The scoreboard hit 0:00. The Fairies had just won their first Super Bowl. The team was in disbelief they actually did it. In 50 years, the team had never won and were severely counted out especially against the reigning champions, The Saber Tooth tigers.

As they tackled Gray he felt tears falling. It was always his dream to be here. When his dad first started training him, Gray was stubborn, scared, playing in the pocket. As he gained confidence he became known as a "running quarterback." This only made his doubters louder. The criticism went from playing scared to playing too recklessly.

None of that mattered today because they fucking did it ! They were SuperBowl Champions !!! This was the happiest moment of his life, so why did he feel so incomplete? He worked so hard even adopting Jalen Hurts mentality.

Money's great, championships are better.

As he looked around, he saw his teammates with their families. Natsu stood with Lucy and their daughter Nasha. They shared a family hug before Natsu gave both his girls a kiss. Turning to the left, he saw Jellal with Erza, his fiancé. The two were over the moon and you could feel the love. Worst of all, right in front of him Mira and Laxus were engaged in a heavy make out session. The two always had overdone PDA, but this was ignored since we were all just happy.

I stared in disbelief. I was named Super Bowl MVP. I was a dream come true. As I told them I'm going to Disney World, I turned to our star rookie Cornerback Gajeel.

Gajeel is alone but looking for someone. I approach him to make sure he's good.

"Hey Metalhead, you, okay? Looking for someone? You are a DOG!! So proud of you!! That pick 6 is one for the books!! Gajeel laughed then smiled

"Hey Ice Freak, yeah, I'm looking for a friend. I invited her here because she loves football ever since we were young but she's a water head. She always gets lost, and I have to find her. For a girl with blue hair, you would think it would be easier to find her "he cackled.

Gray smiled, "I'll help you look for your girlfriend. "

"She's not my girlfriend. I just told you she's my friend, practically like a sister. That's how long we've been friends "

Before Gray could reply, he saw the most beautiful woman. She had blue hair, long legs, perky breasts, pale skin and blushed lips.

He had had hookups with some of the most beautiful women in the world, yet the sight of her was mesmerizing.

He was quickly snapped into reality when he realized that was the girl Gajeel was looking for. Gajeel immediately grabbed her and dragged her.

The girl began pouting, seeming to explain why she had gotten lost. For the first time, I saw Gajeel smile and pull her into a hug. Gajeel said she was a friend, but I'd never seen him so happy around anyone.

I walked toward the pair to introduce myself. "You found her!! It's nice to meet you, I'm Gray Fullbuster! We're so lucky to have Gajeel on the team. You know I've never seen him smile ever so you must be special to him." He blushed slightly. She was just too beautiful.

She began to say "Hi Gray, my name is Juvia Lockser. It's nice to meet you and congratulations on the win! Gajeel is the closest thing I have to a brother, so I guess I see a side of him no one else does."

Those words made me grin. They had both referred to each other as siblings. He clearly wasn't into her in the same way I would be. The only problem is he seemed protective of her and my past was atrocious with women.

If I wanted Juvia, I would have to get her away from Gajeel to learn more about her.

Today had truly been one for the books

A few days later

The team was filming social media content for their upcoming Parade in the city. One of the bits was a commercial for Nike, in the commercial the most popular and up and coming stars in Fiore would show their talents with a message for everyone to Just Do it and follow their dreams.

On set, Gray saw tons of familiar faces, including his brother Lyon. The one face he hadn't expected to see there was Juvia. He didn't know anything about her but the fact that they were in a commercial of this magnitude told him she was the best at whatever she did.

Gray started his shoot holding a football. He followed his lines "They doubted me. They said I couldn't throw. They said I wasn't a Super Bowl QB. Yet here I am, Superbowl MVP." with a wink to the camera.

He walked around the set hoping to bump into Juvia when he noticed she was doing her shoot. She was in one piece. So, she was a swimmer. He stared as she began "They said it was a fluke, so I broke the record. They said I wouldn't, so I did and brought home three gold medals in the process." Symbolically biting into the medals.

So that's who she is. An Olympic gold medalist who broke a swim record.

She's badass

Once the shoot was finished, everyone had dinner at their favorite spot in Fiore Yajima's.

It was a complete buy out, so everyone enjoyed buffet style food and spent most of the time mixing and mingling.

When he finally saw her alone, he immediately greeted her "Hey Juvia! I didn't know you were an athlete! 3 gold medals are dope! Your family must be so proud of you !!"

"Hey Gray! Actually, I'm an orphan so no family, but Gajeel is so proud of me and that's all that matters!" She smiled

The most gorgeous smile.

"I'm sorry to hear that, but you're right Gajeel seems happy! You can also think of all of us fairies as your family too. If you're important to Gajeel, you're important to us too. I hope to see you around sometime; you seem like a cool girl."

Her palms began to sweat. Was she nervous?

"Haha, thank you so much. You're too sweet. Since it's off-season for you guys now, maybe we will see each other but swimming is in season now, so I'm locked in. But, here's my number if you ever wanted to grab a bite or something."

She reached for his phone, which he handed to her, and she entered her number.

After he left, he looked at his phone. He couldn't believe she had given him her number without him asking for it. He clicked her contract.
