Lorenzo swayed from the blood loss, trying to stand up, so he could try to pull Tyler off away from Martina.
Lorenzo only took a few steps and stumbled.
"Tyler, you have to stop," Lorenzo gasped, as Tyler's red-yellow aura brightened. Lorenzo started to crawl over to them when the door to the room opened.
Druscilla waltzed into the room.
"Naughty, naughty,' Druscilla said, "Starting the game without me. I want to see Lilith fly."
Druscilla waved her arm across the sky. Lorenzo looked equal parts mesmerized and horrified.
"There's still time," Martina snarked, "Where have you been, you half baked—"
"Shhh," Druscilla interrupted, "None of that now."
"Maybe if you'd been at the ritual, it wouldn't have been interrupted," Martina said as Tyler still sucked her blood, "And we wouldn't have to do this the long way. Lilith and Lucifer would already be here in their glory. Instead I'm having my blood sucked to facilitate the transformation. It's not my fault your psychic vision couldn't tell us more than Lilith's chosen one was this area of California."
Druscilla sauntered behind Martina to look at Tyler's face.
"Lucie," Druscilla cooed, her hands beckoning Tyler, "She doesn't have enough does she. That's alright, I have more."
Tyler glared at Druscilla and dug harder into Druscilla.
Druscilla moved quickly to yank Tyler off Martina.
"What did you do that for?" Martina said, "The Demon blood will help his and his wife's transformations."
"Mustn't be dry for Lilith's flight," Druscilla said before allowing Tyler to suck her blood, "Besides lovebirds must be reunited….That's right drink up, Lucie."
Martina glared at Druscilla. She looked over Lorenzo before stomping over to drinking more of his blood.
"Now be a good boy, Enzo," Martina said after she was done, "And drink Mommy's blood."
"Go to hell," Lorenzo managed to violently mumble.
"So death it is then," Martina said, "Probably better that way. No need to waste my time raising you as a vampire. I had enough of raising you as a child."
Tyler becoming more aware of his surroundings now that he'd fed, realized what was going on before shoving Druscilla and tearing himself away to get between Martina and Lorenzo.
"Tsk tsk tsk," Druscilla said, pointing her left finger while running her right finger down it at Martina, "Can't turn the dolly yet. Dolly has a message."
Hyperion Hotel
Meanwhile, Johnny and Spike were still holding on Kellie who was mid-air and in a trance. About the same time Tyler broke away from Druscilla, Kellie dropped without warning, taking Johnny and Spike to the floor as well. They scrambled to untangle themselves. Once all three of them stood up, they notice the grey shimmer hadn't disappeared from Kellie and now had purple interlaced with it.
"Pistol, is that still you in there?" Spike asked.
"It's me," Kellie answered, stunned, "I was…it was weird. I was like I was in the room with Tyler."
"Do you know where he is?" Johnny asked.
Kellie shook her head.
"In the interest of not having to go over what just happened to Kellie multiple times," Cordelia said, "I suggest we join Wesley and Teagan in the Library."
Library
"Can you describe what happened when you levitated?" Wesley asked.
"It was like I was with Tyler," Kellie said, "Kind of next to him. Uncle Lo was there. He was really weak though. And Tyler was drinking Martina's blood. It felt like I was getting something from that."
"Likely if one of you feeds off demon blood, the other gets some benefit possibly," Teagan said.
"Bloodly likely," Spike said, "She's shining like a foggy purple Christmas tree."
"Can it, Spike," Cordelia scolded him.
"Martina said as much," Kellie said.
"What else happened?" Wesley asked.
"Another vampire showed up," Kellie said, "Long dark hair, dressed in older style victorian clothes. Not sure she was mentally all there. Tyler sucked her blood too until Martina started sucking Uncle Lo's blood. Then Tyler stopped the blood train to protect my uncle I think. That's when the connection broke."
"Did the other vampire have a name?" Spike asked.
"No," Kellie said, "And apparently she wasn't at the ritual we interrupted either."
"Watcher, got a pic or drawing of Druscilla handy?" Spike asked.
Wesley turned and picked up a book from the shelf behind him. He opened to a page with Drusilla's sketch and showed it to Kellie.
"That's her," Kellie said.
"Just what we needed," Cordelia said, "Spike's psychotic, hallucinogenic ex prancing about."
"Kellie, what exactly did Druscilla say?" Wesley asked, "Even if you don't think it's important, it might give us some more clues."
Kellie looked skeptical at the suggestion.
"She might be batty," Spike said, "But She has psychic visions and speaks win vague riddles."
"She scolded Martina for starting a game without her," Kellie said, "Said she wanted to see Lilith fly. That something couldn't be dry for Lilith's flight before letting Tyler suck her blood. Lovebirds need to be reunited. That all I got."
"Given that Miss Kellie was levitating," Wesley said, "that fits with Drusilla's comments about flight."
"Lovebirds has Pistol and her beau," Spike said.
"They can't complete the ritual now until they're together," Teagan said.
"What did the room look like?" Johnny said, "Were any details that might give us a hint?"
"Honestly, I couldn't tell you," Kellie said, "I was focused on Tyler and Uncle Lo. Not the surroundings. It mostly seemed like a grey empty basement room maybe."
"Any updates from Angel, Faith, and Gunn?" Cordelia asked.
"Not yet?" Wesley said, "They're searching the sewer tunnels and some possible hiding places. But no luck yet."
"She could always drink demon blood and see if she can form a connection with the hubby," Spike said, "Maybe try to communicate with him."
Johnny, Wesley, Teagan, and Cordelia all looked horrified.
"Just a suggestion," Spike said.
"Are you insane?" Cordelia exploded, "We're trying to avoid more of the shimmery purple aura with Kellie and keep her from turning into Lilith."
"Let's save that as a last resort," Wesley said, "A very very last resort."
The Sewer Tunnels
Faith and Gunn had split up from Angel searching the tunnels when they came across a nearly lifeless body. Angel turned the corner from opposite direction
Faith knelt and turned the body over.
"That's Kellie's uncle," Gunn said.
"Drained dry," Faith said.
"He's still got a pulse," Angel said, "It's faint. But it's there."
"Let's get him to a hospital," Faith said.
