Everyone knows the story of how Simba overcame impossible odds to reclaim Mufasa's stolen throne from his evil brother Scar and free the land from darkness. What many don't know is how the tale all started. As an orphan cub, Mufasa was rescued and brought into another pride by its prince named Taka. But Mufasa wasn't alone. With him was his sister, Ashanti. *Based on 2024 film*

1. Chapter 1

Ashanti: Peace Of Milele Prologue

Everyone knows the story of how Simba became King of Milele and ruled Pride Rock with his treasured Queen Nala at his side. They eventually had a daughter, the future Queen, Kiara, and later a cub called Kion.

The road to that peace was not an easy one. Simba's father, Mufasa, was killed by his brother Scar in a coupe. Scar's reign plunged the serene lands of Milele into devastation where nothing thrived until Simba returned to overthrow him, restoring peace and tranquility to the land.

History can be a fickle thing. It's very complicated in itself.

No one would know that more than Ashanti.

Daughter of Afia and Masego.

Sister of Mufasa.

Mother to Nuka, Vitani, and Kovu.

And mate to Scar.

I swear it's like they're getting worse and worse all the time and it's like officials are simply just ignoring it or pretending it doesn't exist entirely just to go on with their daily lives. Especially those in multi-million dollar companies that rely on certain elements of our planet that we rely on to naturally keep us safe instead of adapting and finding new safer ways to keep in business. There are so many options out there where they can adapt, but they just refuse to see it because all they care about is money. Climate change is altering so much faster than anyone can really keep track of.

So, in light of all this, it is important to live life to the fullest as much as anyone can.
