What's up, folks? Back again with your favorite story, Sonic DXD… speaking of which, I noticed about half the stories in this archive had been deleted. Some of the writers are still active though, just the stories are gone. Then again, considering none of theirs couldn't break 40 favs/follows and mines at over 200 already, I'm apparently too powerful for them. They never stood a chance…

HEY! Don't give me that look! I deserve these bragging rights will all the passion I put into this!

This next chapter's gonna be on the shorter side, cause this one adapts a side story from the DxD series. I wasn't gonna do it originally, but I figured it'd be a fun little chapter to write. I was also able to squeeze in some lore and a speaking debut of a certain sister character allot sooner than I originally planned, so in a way this all does work out in the end.

Honestly, it also cause I'm a bit busy with some YouTube content involving Sonic. Been posting vids such as leaks and memes about him and his next movie, and of course the next game. In fact, why not check them out for yourself? I'm planning a theory video on Frontiers filled with points I don't think many people have made… at least not the big channels that repeat almost the same exact thing.

Nice chapter as always dude, I absolutely love it! And I wonder why Rias doesn't just ask or tell him about Eggman's robots, it'll help the both of them out. Again I how well you're keeping them in character, but at the same time, I hate on how Rias isn't making what we gamers call a "Pro Gamer Move", it'll benefit them both. Anyways I'm done with that, so let's move on to the funny moments XD. My boi Issei went and used that card on the homie Sonic like that XD. And Rias BAMBOOZLING Sonic like that, and me as well! XD I was so impressed that I said "Rias you clever little devil. Clever girl. I'll let take one slide for now XD." And speaking of Issei, I see what you did there when you added it fires up my neurons line XD I laughed so hard at that. and on how the way you made him talk, had me dying of laughter. I also love how you added my boi Tails as well. It's nice to see him again.

ANYWAYS! it's was a nice little peaceful chapter, my guy and I the next can make me laugh harder than before. Have a wonderful time, stay safe out, and I can't wait for the next update!

Bakuganman: Yeah, her saying something would definitely be the "Pro Gamer Move". And she's supposed to be the smart one… boy, wait til she meets Tails. Her tricking Sonic and Issei like that was one of my personal favorite moments too.

Chapter 23: Seeing how the Job's Done

Its been interesting since Asia moved in with Issei. While Sonic didn't see the reactions to a new girl living under the Hyoudou parents' roof, he definitely heard them. It was… pretty much exactly what he and you'd probably expect…

"Are you sure there's no better long-term situation than moving in here?" Issei's dad asked, he and his wife still jaw-dropping at all this. First Rias, now Asia? Two cute girls not even in the span of a month?… And the second one was asking to LIVE with them?!

"The truth is… I owe your son a great deal…" she said, then began to look down a little with a small flush on her cheeks. "He was there for me when I needed someone the most. I came to this country without knowing much about it. And when I was in trouble, he went out of his way to help me. I honestly don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for him," Asia admitted, her flush getting a bit redder as she recalled how far Sonic and Issei went for her. "He's a really great guy; so I'd really like to have the chance to pay him back, him and Sooo…" In her genuine ramble, she caught herself when she got to Sonic's name. Issei's teeth gritted humorously, as well as his eyes going wide. Rias even looked a bit nervous too for some reason, both she and him looking at Asia.

"oooonnnn-AAAACHOOO!" Asia threw her head forward, feigning a sneeze. "Phew. Excuse me… him and his kindness…. yeah! And I'd like to repay him for all he's done for me." She continued as she brushed the hair away from her face due to the overdramatic act she pulled. This was not a total lie (and was a reference to both boys saving her life and risking their own), but one that Issei's parents' wouldn't question. Both Rias and Issei sighed while closing their eyes, and exhaled softly at the exact same time in relief. The Nun almost spilled the beans about a certain alien living under, or rather on top, of the Hyoudou household… nice save, Asia.

"Of course, if its imposing…" Asia went to continue, but she didn't get to as Issei's mother spoke up.

"Oh, honey, its not that you can't stay here," Miki said, finding what Asia said was sweet and it sounded like it came from a genuine place, so it was hard to flat-out deny her. "The thing is…"

"Issei is an unnaturally horny pervert! He's a savage beast that can't be trusted!" Gorou said, calling out his own child. Sonic smirked at that, hearing a set of parents call out their offspring. It was nice for the Hedgehog to hear some common sense from this world once in a while, even from the adults of it.

"Gee, thanks; Dad!" Issei remarked, not pleased that his own dad sold him out. Sonic smiled on the roof at this, snickering to himself.

"There is one benefit from this arrangement," Rias said, then added with a head cock and cutesy smile: "She could learn how to be a good wife!"

"SAY WHAT?!" Cried everyone else in the room, though Asia was silent and her red face got even redder.

Both Hyoudou parents then faced each other and held each others hands while also shedding tears of joy. "I can't believe it! Someone may ACTUALLY sleep with him and give us some grandkids!" Issei's dad cried, happily.

"HEY!" Issei cried.

"Marriage might even cure him of his obsession with hentai, rule 34 and fanfiction!" His mother agreed with her husband.

"MOM! I'M RIGHT HERE!" Issei cried again, but it appeared his parents had found their happy place and didn't hear or even acknowledge a single thing he said.

"Miss Rias! We'd be happy to take care of Asia as if she was one our own! She's probably his only hope!" Gorou said.

"Duuuuuu…!" Issei went to say something, but couldn't find the words.

"Fantastic! Thank you very much for your kindness, Mister and Misses Hyoudou." Rias thanked the human parents, then looked to Issei. "Isn't this great? Its settled and all worked out! Right, Issei?" Rias asked, giving the dumbfounded Red Dragon with that same cutesy smile, though she was most likely ecstatic things had went her way… again. This was just before, and Issei was almost positive Rias used her magic again, but as a Devil he was able to sense stuff like that. She had done nothing of the sort… his mother and father agreed on their own free will, and were very much okay with this.

Then again, considering how well she played him and Sonic not even 5 minutes ago…

"Yeah… guess so…" Issei said in a defeated tone. He then sighed with closed eyes again, then looked up at the ceiling. 'Bet SOMEONE'S having a field day…' He grumbled to himself. The camera then panned up from the room to the roof, showing Sonic kicking his legs while holding his stomach, also muting his own laughter.

POV - Sonic:

That night while the Hyoudou Residence was sleeping, Sonic had went out for an evening run earlier. Tomorrow was Sunday anyway, so no school for the Devil students which would also hopefully mean nothing too crazy would happen either. This was also one of the few nights Sonic actually chose to run this late. Not many people, cars, etc. were around; so this was a perfect time to get some extra exercise.

As he ran through the city, he then Drifted along the road by spinning in a ball to keep his momentum going then left his ball-mode to continue running off. He then ran upwards parkour-style along a building. When he was about to run out of building to run on, he jumped off to the one across the street from it but instead of running along it, he ran up it. He just about reached the top when he began slowing down and began sweating, he gritted his teeth in humorous nervousness before doing a quick Spin Dash to regain the momentum he had lost, continuing up the rest of the way without any problem.

He looked out over the lit Kuoh Town from atop the building. The people of this world might be strange, but Kuoh Town was still a beautiful place. It reminded him of the best parts of Station Square, Seaside City, Park Avenue (before the Phantom War), Central City, Sunset Heights, Sunset City, Spagonia, and Empire City… not to mention the city he had to outrun a certain military truck. Twice.

While he did miss his home, it was still fun to run around this dimension whenever he wanted and not be cooped for too long. After admiring the view for a little bit longer, he jumped down and ran down the building. What he failed to notice though, was a female was watching him on the next building over. Her face was blacked out, but she had a very large hairstyle, and while it was a bit hard to see her outfit, it appeared to have tail-like ends on it.

Just as Sonic was 20 feet from the street, he changed course slowly at an incline to start running along the building, then jumped off of it at an angle back towards the street. He did a Drop Dash to keep his speed upon hitting the ground, but then exited it after a few seconds of using the Spin Dash it provided and continued to run, heading back to Issei's house. The camera cuts to an aerial view, where a blue line is zipping through turns flawlessly as it makes its way to its destination. Almost like when you draw a line through a maze.

When the blue line begins going in a straight line, we cut back to the Issei's neighborhood where Sonic just made a turn in from another corner, his shoes screeching as he slid and changed direction. Right as he began his approach to Issei's house…

"Huh?" He noticed something that made his eyes widen. Not like in total shock, more as in genuine curiosity. It was a glowing circle or glyph of some sort, which made him start slowing down thinking it was Rias…

FLOOOOOOOOOSH!

Sonic stopped immediately and began shielding his face from ACTUAL flames with his arms while also turning his head a bit away… this was NOT Rias. Usually when she used a glyph, she either arose from or sunk into it, or dark-red energy would come out if she was using one offensively. When was the last time Rias used ACTUAL fire?

A form began to rise out of the burning glyph, but it was someone Sonic didn't recognize. It was a girl whom appeared to dress more on the elegant side as opposed to the sexy Rias, the suggestive Akeno, the cute (though foul-mouthed) Koneko, or the adorable Asia. She was beautiful, that much was clear, and she looked around the same age demographic as those aforementioned girls. She had blonde hair that rivaled the long hair of Rias, Asia and Akeno; but this girl had it done in a rather strange style, as they were done as drill-like curls, one on each side of her head (they reminded him of the Drill Wisps). It may have been the darkness of the night, but she wore a purple dress that had a blue bow in front. But what made this outfit REALLY stand out was the fact that on the back, 3 tails that seemed reminiscent of a birds poked out from its bottom and hung downward.

To Sonic, she looked like the humanoid equivalent of a Flicky.

The girl had her eyes closed, but then slowly opened them, revealing dark blue eyes. She stared at Sonic for a moment, with the Hedgehogs bright green eyes keeping track of her. Even from 5 feet away, he could tell she most likely wasn't human, and he had no idea who she was or if she was friend or foe, so he kept his guard up in case she tried anything.

"So… you must be him then?" The girl asked the Hedgehog. Sonic eyed this girl carefully… she seemed to know about him. Has she seen him running around?

"And who might be asking, Drill-Head?" Sonic questioned her, not willing to give any information up to a complete stranger.

The girls eyes narrowed, not liking the Hedgehog's tone. "You watch your mouth, Hedgehog!" She said, and was one of the few people of this world to get his species right. The only other one was Rias. "How dare you speak so impertinently to a member of the Phenex Family! You ha…" The girl suddenly stopped her rambling, catching herself in the middle of it, and then calmed herself. "… I'm sorry," she apologized while turning her head away in shame, showing Sonic that while this girl had a HUGE amount of pride, she also had a conscience. "Even as one of the last 72 Pillars, I'm in no position to talk down to you right now…"

Sonic listened to her words very carefully. Phenex Family? 72 Pillars?… Wait, 72 Pillars… that wasn't more items he had to collect, was it? Getting 7 was hard enough…

"Tonic? Phonic?… No. Sonic was it, right?" The 'Phenex Girl' continued, and her next answer caught said Hedgehog by surprise. She knew his name? How? Who was she? "Your that surprised? How long did you think you could just run around the human world without being detected?" She added, but Sonic had no answers. This new information made his head spin. 72 Pillars, Phenex Family, 'run around without being detected'?

GRAB!

Sonic wasn't paying attention which allowed this girl to get close to his face by grabbing his shoulders. She was cute, he wasn't gonna lie, but her face now showed an imploring expression. "Listen!… You have to help him! Please!" She suddenly requested in a begging tone. Sonic did't get the chance to even ask who as she continued on after catching her breath. "My brother… he hasn't been the same lately, he's not acting like himself!" She said, her voice slightly cracking which told Sonic this was serious to her. He honestly felt bad and would have asked who her brother was so he could help, but she once again just continued before Sonic could get a single sentence out. "He's been nastier than usual, snaps over the most trivial things… he won't let that stupid crystal out of his sight either, ever since it flew into our window."

Sonic's ear perked up on that last part. A crystal? That flew into their home? "Wait… a crystal?" He asked the Phenex Girl.

Before she could answer him, a small glyph appeared near the girls left ear, though was a symbol he didn't recognize. He knew Rias' symbol, but this one was bright orange compared to Rias' dark red. "Ravel! Ravel!" Said a voice from this circle, saying the second word a bit louder than the first, though the voice itself sounded annoyed.

"Huh? Oh, Onii-Chan! W-What's up?" Said the Phenex Girl, backing off from Sonic's personal space and turning around, also responding to the word 'Ravel', meaning that was probably her name. She spoke into the circle with a bit of shock, though tried to hide it with an affectionate Onii-Chan.

"Where are you?! Our next Rating Game is in a half-hour!" Said her brother on the other end of the line, the Onii-Chan Technique not working.

"Uh, I was just.." Ravel went to come up with an excuse.

"Unless you were dying at the hands of a Fallen Angel, I don't want to hear any excuses!" Her Brother spoke rudely to her. In fact it was loud enough for Sonic to hear parts of the conversation. "If your not here soon, we'll be disqualified before our Game even begins, which'll tarnish the Phenex Families reputation! Wherever you are, drop whatever your doing, and get here. NOW!" The Brother then ended the call in aggravation. The symbol also disappearing from Ravel's ear.

As the called did end, Ravel looked depressed. She then turned back to Sonic. "Listen. I don't know where you came from, or why…" she began. "But if you can… please… save my brother! Once he goes after Rias again, you'll have a chance!"

Now Sonic's head spun in the opposite direction as if he got slapped across the face. She knew about Rias too? What did she mean about her brother going after her? What the heck did that term Rating Game mean?! Sonic didn't know what to say! He had so many questions! "After Rias? What do you…?"

"I'm sorry! I have to go!" Ravel said.

Sonic went to quickly walk up to her with his hand out. "Wait! Hold up-!"

FLOOOOOOOOOSH!

"KUUU!" Sonic covered his face again and backed off as he was closer to the fire than the first time. He shielded himself in a very similar way when he first met Shadow after taking down the Big Foot GUN Walker, then said Black Hedgehog warped away in a flash of light. When he finally felt the heat die down, he lowered his hands… the girl was gone. Having vanished in the same flames that brought her here. The Hedgehog blinked a few times, standing under the night sky in silence for a few seconds. The only thing you could hear were crickets.

'… what was that all about?… Who was that girl?' He thought to himself. She wasn't human, THAT much was clear, and she had very similar powers to a certain feline he met some years ago. She appeared and disappeared in a very Blaze the Cat-like way, and their personalities seemed almost identical with them both having a sense of pride, but also a soft side.

The better question was: what was that about her big bro going after Rias? And again, as in this has happened before? Was Ravel and her brother also Devils too? Wouldn't that mean they were on the same side if that was the case?

Sonic had no idea, and the mental gymnastics his brain was going through to piece it all together just made him tired. Deciding to let it be for now until he got more information, he went up to Issei's house like he originally planned, and hopped up to his roof. It didn't take him long to fall asleep either.

POV - Issei:

Over the last couple of days, things were relatively normal. Asia was transferred into Issei's homeroom (which Rias may have had something to so with), where she innocently admitted to be staying with Issei. That of course got every boy in his class to leer at him. Then Asia was scheduled her first client, but Issei took her place which was a kind gesture. Seeing as Asia didn't know her way around yet, it was the best idea and Rias agreed with it.

Though Issei regretted it when he saw the clients apartment number… room 206…

The following day at PE, while Issei's perverted friends were watching some girls do exercises with Asia being one of them, Issei himself was a little upset. It wasn't because of Motohama and Matsuda's antics (though if he was paying attention, he would have stopped it as Asia was a target), it was due to him failing yet again to get a contract filled out. So he skipped class to take a nap in the nurses office. He didn'y know how long he was out, but when he opened his eyes; the first things he saw were the lights (that weren't turned on) on the ceiling, the curtains he closed around him, the long red hair and naked breasts next to him, the white sheets of the…

…

…

…

"DAAAAA-HAAAAAAAAAA!" Issei freaked out, backing up in his bed that he would have fell off if he went any further. For one reason or another, Rias was in bed with him… and naked, AGAIN! She looked so peaceful as she slept, her wings were out for some reason, her large chest rising and falling like that…

Issei's hand began moving towards the currently defenseless Rias. 'No! No-no-no-no-NO! My hands moving in its own!' Iseei thought as his pervy instincts were starting to take over. 'Stop! Bad hand! Don't do iiiiiiiiiit!' He orders his hand to stop and while it did slow down, it still made a steady pace towards one of Rias' large flying saucers.

Then he noticed her looking directly at him. When did she…?

"GAAAAAAAAAAAH!" He reeled back so fast, you'd think he took lessons from Sonic. "I was totally not trying to grab your Ping Pongs!" Issei insisted, but it didn't look like it bother Rias at all. She just gave a cute yawn. 'Damnit, how can this girl be adorable and sensational at the same time?!' Issei cried in his mind.

"Morning, Issei. I needed a quick nap myself, and you were already here, so…" Rias said, which then Issei questioned to himself how and why did she pick HIS bed out if the other 5 in the room? "Oops. My wings." She then recalled her wings into her back after noticing they were out. She also noticed Issei's face was red. She knew exactly why, but decided to toy with him a bit. "Hey? Your face is all red. You have a fever?" She asked while scooting closer to him.

"Uh, no" Issei said with his voice cracking a bit, trying to remain calm with such a hot girl this close to him. "Its just, most people don't take naps in their birthday suits."

"Really? Funny, considering you live with someone who does." Rias said.

"No… he wears shoes!" Issei shot back while still nervous as hell, knowing exactly who the Crimson Devil was referencing, but couldn't think of a better comeback.

"I'm sorry, I can't help it," Rias said. "I've never been able to sleep unless I was completely naked. Ever since I was a little girl."

Issei mind was racing, imagining a loli Rias (with a decent sized rack) wrapped in bed sheets around her naked body. He could also already imagine Sonic saying something like: "And your parents never told you it wasn't cute after 5?"

"That's not an issue for you, is it?" Rias asked.

"Nope. Your hot…" Issei began, then caught himself on the double-meaning. "I mean, it does get hot in here. That's fine! It's totally normal!" He recovered, though still a nervous wreck, and the fact the air conditioning was always fully functional…

"Issei, can I ask you a question?" Rias asked him. He didn't get to say yes or no as she just asked it anyway. "Would you say your an admirer of breasts?"

Well… that was straightforward. "Breasts are nice…" Was all Issei could say.

Rias: Wanna touch mine? You can if you want.

Issei was frozen for a solid 5 seconds as Rias' words echoed in his brain. A fantasy then played of him and Sonic in one of the many Casinos' he mentioned his world having, but this was a normal one. Sonic rolled one of the slot machines; but he got 3 symbols of a mustached man (Eggman), the machine played a laugh track on loop that literally seemed to laugh at him (Eggman laughter), and the Hedgehog cried and pounded the machine with both fists in unison. Issei however, got 3 Rias Gremory symbols that were sitting up from a bed in black lingerie, while also pulling said undergarments in a striptease-like way. The machine's JACKPOT letters lit up brightly and blinked a few times as a winning sound was emitted from it as well. Rings making *ding-ding-ding-ding* sounds then flooded the entire complex as the fantasy ended.

'Did I just die a third time and get sent straight to Funbag-Opolis?' Issei asked himself, now in full pervert-mode with a VERY perverted smile plastered on his face.

"If you promise to do what I say, I promise you can touch them. That sound good?" Rias asked.

If it wasn't evident enough, Issei pretty much lost all sense of reason, which was only further visualized by the sound of a steam train coming from himself. "YEEAAAAAAAAS! THAT'S TITTY-TASTIC!"

Rias smiled at him. "Good… I want you to fill out a pact. And I've got a client already waiting for you."

POV - Normal:

Sonic: (deadpans) Remind me again why I'm here?…

Currently; Rias, Issei and Sonic were standing on top of a large magic circle opened by the Devil King herself in the ORC club room. This one actually took a bit longer to cast as she was planning on dragging Sonic along for the ride again, though the Hedgehog could tell (or at least he hoped) she had no ulterior motives.

"I've just happened to find the perfect client for Issei, but she's requesting 2 men. Since Kiba's doing a pact of his own, your my only option." Rias said.

"Awwwww… so you do care," Sonic said mockingly, also swooning. Rias chose to ignore him.

"But you too, Rias? Is this kind of thing allowed?" Issei asked, wondering if this was violating some kind of rule.

"Why not? Besides, its never a bad thing to have a seasoned pro by your side on a such a big job." Rias said.

Hearing that, Issei realized something. If she went with him and Sonic, seeing as she does this for a living combined with her level of kindness, then there's an even higher probability of success! It was a win-win! 'That's right! If she comes with me and helps us out, then there's no way I can't get a pact!' Issei thought. Rias was apparently so smart, and smart enough to outsmart them, that she also outsmarts herself! 'Hehehehe, we're gonna be playing Twister later tonight, and no colored mat required!' Issei continued, then chuckled out loud while holding a hand in front of his mouth.

Sonic glared at him from the side without moving his head, already aware of what Issei was thinking.

In a flash of light, they were at the clients location. It was a room full of Japanese culture items, which wasn't too abnormal as they were IN Japan, but it appeared to be more akin to a historic set. Old fans, some famous Japanese artists and architects, maps, a suit of armor in the back, weapons, etc. It didn't seem like there WAS a client in here, unless they left the room or Rias got the coordinates wrong (which was VERY unlikely).

"Place is cool… and by cool, I mean creepy." Issei said.

"You wanna talk creepy? Try castles that hang upside down." Sonic said. After looking around the room a bit more, the suit of armor in the back stood up! "GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Both Sonic and Issei hugged each other as they screamed at the suit getting up on its own!

"Um… your the Devils, right?" Asked the armor, which had a girl voice, and a shy one that rivaled Asia's.

"… I shouldn't be surprised anymore…" Sonic dryly stated as he and Issei slowly got out of there man-hug.

"I… I'm Susan. Er, Susan-san I mean. I'm a foreign exchange student, and I've always been fascinated by Japan, anime, and its culture. It's totally cool!" Said the Armor, also giving her actual name, Susan. Rias also looked happy to hear that, as shown by the large happy face she had.

"Really? Had no idea." Sonic made a joke. Susan actually giggled at the Hedgehog's joke, however meta it was.

"Guess that explains your outfit." Said Issei.

"Y-Yeah. It's really scary at night, so I wear this to ward off the evil spirits and bad people away." Susan said.

"Well, it works." Sonic said, joking some more.

"I'm glad I contacted such nice Devils," Susan said, not thinking twice about Sonic's appearance or just assumed he was a Youkai turned Devil. "If you weren't, I might have been forced to draw my mighty blade, and SMITE YOU!"

SLICE!

Susan then did just that, and Issei and Sonic were the only ones in her range. In fact she slashed with it so fast, Sonic was forced to tap into his gifted speed, and dart backwards to avoid getting hit. And if Issei's Devil Senses were a second slower, his tool between his legs may have been cut off!

"HEY! EASY!" Issei yelped.

"Who trained you, King Arthur?" Sonic said. As for her request, the only thing she needed was 2 male escorts to join her back to her school to pick up her notes… seriously. Even Rias looked down with a frown and closed eyes at the strange request, though this expression also told the boys this was probably not the first time such a dumb request came through either. Like calling retired superheroes to open a jar of mayonnaise…

Worst part was on the way there and back, Susan would randomly start screaming and slashing wildly with her sword (keep in mind, this was all in broad daylight). Scratch what they thought about Asia and her being similar, at least the Nun wasn't THIS bad!

When it was done, Susan thanked them, and the pact was filled out accordingly, meaning it was a successful contract! Rias was flaring her power to cast a circle that'll get them all back, and while Sonic and Issei were waiting, Issei's first thoughts went to the "reward" Rias promised.

'Oh man, this's gonna be the best day of my life!' Issei thought, back in pervert-mode. 'I got the fast-pass onto the Titty Train to Ding-Ding City! And it's about to leave the station!' As his thoughts got more and more perverted, Rias' clothes began to dissolve in his minds eye. 'First I'm gonna squeeze them like play-doh! Then I'll beat them like their bongo drums! THEN! I'll bury my face in them and go: PFPFPFPFPFPFP!'

Issei's face was overexcited, so much that Sonic knew EXACTLY what he was thinking. He might not know what Rias promised Issei, but with an annoyed look, he raised his hand up to pull on Issei's ear…

"Sumimasen?" Susan suddenly appeared behind the boys and asked them 'Excuse me?' in perfect Japanese, which got them both to jump and yelp at the unexpected question/interruption. "I hate to be a bother, but there is one more thing I'd like done before you go." She requested. "You see, there's this guy…"

"And I'm sure he's great and all, but we can't. Sorry to be a bummer, but only one request per visit." Said Issei, which technically WAS true, but it was also a convenient excuse to get back on the 'Titty Train'.

Normally Rias would have agreed wit Issei, but Rias' expression towards Susan showed understanding. "Nonsense. We can make room for one more request." She said, kindly.

"Wait? For real?" Asked Issei.

Since Sonic figured this bothered whatever Issei was thinking… "Why not? Double the Devil, double the fun!" He said with a smirk, joining Rias' side.

Rias smiled at Sonic. "Exactly. Couldn't have said it better myself."

Issei jaw dropped at this turn of events. The ONE time the alien and Devil decide to agree…

Issei was left crying by himself, hugging his knees together to ball himself up as be sat behind the rest of the group as they sat on the mat in the middle of Susan's room. "Betrayed by Man's Best Friend…" Issei complained while sobbing, tears streaming down his face like 2 rivers.

"Tell us more about this guy." Rias asked, she and Sonic sitting next to each other while across from Susan.

"Well, I really like him, but I'm kind of shy. I'm not sure if he'd even want me." Susan said.

"Nah, I'm sure he defended his virginity with his sword and shield…" Issei whined.

"You want us to make him fall for you then?" Rias asked, wondering if that was what the girl was asking. That was totally in her power by the way, nothing a little Memory Altercation magic can't fix.

"She'll be more than happy to do that," Sonic snickered while thumb-pointing to Rias, then reached behind him and pulled out a red wig with long hair that he made lite of Rias with a while ago. Once he put it on, "Cause it'll naturally get you better grades" He repeated in a Rias-like voice. The Devil he was making fun of glanced at him, not finding his reenactment funny.

"Oh no! I could never force him to Koi me!" Susan said, which while she did find it sweet how far these Devils (and unbeknownst to her, one Mobian) were willing to go, she didn't have it in her heart to force her crush against his will. "I want him to Koi me on his own."

"I'd Koi you right in the head…" Issei whined some more, though this time it got both Sonic and Rias to look back at him.

Issei: GAAAARRRRRRRGH!

Both Hedgehog and Crimson Devil Koi-ed Issei with their fists at the exact same time right on top of his head, the force pushing him down like he was a mole from a game of Whack-A-Mole. To his credit though, when Rias and Sonic (who did remove the wig after hitting him) couldn't come up with a way for Susan to express her love and she had no idea where to start, Issei suggested a letter so at least she had time to write all her points down without worrying about getting nervous in front of her crush.

How she sent the letter though…

"YOU ACTUALLY SHOT THE ARROW INTO HIS FUCKING HEAD?!" Issei yelled as they awaited for Susan's crush to respond. They waited outside Susan's home, and a England-style knight with an arrow stuck in his helmet, which is how Susan sent it... the Cupid way.

"S-Sorry. I have excellent hand-eye coordination…" Susan apologized.

"Maybe next time, try Amazon…" Sonic said, seeing that the knight approaching then looked , that was only due to the design of the helmet, and accepted Susan's letter as well as her love. They agreed to be a couple right on the spot, both also complimenting each others armor. The England knight praised Susan's Karuta (her chest armor), saying it was firm, while Susan commented that his helmet was so hard…

"Someone kill me…" Issei sighed with placed a hand over his face. For once, he and Sonic were in the same boat, with the Hedgehog mimicking the boys actions.

"I'm sticking to deliveries from here on…" Sonic commented, also finding this romance kinda weird. The only one who appeared happy for Susan and her new lover was Rias, who smiled for the 2 armored individuals.

Later during the evening, Issei and Rias were alone in the clubroom together, with Rias holding a picture of Susan and her new boyfriend at a park. The fact they dressed that way in public…

"Those two were a match made in armor, weren't they?" Rias asked.

"Don't think I'd use those words exactly…" Issei said.

"Well, what do you think?" Rias asked.

"About what?" Issei asked.

"Being with the person you love, like these two." Rias said, not taking her eyes off the picture.

Issei wasn't sure how to answer that, so he thought about it for a moment. "I mean, it seems kinda nice. Like my parents, they seem happy with each other and all…" he answered honestly. "Plus, sounds a hell of allot better than being with someone who just uses and abuses you, then screws you sideways…" he added, having a small flashback to the first day he met Yuuma/Raynare. Hearing the honest answer got Rias to stare at him.

"Uh, but hey, what do I know? I'm an emotionally unstable pervert." Issei added again, making a small joke out of embarrassment as Rias was staring at him.

"No. I appreciate it. Thanks for being honest" said Rias. "Well, it guess you earned it…"

"Earned wh-, Aaaaaah!" Issei asked, but then noticed Rias had taken steps closer to him, and her arms were underneath her chest as if holding them up… oh, yeah! That's right! With how silly it had gotten with Susan, he had completely forgotten about his reward!

"From right now until I count to five, their all yours." Rias said. "One…"

"F… For real?" Issei asked, honestly surprised Rias was going through with this. He probably shouldn't haven been since she has slept with him twice at this point, both times buck naked. However, this was the first time a girl had said to him 'touch my boobs' that wasn't ASMR porn.

"Two…" Rias said.

"Wait a second, that's not fair! Ya gotta give a guy a warning first!"

"Two and a half…"

'GAH! We're already halfway through and I don't even have a game plan!' Issei thought, as he was running out of time, and fast.

"Three…"

'Ok, Issei; no screwing around! Do I go for the right jug, the left can, or perform the double pitch nipple twist?' Issei wondered, pointing back and forth to Rias' knockers; but as he did, he had a quick flashback of Sonic.

FLASH!

Sonic: Seriously, pal; sometimes you should just tell yourself 'no'.

Issei paused, then lowered his hands as he mood downed.

"Fou-, uh?" Rias was about to say four, but then noted Issei's downed expression and blinked, not expecting such a reaction from him. "Issei? You ok?" She was thinking he'd be happy by this sort of thing, but he looked upset all of a sudden.

"Rias… let's just stop…." Issei said. This actually came as a shock to the red-haired Devil, who was staring at him with an open mouth. He DIDN'T want to touch her? Isn't that the reason he finished the job? Issei saw this and misinterpreted it as her getting upset. "I-mean, I-do-want-to-touch-them, don't-get-me-wrong, there-amazing, your-amazing, its-not-like-I-don't, I-just…" Issei spoke very fast, thinking Rias was taking his hesitation as an insult, but then stopped. She just continued to stare at him with a perplexed expression.

'Aw, what the hell am I saying?' Issei asked himself, then sighed before speaking again. "What I'm saying is, I think I've gotten enough of a reward today." He said, which got Rias to blink again but he didn't notice. "I mean, those two nerds in shining armor were a little crazy; but it felt pretty good helping them, ya know?" Issei continued. "And hey, I got my first pact done, so that's good enough of a reward as any. I finally got one done for you, Rias."

That last part got Rias' eyes to widen slightly. He did his job not for what to do TO her… but FOR her?

At that exact moment; the rest of the ORC, including Sonic with his empty bag of what used to be flyers, walked into the main office were Rias and Issei were. The moment that door opened, is when Rias gave Issei a rather close and quite affectionate-looking hug, complete with her own head resting on one of his shoulders. It not only caught all the others by surprise, but also the receiver of said hug.

Issei was frozen and did not return the hug. "Uh, Rias? You know everyone's back right now?" He asked, but it appeared she didn't care.

"I'm very proud of you, Issei," Rias said, kindly. "You did good today. And from now on, I expect you to do your job well, with or without a reward attached to it."

Issei's face reddened upon hearing she was proud of him. Gathering up some courage, he slowly returning the hug by wrapping his arms around her back. His inner pervert wanted to go farther, but this felt nice too. "… Yeah… you got it, Perez." He promised, and she didn't try to get out of Issei returning hug either. If anything, she appeared to sink further into it.

Sonic smiled at Issei and Rias, giving the Red Dragon a mental thumbs up. Somehow, he got the feeling Issei received it. As for everyone else, they continued to be speechless. Akeno however, had one single thought as she watched this play out:

'No way… she's totally into him…'

Pretty wholesome chapter/episode if I do say so myself. Asia moved in with Issei, Sonic and Rias got a bit closer, and Issei himself decided to take Sonic's advice and tell himself "no". And look what it got him, a free hug from the Ruined Princess herself! Oh… and we can't forget the certain someone Sonic met. And about a crystal… I wonder what THAT could be?

Our next adventure will be in the Familiar Forest; which is a fan favorite, and it will hold a special surprise that I guarantee will make you look at it, pause, reread it, then rinse and repeat a few more times just make sure you didn't imagine things.
