Last time on Pokemon Super: Sun & Moon, while Ash failed to catch a Grubbin, he, Cabba, and Mallow encountered a different Pokemon, a Grass/Flying-Type called Rowlet. Determined to catch the Pokemon, Ash followed after Rowlet all the way to a nest of Pikipek as well as a Trumbeak and a Toucannon. After dealing with Team Rocket, Rowlet decided to join Ash's Alolan team. While Ash was celebrating, Cabba's Dragon Ball suddenly gave off another glow, indicating that another Dragon Ball was close by. Where is this new Dragon Ball? Find out today!

Yo Ho Ho! Go, Popplio

Just outside Professor Kukui's house, Cabba stretched his arms a bit, waiting for Ash. Meanwhile, Pikachu and Rockruff were at a playful standoff with Chimchar acting as the referee. "Chim..." Chimchar raised a hand, waited a bit, before quickly bringing it back down. "Char!"

"Pi Pikachu!" Pikachu said. Cabba turned his head to the Pokemon...just as Rockruff began to lick Pikachu's face. Seeing the Pokemon playing together, the Saiyan couldn't help but chuckle a little.

The door opened behind them and Ash happily got outside. "Professor Kukui, we'll see you there!" He closed the door behind him.

Ash walked over to Rockruff. "We're leaving Rockruff." He rubbed the Rock-Type on the chin. "Take good care of the house while we're gone, okay?" Cabba gently rubbed Rockruff's back, making the Puppy Pokemon bark happily.

"Rockruff enjoys getting his chin scratched and back rubbed." Rotom-Dex buzzed. "Data update completed."

"While you were talking, Ash pulled Cabba along and took off with Extreme Speed." Professor Kukui told the Pokedex.

"They what!?" Rotom quickly flew off to catch up with the boys.

Ash and Cabba were running side-by-side along the fence. They stopped when they noticed someone on the shore below. What they saw was Lana and Popplio, the two of them looked like they were practicing something. "It's Lana." Cabba said.

Ash smiled and waved to the girl. "Hey, Lana! Alola!"

Lana stopped what she was doing and turned her attention to the waving boys. She gave them a calm smile. "Hi, Ash! Pikachu! Cabba! Chimchar!"

Popplio made her own greeting by making a big balloon. Seeing the big balloon made Chimchar give her a thumbs-up. "Char Chimchar!" He commented.

The comment made Popplio happily clap her paws together...only for the clapping to pop the balloon, knocking her back. Lana was surprised, Cabba blinked a couple of times, and Chimchar gave his Water-Type friend a worried look.

Ash, however, began to make his way to the Pokemon School again. "I'll see you soon back at the Pokemon School, okay? Take care!" He called to Lana who nodded in response.

Cabba stayed a bit and glanced at Popplio. The Saiyan smiled a little. "I guess Lana and Popplio are doing some kind of training involving water balloons." Chimchar nodded at his trainer's guess. "Char."

Ash stopped in his tracks and turned to his Saiyan friend. "You coming, Cabba?" Cabba turned to his friend. "S-Sorry, Ash. I'm on my way." After giving Lana a small wave, Cabba caught up to Ash and the two were on their way to the Pokemon School.

As the two left, Lana turned her attention back to her partner. "Popplio, let's try it again!" Popplio agreed and began to make another balloon.

Both Ash and Cabba have arrived at the Pokemon School and entered their classroom. There they saw Mallow, Sophocles, Lillie, Kiawe, and Xandra. "Alola!" The two gave their friends the Alolan greeting.

"Alola!" Sophocles was the first to greet them back. "Alola!" Mallow, Lillie, Xandra, and Kiawe followed soon after.

Ash went to his desk and unzipped his backpack...making Rowlet, who was sleeping inside, roll out and hit his head against the banister. "I was wondering where you went." Ash told his newest Pokemon.

"So he was inside your backpack again." Rotom said. Rowlet groaned and fell to his side, his eyes only half open.

Cabba chuckled a little as he took a look at his Dragon Ball. Then he remembered that it was glowing just after Ash caught Rowlet. He also recalled that Xandra had a Dragon Ball of her own, so he walked over to her desk. "Hey, Xandra? Can I talk to you for a minute?"

Xandra and Muddy turned their attention to their Saiyan friend. "What's up?"

Cabba held up his Dragon Ball. "Yesterday, my Dragon Ball glowed just after Ash caught Rowlet. Doesn't that mean that another Dragon Ball is close by?"

Xandra's eyes widened a little at what she heard. "Another Dragon Ball?" She began to think back herself. "Now that you've mentioned it, I noticed my Dragon Ball glowing last night as Muddy and I were heading back home." Muddy nodded. "Kip Mud."

"So, does that mean another Dragon Ball is somewhere on Melemele Island?" Cabba asked.

Xandra grinned. "Might be. Let me show ya something." She dug through her backpack and pulled out some sort of device just as the others gathered around her.

To Ash, Cabba, and Rotom, it looked like just a round tablet with Poke Ball designs on the back. "What is it?" Ash still had to ask anyway to make sure.

"Just a little device I made to help make finding the Dragon Balls at least 10X easier. Say hello to my Dragon Radar, boys!" Xandra answered and pressed button on top, showing them a radar which had three dots blinking on it.

Rotom pointed at two dots that are close to each other. "What does that mean?" "That's just the two Dragon Ball me and Cabba are holding." She pointed at a lone dot not too far from the other two. "And this dot means that there's indeed another Dragon Ball close to where we're currently at."

"So, does your radar show only Melemele Island?" Ash asked. Xandra shook her head. "No, silly. It covers all of Alola. I just zoomed in on Melemele Island to see if Cabba's right. Lucky for us, he is."

Sophocles took a careful look at the Dragon Radar. "Hmm...Well, judging by how it looks on the radar, I'd say that Dragon Ball's somewhere underwater."

Kiawe raised an eyebrow. "Is it my imagination, or is that ball moving around a little?"

"No, I kinda see it." Mallow narrowed her eyes a little. Lillie looked worried. "Do you think someone already found the Dragon Ball?"

"Going by what Ash, Mallow, and Cabba told me about the Dragon Balls, the chances of finding a Dragon Ball without a radar is about...10.5%." Rotom buzzed.

"That still doesn't explain why it's moving a little like that." Ash said. Cabba looked serious. "I guess either a Pokemon found it and is carrying it around, or there might be someone else out there looking for the Dragon Balls as well."

Xandra scoffed a little. "Come on, Cabba. Who could possibly be trying to find all the Dragon Balls like us?"

"I can already see ourselves standing in front of the dragon once we find all the Dragon Balls!" Sableye held up the One-Star Dragon Ball with a toothy grin on his face.

He and Judy were in there secret base located somewhere between the four main islands of the Alola Region. Right now, they're currently trying to find the location of the remaining six Dragon Balls.

"Which might never happen if we can't find the other balls!" Judy's eye twitched a little in annoyance. "Sableye, why don't you stop looking at the Dragon Ball we have and help me look over this radar?" She was standing in front of a big radar.

Sableye sighed and put the Dragon Ball back in its case. "Okay, okay, I'm coming." The Darkness Pokemon got on Judy's shoulder to look at the radar. "Still, why can't that brother of yours help you look?"

"I've already sent Roger to take a look outside to see if any Pokemon grabbed a Dragon Ball before us." Judy replied.

"What? That's the kind of job you should've given me!" Sableye sounded upset and offended. "Why did you have Roger do it instead of me?"

"For two reasons." Judy held up two fingers. "Reason #1: Unlike me and Roger...you can't fly."

Sableye looked down at himself. "Well, ya got me there. And the other reason?"

Judy gave the talking Pokemon a mocking smile. "You weren't really paying attention at the time. You were too busy happily looking at the Dragon Ball we have. Honestly, you're obsessed with that thing."

"I am not obsessed!" Sableye denied.

"You're holding up a picture of yourself holding up the Dragon Ball right now!" Judy pointed. True to her word, Sableye's holding a picture he drew himself. The picture was of him standing on a cliff, holding up the One-Star Dragon Ball like it was his greatest find of all time. The other six Dragon Balls were by his feet. Sableye silently looked at the picture. "...Do I look like a mighty treasure hunter?" He asked her with a smile.

Judy groaned and facepalmed herself, just before a beeping sound was heard. She knew what that means. "Ah, looks like Roger's back."

The door behind them slid open and Roger came in...a little wet? "So, have you got anything to report?" Sableye asked the green haired human.

"It wasn't easy, but I spotted a Dragon Ball close to Melemele Island." Roger answered.

Judy raised an eyebrow while looking at her soaked brother. "So...why are you wet?" Roger looked down at his wet fighting gi. "Oh, that. It's because the Dragon Ball I found is currently underwater."

"That explains it." Judy said with a shrug. "Well, now we know where it is." Sableye nodded in agreement. "Yep! All we have to do now is go to Melemele Island and get the ball from the water."

Judy blinked as she realized something. "Wait! Roger, if you know where the Dragon Ball is...why didn't you just grab it before you came back!?" She snapped at her brother.

"Because when I found it, it was too deep on the ocean floor!" Roger argued. His look turned sheepish as he continued. "And I forgot my diving suit."

Judy groaned in annoyance. "Whatever, let's just go to Melemele Island and get that Dragon Ball already!"

With that, the three of them exited their secret base and took to the sky, with Sableye hanging on to Roger's shoulder of course.

Back at the Pokemon School, it was the final period and Professor Kukui was giving his class an announcement on what kind of class they'll have tomorrow.

"The theme of tomorrow's extracurricular class is getting to know marine Pokemon! We're heading out to sea!" Professor Kukui announced.

Ash rose from his seat in excitement. "Out to sea sounds awesome!" "Pika!" Pikachu agreed.

Xandra grinned. "Great!" She turned to her Mudkip. "Hear that, Muddy? We might have a chance at finding the Dragon Ball during class." She whispered to him. Muddy happily wagged his tail fin. "Mud Mudkip!"

"Your Trump Card for befriending marine Pokemon...is a fishing rod!" Professor Kukui held up a fishing rod with a Rockruff lure on it in front of the class. While most of them looked on in awe, Lana kept a calm look on her face.

Outside the classroom, Team Rocket was hiding in a tree, spying on Ash. "We spy and what does it show us?" Jessie asked the boys.

"The Twerp's a school boy." James answered.

"The Twerp doesn't strike me as studious." Meowth glanced in Cabba's direction. "The Saiyan Twerp on the other hand..." "Wobbu! Wobbuffet!" Wobbuffet said.

"Alola!" Principle Oak's voice startled them. They looked up to see the principle smiling down at them. "Who are you, a sight for Bulbasaur eyes?"

Meowth awkwardly waved at the principle. "Hi, nice to see you!"

"We're tourists of the friendly sort." James lied. "Passing through the neighborhood." Jessie added to the lie before they popped down through the branches. "Wobbuffet!" Wobbuffet said just before he was dragged down.

"Come and join our school anytime!" Principle Oak called out to them.

Now Team Rocket was hiding under a set of outside stairs. "Maybe if he's a school boy, he'll stay put for a while." James guessed.

Hearing this, Meowth came up with a suggestion. "Then I suggest we get a bead on the Twerp's daily routine. That'll be a big help to catch Pikachu, and maybe even that Chmchar from the Saiyan Twerp as well."

Jessie didn't look excited about the idea. "Meh. Sounds boring." "Wobbu Wobbu." Wobbuffet said.

Back in the classroom, Professor Kukui looked in Lana's direction. "Alright! Lana knows everything about the sea." Lana stood up. "Thanks."

"I've asked Lana to be your special instructor tomorrow." Professor Kukui explained. "Are you ready, Lana?"

Lana smiled, feeling determined to make the lesson as one of the best. "Yes, sir! I'll do my best."

Ash blinked, just remembering something. "I just remembered! You were out fishing the first time I met you, and that was before I met Cabba!"

Mallow chuckled. "Of course. She's a master fisherwoman. She knows everything about marine Pokemon."

Cabba smiled. "That's amazing." "Marine Pokemon are the best." Lana said.

Sophocles turned to Lillie to give her a reminder. "Lillie, you have to touch Pokemon to fish. Are you sure you're going to be okay?"

Lillie nodded with a serious look. "Not a problem, because I've got a secret weapon!"

Lana nodded and walked over to her. "Then we're all set." She held Popplio in her arms, but to her surprise, the Sea Lion Pokemon jumped out of her trainer's arms...and landed on Lillie's lap. Still, Popplio happily clapped her paws. "Pop."

Seeing the Pokemon on her lap, Lillie shrieked a little. Lana quickly took hold of her Pokemon again. "Oh no! Popplio!" Professor Kukui was surprised as well. "Whoa there...be careful, Popplio!"

"I'm sorry, Lillie." Lana apologized. She turned to her Pokemon. "You should say you're sorry too." Popplio gave her own apology. "Popplio."

"No, I'll be alright." Lillie said.

Professor Kukui began to take his leave...but not before giving his class a little reminder. "So, class, don't forget your fishing rods tomorrow."

After the professor left, Ash and Cabba remembered something important. "Fishing rod? I don't have one!" Ash held his head with his hands, startling Pikachu. "Pika."

"And I never had a chance to pack before I was forced to leave Sadala during the attack, so I don't have a rod either." Cabba drooped his head a little. Chimchar shrugged. "Chimchar."

Lana walked over to them, holding Popplio again. "Ash, Cabba, you two can borrow one of mine."

Ash smiled happily at the offer. "Really?"

Cabba gave his friend a gentle smile. "Thank you, Lana. We really appreciate it."

Still, hearing him say Sadala made Mallow remember something else about Cabba. "Wait a minute!" She quickly turned to the Saiyan. "Cabba, I believe you still owe us an explanation." Everyone else in the room turned to the Saiyan.

Cabba hesitated as he glanced at his friends. Chimchar gave his Saiyan trainer a worried look. "Chimchar?"

Also worried, Ash placed a hand on Cabba's shoulder. "If it's too much, we can wait a little longer if you want." Pikachu nodded. "Pikachu."

Finally making a decision, Cabba sighed and shook his head. "No, Ash...It's okay. If I'm gonna be going to Pokemon School with these guys, then they should know the truth about who I really am...and where I cam from."

And so, Cabba told Xandra, Mallow, Lillie, Lana, Sophocles, Kiawe, Rotom, and the Pokemon about what happened to him. He told them about what the Saiyans really are...and what happened to his home planet Sadala.

Once he was finished with his story, both Lillie and Mallow looked like they could burst into tears at any minute, Xandra and Kiawe clenched their fists while angrily looking down at the ground, Sophocles and Rotom looked at each other sadly with the latter even buzzing sadly, and Lana gave the Saiyan a sad look as did Bounsweet, Togedemaru, Muddy, and Popplio.

"I see, your home was destroyed by a gang of space pirates." Lana said. "And your father sent you away just before it was destroyed." Rotom added.

Cabba nodded. "That's right. And while I was landing on this planet...something hit my pod, making me crash land here on Melemele Island."

Kiawe looked up at his friend. "What could've hit it? Were you able to see what it was?"

Cabba thought back to during his landing. "Hmm..." He remembered seeing something through his pod window. "I was able to see that a being roared at the ship. To me, it looked like some sort of big green dragon with some yellow lines on its body...and also red teeth I think."

Sophocles placed a hand under his chin. "Gee, that kinda sounds like..." Suddenly, his eyes widened. "The legendary Pokemon, Rayquaza!"

The others gasped in awe by what Sophocles just said. "Rayquaza?" Cabba asked.

Rotom flew next to the Saiyan. "Take a look at this." The Rotom-Dex showed the image of the legendary Pokemon. "Rayquaza, the Sky High Pokemon, a Dragon and Flying-Type. It lives in the ozone layer far above the clouds and cannot be seen from the ground."

Cabba's eyes widened as he looked at the image of Rayquaza. "That's it! That's exactly what hit my pod with a beam from its mouth!"

"Maybe Rayquaza thought you were some invader wanting to take over the ozone layer." Lillie guessed. "So it was just protecting its home."

A Pokemon by the name of Komala rings the bell, in a way telling them that the school day is now done. After packing up their things, both Ash and Cabba followed Lana to her house. Pikachu, Chimchar, and Popplio were walking alongside them, Rowlet was once again sleeping in Ash's backpack.

"Popplio! Pop!" Popplio blew a water balloon out her nose.

"Huh? Oh!" Lana remembered what she and Popplio planned to do after school. She turned to the two boys with her to make a request. "Hey, Ash, Cabba? I have a favor."

"Huh?" Ash and Cabba asked.

As they kept walking, no one noticed Team Rocket spying on them from the bushes. "Do tell. They're not going straight home." Meowth noticed.

"Gadzooks!" James was writing on a notepad. "The Twerp and the Saiyan Twerp make a detour after school."

"Speaking of the Saiyan Twerp, do you really believe what he's been saying about landing here from another planet?" Jessie asked. Since they were hiding and spying on Ash, Team Rocket also heard what Cabba said about the Saiyans and the destruction of Planet Sadala.

James stopped writing for a second. "Well, that would explain the strange clothes he wears."

"That and that tail of his." Meowth added. "Wobbuffet." Wobbuffet added himself.

Jessie looked like she didn't believe a word Cabba said. "I kinda find that hard to believe. That Saiyan Twerp says he's from another world, but I'm not gonna buy it until I see some proof that he's not from this planet."

The three students headed down to the beach shore. As they got down there, Pikachu, Chimchar, and Popplio all raced down in the sand. Popplio began to happily slide on her belly, getting closer to the water. Pikachu and Chimchar chased after her until they tripped. Pikachu began to skid in the sand while Chimchar rightened himself and began to slide on the sand as if he was on an invisible surfboard.

Popplio made it to the rock first, followed by Chimchar. Pikachu...hit a rock, sent flying high, and landed head first into the sand. "Pika Pika!" Pikachu shouted in frustration after pulling his head out of the sand. To him it looked like Popplio was enjoying a game.

Chimchar raised his hands in front of his face to try and calm his Electric-Type friend. "Chim Chim."

The three trainers approached the three Pokemon. "It's okay, Pikachu. Popplio feels much more at home out here on the beach." Ash assured his Pokemon.

"You looked like you were having fun as well, Chimchar." Cabba smiled at the Fire-Type who gave him a silly grin.

Rotom gave them his description of Lana's partner Pokemon. "Popplio, the Sea Lion Pokemon, a Water-Type. Popplio can control water balloons, and works hard so it can make bigger balloons."

Hearing that, Cabba turned to Lana. "So, that's what you and Popplio were doing this morning. You were training to make bigger water balloons."

Lana nodded. "This is our very favorite spot." "Favorite spot?" Ash repeated.

Lana looked back at the sea. "This is where...I met Popplio for the first time..." She thought back to when she first met the Sea Lion Pokemon.

Flashback:

The sun was setting and Lana was fishing while riding on a Lapras. While she was fishing, she heard some sort of commotion going on.

She looks over and saw a bunch of Team Skull members bullying Popplio. "That day, Popplio was getting bullied." Lana told them.

Lana narrowed her eyes as she saw that. She pulled her line back and told Lapras to head over to shore. The Water/Ice-Type fired a beam of ice that froze the Team Skull members. Still, Popplio was scared.

"Quick, grab on!" Lana threw her line over to Popplio. As it came to her, the bullied Sea Lion Pokemon hesitated but bit on it anyway, allowing Lana to reel her in. "Lapras, go!" Lapras began to swim away to take the riders to the nearest Pokemon Center.

Lana got Popplio to the Pokemon Center to let Nurse Joy treat her wounds.

Once the recovery was done, Lana headed inside to check on the poor Water-Type. "Popplio was weak and scared...She was terribly hurt." Lana explained. "I didn't want her to hate humans." Popplio whimpered and backed up.

Lana tried to feed her some Pokemon food. The Sea Lion Pokemon sniffed it before she took a bite out of it. Liking the taste, Popplio happily smiled at her savior.

Lana smiled in relief, then she picked Popplio up and brought her into a hug. "And that's why...I chose her to be my partner."

Flashback end:

"That's great!" Ash smiled at Popplio. "Glad you met Lana."

Cabba got down to Popplio's level and gently rubbed the Water-Type's head. "I still can't believe Team Skull would do that to a Pokemon. I'm sorry you had to go through that."

"Pika!/Chimchar!" Pikachu and Chimchar expressed their relief for their friend as well. Popplio happily nodded. "Pop!"

Ash knelt down like Cabba did. "Balloon practice sounds fun. Good luck!" the Kanto trainer said. "I'll support the two of you as much as possible." Cabba added.

Lana smiled at the two of them. "Thanks, you guys! That's so nice!"

Popplio expressed her thanks by happily blowing some more water balloons.

Ash was amazed. "Awesome!" Cabba smiled at the balloons. "Incredible!" However, as Ash reached out to touch a balloon...they all popped, pouring water on Ash, Cabba, Pikachu, and Chimchar.

Popplio apologizes to them, bowing with a flipper behind her head. Chimchar shook the water off his fur and assured her that it was okay.

"As soon as we get better, you can ride a balloon! Really!" Lana said. Ash and Cabba turned to her in confusion. "Huh? What do you mean ride?" Ash asked.

"I have a dream of riding inside a big balloon and travelling all over the ocean. Everywhere! Then I might be able to encounter a deep-water Pokemon no one's ever seen!" An image of Lana in a big balloon underwater with a bunch of Water-Types appeared in her head.

Ash was amazed at that. "That sounds great! I want to do it, too!" "Pika!" Pikachu agreed.

Cabba smiled. "It actually sounds like a lot of fun! I'd like to try it myself." Chimchar nodded. "Char!"

"We'll make a big one. Right, Popplio?" Lana asked. "Pop!" Popplio happily answered.

"But Popplio is usually only able to make small balloons." Rotom buzzed a reminder.

Ash smirked at the Pokedex. "You never know until you give it a try, right? I'm sure the two of you will pull it off!" "Pika Pika!" Pikachu agreed.

"The argument you're making is a bit illogical." Rotom said.

"I say we let'em do it, Rotom." Cabba said. "They've been training hard, so it feels right to keep supporting them."

"If you say so." Rotom said.

"Hey! Want to try again?" Lana asked. Popplio jumps onto a rock. "Slowly this time." Lana advised.

Popplio barks softly, slowly raised her head high and began to work on making another water balloon. She concentrated as it began to grow bigger and bigger.

"It's big! It's big! You're doing great!" Lana cheered.

"Go for it, Popplio!" Ash cheered. "Pika Pika!" Pikachu added.

"That's it, Popplio! Just take it nice and slow!" Cabba said. "Chimchar!" Chimchar cheered.

Rotom was bewildered at the size of the water balloon. "Impossible! Its expansion is 150% bigger than normal!"

"Wow! It's huge!" Ash exclaimed. "Pika, Pika!" Pikachu added.

"That's amazing!" Cabba said. "Chim!" Chimchar added.

"It's the first time a balloon's been this big!" Lana said.

Team Rocket was now hiding behind a palm tree and they noticed the big water balloon as well. "Hoo-wee!" Meowth even exclaimed.

"What is that?" James asked. Jessie had sparkles in her eyes while looking at Popplio. "I want it now!"

"200%, 250%." Rotom buzzed, but Popplio just kept going.

"Wow!" Both Ash and Cabba said in awe. "Go, go!" Ash added. "Pika!" Pikachu cheered. "You can do it, Popplio!" Cabba cheered. "Chimchar!" Chimchar happily jumped up and down.

Popplio finally released the balloon and sent it flying up. Believing it was a success, she happily clapped...until they heard a popping sound. When the balloon popped, it splashed water down on Ash, Cabba, Lana, Pikachu, Chimchar, and Rotom. Popplio's eyes widened in surprise.

"It's not logical after all..." Rotom buzzed.

Cabba spat some water out of his mouth. "Guess that means Popplio's still got some training to do." Chimchar just nodded his head.

Team Rocket was shocked when they the balloon pop. "On second thought, never mind." Jessie said, quickly changing her mind about Popplio. "Wobbuffet!" Wobbuffet added.

After drying off, Ash, Cabba, and Lana began to walk their way to Lana's house once again.

As he walked with his friends, Cabba looked down and noticed that Chimchar patting a guilty looking Popplio on the back, assuring her that it was just an accident and that she didn't mean for the balloon to pop above them. "Chimchar's been trying to assure Popplio ever since the balloon popped."

Lana looked at the two Pokemon and giggled a little. "I'm sure Chimchar just wants to see a happy smile on his best friend's face again."

Ash raised an eyebrow. "Best friend?" Pikachu even tilted his head. "Pika?"

Lana nodded. "It happened the first time I brought Popplio with me to the Pokemon School. At first, she was nervous about meeting my friends and their Pokemon, but Chimchar came to her and assured her that everything will be fine."

Cabba smiled. "So Chimchar got Popplio to be friends with the other Pokemon? That was really nice of him."

"Didn't Professor Kukui say that Chimchar was the Pokemon School's helper Pokemon before Cabba came to the school?" Rotom asked.

Lana nodded. "That's right. As such, Chimchar just wanted to make sure that any Pokemon in our class felt welcome. In fact, out of all the Pokemon at the school, Popplio always seems happy being around Chimchar the most." Multiple images of both Chimchar and Popplio popped into her head. "I remember seeing Popplio wanting to play with Chimchar before class would even start. And one time, Professor Kukui allowed Chimchar to come with me and Popplio as we made our way home. He spotted two berries in a tree. He gave one to me and split the second berry with Popplio." She smiled down at the two Pokemon. "Since then, Chimchar and Popplio became close friends."

Ash, Pikachu, Cabba, and Rotom looked at the two Pokemon as well. Popplio was feeling much better and was happily sliding in circles around Chimchar. The Chimp Pokemon kept watching even as the Sea Lion Pokemon spun faster and faster...until finally, Chimchar groaned in dizziness and fell on his back.

Popplio stopped and tapped Chimchar's head. "Pop?" She asked in concern. Chimchar's eyes snapped open and he shook his head. "Char!"

Both Pokemon looked at each other, and there was a pause...it was cut off after both Chimchar and Popplio just happily laughed.

It wasn't long until the three of them made it back to Lana's house. As they stood in front of their front door, Ash noticed a Lapras and decided to greet it. "Alola!/Pikachu!" The Kanto duo both gave a greeting while Lapras looked at them with a soft look on its face.

Cabba looked at Lapras himself. "So, is Lapras your family's Pokemon?" Lana nodded. "It's our Ride Pokemon. I was riding it when I first met Ash."

"I'll see you tomorrow, Lapras!" Ash called to the Ride Pokemon who let out a coo of confirmation before resting for the day.

"Come on in, guys." Lana opened the door for her two friends. "I'm home!" She called out once she and Popplio were inside.

Ash and Pikachu came in next. "Hello there!" Cabba was the last to enter the house. "Alola!" Chimchar was now on the Saiyan's shoulder.

At that moment, two little girls identical to Lana came out of a room to welcome their older sister home. "Welcome home! How Magikarp-al!"

Ash and Cabba looked at each other in confusion. "Magikarp-al?"

Lana turned to her friends to introduce her siblings. "Let me introduce you. The twins, Harper and Sarah, my..." When she turned again, she, Popplio, Ash, Cabba, Chimchar, and Rotom noticed that the twins and Pikachu were out of sight. Lana knew right away what was going on, so she facepalmed herself in annoyance. "...little sisters..."

In the living room, both Harper and Sarah were happily poking and stretching Pikachu's face...much to the Mouse Pokemon's annoyance.

"You're so soft! So cute!" Sarah giggled. "You're so warm! So sweet!" Harper squealed.

Lana, Popplio, Ash, Cabba, Chimchar, and Rotom came into the living room themselves. "Harper, Sarah! Pikachu wants you to stop!" Lana scolded her sisters.

The twins, however, grew even happier after hearing the Pokemon's name. "So, it IS a Pikachu!" Sarah happily said. "I saw it in a book! It's super cute in person!" Harper added.

Cabba sweat dropped a little. "Those two seem to be big fans of Pikachu." "Pikachu is a popular Pokemon in Alola." Rotom explained.

Ash grinned at what he just heard. "Hear that, buddy? So cool." He didn't even notice how miserable his partner looked at being stretched and pulled by the face and mouth.

The twins also didn't notice because they were too busy staring at both Ash and Cabba. "Lana? Is the guy in the hat your boyfriend?" They asked together, making Lana blush in embarrassment. "Eek! He's not! He's not! He's not! He's not! He's not! He's not!" She quickly hook her head as she denied.

The twins turned to look at Cabba. "What about the guy with Chimchar on his head?" Harper asked. "Yeah, is he your boyfriend?" Sarah added.

Now it was Cabba's turn to blush a little. Lana felt like steam was coming out of her ears before she slumped a little. "Uh...Actually, your sister and I are just friends, girls. Nothing more." Chimchar noticed his trainer's blush and snickered a little to himself.

Finally having enough of being stretched, Pikachu unleashed a Thunderbolt on everyone in the living room. It shocked Ash, Lana, Cabba, the twins, Chimchar, Popplio, and Rotom.

Cabba let a puff of smoke out of his mouth. "Pikachu's attacks are really strong...that's good to know." He groaned before he fell over. "Chim...Char..." Chimchar groaned himself after falling alongside the Saiyan.

"Buzz buzz buzz..." Harper and Sarah groaned together. Ash twitched, feeling the pain all over his body. "Thought that would happen..."

"Buzz buzz buzz..." Rotom buzzed.

Pikachu looked at the mess he created with his attack, so he sheepishly rubbed the back of his head.

By the time everyone recovered from the shock, Lana led the boys to where she kept her fishing rods. "Wow!" Ash was amazed by the many fishing rods Lana has.

Cabba smiled in amazement himself. "That's an amazing collection of rods you've got here, Lana."

Lana smiled at them both. "You two can borrow whichever you want."

Ash frowned and looked at the rods to pick which one to borrow for tomorrow's class. "It's so hard to choose. Which one should I pick...?" Pikachu looked at the rods with his trainer to help with the choice.

Cabba looked at the collection himself, until his eyes stayed on a white rod. With a smile, he carefully took hold of the white rod. "I think I'll borrow this one if that's okay, Lana."

Lana nodded. "Of course it is. Good choice."

Chimchar smiled and nodded...until the sound of splashing got his attention. "Chim?" The Chimp Pokemon turned towards the source, the open water next to Lana's house. As Chimchar looked carefully, something suddenly came out of the water. "Char!?" And to the Pokemon's surprised shock...it just happened to be the Four-Star Dragon Ball that quickly went back into the water. Chimchar quickly rubbed his eyes in disbelief at what he just saw, was that really a Dragon Ball he saw in the water!?

Indeed it was! And the reason it shot up out of water...is because the Psyduck that found it earlier was playing around with it, tossing it in the water and chasing after it.

"Duck! Psyduck!" Psyduck happily bounced the Dragon Ball with a move known as Aqua Tail. He laughed and tried to punch it up next...only to yelp in pain when his next attack failed to activate. "Psy..." Psyduck slumped in disappointment, picking up the ball and swimming away.

"Psy!" But his mood quickly changed back to happy as he went back to playing with the Four-Star ball again.

The sun was shining bright the next day, and the classmates were near the ocean where Professor Kukui greeted them. "Alola!"

"Alola!" They greeted their teacher back...only to be surprised when they got a look at Lillie's secret weapon. "Whoa! Lillie's secret weapon is amazing!" Sophocles commented. Xandra raised an eyebrow, noticing how thick the outfit looked from the outside.

"I can take part in the fishing and Ride Pokemon classes now!" Lillie declared.

"Talk about being really prepared." Xandra muttered. "Kip Mud." Muddy nodded in agreement.

"Alright then, it looks like Lana will be the instructor for this class." Professor Kukui reminded the students. Lana was startled before she froze. "Ah...Right. I guess...I guess..." Lana stuttered.

Cabba noticed how nervous Lana looked, so he tried to help her out. "Hey, Lana. Just stay calm, you'll be just fine. No one knows more about marine Pokemon than you." He smiled a little at his friend, which made Lana smile back with a tiny blush on her face.

Mallow cheered for her friend next. "You can do it, Lana! Instruct us!" "Boun Bounsweet!" Bounsweet happily added. "Do your best, Lana." Kiawe added.

Lana gulped before looking up at her fellow classmates. "Um, everyone? Do you have your Fishing Rod?"

"You bet I do!" Ash happily held up the rod he borrowed from Lana. It had a Pikachu lure now. As soon as he held it up, a Fishing Rod lure that looks like Togedemaru swayed in front of him. Both he and Pikachu were amazed by the kind of rod Sophocles had with him. "Awesome! That's so cool!"

Sophocles gave a sheepish, but confident smirk. "Yeah, I guess so. It's my Hyper Rod with top notch bend abilities. It won't snap when luring in a Wailord! An amazing rod that can throw 300 times a second! It's a Fishing Rod that has everything! The Ultra-DX Master 02!" He presented the rod to the others while Togedemaru happily grabbed on to the lure.

Lana smiled, seeing that her friends were ready with their rods. Soon, the class was now riding Water Ride Pokemon, Lapras and Wailmer to the fishing spot. She got the Pokemon to stop once they made it to the spot. "This is the fishing spot we'll be using. There are lots of marine Pokemon living here. Some of them live in shallow waters, some deep. This is an unusual spot where they both mingle."

While Lana was talking, both Cabba and Xandra noticed a faint glow coming from the two Dragon Balls they brought with them. Cabba took his Two-Star ball out to look at it. "The ball!" Chimchar blinked in awe. "Char..."

Without even taking her Five-Star ball out of her pocket, Xandra happily grinned. "Sweet! The Dragon Ball must at the spot Lana picked for class today. Lucky us!" Muddy happily agreed. "Kip!"

"You can even catch Kyogre!" Lana added. What she said shocked Ash the most. "Wha!? Kyogre!?" Lana giggled at his reaction. "Yes! The Legendary Pokemon!"

However, Mallow gave Lana a knowing look. "Now now...you really should stop teasing him, Lana." Lana just stuck her tongue out teasingly.

After putting his Dragon Ball away, Cabba got his Fishing Rod ready. The Saiyan waited for Lana's signal. Ash was ready himself. "Yes! I'm gonna catch a big one!"

"All set? Prepare your Fishing Rods." Lana said, standing up with her rod in hand. Everyone else was ready as well. "Then cast your lure with all your might!" She casted her lure into the water. The other students got ready to fish, even Pikachu dipped his tail into the water. Sophocles, however, didn't even put his lure in the water like the others did because he was too busy calculating where the marine Pokemon would most likely be.

"If your float moves, that's when you make your move! Find your timing..." Lana paused her words once something tugged on her rod. Quickly she began to reel it in. "Then, quickly! Reel it in!" She was able to reel in the Pokemon that was biting.

Cabba was amazed by what Lana caught. "Wow! What kind of Pokemon is that?" While amazed himself, Ash answered the Saiyan's question. "An Alomomola!"

Once in her arms, Lana fed Alomomola some Pokemon Food. "And once you catch your Pokemon, give it Pokemon Food and be friends." Alomomola seemed to be enjoying the taste. Soon, Lana was catching a lot more marine Pokemon with her rod, Pokemon like Corsola, Luvdisc, and a Finneon!

Ash was amazed by how much Pokemon the Water-Type Trainer is reeling in. "Wow! Way to go, Lana!" "Whoa! Special pro!" Mallow added to the compliment.

Professor Kukui watched on with a smile, knowing he made the right call to make Lana the instructor for today's class. "Well, would you look at that? The Fishing Master at work. Everyone looks happily at work."

Pikachu noticed Ash's float moving around. "Pika Pika!" He gave his trainer a warning. Ash began to quickly reel it in, but to his disappointment...nothing was biting it. "Aw..." Ash said in disappointment. Rotom floated next to his user. "Your timing was a bit too fast."

Mallow noticed her float moving. "Got one...Huh? Oh..." She had the same results as Ash. Rotom floated over to explain why. "Your timing...? A bit too late."

Annoyed, both Mallow and Ash snapped at the Rotom-Dex. "STOP! BE QUIET!" Rotom was startled and floated away to watch the other students at fishing work.

Xandra was catching a couple of Pokemon well. The Pokemon she was able to reel in blinked when the human girl gave them each a careful look to find the Dragon Ball that was possibly around the fishing spot...and each time was a no. After placing a Horsea back in the water, Xandra sighed in disappointment. "That's the third Water-Type I've reeled in, and it doesn't have the Dragon Ball either. Well, I shouldn't be surprised. No one said that finding a Dragon Ball's gonna be easy." She turned her head to her Mudkip. "Try to keep an eye out for anything odd going odd in the water, Muddy. There's a good chance that if a Pokemon's got it, they're probably playing with it like a toy."

Muddy used his head fin to give his trainer a salute. "Mudkip!"

Kiawe sighed, feeling rather bored because of all the waiting he had to deal with to catch a marine Pokemon. "Kiawe!" Mallow called out to the Fire-Type trainer. "Catch anything?"

Kiawe grumbled. "No, but I'm not surprised. I'm a Fire-Type trainer. So, I don't do well with Water-Types." Mallow smiled nervously before she turned to Sophocles. "You Sophocles?"

Sophocles kept focusing on his rod. "Stop distracting me. I'm adding data on the wave height, the speed of the wind, and water temperature to find the optimal fishing spot. Now, if I also enter the encounter rate..." Kiawe turned his head to give his friend a reminder/suggestion. "But first, why don't you put your lure in the water?" "I said, stop distracting me!" Sophocles snapped, which made both Mallow and Kiawe sigh as they went back to their own fishing.

As for Cabba, he just calmly waited for his chance to reel in a marine Pokemon himself. "Steady yourself, Cabba. If you're lucky, a marine Pokemon might have the Dragon Ball as well, you just gotta wait for the right moment."

Getting kinda bored, Chimchar gave off a yawn. Once he stopped, something splashed out of the water in front of them before going back in. "Chim?" The Chimp Pokemon blinked in confusion.

Cabba noticed it too. "Huh? What was that...WHOA!" Something was tugging hard on his rod, so the Saiyan had to hold on tight to avoid letting it slip from his hands. "I've got a bite!"

Everyone turned their attention to Cabba who began to reel in his catch. "Good work, Cabba!" Xandra cheered. "Don't reel it in too fast or too late!" Rotom reminded the Saiyan. "QUIT BRINGING IT UP, WILL YA!?" Mallow and Ash snapped at the Pokedex again, startling him once more.

"Be careful!" Lana warned. Cabba grunted a little. "Almost...GOT IT!" He yanked his rod up, bringing the lure out of the water and high in the air. Everyone looked up to see what kind of Pokemon Cabba just reeled in. As the Saiyan's catch began to come down, everyone waited in anticipation. "Here it comes!" Kiawe noticed.

The first thing to come down...was the Four-Star Dragon Ball that safely landed in Chimchar's hands. "Huh!?" The others were surprised to see the Dragon Ball the Fire-Type was currently holding. "Wait, did Cabba just catch a Dragon Ball?" Sophocles asked. Professor Kukui grinned. "Congratulations, Cabba! You found another one!"

While everyone looked at the Dragon Ball, something else fell out of the sky. A yellow blur knocked Cabba on the head, making him grunt as both he and the blur fell into the water.

The others looked to see if their friend was okay. "Oh dear!" Lillie said. "Cabba, are you okay?" Xandra asked. "Mudkip?/Chimchar?" Muddy and Chimchar added, even though Chimchar looked more worried than the Mudkip.

Cabba quickly resurfaced and gasped for a little air. "I guess I need to be more careful when I'm fishing on this planet." He looked up at his friend...but grew confused when Lana and Mallow giggled for some reason while the others just blinked. "What?" He asked.

Lana smiled and pointed at something above the Saiyan. "Looks like you've really made a friend, Cabba."

"Huh?" Cabba turned his eyes to what was on his head. Everyone noticed that it was a Psyduck that was groaning at the unexpected trip out of the water. "Psy..."

"Looks like you caught a Psyduck along with the Dragon Ball." Ash said. Pikachu nodded in agreement. "Pikachu."

Cabba raised an eyebrow just as Psyduck shook his head and looked down at Cabba. "A Psyduck? Rotom, can you tell me more?" He requested the Pokedex.

"That I can do." Rotom began to describe the Pokemon on the Saiyan's head. "Psyduck, the Duck Pokemon, a Water-Type. Always tormented by headaches. It uses psychic powers, but whether it intends to do so is not known."

As he was getting back on the Ride Wailmer he and Xandra were riding together, Cabba looked back up at the Psyduck still on his back and couldn't help but feel bad for him. "Oh man, that's awful. Sorry to hear that." Surprisingly, Psyduck just smiled and waved a hand to assure the Saiyan that it's no big deal. "Duck duck, Psy." When Psyduck noticed the Dragon Ball in Chimchar's hands, he happily cheered and reached out to get it back.

Chimchar looked back and forth between Psyduck and the Dragon Ball. "Chim?" Chimchar asked Psyduck while pointing at the ball. Psyduck laughed and clapped his hands.

Sophocles took a good look, and he began to put the pieces together. "I think I know what's going on. Psyduck must've found the Dragon Ball somewhere in the water and tried playing around with it. He must've had a lot of fun with it, and wants to keep playing with it." The others began to agree with the Electric-Type user. "Guess that would explain why the ball began to move around oddly when we looked at the radar." Kiawe agreed.

"Whoa!" Xandra pulled Psyduck back a little. "Slow down, ducky. That ball isn't a toy." She pointed at the ball Chimchar's holding. "She's right, Psyduck." Cabba agreed and held up his own Dragon Ball. "The one you found is one of seven important items that can summon a being that can grant a wish. So, you have to be careful with it." Chmchar and Muddy smiled and nodded. Psyduck blinked and tilted his head. Still, Psyduck just sat down next to Chimchar.

Suddenly, Pikachu began to feel something on his tail and struggled to reel it in. Everyone looked to see Pikachu jump up to get whatever was on his tail off. Ash was surprised to see what his partner caught. "A Magikarp!?" The Magikarp let go of Pikachu and landed in Ash's hands. The Water-Type slapped Ash multiple times with its tail fin before going back into the water.

The sound of Lillie shrieking caught everyone's attention. "I've...got one!" Lillie struggled with her catch, probably meant she caught quite a rare Pokemon. Everyone managed to see what she caught after it rose up from the water before diving back down...and they were really surprised. "What's that!?" Cabba asked in shock. "A Milotic!?" Ash exclaimed.

The class was amazed and Professor Kukui was impressed. "Nice job, Lillie!"

"Wow...that's such a rare catch." Sophocles mentioned. Lillie gasped and struggled to reel Milotic in.

Everyone used their Ride Pokemon to help Lillie. "Stay calm, Lillie!" Lana called. "Hold on! We're coming!" Ash tried to jump on to Lillie's Ride Pokemon...but ended up getting hit by Milotic and sent flying into the water. Xandra and Muddy sweat dropped at how reckless their Kanto friend was.

Lillie's line snapped, she squealed before she fell back and Milotic went back underwater.

Cabba took Psyduck by surprise by flying over to get Ash out of the water and back on to his Ride Pokemon. As he was being carried, Ash looked around to find Milotic, but the Tender Pokemon was nowhere to be seen. "H-Huh? Where's Milotic?"

"Well, after you jumped out of your Ride Pokemon, Milotic managed to free herself and went back down into the water." Cabba placed his friend back on the ride.

Professor Kukui blew a whistle. "That's enough! Time to take a break!"

All the students and their Ride Pokemon took their break on the nearest shore, it may not be much, but it was enough for everyone to walk freely on.

Once everyone got off the Pokemon, Ash and Pikachu turned to them. "Don't leave us, okay?" Ash told them. "Pika Pika." Pikachu added. The Ride Pokemon assured them that they wouldn't. Rowlet was still on Ash's Ride Pokemon, snoozing as usual.

Everyone began to relax a little. "Fifteen minutes!" Professor Kukui reminded them. Lillie took the time to take deep breathes while wiping some sweat off her forehead with a handkerchief.

Pikachu, Chimchar, Muddy, Popplio, and Bounsweet were happily running along the sand. Cabba looked back and noticed the Psyduck was just sitting by himself, so he walked over to the Water-Type. "Nice view, isn't it?" He asked. "Duck." Psyduck replied.

Cabba sat down next to the Duck Pokemon. "Listen, Psyduck. Sorry for taking your play thing away, but in the wrong hands the Dragon Ball might be dangerous."

"Psyduck?" Psyduck asked. Cabba sheepishly turned to him. "Well...it might be. I'm not really sure. I haven't seen it in action yet, I'm just going by what my friend told me. She said that if we can get all seven of them together, then something called the Eternal Dragon will appear before you to grant a wish." He smiled softly. "Everyone in our class is helping to collect these Dragon Balls and you really helped us out with the Four-Star ball you had."

Psyduck blinked in surprise, but then he smiled back. "Psyduck!"

Cabba laughed a little. Just then, something came down and trap the Ride Pokemon in a net, catching everyone and their Pokemon by surprise.

"Alola, fair students!" a familiar voice chuckled. Lana was the first to exclaim her shock at seeing the Water Ride Pokemon being carried away. "Oh no!" Popplio glared up at the culprits in the Meowth balloon.

"What is with you people!?" Mallow snapped.

The answer was a familiar motto. "Did someone ask something? We're here to find out."

"Nobel answers are what we're all about!"

"The beauty so radiant, the flowers and moon hide in shame! A single flower of evil, in this fleeting world: Jessie!"

"The nobly heroic man of our times. The master of darkness fighting back against a tragic world! It's James."

"It's all for one and one for all! A glittering dark star that always shines bright! Dig it, while Meowth takes flight!"

"Team Rocket, let's fight!' Jessie and James said together. "That's right!" Meowth added. "Wobbuffet!" Wobbuffet concluded the motto.

Xandra glared up at Team Rocket. "Oh, it's you thieves again!"

Team Rocket smirked down at the enemies. "Heads up, School Twerps!" Meowth started. "We've appointed Lapras and Wailmer as Team Rocket's Ride Pokemon!" James declared.

"No way! Get back here!" Ash snapped. The students chased after the balloon to get the Pokemon back, even if Lillie and Sophocles struggled to keep up.

Before Team Rocket got far... "Stop!" Jessie made them stop when she noticed something else in the net. "I think there's some unwanted catch there!"

James and Meowth looked down at the net as well. "I see some puny Pokemon." James said. "No small fry! Just Lapras and Wailmer!" Meowth snapped.

What Team Rocket just said rubbed Lana the wrong way. "Huh? Puny?"

Ash made a move to get the Ride Pokemon back. "Let's go, Pikachu!" Pikachu got ready to strike Team Rocket with Thunderbolt.

"Ah, no you don't!" Meowth tauntingly said. Jessie pointed at the Pokemon in the net. "You sure you want to attack us? You're only going to make it worse for them!"

Kiawe gritted his teeth. "You cowards!" Psyduck looked back and forth between the students and Team Rocket.

Cabba growled. "Not if I have anything to say about it!" James smirked at Cabba. "Oh yeah? And just what are you going to do about it, Saiyan Twerp?"

With Chimchar on his shoulder, Cabba shot up and flew over to the net, shocking Team Rocket and amazing the students. "What is this!?" Jessie asked in shock. "I didn't know the Saiyan Twerp could fly!" Meowth added. "WOBBUFFET!?" Wobbuffet flailed his arms.

"Whoa! Go, Cabba!" Mallow cheered. "Chimchar, cut the net with Scratch!" Cabba ordered. Chimchar nodded and jumped off the Saiyan's shoulder. The Fire-Type slashed a couple of times with Scratch until the net was cut off the bottom of the basket. "Chim Chimchar!" Chimchar happily cheered.

"No way!" Team Rocket yelled. "Afraid so!" Ash cheered.

Xandra looked down to see where the Pokemon were going to land and gasped. "No! They're gonna hit the rocks down below!" Cabba and Chimchar gasped and looked down.

Seeing the Water Ride Pokemon in danger, Lana and Popplio ran up. "Popplio, let's do it!" Lana said. Popplio nodded and swam over to the rock. Jumping out of the water, the Sea Lion Pokemon made her next move. In the air, she blew a large water balloon.

Everyone else was surprised...but not as surprised as Rotom. "Man, that's a huge balloon!" Ash gaped in surprise. "Unbelievable!" Rotom buzzed.

"Launch the water balloon!" Lana yelled. Popplio threw the balloon above the rocks. The Ride Pokemon, as well as the marine Pokemon all bounced off the balloon and land safely back into the water while Rowlet flew back over to Ash's side. "We did it!" Lana happily exclaimed. "Pop Pop!" Popplio was also happy by her success.

"So amazing!" Ash commented. Xandra grinned. "Nicely done, Lana!" Muddy nodded. "Mudkip!"

"I just witnessed a true phenomenon." Rotom buzzed. Cabba sighed in relief, but he still forgot one little thing... "Chimchar, no!" The Saiyan's shout made everyone remember the situation with Chimchar. The Chimp Pokemon himself blinked before he looked down...only to scream and flail once he saw that he was falling down to the water below.

"Popplio, make another balloon to save Chimchar!" Lana ordered. Popplio nodded and got ready to save her best friend...but suddenly, something ran out and swam in the water.

"Psyduck Psy!" Everyone noticed Psyduck quickly swimming over to try and help. "Psyduck?" Mallow asked in confusion. Psyduck stopped swimming and held his arms forward, his eyes were also glowing pink. "Psy!" Soon, CHimchar glowed and stopped in mid air.

"Chimchar, are you okay?" Cabba asked his Pokemon. The Fire-Type smiled at his trainer and gave a thumbs-up. "Char Chimchar!"

"Psyduck used Confusion to save Chimchar!" Sophocles noticed. Psyduck kept using Confusion and gently placed Chimchar in the sand next to Ash and Pikachu. "Nice save, Psyduck!" Ash commented.

Psyduck smiled and nodded. "Duck! Psyduck Psy!" He called up to Cabba. The Saiyan smiled in gratitude.

Popplio ran up to Lana, who hugged her in response. "You did it, Popplio! You saved them with your balloon!" Popplio happily voiced her happiness.

"HEY!" Meowth snapped. He and the rest of Team Rocket were enraged by what just happened. "Of all the nerve!" Jessie shrieked. "They were to be our Ride Pokemon!" James added.

Cabba flew a little higher to glare at Team Rocket. "They are not your Ride Pokemon and they're never going to be!" He cupped his hands to his left and grunted.

Team Rocket blinked in confusion. "Huh?" Meowth asked. "Uh, what is he doing?" Jessie asked James. "Don't ask me, I'm as lost as you are." James replied. "Wobbu...?" Wobbuffet tilted his head in confusion.

Ash blinked a couple of times. "Uh, anybody know what Cabba's doing?" Pikachu shook his head. "Pika..."

"Looks like he's gathering up energy for some sort of attack." Mallow guessed. Just after she said that, Cabba began to glow purple, surprising everyone around him.

"What the...?!" Kiawe took a step back. Xandra blinked in realization. "Wait, I'm familiar with something like this!"

By now, Team Rocket began to shake in fear. Meowth gulped. "Still want some proof that what the Saiyan Twerp said was true?" He asked Jessie. Jessie shook her head. "This is good enough for me."

"Take this, Team Rocket! GALICK CANNON!" Cabba fired a wave of purple energy at Team Rocket. The attack hit their balloon, destroying it and sending Team Rocket flying.

Suddenly, Bewear came running on the water and caught Team Rocket...before running away on the water again. "We're off with a new blast!" Jessie and James cried out together.

Rotom and Psyduck looked on while sweat dropping. "A Bewear that runs on water...Time for another data update." Rotom said. "Psy..." Psyduck was pretty much speechless.

Cabba flew back down in front of his friends. "Whoa! Cabba, what did you just do?" Ash asked. Rotom floated next to the Saiyan. "You just shot a wave of energy right at Team Rocket's balloon!"

Cabba rubbed the back of his head. "Oh, that. That was just one of my attacks called the Galick Cannon."

Lillie blinked in realization. "It kind of looks similar to one of Xandra's attacks." The only ones surprised by that were Ash, Pikachu, Cabba, and Rotom-Dex. "Wait, is that true!?" Cabba asked Xandra.

Xandra grinned. "Yep! It's similar to my attack, the Kamehameha Wave. Here, I'll show ya! Stand clear!" She told the Pokemon in the water who swam out of the way. Psyduck got out and stood next to Cabba and Chimchar.

Xandra took a deep breath and cupped her hands to the right, the energy inside her began to build up. "Ka...me...ha...me..." Soon blue energy began to build up in her cupped hands. "HAAA!" Similar to how Cabba used his move, Xandra thrust her arms forward and unleashed a wave of blue energy straight forward, surprising only Ash, Cabba, Pikachu, and Rotom. "Whoa!" Ash and Cabba exclaimed. "Pika!?" Pikachu cried out. "Incredible!" Rotom flailed his arms in surprise.

Professor Kukui waited until Xandra got back over to the group before he explained something to Ash, Pikachu, Cabba, and Rotom. "See, this is normal around the Alola Region. Most martial artists push themselves to become some of the toughest fighters in the four islands of Alola and use the energy for something that we like to call Special Attacks, like Xandra's Kamehameha and Cabba's Galick Cannon."

Sophocles stepped up to add something. "They even come up with REALLY powerful attacks that are stronger than a Super Attack, called an Ultimate Attack."

Mallow told the four one more thing. "They even use defensive attacks in case of an emergency called Evasive Attacks."

"All three of these attacks come in different forms. What Cabba and Xandra just showed us is actually one of the most popular of Special Attacks used, but there's more ways to perform Special, Ultimate, and even Evasive Attacks." Professor Kukui finished the explanation.

Hearing all that made Ash grin in awe. "Amazing! This is all so awesome!" Pikachu happily agreed with his trainer. "Pi Pikachu!"

Cabba blinked in surprise. "Wow. I guess Earth isn't that different from Sadala after all." "Must update martial arts data. Must update martial arts data." Rotom buzzed.

Lana looked to her right and smiled. "Cabba?" She waited until Cabba turned his head to her. "I think Psyduck was amazed by what you did to help stop Team Rocket."

They looked down and saw that Psyduck was looking up at Cabba in awe. Then, Psyduck spun a bit and showed the Saiyan a move himself. As he kept spinning, water surrounded his tail. "Look! Psyduck's using Aqua Tail!" Sophocles noticed.

Cabba smiled, impressed by the Duck Pokemon's attack. "Wow! So you can use your tail to fight? Impressive!" The compliment made Psyduck happily run over to hug Cabba's leg.

Ash looked on with a grin. "Hey, I know!" He turned to his Saiyan friend to make a suggestion. "Since Psyduck seems to like you, you should catch him and make him a part of your team!' "Pika Pikachu!" Pikachu voiced his agreement.

Surprised, Cabba looked down at the Water-Type Pokemon hugging his leg. "Really? You want to come along with me, Psyduck?" Psyduck looked up and happily nodded. "Duck Psy!"

Grinning, Professor Kukui handed Cabba a Poke Ball. "Here, Cabba. Use this."

Cabba took a good look at the ball. Unlike a regular Poke Ball, the top of this one was turquoise and a bunch of black lines on it. "What's this?" Rotom buzzed the answer. "That's called a Net Ball. A Poke Ball that's mostly effective on both Water-Type Pokemon and Bug-Type Pokemon."

"I figure it might be best to use a different Poke Ball anytime you try and catch a Pokemon." Professor Kukui kept his grin. "Go ahead, try it out!"

Cabba smiled and nodded. "Thank you, Professor." He turned his attention to Psyduck. "I'm more than happy to include you to the team, Psyduck! From now on, let's work together as a team!" He tossed the Net Ball up. Psyduck kept his smile as he let to Net Ball hit him on the head before sucking him inside. The Net Ball landed in the sand and shook a couple of times before it stopped and clicked.

Cabba smiled and picked up the Net Ball containing his third Pokemon. "Yes! My third Pokemon! I've got Psyduck!" Cabba cheered. Chimchar jumped up and joined in. "Chimchar Chim!"

Lana giggled. "I'm glad. Not just for Cabba catching another Pokemon, but also glad that your balloon saved the Pokemon." She told Popplio, who happily cheered and clapped her paws. Everyone else was also happy to see Cabba add a new member to his Pokemon team.

Later on that day, Professor Kukui and the students went on back home for the day.

Still someone came to the area to do some searching of their own. That someone was the Dragon Ball hunting trio of Judy, Roger, and Sableye. The three of them were at the patch of sand, looking for the Dragon Ball. So far they had no luck finding it.

"I'm telling you, the radar showed that the Dragon Ball was somewhere around here!" Roger dug through the sand to find it.

Judy popped out of the water, gasping for air. "Well it's not in the water, I've checked more than once!"

"And it ain't here in the sand!" Sableye kicked some sand in annoyance.

"WHERE IS THAT BLASTED DRAGON BALL!?" All three of them shouted to the sky in annoyance.

Today's class was quite eventful. Not only did our heroes add another Dragon Ball to their collection, but Cabba also added another Pokemon to his team: The Water-Type, Psyduck. Not only that, but Popplio's water balloons are getting better and bigger, all she needs to do is keep practicing. I'm sure more unexpected events will be waiting for Ash, Cabba, and their friends as their Alolan journey continues next time on Pokemon Super: Sun & Moon!

Cabba's Pokemon Team (So far):

1. Chimchar (M) (Scratch, Leer, Ember)

2. Pikipek (Shiny) (M) (Peck, Growl, Echoed Voice)

3. Psyduck (M) (Confusion, Water Gun, Aqua Tail)

Xandra's Pokemon Team (So far):

1. Muddy (Mudkip) (M) (Tackle, Growl, Water Gun, Mud Slap)
