(NCR Newspaper Birthday Interviews Birthday Girl: Hoshiko Edition)

NCR Interviewer: Happy Birthday!

HOSHIKO: Oh wow! This is so exciting, thank you!

NCR Interviewer: You seem to be enjoying the party a lot.

HOSHIKO: Of course I'm enjoying it…. Having my birthday celebrated in another world with my awesome sisters, Grim-chan, Friends who can do magic, and ghosts! What more can I ask for!

NCR Interviewer: Well, we are glad that you are having a great time. If it's not too much hassle would it be all right for us to ask you a few questions.

HOSHIKO: Sure go right ahead.

NCR Interviewer: Since your birthday is close to the holidays…. How do you usually spend your birhdays back in your world?

HOSHIKO: Oh that…. Well…. Hima-nee and Tsuki-nee would take me out to somewhere nice to celebrate my birthday, I didn't mind if we celebrated both occasions at the same time but Tsuki-nee once told me that my birthday is just an important as any other special holidays. They often take me to places I really really like such as Amusement parks, karaoke bars, the otaku districts.

Once on one of my birthdays it began to snow, and my sisters thought it would be great to take me ice-skating. So we took a bus and headed towards a park that had a frozen lake. It was like a winter wonderland on that day, I got to take some great photo shots with my sisters. I would love to show it to you but sadly my phone is back in the other world.

NCR Interviewer: That's a shame. What type of foods do you love to eat?

HOSHIKO: Hmm… that's easy, My favorite is Okonomiyaki, I especially love the seafood flavored. In the other world there was a shop I often visit, and they make the best okonomiyaki's. I especially love how they make it the outside nice and crispy but the inside is soft and fluffy. The topping itself is delicious.

Oh I also love sweets, my favorite would be chocolate eclairs, Tsuki-nee use to work part time in this pastry shop and she would bring me home 1 or 2 pcs of it. It actually tastes great with a glass of Iced Caramel Latte. Don't tell anyone especially Hima-nee, but one time Cay-kun took me out to this great café near the school, and their eclairs was truly heavenly. I had a great time, but it's better not to add that part or else Hima-nee might get angry at poor Cay-kun.

NCR Interviewer: Aside from food, Do you have any other types of interest like music or hobbies?

HOSHIKO: I love any sort of music, but I guess pop music, jazz, and maybe modern opera. I love to sing more, I also love to do art. I love to paint and illustrate. Sometimes I do art while listening to various dance music. It's fun to do especially since the Headmaster gave me mural sized canvas to try.

NCR Interviewer: Have you ever tried writing music?

HOSHIKO: I tend to write down some original lyrics when I can, but I'm not much a writer compared to Tsuki-nee.

NCR Interviewer: Are you part of any club here at NRC?

HOSHIKO: Yup, I'm actually a member of the Fashion Club and the Arts Club. Vil -nii saw my sketchbook and said I had great potential as a designer. He showed my works to Crewel sensei and both insisted I join the club. Sometimes, Vil-nii would ask me to design some clothes for Pomefiores special occasions. Kal-chan (Kalim) even asked me and my sisters to join the Light music club, we may consider it.

NCR Interviewer: Are there other things you enjoy doing?

HOSHIKO: I guess aside from music and arts, I'm into playing video games. Iichan (IDIA) would introduce me to new types of games. I never heard or played such titles but they look really fun. My favorite game was "LEGEND OF THE PUMPKIN KING", it's about this Skeletal character who needs to save his kingdom from the evil Bug King. Iichan was really happy to have someone play with him with this kind of games, it's also kind of cute that he's shy.

NCR Interviewer: I hope it's not too personal, but what was your childhood like?

HOSHIKO: Hmm…. Nope…. Sorry can't tell… it's a secret.

NCR Interviewer: All right then… Is there any gift that you really like?

HOSHIKO: Hihihi… I love what everyone gave me! But if I need to pick one… I guess…. The one I got from Flo-flo (FLOYD) which is that a cute plush doll that I saw from Mr. S' shop that one time when I was with Tsuki-nee, Grim chan and Deu-kun to get ingredients for the mont blanc. I also love the one from Silver-kun which is a magical musical box, it's shaped like an Orchid but once you wind it to play music it transforms into a ballerina doll… although he did fall asleep after listening to it.

NCR Interviewer: Is there any one here at NRC who acts like a brother to you? If so who?

HOSHIKO: Definitely Trey-nii! If I had a big brother, I would love it if he was just like him. Not only is he funny and nice, he also makes the best sweets! I also love Ortho… I think I wouldn't mind having a little brother like him as well. He is so sweet and adorable. I love it when I get to hang out with him and Iichan sometimes. Oh, I also would consider Jak-jak (JACK) as a cool big brother. He always pats me on the head so warmly and he always looking out for me and my sisters. This is between us again, but I know he likes Hima-nee…. Even though there are others who are also trying to win my sister's affection, I will be rooting for him to succeed… hihihi.

NCR Interviewer: Finally let's wrap up this interview with two more question. Is there anything special you love most in TWISTED WONDERLAND?

HOSHIKO: I love everything about this world! The people, the magic, the world. I love it! Everyday is a new adventure for me, my sisters and Grim-chan! I hope this wonderland keeps on going!

NCR Interviewer: Do you have anything to say to all your wonderful guests?
