Hello, everyone, and welcome to another chapter of "A Long Distance Ship"! Last time, I went through the climactic showdown against Teams Magma and Aqua with all of the love and attention it deserved. But yeah, after that, we are FINALLY in Mossdeep City for Ash's gym battle... but first we get to take a little trip to the space center! What will happen there? Well, let's find out!

Hey, Misty. May, Max, Brock, and I have finally made it to Mossdeep City, and we picked a good day to arrive here as well. Mossdeep is known for being a major hub of space exploration, and we ended up arriving the day of a major rocket launch. We ended up meeting the gym leaders at the Space Center. And no, I didn't make a typing mistake, there are multiple gym leaders in Mossdeep City. Their names are Tate and Liza, and they battle in a double battle format, so when I have my gym battle tomorrow, I am going to be in for a challenge against their Lunatone and Solrock. Anyways, Team Rocket decided to show up and take the rocket for themselves… and had Max and Tate on board! Fortunately, some Baltoy stopped them from getting far, and my Corphish helped break Max and Tate free. The two of them managed to land the spaceship, and when Team Rocket exited the spaceship, May, Liza, and I sent them blasting off yet again. So yeah, it was a pretty action filled day. My gym battle is going to be tomorrow, so expect a recording of it next time!

Hey Ash! Sounds like you have had another fun day on your travels. It must have been cool to see a rocket launch, even with Jessie, James, and Meowth crashing the party. Solrock and Lunatone are Rock-type Pokemon as well as Psychic-type Pokemon, so I think that Corphish or Grovyle would be good choices to take them on. Of course, no matter what Pokemon you end up choosing for your battles, know that I will be rooting for you, and Togetic and I will be looking forward to watching your battle when it comes tomorrow. The next chapter will be published for you guys in 2025, and it is going to start off with a bang in the form of Ash's gym battle against Tate and Liza... the second worst in the entire Hoenn region. But hey, it might give me an idea for another sub-story for the ALDS-verse.
