It is called the Place of Madness. The place dreams go to die. The dark chapel of the Administratum. It is a simple ten-story building that is remarkable in how unremarkable it is. It is Built to the standard gothic architecture that most of the Imperium enjoy. This building is nestled into it's own corner of Cainopolis.
No one knows when it was built. No one knows why it was built. Some claim it is a former temple of the changer of the ways and those who master its intricacies will gain his favor. While others claim it is one of the most sadistic and brutal tortures ever devised by the mind of Slanesh or Khorne.
What is known is that a task must be completed to safely exit the building upon entering it. The task is a simple bureaucratic formality. One must secure Permit A-38. Failure to do so has rendered people insane due to the torments.
So far only two people have managed to do so. A short blonde-haired man wearing a helmet with two feathery wings on it and the great Liberator himself. Who had gotten lost one day and simply went in to ask for directions.
