"I'm sorry Haruhi. I can supplement you with chakra pills and the Hyuga medics can offer Tenketsu treatment but if you stay here you won't last longer than a month."

Haruhi said nothing, only slumping forward slightly in acknowledgement, face cupped in her hands as her braids spilled around her face. Tsunade put a comforting hand on her shoulder. The hokage had been able to see Haruhi about a day after the twins were born. Kakashi insisted.

"I know Kakshi is working on the seal, and so is Jiriaya. Their skills should be able to get you back."

Haruhi nodded.

"I'll make sure you can make it through to the other side safely."

She abruptly stood up. Her voice was shaky but confident when she spoke.

"Well. If I'm to be leaving soon then there are some things I need to tell you."

Tsunade paused.

"Oh?"

"Yes. Sakura could better help explain some of it. Isn't she with her family in the recovery ward?"

Tunade's face softened, although it didn't quite hide her interest.

"Yes. Lets go. I think they were naming the babies today."

They walked along the hallways and Haruhi was struck by how empty the hospital was. Although the attack from Grass and Sound was bad, the protocols Tsunade had implemented combined with the fact that the houses were built to be stronger than before made it so casualties weren't nearly as bad as they could have been.

Haruhi was pretty sure Tsunade already knew about Itachi, but not Shisui. If they took down Danzo with his testimony they could get his eye or even both of his eyes back if they contacted Itachi.

Not to mention protection for Inari's and Shisui's incoming baby.

They knocked.

"Come in!" Sakura's voice rang out, calm and the happiest in a while. They entered to see the babies cradled in their parents' arms, Sakura running diagnostic checks on them.

"And how are the newest Haruno's?"

"Happy now that they got a name." Kizashi chuckled, tickling the boys nose with his finger. Mebuki was cradling the girl, who's little hands rested in tiny fist near her head she she slept.

"What are they?" Haruhi asked eagerly, mood picking up.

Mebuki smiled.

"It took awhile. Sakura had all her little friends coming in, along with everyone from The Commons, but we decided on Yukio and Yuriko."

"Lily and Surprise Good Fortune. Very fitting, and matching to boot!" Tsunade said.

"I'm sensing a theme here!"

"Would you like to hold him?" Kizashi offered.

Haruhi balked, remembering how her strength would face in and out. Kizashi must have sensed her reluctance because he stood and ushered her in his seat so she could hold the baby steady in her lap. His deep green eyes clearly took her in, his easter pink pastel hair soft as silk against her arms. His little hand wrapped around her thumb, his grip strong.

Her heart throbbed, both at the sweetness at the babies, the hope they represented, and the fact that Haruhi would not be able to see they grow. She carefully handed the baby back.

"He's lovely, and already so strong too. It reminds me of Sakura."

Tsunade stepped forward.

"Speaking of which, I needed to speak to you about your training for a bit, kid. Let's step outside and give your parents a break."

They exited the room and crossed the hall to a conference room, and when Tsunade activated the privacy seals Sakura grew serious. They sat down.

"What?"

"Sakura, we need to tell her about Shisui." Tsunade carefully didn't react which told Haruhi that she already knew some of what they were going to tell her. Sakura's eyes bulged.

"You told me that Sasuke ordered Itachi to tell her all he knew, then it's likely she knows about Danzo's bloodline theft. She obviously wants and needs to bring him down before he irreparably destroys Konoha. If she can help heal him his testimony would be invaluable."

"Shisui's alive?!" Tsunade said sharply.

"Yes sensei. He is."

Tsunade stood sharply.

"Then we need to get him right away, he could be exactly what we need to shut Danzo down!"

"Wait sensei, there's a reason we couldn't bring him back. He's really injured, and missing both of his eyes. And the fever and head trauma he suffered really scrambled his memories. I think we need to bring in Ino to help heal his mind."

Tsunade sat back down, frowning and hands folded.

"Does Shisui even know he is an Uchiha? How did you know it was Shisui."

"We knew because we saw pictures of him when cleaning the Uchiha district. Sakura can confirm he's Uchiha as well due to the structure in his eyes she looked at."

"How did you find him."

"He was one of the house calls we did for the new program."

"Did Sasuke know about Shisui?"

They fell silent. Haruhi sank down further in her seat, arms crossed, and Sakura's lip began to tremble. Sasuke's leaving had perhaps been the biggest blow to the Village. He had become well loved. Kakashi had taken over his properties temporarily for him as his sensei and as the only other Sharingan user in the village. Well. The only other Sharingan user who hadn't stolen it. They had Sasuke listed as kidnapped.

"...Ah. I see. This being the house call you two were on right before the attack happened?"

"Yes."

"Sensei?"

"Yes?" They both responded, and smiled slightly at each other.

"Do you think if we told Sasuke about his surviving clansmen he would have stayed?"

Their smiles melted and they rushed to comfort Sakura reassuring her it was not her fault and that there wasn't anything she could have done.

"But I could have! I could have talked him out of going. I was there with him when he called out Itachi. I know why he wanted to leave, I-"

Sakura looked guilty.

"I understand why he wanted to go."

They fell silent.

"I-I just don't get how he could go to that man, he hated him!"

"Maybe that's why." Haruhi said.

They looked at her.

"Just what do you mean by that?"

"Sasuke's not stupid, and he wouldn't give his body over to a man who would use it to kill and destroy. Maybe he's trying to use Orochimaru to gain strength, and take down the man for his crimes. It wouldn't surprise me. He always said he wanted to be a detective."

Tsunade looked thoughtful in contrast to the Hope that crossed Sakura's face.

"You really think so?"

"Time will tell."

"Yeah. Oh! I have some work to do with Tenten later to strengthen some of the sectors. And I need to help my family settle back in, Tsunade-sama-"

"-It's okay, you can take a break from my training sessions for awhile. Go do what you need to. I'll see to having Shisui protected and I'll contact Ino about working on his memories."

Sakura smiled, then looked to Haruhi.

"How are you doing after being kidnapped by Orochimaru again?"

Haruhi went stiff.

"Oh, what's wrong? Maybe I could help!"

"No, I...I'll call a team meeting in a couple days, okay? Don't worry about it for now."

Sakura shot a backwards worried look before she hurried off down the hall and in the direction of the blacksmith shop Tenten lived with Emi. Emi would be missing Sasuke too. He employed her to appraise a number of the items the Uchiha had and to fix them.

A month, huh?

Haruhi smiled.

A lot could happen in that time.

"About time Sakura, we need to do this quickly!" Tenten said, hair tied back and in position with her fuinjutsu noted. The timing was perfect. The Hyuga were all busy in the aftermath of the attack and no one was paying attention to the branch family. Not even the prodigy Neji who was supposedly on a mission right now that Naruto and his Shadow clones who were made to look like Neji were on.

They needed to remove the caged bird seal sooner rather than later. The attack and the activation of the byakugan accelerated the decay. His timespan was significantly shortened.

If they were successful here, Hinata and Hanabi were ready to get several other branch members in as quickly as possible. Neji was by far the hardest case due to his immense talent with the bloodline and his over use of it due to hard training. If they were successful with him they could free the branch family.

With the current climate and the distractions it would be the perfect time to stage a coup against the main branch. And with Konoha needing all the shinobi they could get they wouldn't try to reinstate the much smaller main branch.

Hinata and Hanabi were distracting their father through the control seals they were given as heirs. If they were careful they could stop the main branch from being notified.

Sakura quickly got into place and Tenten smiled. Karin was guarding, using her sensor abilities to check for incoming so they could pack up if need be. Sai was next to her, helping to keep lookout and supplying Tenten with ink in case she needed extra for stabilizing seals. If Tenten was successful with Neji's seal she would move to remove Sai's as quick as possible.

Haku was bent next to the prone Neji where she was using her medical ninjutsu and sensor abilities to fully map the seal and monitor Neji's status. And Sakura's impeccable control and some of the medical sealing knowledge she had gotten from Tsunade would be used to help Tenten remove the seal.

Tenten exhaled, the excitement causing her to wipe her sweaty hands on her pants. She had studied under Kakashi, Koharu-sensei, and Jiraiya to learn the art of sealing. Not to mention the notes she had gotten from Karin on sealing.

"Are you ready Neji?

He looked up and nodded. He was scared, but the Hope in his eyes was enough to drive them all forward.

"Then let's get started."

One hour and twenty seven minutes later, Tenten could say it was a success.

Now for the rest of them.

And all of you had so many good names! I was in awe of your creativity and excitement. I really loved the plant themes too. Mio was a good one I saw, along with Hikibi and Hanzo. But ultimately I choose Yukio and Yuriko. Yukio has many meanings, one of which is surprise boy which I found to be perfect. And Yuriko means Lily, which is just perfect for the flower theme! plus they are similar, like twins are! Congratulations Alexia!

And to respond to 'Genius girl's review, Karin biting herself for power works because she in canon has a blood line where she can give others and even herself power through biting. She does this in Naruto shippuden when fighting Tobi.
