Cait finds out the 'terrorist' is a traumatized orphan girl and struggles with the morality of arresting her for her crimes.

There had been a lot to worry about, but she was a Kiramman. She could handle bureaucracy, working to reestablish the council as the reigning power of the city, weeding out remaining Noxian loyalists, ensuring Zaun was given the same level of consideration as Piltover. What she really worried about was Vi.

When Caitlyn Kirraman gets a feeling about news of a underground fight pit, she decides to investigate it herself. What she finds there is broken, and it will break her as surely as she did it. But once broken, each will find they can build themselves back up, into something better...

Enforcers is an extremely simple game with extremely uncomplicated rules. Kids split themselves up into teams of Enforcers and felons. The Enforcers win when they catch and subdue the felons. The felons don't have a win condition, they just play. ( Jinx and Vi grow up in the shadow of Piltover's law enforcement. CW: Dark themes. )

Vander had very large hands. Silco's breath is on her face. "I could smell every part of him. He was so angry." ( Jinx enters the better universe. She takes it harder than Ekko did. )
