Hey, everyone. Got something for you, another fun takeover chapter. There is a lore reason for this, but im not gonna get into that right now. Just pay close attention to what characters are interacting here. I'm also using this an opportunity to answer the questions I missed in the last Takeover, but there was only enough to write a 2000 words... not really a big chapter right now, but we can fix that. (Course this has been updated since then, now we at 4000 words).

I know we're all excited for Sonic X Shadow Generations releasing in only 5 days, 3 if you preordered it, which pretty much every Sonic Tuber/Fan or gaming channel did already. So my request is, please do leave a comment with a question you have about the story or the characters. it could be anything really. Because I'm also going to be busy with the game, I figured we can come back on November 1st or 2nd (no later than the 3rd), and have the selected characters have even more questions to ask when i update it during that time.

Hell, you can even ask about Sonic X Shadow Gens and Dark Beginnings if you want. I just need more content for this particular special chapter.

At any rate, Happy Halloween and enjoy this new chapter and the new game thats only days away, DAYS! Its gonna be so peak, and I also can't wait forever YouTuber that plays it to start crying. Lol! We are gonna eat so good, we gonna be fat and full from all the content we getting. What a time to be a Sonic Fan!

ONE LAST THING. If possible, what's your opinion of bringing Shadow Generations as a spin off side story into this fanfic? I have an idea already what i can do with it, but with how near perfect the game has been, i'd also hate to ruin that by adding something unnecessary. Let me know in the comments what you think.

But think of the positives if I do this: Shadow can be introduced a lot earlier than I originally intended to, i can add a few additional things that Shadow Gens missed, and some of the DxD cast could go to Sonic's world (or at least small portions if it aside from a Special Stage) a hell of a lot sooner. Like i said, i have an idea, but its all up to you if we can do this spin off. Please tell me however is most convenient. A PM, DM, comment, hell some of you know my business email when we colab.

Bonus Chapter: Twitter Takeover - Shadow Editon

Shadow: Hmmm... Sonic left his compter on again... and logged into his Twitter. Looks like he left a decent amount of questions unanswered as well-...

(door opens with a creaking sound. Asia, Kiba and Akeno enter)

Asia: Shadow? Why'd you walk off like that?

Kiba: Rouge mentioned you had some... issues in the past... if you need to talk to someone, you and I...

Shadow: (interupts Kiba) I'll pass. I've chosen to let it go.

Aisa: Oh... is this Twitter?

Shadow: It's Sonic's Twitter Takeover. He pays Elon Musk to allow us to have a few hours of our adoring fans ask us questions. Virtually anything... within the rules of the lawyers and censors...

Akeno: That sounds like fun! Who didn't get their question answered?! Let me see!... wow... even me and Rias don't have they many followers. Ara ara, I'm kinda jealous, hehe...

Shadow: First of all, seeing as I'm the only Sonic character in this room, I legally get to call the shots. Secondly, we answer one question at a time, but we all must chip in on the question we pick. Makes it fair and balanced.

Aisa: Is... this sort of thing even allowed? I'd hate to break the rules or mess anything up...

Shadow: It'll be fine. I answer my fan mail behind Sonic's back all the time.

Akeno: Impressive. And you always get away with it?

Shadow: I have 50 alternate accounts. One for business, one for personal, one for ordering coffee on Amazon...

Kiba: Fair enough. Let's see who we can find...

Akeno: This one's addressed to Rias, but lets see if I can asnwer it... "Rias, how did you and Sona looked when y'all was little? and how do you handle with those moons all the time? Also have you actually hit someone with those weapons on purpose or on an accident? cause I have friends who said they hit some people with them before." (Cutely laughes) Heheh, well my weapons certainly knocked a few people out...

Shadow: (confused) If I may ask? What weapons are they talking about exactly? I've only ever seen you Devils use magic and elements during filming.

Akeno: Awwww, your so adorably innocent!... I'll tell you when your older.

Kiba: Yeeeeah... how about the first part of the question?

Akeno: Oh, right. I only met Sona around the same time I met Rias in middle school, so I'm not entirely sure. But even back then, Rias was a pretty big girl. Not sharing full measurements here, but she was definitely between a 'C' and 'D'.

Asia: What about Sona?

Akeno: (grins) Heh... I thought she was a nerdy boy who didn't hit puberty...

Kiba: And I thought Issei was the biggest perv... thanks for the question uh, Daku Shirosaki.

Shadow: (starts to get it, and looked a bit disturbed)... Wait... are Akeno's "weapons" her...?

Asia: This one was for Ddraig...

Akeno: Oh, really? What's it say?

Asia: Um... "Ddraig, Do you find Issei to be a fun host to be with? or an annoyance to deal with? Also what type of Dragon do you like? Bipedal, Wrywern, Quadpedal, Serpentine, etc. Also I love Dragons, they're my favorite Mythical creatures. Also I was born The Year of the Dragon, AND it's The Year of The Dragon as well! So Happy Year of The Dragon Ddraig!"

Kiba: Well, your with Issei the most. You even live together. You'd probably know better than anyone.

Asia: Uuuuuh... I don't really know. Ddraig only talks to Issei mainly. But, if I had to pick my personal favorite, it would be a Serpentine dragon or Quadpedal. Serpentine's look so pretty, and the Quadpedal's remind me of Rassei, my familiar.

Akeno: I kinda like Coatyl's or Western dragons if im honest. Coatyl's are more on the slim side, and something about western dragons are just so firece. It's kinda hot.

Kiba: This is gonna sound strange, but I'm actually into Amphithere dragons... no real reason, I just find them unique.

Shadow: Sorry to say, but I'm not really big into giant lizards... had a bad experience with one of them twice...

Akeno: Oh yeah, Sonic mentioned that too...

Shadow: Don't remind me, he was a tortured soul. At any rate, thanks for the question.

Akeno: Oh! This one's for me! Feldragon wants to know: "Akeno, have you ever tried blowing a warhorn? as in the curved loud instruments sorry if that is a weird ass request"... Oh no, sweetie, that's not weird at all. You'd be surprised by what my cilents ask me.

Kiba: Have you ever blown into one? Most i've ever tried was a flute.

Akeno: Welll, no; I wouldn't mind trying. But all the musical shops are closed by now. And i dont want to watse energy going to the underworld.

Shadow: hold on... Chaos Control! (Flash of light occurs and he disappears)

Asia: Whoa! He can use Chaos Control without a Chaos Emerald?!

Shadow: (flash of light happened again, having returned) Here. I got you one.

Akeno: Ah, thanks... hmm... its curvy than I thought it would be... okay, ahem! (Takes a deep breath)

(Silence.)

Aisa: ... that was really good.

Shadow: Indeed. It was... oddly calming.

Kiba: I feel both pumped up and relaxed hearing it.

Akeno: (giggles) Thanks guys. And also, thank you, Feldragon. Thanks for the question and the opportunity. (Blows a kiss)

Kiba: What's the difference? You guys just blow up the moon... again.

Akeno: I think its more of the context. I probably shouldn't say this, but i'm gonna be trapped in Cyber Space for a bit like everyone else; though from what I've experienced in fliming that project, people like and hate both endings for different reasons. Me personally, i like the DLC ending better, but it also removed that pretty eerie and as Issei would say badass speech the moon gives you... even if we had to play Gaxlay Shooter Space Attack...

Aisa: Issei showed me that game! As for Frontiers, It was such a good story. I cried during both endings.

Shadow: Unfortunately brolyk445, we legally aren't allowed to tell which ending will end up being used. I personally would tell you otherwise, but i was never there.

Akeno: wait... you weren't in frontiers?

Shadow: No.

Kiba: ... alright, who's gonna tell him?

Shadow: Tell me what?

Akeno: Shhh, Kiba! Its a surprise arc! No one knows about it yet!

Shadow: What are you talking about?

Asia: (tries to change the subject quickly) Um, Thanks for your question, brolyk455! But we're gonna have to move on!

Shadow: I personally don't understand the concept of a harem. Who'd want to surround themselves with only women?

Shadow: (groans)

Asia: This other one is also asking about the Freedom Fighters. Asking if they'll appear.

Shadow: I can answer that one... No. I personally like the Archie version myself, especially my arc with Maria and it gave me the closure I needed... though the forced romance from time-to-time was a little weird, not to mention the constant flip-floping of art direction. Besides, we legally can't, unless you want you-know-who to sue SEGA for more characters they can no longer use.

Kiba: Come to think of it, Archie Sonic was even worse than Issei, going from partner-to-partner where at least Issei tries to stick to one girl at a time but they all bumrush him.

Akeno: Sounds based to me. (winks)

Shadow: (groans again) Thanks for the question, anonymous users... but maybe next time, use or make some account names.

Shadow: (dryily) Flattered. One reason is chromogenic sleep. Being held in it for so long, I didn't need to exercise or eat.

Kiba: Sounds like it does wonders for preventing wrinkles.

Shadow: Another reason is probably my... ahem... DNA...

Kiba: Wait, how could your... oh...

Shadow: Yeah... "oh".

Asia: ... does it... get any easier?

Shadow: I've put it behind me... though... okay, don't tell Rouge or Omega this, but... I still have dreams about it sometimes. Even before the filming.

Akeno: Poor baby... (hugs Shadow from behind his chair) if it makes you feel better, I have a similar issue... its really not easy to let go...

Kiba: Exactly, I don't get why localizer's are constantly doing it. You can make the argument that, okay sure, the context can be changed; but its not like what Knuckles said was wrong either.

Asia: Yeah, he is a guardian. And from what i saw, Angel island is near Sky Sanctuary anyway. I don't get what the issue is.

Shadow: ... And they wonder why costumers support AI...

Kiba: The one from 06? That was pretty clean.

Shadow: No, he's taking about a fan animation from one of the fandubs' really popular voice actors. From the list of questions I have here, it was already brought up in the official Takeover. "Eggman's announcement".

Akeno: Hahaha! Oh, yeah; Issei text me that earlier! I was laughing so hard, my stomach was gonna pop out! Now i get why he sent it!

Shadow: I did see the video myself. I was beautifully animated! My model was incredibly smooth! The callbacks were geniusly implemented. I was clearly the best one there!

Asia: Was your phone really that large?

Shadow: Exaggerated for the skit, but yes. That is my real phone.

Akeno: Really? I loved your phone case! It was so cool!

Shadow: I had it custom made. It also comes with anti-drop and anti-radiation technology. Perfect for when I'm traveling around with Chaos Control.

Shadow: I can only speak for myself, but my character feels more... respected ever since he took the helm.

Akeno: Yeah, but Shadow blindly charging into a fight and being infected when he already saw the effects seemed... odd.

Shadow: Eh, SEGA mandate. Not much he could do. In fact, me and him share coffee between breaks and talk about it.

Kiba: Honestly, its too word heavy for me sometimes.

Shadow: Say what you want about his over-referency or some would call a preachy writing style, personally I think he can go a bit too far with it; but it has its applications when appropriate. It's nice to have some continuity after 10 years of being treated like a generic Saturday morning cartoon characters.

Akeno: Speaking of which, here's a question about you from Eggfucker2. "Hey Shadow, your think you would have fit into Sonic Sat-AM?"

Shadow: "Would" I fit in Sat-AM? Of course I would! A dark story like that would even benefit from my presence!

Kiba: (grins) Without a shadow of a doubt?

(Akeno snorts, she and Asia laughing ang giggling)

Shadow: ... Your a riot, Kiba. Thanks for the questions Egg... (his face shows slow realization) That long toothpick leg son of a *bleeep*.

Shadow: Twilight-to-Oblivion asks: "Who would you chose to fight: TG Combo from killer Instinct. A group of thugs armed with basebol bats, clubs, knives and machetes with no real combat experience. Akeno: Wow, that's a good one. If I had to chose one over the other, it would probably be the army guys with rocket launchers. I'm an explosive type of girl.

Kiba: I'd go for the baseball bats and knives. I'm more hands on.

Shadow: I wouldn't care to choose between either side, let them all come after me. I'm the Ultimate Lifeform! I'll fight like I always have! Overcoming every obstacle with my power!

Shadow: That was a scrapped idea after they spilt the team in half. The point is, he used the REAL excalibur, not a biological weapon.

Akeno: ... No shit, really?

Shadow: Really. One of his better Final Bosses, i'll admit. Honestly, it was Gigantio before Gigantio.

Kiba: Oh... phew... you had me worried there...

Shadow: Sonic wouldn't stoop as low as to use dead children to complete a goal. And even if he did, i'd personally knock the sense back into him after I knock it out.

Shadow: Oh no, it definitely is. The cast loves it, the fans love it, and this is even one of my favorite pastimes next to sitting down at the Mean Bean Coffe Shop or poishing my gun collection. Business is business you understand.

Kiba: Yeah, i can totally get that. Everybody wins.

Shadow: Exactly. The marketing team gets the company's lastest product attention, we get to sit and chat, then we show off our hard work in the games and story.

Akeno: I can't wait for this season's arc to fully come out! It was so much fun, then the Froniters arc after that. We learned so many amazing skills and magic!

Asia: We probably shouldn't share too much. We better get back home. We got school and filming the story tomorrow.
