew down the escalators as she pulled up to prevent from landing as Ranamon splattered her water to attack as Bella leaned forward on her staff dodging as from the puddles of water Renamon reconnected again and got on the attack as Bella dodged and saw Jerri and Kazu waving her over and gestured to the freezer as she nodded as she flew down stairs with the watery following but Bella was ready as she dismounted her staff dismissing Fly as she pulled out Windy just as watery was about to attack "WINDY!" She chanted as Kazemon flew out and circled around Bella as windy ribbons wrapped around the android as the force of the wind opened the cold freezer trick following the warrior of wind into the freezer ignoring the android as Ranamon turned coming to her full form as she glared ready to attack the android…but Bella closed the door as Kazemon whipped her winds around the watery spirit stirring up the cold to increase the power as Ranamon felt her body getting solid as she froze
Bella outside sat down wiping her brow glad that she managed to stop the watery "Nice going Bella!" Said Davis floating down happy to see Bella is ok as Jerri and Kazu ran down "Water is not so hard to grab a hold of when frozen" said Jerri as Bella smiled "I just remembered TK mentioning the freezer they used to store food and…thanks for your help both of you" said Bella as Jerri recorded her smiling "Were glad I could be of some use!" Said Jerri "Ditto we machines need to work together, now it should be about done" said Kazu as they opened the freezer as they saw the frozen form of Ranamon who looks like a ice statue, a beautiful one if it went for her angery face as Bella pulled her staff forward.
"Reclaim the guise you were meant to inhabit *Slams her staff forward as the phantom card appeard* Clow card!" She chanted as the watery broke apart and was absorbed into the card sealing it away as Bella studied the card showing Ranamon her arms crossed and her eyes closed as if asleep and like Kazemon, Birdramon and Myotusmon the words in the script "Watery" was Bellow "I still cant believe you came up with such a clever plan" said Davis as Bella hugged the card in hope to bond with the watery "Thank TK *gently smiles* TK… she thought though in her thoughts Davis thought she was frozen thinking about love as he waved a paw over her "Well it looks like Bella is all frozen now too!
