Hey, guys. Welcome to the new chapter of The White Dragon Warlock In The Owl House. I hope that you guys will enjoy the chapter...anyway, I don't own anything else, except for my OCs, as the OCs Shepard, Queen, Sapphire, Saber, Serena, and Skull belong to 9655.

NOW LET'S GET ON WITH THE STORY!

"Partake of my free snack samples! Take them; I demand it as your ruler, the King of Demons!" King ordered with a glare while holding up a tray of mostly inedible human things and floated around on Volatus as it was a beautiful day in Bonesborough and we cue over to Eda's Human Collectibles stand in the marketplace as a bored Eda and Queen stood near them as several people pass, but none even look at King as said person throws the tray on the ground in his anger. "Nyeh! Why isn't anyone paying attention to me?! I'm their rightful overlord! Intellectually and such!"

"Once again, you're not an overlord, King." A deadpan Queen says as Eda pauses a bit and reaches over to grab a nearby Warlock by his cowl as she sniffs him and narrows her eyes suspiciously as the Witch pushes him away.

"Hmmm, it reeks more of nerd than money today."

"Guys!" An excited Luz says while she, Charles, and Sapphire appear as the group turns to them curiously. "You will not believe what's going on!"

"Look, guys, it's a book fair!" A beaming Charles says while pointing up at a banner that reads, 'BOOK FAIR!' as there is a whole book fair placed before them and shows a bunch of eager Witches and Warlocks walking around to get some good books as the Book Fair contains the following stalls: Hot Romance, Half Moon Publishing, Even More Books, Read or Die, Trekking the Stars, The Reviewnicorn, Ghost Writers, Tragedy Section: Read 'Em and Weep, Books, Books & Books, and Don't Judge by this Cover.

"Yeah! Where books come to life-Holy fuck!" Sapphire says with a cheerful smile before yelping in surprise as a book jumps off one of the stands next to her, and she proceeds to kick it away.

"A fair without rides?" A disappointed King as a Warlock appeared out of nowhere and smiled at the airborne magical creature happily.

"Who needs rides when this can take you anywhere?" The Warlock asked while shoving the book in King's face as both he and Volatus grew annoyed, and King threw a strip of bacon on the boy's head as the Magic Carpet flew away from him, and a random Winged Demon flew by and picked him up as he flew the screaming Warlock away.

"A, ew," Eda says with a disgusted look while reaching over to grab a book and throw it away boredly. "B, I'm bored. C, I feel like pickpocketing some dork while they browse. Let's go, Rugman." Eda says while reaching over to grab Volatus by one of his tassels and pulling him away, causing a grunting King to crash down into the ground as the Powerful Witch walks off.

"Welp, she's gone." A deadpan Charles says as Luz moans in disappointment and turns over to King and Queen as she gives them a pleading look.

"Will you two give it a chance? We will let you ride on our backs?"

"Sure/Okay." King and Queen said in unison while leaping over to land on Luz and Charles's backs as they turned around to begin making their way through the book fair.

"This book fair's got everything." A smiling Charles says while he and the others look around as a beaming Sapphire nodded in agreement.

"Yep, A zine-making workshop, meet and greets, and-,"

"Ooh, what's that?!" A starry-eyed Luz yelled while pointing ahead as she and the others spotted a stand that had a big banner that read, 'WRITING COMPETITION! ENTER TODAY' as it had a Warlock and a Demon sitting behind it with a huge crowd of Warlocks and Witches standing in front of them as one of them was giving them his autograph.

One of them is a 5'6-feet-tall, 305-year-old Male Lizard-Like Demon with three blue eyes as the middle always stayed close, a bald head, no ears/nose, a big mouth with small white teeth that stick out of his mouth, a sharp chin, Green Skin, a short slim build, and his outfit consists of a blue hat, a pair of small round glasses that rest at the end of his nose, a long-sleeved red jacket with yellow trimming, a long-sleeved high-collared black sweater underneath, no pants, and a pair of brown boots. His name is Piniet, a Publisher from Piniet Publishing House.

The second of them is a 5'8-feet-tall, 30-year-old Male Warlock with black eyes, a shaved head with a green mohawk swept to his right, thin small eyebrows, pointy ears, a small pointy nose with two small black mustaches, a sharp chin with some additional black facial hair, Fair Skin, a tall slim build, and his outfit consists of a pair of round purple sunglasses, a long red scarf wrapped around his neck as it reaches down to his back, a long-sleeved blue jacket, a light blue sweater underneath, long light brown pants, and a pair of brown boots. His name is Jon De Plume, a famous author in the Boiling Isles who works under Piniet.

"A writing competition!? I've always wanted to be a writer!" An excited Luz says with a wide smile as Charles chuckled amusedly.

"Well, here we go."

"Wait, really? You want to be a writer? I thought you wanted to be a Witch? Like how my dream was to be a powerful and wise Witch like my adoptive mother." A confused Sapphire says as Luz rubbed her arm nervously and shrugged.

"Well, of course, I wanna be a Witch, but where I'm from that's kinda...impossible. So my runner-up dream was to be a writer."

"Nice my dream is to find more of my kind." Queen says as she then turns to Charles curiously. "What about your runner-up dream, Charles?"

"Oh, I want to join the USA Army like my Uncle someday."

"The what?" King, Sapphire, and Queen asked confusedly as Charles sighed heavily and shook his head.

"Never mind, anyway, Luz has been wanting to be a writer since she was seven years old."

"So true. I even had this as my Author's picture since I was a little kid." Luz says while reaching into her pocket to pull out a picture of her when she was seven years old.

"Ooh, you look good, girl." Sapphire praised as Luz smirked cockily.

"Thanks, I know my good angle. I'm gonna enter the competition." Luz says as King eyes the crowd of Witches and Warlocks in disgust and confusion.

"Ugh, what are these basement dwellers doing out in natural sunlight?"

"Um, We're in line for Jon De Plume, most famous writer on the Boiling Isles, famed author of the Realm Warriors series." Tinella Nosa says while appearing out of nowhere as the gang turns to her curiously. "I'm gonna have him read my story...and marry me." Tinella Nosa says with starry eyes as King narrowed his eyes and noticed that Jon De Plume had a lot of fans as he beamed.

"Such power. Such command he holds over his minions. I must have the same. Luz the Human, I too shall enter the competition."

"Really?! We could work together! It'll be perfect!" A smiling Luz says as she trembles in excitement and turns to the others. "What about you guys?!"

"I will be happy to join," Sapphire says with a grin as Charles shrugs.

"Eh, not much of a fan of being a writer, but I will still be happy to help."

"Ditto." Queen says as Luz cheered loudly.

"Yes! We're best friends, so we'll make the best team!" Luz says excitedly as King nodded.

"Team, yes...my name goes first on the cover, though."

"...Boring...boring...boring..." A blank-faced Eda says while she and Volatus walk/float through the book fair as the powerful Witch grabs books and tosses them away as Volatus flies over to grab one that has a mirror. "What you got there, Rugman?" Eda asked while going over to him as Voltatus turned his 'head' to face her.

"Well, I found this fascinating book about-,"

"Oh, my Titan! Another wrinkle!" A panicking Eda says while reaching over to grab the book to stare at her reflection as she winced. "The curse is quickening!"

"Ah, don't worry about it, Eda. You still look like a badass sexy bitch." Volatus says reassuringly as a relieved Eda smiles gratefully.

"Awww, do you really mean that, Rugman?"

"Oh, yeah, if I was a Warlock and had a dick, I would definitely plow you."

"Awww, you flatter me, Volatus." A grinning Eda says with a wink while patting Volatus's head as they then flinched at the sight of Lilith and Shepard walking near them, and the duo quickly duck behind a banner that says, 'READ OR...DIE!', and Eda and Volatus lightly lift the banner enough to see them talking with a Merchant.

Standing before them is a 5'4-feet-tall, 150-year-old Bat-Like Biped Demon with a pair of eyes that have pale yellow sclera and shiny black pupils and dark eyebags, a bald head, maroon eyebrows, pointy ears, marron sideburns, a squashed pink nose, a wide mouth with wrinkled lips and small pointed white fangs, a sharp chin, a long craning neck with small black hairs, a pair of slim three brown clawed arms, Tan Fur, a short slim build, a long thick rat-like tail, a pair of slim three brown clawed legs, and his outfit consists of a light blue pillbox hat, a small satchel tied around his neck, a white cowl over a long-sleeved light blue robe with white trim, a darker blue cape wrapped around his neck as it reaches down to his legs, a thin white belt around his waist, and a pair of small orange shoes with white buckles. His name is currently unknown, but he is known as Merchant, a con artist who runs a deceptive stand at the Bonesborough Book Fair, selling maps to the nonexistent Bloom of Eternal Youth.

"Do you have the item we discussed?" Lilith asked stoically as the Merchant nodded and reached underneath him to pull out a map as he handed it over to Lilith, who opened it as it glowed light blue.

"This is excellent. A map to the Bloom of Eternal Youth. I think the emperor will be very pleased." Lilith says with a smirk as Shepard looks worried about what she said.

"Uh, Lilith? Shouldn't we be searching for the Owl Lady to join the coven?" Shepard asked as, while he didn't want to capture Eda to force her to join the Emperor's Coven, it was better to focus on her than give Emperor Belos Eternal Youth.

"Oh, please, my sister's curse has left her frail. She'll still be here when we get back."

"Didn't she kick your ass multiple times in the past, Lilith? I mean, the last time we met her, she left you stark naked in the middle of the forest...I mean, not that I didn't enjoy the view, but-,"

"Hush, you." A blushing Lilith says while smacking Shepard on the head with her map as she then turns around to walk away. "Besides, this comes first, sweetheart. It's for the emperor after all." Lilith says as Shepard sighs heavily and follows after her as they end up running into a Witch and Warlock.

One of them is a 5'8-feet-tall, 45-year-old Female Witch with purple eyes, long black hair that reaches down to her waist, pointy ears, thin black eyebrows, a small nose, a sharp chin, D-Cup Breasts, Light Skin, a tall hourglass build, a heart-shaped thick ass, and her outfit consists of a long formal black dress with a pair of high-heeled black shoes as she carried around her Palisman, which was a long black metal staff with a head that resembles Muto from Godzilla. Her name is Serena Darkflame, Shepard's Younger Sister, and the Head of the Kaiju Coven.

The second of them is a 6'2-feet-tall, 42-year-old Male Warlock with blue eyes, curly shoulder-length dark purple hair, pointy ears, thin dark purple eyebrows, a small nose, a sharp chin, Light Skin, a tall slim build, and his outfit consists of a dark gray pointed mask, a white cowl with a golden triangle placed in the center, a dark gray long-sleeved shirt, a pair of brown gloves, a brown belt with a gold belt buckle, log black harem pants, and a pair of brown boots as he carried around a long brown Palisman with the head resembling Kong from Kong vs Godzilla. His name is Skull Clawthorne, Eda and Lilith's cousin, and is a part of the Emperor's Coven.

"Oh, hey, Cousin. Future-Sister-In-Law." Lilith greeted as Serena and Skull smiled at them.

"Hey, guys, were you able to find the map for that Eternal Youth Flower thing?" Skull asked curiously as Shepard nodded.

"Yep, we are going over to get it now. Want to come with?" Shepard asked as the duo shook their heads.

"We're sorry, but we can't, Big Bro. We have to go after a rogue Slitherbeast. See you soon, though." Serena says as she and Skull turn around to walk away as Lilith and Shepard do the same as, once they are gone, Eda and Volatus are quick to run/fly over to the Merchant.

"Hey, bub, what'd you sell my prissy sister?"

"Oh, it's a map to the Bloom of Eternal Youth. A rare flower that only grows once a millennia. As the name says, it gives eternal youth to whoever holds it." The Merchant explained as Eda and Volatus shared a surprised look as they grinned slyly.

"Interesting. So Lilith wants to nab this power for the emperor, huh? Well, won't she be surprised when we get there first and get it for ourselves. Hah. That'll show her who's frail."

"Yeah, even though I'm a Magical Carpet, and I can practically live forever, I still want to help you get that flower." Volatus says as he and Eda share a high five.

"Well, if you two want to go and get that flower, you two can't go without a map, of course." The Merchant says while grinning maliciously while reaching down to open the drawer to reveal dozens of Maps to the Bloom of Eternal Youth and hands one of them over to Eda, who briefly opens it, and it glows blue as she grins cheekily and turns around to walk away with Volatus floating after her as he hummed a bit.

"Huh, don't you find it suspicious that this random, background character just so happens to have the map to the Bloom of Eternal Youth and gave a map to Lilith for free so that she can give it to Emperor Belos and yet gave another convenient identical map to us for free as well and yet never bothered to try and find the flower to give himself Eternal Youth? Hmmm, I don't know, this whole thing seems like a great big scam."

"Eh, there's a 50/50 chance that what he is saying is either true or bullshit, but hey, we have to do something in this chapter, so we might as well do the B-Plot to get it over with," Eda says with a casual shrug as Volatus nods and they walk/fly off as the Merchant stares at them sinisterly from the background.

Stepping into the abandoned house in the woods, an amazed Charles and Luz saw the Eye Door standing in front of them as they shared a look and nodded in determination as the Teenage Lovebirds opened the door and stepped through as they were teleported into the Boiling Isles and looked around in wonder and shock...before realizing that they were teleported in the sky and began falling down as Charles and Luz screaming in fear before grunting softly as Eda and King flew into the scene while riding around in the Owl Lady's Magic Staff as they flew over to snatch Luz while Volatus appeared into the scene as he flew over to catch his New Master.

Surprised by this, Luz and Charles then gave their friends a thankful look as Eda winked at them while Volatus gave him a thumbs up after forming his tassel into a fist as they then flew down into the direction of the Owl House and phased into the house as we appear at the Front Door and see Hooty smiling at the readers as the Human Witch/Warlock then opened the door with Luz holding Eda's Staff while Charles held his Steelbite Sword as the Kids twirled around their weapons, but Charles accidentally let go of his sword as it flew over to stab someone off-screen with said person yelping in pain as Eda appeared with Steelbite stabbed into her head as she gave her Apprentices an annoyed look and Luz and Charles smiled at her nervously as King suddenly pops up into the screen with his limbs outstretched as he smiled at the readers.

Charles and Luz's Witch/Warlock Friends and Rival appeared in three frames that resemble the Eye Doors but were covered with magenta flowers and three branches as Falishua bowed with a smirk as his Shadow formed out of his back and waved cheekily as a cheerful Willow makes a heart with her hands, Gus holds out his arms in celebration, Kenny's Skeleton could be seen hanging from the ceiling with the help of strings, a grunting Sapphire transformed into her Monthra Form with a big grin on her face, and a glaring Amity merely crossed her arms as she looked away with an indignant huff as we suddenly see King holding a stuffed rabbit, along with many other stuffed animals around and pretends to rule these stuffed animals until some of them fall on top of a surprised, squealing King while other stuffed animals keep falling in front of the camera.

Beaming joyfully, we see Charles and Luz flying across Bonesborough with the help of Eda's Magic Staff, and Volatus as the Magical Apprentices flew past their friends and shared high-fives with them as the Human Duo flew past Amity, and Luz was quick to smack her on the back of her head, causing her to yelp in pain before being knocked off her feet by a smirking Charles as the Human Witch/Warlock laughed at this but then gasped in shock as they spotted Eda and King being confronted by Lilith, Shepard, and several Guards. Reacting quickly, Luz and Charles flew over to save Eda with the Powerful Witch leaping onto the Magic Carpet while Luz snatched away King and placed him behind her as the Group waved at a shocked Lilith and the others playfully before Luz lost control of the staff and accidentally flew over to collide against Charles and the others, causing them to fall down into the air right into a Giant Monster's Mouth as the Gang screamed in fear and shock.

Standing on top of the Roof of the Owl House, Eda and King could be seen watching on proudly as Charles, Luz, and Amity were floating in mid-air thanks to the help of Volatus as the Warlock had his arms wrapped around the Witches' slim bodies, and a smiling Luz was quick to cast a Light Spell as she shaped it into a small ball while Amity quickly cast an Abomination Spell and created a small ball of abomination goo with Charles swiftly using a Fire Spell to propel both spells up high into the air just as the trio turned to each other and stared lovingly into each other's eyes before closing them as Charles, Luz, and Amity took turns to share a big passionate kiss with each other as their Magic Spells formed into a big shiny glowing sludgy heart surrounded with intense white flames in the night sky before it blew up majestically as the logo of the story appeared in front of the readers.

"Alright, let's write down some ideas that we want to see in the story," Charles says while grunting a bit as he places a large corkboard on the ground and we see him, Luz, Sapphire, King, and Queen standing in the Owl House, specifically Luz and Charles's Shared Bedroom as they are ready to start writing.

"I can write anything?" An excited King asked as Luz giggled and nodded as she handed him some notecards and a crayon.

"We're brainstorming, every idea is a good idea."

"Well, not every idea is a good idea, Luz." Sapphire commented as Luz scoffed and rolled her eyes.

"Oh, please, what idea can't be good?"

"What about when someone suggests adding their political views into their stories?" Queen suggested as Luz frowned a bit.

"Okay, yeah, that's a bad idea..."

"Mhm, done." King says with a grin while pinning up paper that says 'VIOLENCE'.

"Okay, okay, that's good. What else?" An intrigued Charles asked as King held up paper that said, 'BLOOD AND GORE'.

"That's pretty good, but in order for us to have a great story, we need more than just action."

"Couldn't agree more, Saph." Luz says as we then see her and the others putting up a bunch of notecards on the corkboard. "Stories need romance."

"Magic," Charles added.

"Tragedy," Sapphire says with a smile as Luz nods.

"And, the main character is, of course, Luzura and Charconem." A starry-eyed Luz says while holding up two cards with a drawing of herself and Charles wearing Azura and Draconem Outfits.

"Booo...boooo...boooooooooooooo, no self-inserts, that's lame," Sapphire says with a deadpanned look as Charles frowns a bit.

"Oh, come on, these two aren't self-inserts. They are more like OCs who have been inserted into our story to befriend the main characters and go on adventures with them."

"Oh, please, who the fuck wants to read a story about OCs going on adventures with the Main Characters of a random story? That is such shitty writing. The only people who do that kind of stories are authors who barely have any creativity and are too lazy to do their own stories." Queen says with a glare before yelping in pain as an invisible force kicked her in the ass. "Who did that?!"

"Oh, hey, that happens to you too, huh?" An amused King says before shaking his head as he goes over to pin a stick figure drawing of himself on the corkboard, and Luz pinned her and Charles's OC Drawings on it as well. "Anyway, my main character is the King...err...the Ruler of Demons! With this totally original, all-star cast, victory will be ours!"

"Now it's time to do the fun part," Sapphire says while going over to put a typewriter onto a desk and sit behind it.

[EPIC MONTAGE TIME!]

King stares at the corkboard, now with the words 'ACT 1', 'ACT 2', and 'ACT 3' written on larger notecards as Charles puts a giant piece of paper over the acts of a drawing of Luzura, Charconem, and Ruler standing in front of an explosion as he and King shared a high-five as we then see Queen writing the following on a chalkboard: 'Step 1: Find Cat. Step 2: Endanger Cat. Step 3: Shave Cat (?). Step 4: Book Complete' as King shakes his head and tosses the chalkboard away as we see that the chalkboard is now hanging up and reading 'STORY STRUCTURE' with a story clock diagram underneath it as Sapphire gestures to it several times, and Luz draws a face over the diagram as they both grinned and shared a high five.

[EPIC MONTAGE TIME OVER!]

"Luzura's tears fell on the dead Chaconem's face before leading down to give him a slow and passionate kiss, bringing him back to life." King read blankly as we fast forward in time and we see that the floor was littered with paper, most of them scribbled over with red as Luz typed and King and Queen paced around while reading what they had written as Charles and Sapphire placed a banner above them that reads 'Luzura and Chaconem's Awakening'.

"Not gonna lie, guys, this seems kind of unrealistic," Queen says as Charles nodded in agreement.

"And too Disney-esque." Charles added sheepishly as Sapphire nodded with a creeped-out look on her face.

"Yeah, plus, who in their right mind would kiss a dead person that they don't even know personally? Especially without their consent. That's both unethical and borderline sexual harassment,"

"Okay, okay, I see what you're saying, but in King's version, Ruler just destroys everything. I think a little romantic tension could help the scene." Luz says while holding up her hands in surrender as King rolls his eyes and scoffs.

"Hey, there's more to life than shipping."

"Don't you dare insult shipping in my presence!" Luz snapped with a glare as Charles gave him a dry look.

"Luz, even you have to agree, shipping ruin shows."

"Oh, yeah? Name one." Luz challenged as Charles began listing off with his fingers.

"Star vs the Forces of Evil, My Hero Academia, Owl House, Amphibia, The Ghost and Molly McGee, Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir, Danny Phantom, Loud House, Steven Universe, Hazbin Hotel, Helluva Boss-,"

"WE ARE NOT HAVING THIS ARGUMENT AGAIN, CHARLES, SO SHUT THE FUCK UP!" Luz snapped with a serious glare as Sapphire turned to her with a worried look on his face.

"Hey, be careful now, Luz, you don't want to get toxic and obsessive about this. I mean, people get death threats because they ship one character with another-,"

"STOP TALKING! SHIPPING IS PERFECT AND THERE'S NOTHING TOXIC ABOUT IT! NOW ACCEPT MY SHIP AS THE CANON SHIP OR ELSE I WILL MURDER YOU AND YOUR WHOLE FAMILY!" Luz snapped with fiery red eyes while going over to try and strangle Sapphire's neck, but then-

"APPRENTICES! LIVING ROOM! NOW!" Eda ordered from downstairs as Luz immediately calmed down and tried to smile at everyone cheerfully.

"Oh, that's Eda. Come on, guys, let's go and see what she wants. We'll figure this out, okay, writing buddy?" Luz asked King with a calm smile while skipping away as Charles and Sapphire shared a worried look as they followed after her.

"...My turn to write!" A beaming King says while turning around to walk over to the typewriter as Queen follows after him, and we cue downstairs as we see Eda and Volatus glancing down at the glowing blue map before closing it as Charles and the girls appear before them.

"What's up, Eda?" Charles asked curiously as his Master and Magical Carpet whirled around to face him and the others.

"Well, Volatus and I are popping out for a few days to an undisclosed place to do undisclosed things. Charles, you're in charge."

"What?!" A distraught Luz asked with a pout as Charles turned to smirk at her smugly.

"You heard her."

"Anyway, see ya, Kids. Let's go, Rugman." Eda says while jumping up to land on Volatus as he instantly flies them out of the Owl House, and Sapphire goes over to close the door as the trio then makes their way back upstairs.

"Well, King, it's just you and us for a while, and can you believe that Eda left Charles in charge over me-¡¿QUÉ DEMONIOS?! (WHAT THE HELL?!)," A shocked Luz asked while she, Charles, and Sapphire had their jaws dropped in surprise and horror at the sight of a bunch of drawings of King and screaming people on the corkboard as their Luzura and Charconem Story was now in the trash.

"Hey, hey, guys, great news!" King says with a smirk while typing peacefully, and Queen gives them an apologetic look as even the banner has been changed and it now reads, 'RULER'S REACH!'.

"What did you do?!" A surprised Sapphire asked as Queen frowned shamefully.

"I'm sorry, I tried to stop him, but I couldn't."

"Look at what I did. I just made a few tiny edits and this baby is humming." King says as Charles goes over to read what he is typing and is shocked by what he reads.

"Wait, Charconem dies for real and Luzura couldn't live with the guilt and shame and she decided to commit suicide by stabbing herself with a knife?!"

"I know, right?! What a twist!" A beaming King says as Luz's left eye twitched madly, and took a deep breath as she glared at him.

"King, I know you're trying to help, but I think you're crossing a line."

"Yeah, into greatness. Don't you guys want us to win?"

"If this is how you want to win, maybe you should submit the story on your own," Luz says with a huff while turning around to walk away with Sapphire following after her as Charles shakes his head in disappointment at King and follows after the girls as the Male Titan looks surprised by this and growls as he scoffs.

"Bah! What does she know?!"

"What the hell, King? Learn to collaborate." Queen scolded as King held up his hand to shush her.

"Hush, you! I'll prove to you all that my story is superior!" A determined King says as we fast forward in time, and we see both Titans arriving at Grimgrub's Pub as King bursts in with a fierce glare on his face. "Hey, you scum! Which one of you wants to read my literary masterpiece?! Anyone brave enough?!" King asked as the Patrons stared at them dryly, and we fast forward in time as we see both Titans being thrown out of the pub and landing in mud as King's book was thrown out shortly after and hit him in the head as they groaned.

"I'll read your story," Piniet says while appearing out of nowhere as, before either King or Queen can say anything, he reaches down to take the book and reads it quickly with his eyes glowing a bright yellow as he finishes reading it and perks up as the Male Demon smiles down at King excitedly. "You wrote this?"

"Well, to be fair, King had some-,"

"Yup, that's me! Only me!" King interrupted with a smirk as Piniet grinned slyly.

"Let me get you both a fruit punch," Piniet says while leading King and Queen inside of the pub as they sit down on the bar, and the Demon gives the Titans two glasses of fruit punch. "I'm Piniet, of Piniet Publishing House, and your name is...King?"

"It's more of a rank than a name," King says as Piniet nodded in agreement.

"Well, I loved your story, so much better than the submissions we got for the competition. I want to buy it and publish it for everyone to read. I'll make you as famous as Jon De Plume." Piniet says while pointing over at Jon De Plume, who is getting cheered on by fans as he does finger guns and falls backwards as Amelia and Skara rush to act as a chair for him.

"I've always wanted a people chair! I'm in! This will be my first step in my reclamation of power!" An excited King says with Queen looking worried as a smirking Piniet reaches into his jacket to pull out a contract.

"Then all you have to do is sign here," Piniet says while placing the contract on the counter as Queen turns to King disapprovingly.

"Uh, King, I don't think that's a good idea-Oh, nevermind," Queen says dryly as King bluntly ignores her and dunks his paw in the punch and smacks it on the signature line as the contract glows when Piniet picks it up, and rolls it as the Demon puts it back in his jacket.

"You're ominous, and I like it," King says with an innocent smile as he and Piniet shake hands as Queen sighs heavily, and we then cue over to a forge as we see magical creatures jumping on a bellow and a Warlock pulls a molten ball out of the fireplace as he strikes it with a hammer, then cools it in a barrel as the cooled chunk smashes on a table, revealing King's book as we then fast forward to the next day and we see a cartful of the books arriving at a bookstore as Mattholomule takes a bundle of them out and tosses it on the welcome mat, which was really a Magic Carpet as she flew it inside.

"It's the perfect blend of heart and heartlessness! Like two authors mashed into one." Reviewnicorn, a Unicorn Warlock, says while letting out a loud neigh as we cue over to the Bonesborough Library, and we see a cardboard cutout of King leaning against a stand of Ruler's Reaches as a crowd comes and goes, leaving no book behind as Skara returns to kiss and steal the cardboard cutout as we then see King, who was wearing a jacket and a green scarf and a pair of red sunglasses, walking across the streets of Bonesborough with a smug grin on his face as he spotted a crowd of people reading his book and spotted him as they all beamed excitedly.

"Oh my God! It's the King, I can't believe it!" One of the Witches exclaimed with a happy squeal as they all went over to grab King and began tossing him up and down into the air as more people arrived, waving their copies of Ruler's Reach and pens as all of them asked for his autograph.

"Mr. King! I love your writing! Please read my story!" Tinella Nosa pleaded as King laughed joyfully.

"Oh my, always good to meet minions-I mean fans." King says while signing Tinella Nosa's story and throwing it back at her as she stares at him with starry eyes.

"You're my inspiration..." Tinella Nosa says as we then cue over to the forest, and we see the duo flying into the clearing as Eda consulted her map and spotted a nearby Minitaur Statue as the Witch jumped off Volatus and landed on the ground as she made her way over to rip vines off of the statue.

"Okay, from the Minitaur, I head due north, and with luck, I'll get to the Bloom of Eternal Youth before Lilith. Who's frail now, emperor dorks?" Eda says with a mocking laugh but then flinches as she grows serious.

"What's wrong?"

"Someone's following us. Quick, Rugman, do the leaves trap maneuver." Eda says to Volatus, who nods and flies over to lie on the ground as he swiftly reaches over to grab a bunch of leaves and covers himself with them as the Witch goes over to duck behind the statue and summons a blue sword and a fireball as the people following them appeared and were swiftly trapped by the Magic Carpet as he flew up to snare them inside of himself as a glaring Eda runs out from behind the statue. "Spicy toss!" Eda screamed as she was planning to toss her fireball but stopped upon noticing that both Shepard and Lilith were residing inside of a floating Volatus as they both looked worse for wear. "Wait, Lilly? Loverboy?"

"Edalyn?/Eda?" A surprised Lilith and Shepard asked as Eda sighed heavily and vanished both of her weapons as she placed her hands on her hips.

"Let them go, Volatus," Eda ordered as Volatus nodded and let go of the lovers, causing them to crash down onto the ground as they groaned and stood up from the floor as Lilith glared at them.

"And of course, you would be here just to be a nuisance. Why don't you go home and rest? Wouldn't want you breaking a hip."

"Once again, dear, Eda is stronger than she looks." Shepard says as a smug-faced Eda nods.

"Couldn't agree more, Shepard. Anyway, Rugman and I are here to save the Bloom of Eternal Youth from the likes of you...and I'm gonna get there before you!" Eda yelled with a sing-songy tone while rushing forward as Volatus flew after her.

"Aah! No, you won't-Mmmph!" Lilith screamed childishly before yelping in surprise as Shepard reached over to grab her and pulled her into a passionate kiss. "Wait...mmm...Shepard-Oh, fuck! Not now! I need to beat my-Oh fuck, yes, right there~," Lilith moaned as Shepard began kissing and biting her neck as he pushed her down into a bush and we cue back over to the Owl House as we cue over to Charles and Luz's Shared Room as we see the Human Witch and the Witch writing on the typewriter as the Human Warlock stood near them and King and Queen appeared as the Titans made their way over to them.

"Hey, guys." A grinning King says as the trio glared at him. "Guess who won the writing competition and became a blockbuster writer superstar?" King asked with a slide tone as the trio ignored him, and the girls resumed typing. "You're right, it's me. Me. Do you wanna touch my scarf? A fan crocheted it out of their own hair. It smells so bad." King says with a smile before frowning as he notices that the trio continues ignoring him. "Well, my publisher is throwing a huge party for my book, Ruler's Reach, and I, uh, I'd like for you guys to be there," King says solemnly while putting an invitation on the table as a glaring Luz sweeps the invitation off the table and it hits the floor and she continues typing as the Male Titan frowns sadly before growing angry as he huffed. "Alright, fine. Be that way I guess." King says with a glare while turning around to walk away with Queen as a sighing Charles turns to the girls.

"We don't need him, guys."

"Yeah, but I don't want to be mad at him, either." Luz says while bending down to pick up the invitation and opens it as inside is a golden piece of paper that says, 'MEET THE AUTHOR TONIGHT ONLY BONESBOROUGH LIBRARY!' and a picture of King in a blue sweater is placed in the middle.

"...Your fans are dying to know when Ruler's Reach 2 comes out!" An excited fan screamed as we fast forward in time, and we cue over to the Bonesborough Library as King, Queen, and Piniet were sitting behind a table as it had a huge line of fans standing in front of them.

"That's between me and my publisher, right, Piniet?" King asked while elbowing Piniet playfully as he chuckled awkwardly.

"Yes. Ooh, pardon me, I need a few moments of King's time." Piniet says while standing up from the chair and walking off as King looks back at his fans and throws a peace sign, making them scream and cheer as Queen looks creeped out by this, and the Titans follow after the Demon as they arrive in front of the romance section.

"So, uh, where's Jon De Plume at?" Queen asked curiously as Piniet looked confused. "You mentioned that he will come here."

"Yeah, I wanted to compare sunglasses," King says as Piniet moves his hand around carelessly.

"Oh, he's taking a break to finish his latest masterpiece. Fame can really box you in, you know? Uh, speaking of, how's your second book coming along?"

"Coming along? Or finished." A grinning King says while pulling out a manuscript of Ruler's Reach 2 and handing it over to Piniet. "Ruler's Reach 2, now with more swears...well, except for you know, the N-Word as Queen advised me to take it out."

"And for a good reason," Queen said with a huff as a smiling Piniet's eyes glowed yellow and began reading King's story as he frowned a bit and then snorted and laughed as the Demon handed it back to him.

"Oh, you cad. Not only are you a great writer, but a practical joker as well."

"That's true-Wait, what?!" A shocked King asked with Queen doing a double take as Piniet nodded with a chuckle.

"Oh, this is truly awful. Looking forward to the real draft." Piniet says while turning around to walk away as a bewildered Queen turns to King.

"What the heck happened back there, King?"

"I don't know, Queen. I mean, 'Truly awful'? But I'm a best-selling writer. How can I..." A distraught King asked worriedly before spotting Charles and the others entering the library as they looked generally disinterested. "Oh, it's them. I can't write any stories without them." A panicking King says as he runs up to the group with Queen following after him. "Guys, I'm so glad you could make it."

"Hey, King," Luz says with an awkward smile as Charles sighs heavily.

"While we are still mad at you, Luz thought it was best that we don't be angry at your success and Sapphire and I are inclined to agree."

"Yeah, we are your friends, so, congratulations on your success," Sapphire says as King nods distractedly.

"Great to hear, 'cause I really need your help with my next book," King says, confusing the trio as he holds out a pen and paper. "Apparently I can't write my daring works of genius without rebelling against your gushy fantasy slops."

"Excuse me?!" An offended Sapphire asked with a blush and a glare as Luz and Charles also grew angry as Queen shook her head in disappointment.

"We make a great team. So, here's a pen. Writey writey, clock's a-tickin'."

"Screw your pen!" An angry Luz screamed while slapping the pen and papers out of his hands as King looked surprised by this. "We're not writing for you after you made fun of all our ideas, you jerk!" Luz says with a glare and huffs as she and Sapphire turn around to walk away as Charles glares down at King venomously and turns around to follow after the girls as the Male Titan grows worried.

"What am I gonna do?! I can't write without them!"

"Is that seriously what you are worried about?! Not the fact that you might lose your friends!" A furious Queen snapped as, unknown to them, Piniet can be seen eavesdropping on them with a suspicious glare on his face as he hummed, and we then cue over to the forest as we see Eda, Volatus, Lilith, and Shepard running/flying through the woods as a shadowy figure chased after them.

"Ha! Doesn't this remind you of how we used to race to the kitchen, Lilly?!"

"..."

"Lily?" Eda asked confusedly as she, Volatus, and Shepard skidded to a stop and glanced up to see a crab-like monster standing before them while having trapped Lilith, who was wrapped up by white webbing as the monster growled at them threateningly.

"Lilith!" The trio screamed in unison as Eda and Shepard swiftly summoned a large fireball and a big darkness ball and tossed them over to collide against the crab monster, sending it flying away as a screaming Lilith fell down into the air but was thankfully caught by Volatus as he flew in to grab her and placed her down on the ground as her boyfriend went over to free her.

"Are you okay, baby?" Shepard asked worried as a shaken Lilith nodded.

"Yeah, I am. Thank you, Shepard, and Fiorella's Magic Carpet." Lilith thanked as Shepard kissed her cheek, and Volatus bowed to her as she then turned to Eda. "And thanks for saving me as well, Edalyn. I wasn't certain that you'd save me."

"Stow it, sis. Ugh, we might fight, but you're still my sister, and besides, if someone's gonna be putting you down, it's gonna be me." Eda says with a laugh while slapping Lilith's big bubble butt as she yelped in surprise and blushed in embarrassment as Shepard grinned and slapped her in the ass well as Lily blushed harder.

"Hey, guys, look what I found," Volatus says while pointing ahead as the trio turned their heads and were surprised to see a glowing pink flower looming on a giant statue as they went over to it.

"The Bloom of Eternal Youth." A grinning Eda says before turning to Volatus as she whistled loudly, and the Magic Carpet got her secret message as he flew over to wrap around Shepard and Lilith's bodies, restraining them in place as a laughing Eda skipped forward. "Ha, ha! You snooze, you lose, lovebirds! That baby's mine!"

"Ugh, seriously, Eda?" An annoyed Shepard asked as Lilith growled in annoyance.

"Why are you always like this?"

"Because, Lilith, you think I'm just some tired old biddy. Ah, but I'm more than that." Eda says with a smug grin while walking up to the statue as she magically cuts the flower and grabs it as the Witch holds it up victoriously. "And with the Bloom of Eternal Youth's power, I'll show you!" Eda says just as the flower disappears from her hand with a burst of blue flames, surprising all of them as Volatus lets go of the Lovebirds and everyone hears the Merchant's maniacal laugh ranging out across the area as his shadow falls over the group and glanced up to see him standing on top of the statue as Eda and the others glared up at the Merchant as we cue back to Charles and the others as we see them planning to leave the Bonesborough Library, only to be stopped by two large reptilian-like guards as they appeared in front of them and the group grew suspicious as, unknown to them, a stoic Piniet can be seen sneaking up on them from behind and we then cue over at the theater in the Covention Center as the stands are packed, and hanging in the center of the theater, is a towering banner for Ruler's Reach 2.

"...Dang, girl..." The nervous Warlock says as we cue to backstage and we see King pacing around anxiously as Queen stands near him.

"Oh boy...oh, man, aw jeez...hemming, hawing."

"Come on, King, it's time to face the facts here," Queen says as King sighs heavily and nods in agreement as he turns to face Piniet, who is sitting near them.

"Okay, Piniet, I gotta come clean. We can't announce book two. I can't write without-,"

"Without your writing partners?" Piniet asked with an evil smirk, surprising and worrying the Titans as we cue over to the dressing room, and we see Charles, Luz, and Sapphire trapped inside a translucent energy purple box, which was apparently magic-proof as they tried to use their magic to burst out of their trap, but failed miserably as Sapphire sighed heavily.

"I can't believe that we let ourselves get captured like that."

"Yeah, that was embarrassing. We weren't even able to fight back." A groaning Charles says as Luz grumbles and struggles to get some breathing room as the box is too small to fit all of them comfortably.

"Charles, can you move already? I can hardly breathe with you on top of me like that. Plus, I feel something poking my butt. Can you take out your pencil from your pocket, please?"

"...Yes...that's my pencil..." A blushing Charles says while looking away and sweating nervously as an oblivious Luz grunts and tries to move away from her best friend, only to end up tripping and colliding against Charles, sending them crashing down onto the ground as the Dominican-American Girl ends up kissing the American boy on the lips, causing them to go wide-eyed and blushed from head to toe as they separated from each other.

"Oh my god! I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to kiss you like that!"

"I don't think he minds, Luz," Sapphire says with a sly grin as she notices that Charles has a goofy, blushing smile on his face. "I wonder if you two will have the same reaction if you kiss Amity too."

"Wait, what?!" A bewildered Luz asked just as the doors opened as Piniet and the Titans walked into the dressing room as they paused a bit at the sight of the rather compromising positions that the Human Warlock and Human Witch were in.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, should we come back later?" King asked with an embarrassed tone as Queen snorted and laughed.

"Ha, called it. I knew that you loved each other."

"WE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING!" A panicking Luz and Charles say while trying to separate from each other but failed due to the box shrinking down as they moaned in embarrassment and dismay.

"Guys, quick, help us! That guy trapped us in this shrinking box!" Sapphire yelled as Queen paused a bit.

"Wait a minute, you guys let yourselves get captured by a Bookworm? Guys, I'm disappointed in you."

"You should be! We are all disappointed in ourselves!" Charles yelled with an annoyed glare just as Piniet tightened his fist as the box shrunk and forced the trio to lower themselves onto the ground as they whimpered nervously.

"Wait a minute, teasing aside, what are you doing with them? Let my friends go right now!" King ordered with a scowl as Piniet shook his head with an evil laugh.

"You all wrote Ruler's Reach together. So if you don't want them crushed, you'll write together again but don't worry, though, some of the best books were written in literal crunch time."

"That's a toxic mentality that contributes to burnout and unrealistic expectations!" Luz yelled with a glare as Charles sighed heavily.

"Luz, please don't argue with the guy that can literally crush us to death at any second."

"King, Queen, do something!" Sapphire yelled pleadingly as King and Queen were planning to attack Piniet, but were stopped by him pulling out his and King's contract as it glowed red.

"Ah, ah, ah, you can't attack me. Do you recall that you are still under contract?" Piniet asked with a sly grin as a red glow covered King's body, and Queen tried to leap up to grab his leg and pull him down but failed as a hole was opened in the box, and the Titans were flung over to go through the box as they landed on top of a grunting Sapphire.

"Make your deadline, or you'll never be able to hold a pen again." Piniet threatened with a glare while dropping paper and a pen into the box as he then closed up the hole. "Just like..." Piniet trailed off as he reached behind him and held up Jon De Plume, who was now shrunk into a cube as the Demon then opened up a briefcase, which was filled with dozens of other cubed authors as they all screamed for help.

"You are a monster!" Charles and the others screamed while scowling furiously at Piniet, who put Jon De Plume into an empty slot and closed the briefcase.

"I'll leave you to it. Looking forward to your next volume." Piniet says while turning around and walking out of the dressing room as a distressed King moans.

"We're not getting out of here until we write a book, and that'll take forever! We're cube meat!"

"Well, we have our story," Sapphire says while pulling out the manuscript of their book as King groans loudly.

"But it's all hugging and crying! I can't put my name on that!"

"King, come on man, you acting like that is why we got trapped in this stupid box in the first place." A glaring Charles says as Queen nods in agreement.

"Yeah, you don't compromise."

"All I wanted was to write a dumb story with my friends and yet you just made fun of my ideas as everyone else back at home does," Luz says while tearing up as a sympathetic Charles reaches over to give her a comforting hug and a guilty King sighed heavily as he gave her a somber look.

"Look, guys, you are all living your dreams. Charles is becoming a Warlock and Luz and Sapphire are becoming Witches, but this celebrity is as close as I'll ever get to my dream. It all went to my head, and I hurt you. I'm sorry."

"Hey, being with you is one of our favorite parts of this dream," Luz says with a warm smile as King smiles back, but then the gang yelped in fear as the box shrinks again.

"Okay, this is a touching moment and all, but I do NOT want to become a cube. What are we going to do?" Sapphire asked nervously as Charles hummed thoughtfully.

"Well, I have a plan to help us escape, but we need to work together this time, King."

"Got it, just tell me what to do," King says as Charles grins slyly and begins whispering his plan to them as we then cue back to the forest, and we see Merchant laughing evilly as he smirks down at the group maliciously.

"I know you must be confused! The Bloom of Eternal Youth, dead?! What if I told you that the Bloom never existed at all?! And now that I have led you to my nest, I'll suck all the life out of you to satisfy my unending hunger!"

"...He scammed us. Can you believe that this motherfucker actually scammed us?" A disbelieving and angry Lilith asked as she and the others looked more bored than scared for their lives right now.

"Ha! I fucking called it!" Volatus cheered as he shared a high-five with Eda.

"Same, I thought there was a 50/50 chance going in. Hard not to admire the tenacity though."

"Yeah, but it's kind of hard to take him seriously. I mean, the glowing red eyes are a nice touch but geeze, he looks so unthreatening." An amused Shepard says with a smirk as Lilith nods while crossing her arms.

"Yeah, I mean, he had a good entrance, but that outfit? Ewwwwwww..."

"Oh and look at his little shoes," Eda said with a mocking tone as Volatus snorted amusedly.

"Yeah and that hat? Is he supposed to be a Merchant or a Bellboy?"

"And he didn't even bother to shave himself for the occasion. I mean, come, my guy, have some pizzaz. You are supposed to be a monster." Shepard says with a sly grin as he places his hands on his hips.

"Uh, okay, maybe you've never been led into a lethal trap before, but the response should be, 'Aa! No! Spare us!'," Merchant says as the group shared a look and grinned smugly.

"Ah, Volatus, right? Can you be a dear and restrain him for us?" Lilith asked as Volatus saluted at her and flew over to wrap around the Merchant's body, restraining him as the Magic Carpet then sent him falling down onto the ground, harshly as the trio stepped forward and sinisterly grinning Eda set her hands on fire while Lilith summoned her Palisman as Shepard's body glowed with dark purple magical energy.

"Spare us," Eda says sarcastically as Shepard crackles his knuckles threateningly.
