Hello, everyone, and welcome back to another chapter of "A Long Distance Ship". Last time, Ash told Misty about his time on Muscle Island before promising to email her when he got to Mossdeep... but that was before we knew that the WORST evil team arc in Pokemon anime history would happen. So yeah, this chapter is about them talking about THAT. I promise the first chapter about Mossdeep will be coming up later, but for now... we have to go through this first...

Subject: What happened

Hey, Misty. I am sorry for not responding sooner, but I have had a long couple of days. The night we left Muscle Island for Mossdeep City, we ended up having an encounter with Team Rocket, and Pikachu's Thunderbolt ended up blasting us off the ship. We were then picked up by a submarine… that belonged to Team Magma! Maxie, the Team Magma boss, had the Blue Orb in order to control Groudon, but he has Kyogre, the Pokemon that the OTHER evil team wants. Kyogre ended up awakening and sank the ship, but Pikachu absorbed the Blue Orb and started to go berserk. I ended up separated from the others before I was rescued by an unexpected face that we haven't seen since Johto: Lance of the G-Men. I soon find out that Archie, the boss of Team Aqua, has the Red Orb and is soon possessed by it. He orders Kyogre to sink Monsu Island, as well as everyone on it! Pikachu managed to find Groudon in Team Aqua's base as they battle Kyogre. We managed to distract Kyogre long enough for Groudon to defeat the Legendary Water-type, and soon Pikachu returned to his senses. Lance offered us a ride back to the mainland, which we accepted. May, Max, Brock, and Pikachu are currently resting after the long day's events, and I think I should probably get some rest as well. We should arrive in Mossdeep tomorrow.

Subject: Glad you're safe

Hey there, Ash. Glad to hear that you are safe after everything that happened to you over the past couple of days. You sound like you went through a lot with Teams Rocket, Magma, and Aqua. Oh, how I am so angry at them all. Especially Team Aqua, as they sound like a disgrace to Water-type trainers everywhere. If I was there with you, I would beat up Archie myself. I am also glad to hear that Pikachu is okay after everything as well. Good luck on your upcoming gym battle, Ash! I will be rooting for you!

And that is it for this chapter... yeah, I didn't want to write this one and got done with it one day before I was due to publish it. But I had to do it... anyways, I would like to thank you guys for helping me get this story to 15,000 views. It is thanks to you guys I have the motivation to keep pumping these out. I would like to hit another milestone by the end of the year... 60 followers, perhaps? Anyways, I will see you guys in two weeks. I will try to get out another Misty Chronicles, but there is no guarentee it will be out next week.
